Kzoom did a fantastic job!!! We only have our sneak peaks right now but they are AMAZING and better than I could have hoped for. Josh was fantastic, so many people told us how nice he was and he captured moments on camera that I frankly didn’t even know he was around for. And so talented at editing, I really wanted someone to capture the color and fun of the day rather than someone with a “dark/moody” or “light/airy” style and Kzoom nailed it!

We had a team of four on our wedding day (2 video/2 photo) and they were all a pleasure to have as a part of our special day! Our highlight video that was released the week of was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It summed up our wedding day perfectly. We are so excited to get all of our photographs and our full length video! But the photos that were already leaked were absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend the team of KZOOM to be a part of your wedding day! Worth EVERY penny =)

Words cannot describe how amazing of a company Kzoom Photo & Video is. They were our photographers & videographers at our 8/18/18 wedding. We were recommended to check out Kzoom when I mentioned that we were looking for a photographer for our wedding. We set up a meeting with Dan & never looked back! Not only was he so knowledgeable about photography AND videography, but he also truly listened to what we wanted. We communicated via email & text (which I preferred) and they were always prompt to respond to any and all of our questions. We also loved that we could pay on our balance whenever we wanted throughout our engagement. The day of the wedding was such a whirlwind of emotions & we are so thankful that Kzoom was there to capture those emotions in both photographs & in the video. Kzoom is so professional, yet fun. They had our wedding party, family members & guests laughing and smiling throughout the wedding. They are all so sweet & funny. They captured so many candid moments that are now our favorites to look back on. We absolutely love our wedding photos. They gave us such a variety & they are organized into different albums which I LOVE. I still cry every time I watch the preview for our wedding video and I CANNNNNOT WAIT to see the final video! We cannot thank Kzoom enough for helping to make our wedding day as perfect as it was. They have supplied us with pictures and videos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

We cannot day enough great things about the team at kzoom! When they did our engagement photos we knew they would make our day perfect! They captured so many amazing detail photos and candid shots along with fantastic formals! We absolutely love our video and the quick turn around! These are items that we will cherish for the rest of our lives and it was worth every penny!! We love kzoom!!

We had Kzoom for our wedding photography & videography (also engagement shots) and I can’t say enough good things! They were the first vendor that we booked with because of how impressed we were with their work. We are so in love with our photos and our video! We had the sneak peaks of our photos the Monday after our wedding and the whole album was done a week later! We also got our highlight video the same week! Dan and Josh were great to work with and very talented. We would definitely recommend kzoom to anyone!

We used KZOOM for videography and we are so happy with our decision. The whole team was professional, timely and genuinely excited for us. They gave us great suggestions and advice but did not try to up sell or convince us to do more than what we wanted. They had two videographers and a drone. The highlight video was available the same week. I have watched it almost everyday and am still amazed at how wonderful it is. We are so happy with our choice and highly recommend KZOOM!

LOVED working with Josh and Davis!! Josh worked with me throughout the process to get all my questions answered and to make sure I felt confident with my decision. He was responsive, kind, easy to talk to, and explained things well. The day of the wedding, Josh and Davis were SUPER friendly and easy to talk to, which made being videotaped a lot less awkward! The shots they got are amazing and the video highlight that we received was honestly the best. It makes me tear up every time because they captured our day so perfectly!!! After interacting with us, they figured out that my husband and I are goofy fun, upbeat people and the highlight fit our personalities perfectly! I can't wait to see the rest!!! Thanks guys!!

We hired Kzoom as our videographers for the day. They did a great job at capturing all the important aspects of our day. My only compliant would be that we didn't want a lot of one-on-one interviews, and there were quite a few. However, our highlight video turned out great, and we cannot wait to get the full video!

I must say that the final product was decent (on a scale of 0-10 I would rate it a 6) but the customer service I received from Kzoom was the worst I have EVER experienced. I was married in October 2012 and am just now getting the final product (August 2013). First off, it took repeated emails and phone calls to have questions and requests answered (both pre and post wedding) which put extra unneeded stress on a very busy bride. Also, part of the contract that I paid almost $3000 for said that I would be getting 3 leaterbound albums. When I did finally receive my completed discs (which took almost a year to get) the leatherbound albums were not included (so I had to email him to tell him about his error). The error was corrected but had I not asked about it I would not have gotten what I paid for. When I did receive the albums 2 weeks later I only got 2 CD's instead of the 3 that were needed to fill the albums. Again I had to email which should not have happened if attention to detail was paid. Please save yourself the hassle of going with Kzoom if you want timely customer service and attention to detail for a product that you are paying a lot of money for. Everything about my wedding and the other vendors was A+ with the exception of Kzoom which I would not recommend to ANYONE!

We used the Kalamazoo office with Dan and while their complete package was a bit over our budget, we haven't regretted a second. Dan was incredibly kind to all our guests and understood that the focal point of our wedding was family. We can't wait to see our wedding video in a few months. Only bad thing was that we changed our ceremony start time a few months after we originally met with them (about 7 months before the wedding) and confirmed that we moved it an hour ahead with them, but they must not have written it down past confirming with emails because the day of they were still working on the schedule for the original time. Luckily, everything worked out and I don't think it really affected the outcome or the final product.

Dan Martin worked with us throughout the entire process and was a joy to work with. Not only a great guy but a wonderful videographer. We were very impressed and we don't even have the final video yet!

We haven't seen our video yet (totally to be expected, definitely not a complaint!!!!) In terms of service Kzoom was extremely professional from our first phone call all the way through the day of. We love the personal touches that Kzoom includes in the wedding videos. They interviewed myself and my husband right before the ceremony to capture the emotions as we were getting ready for the big moment. We can't wait to see how it all comes together! We worked with Joe and Tara and they both did a wonderful job!

Dan really has a talent for what he does. I am horrible at interviews...but he made the process really fun and he kept the conversation flowing naturally. He also offers different packages for different budgets. We chose the option to have 2 videographers and I highly recommend that! It was a wonderful time and he really captures the most unique and special moments.
