So I did a LOT of research on all of our wedding vendors.
Kaleidoscope had some mixed reviews but after setting up an appointment (the customer service on the phone was solid) we decided to give it a try.
We met with Evette - who was AMAZING.... Easy to talk to - VERY knowledgeable - and very good.
The only problem is - is that after our first meeting - we never worked with Evette again. I spoke with Michael on the phone who was good but there were some errors in our order/paper work which ended up costing us some extra money.
We never met with Michael but when we came in to see a demo we met with Philipe - so three different points of contact.
Basically - the flowers that we received on our wedding day never quite matched our original vision/conversation we had had with Evette. Perhaps because Evette took the notes and other people interpreted her notes and handled our order along the way ...
The flowers were lovely for the most part. But again - not really what we had talked about or envisioned. I had a very specific look I was going for for my bouquet - and the final product did not come close. The bridesmaids bouquets were a bit underwhelming. The centerpieces were nice and the boutonnieres were okay. Again - not horrible or ugly - but definitely not the beautiful arrangements we had talked about in our first meeting with Kaleidoscope.
A lot of money for not the best product.
I am sure there are florists out there that are much more expensive and much less pleasant to work with. Please note that this is not a horrible review - but it definitely did not exceed my expectations as many of our other vendors did.
I just know how important online reviews were for me and wanted to give my story to anyone else who may be looking for some feedback.
