I could not have written up a better duo than Katie and Rebecca to help coordinate our wedding. We used K&K for month of planning and could not be happier with the decision. We communicated back and forth with Katie to pin down the perfect wedding timeline and met with her a few weeks prior to our wedding to go over details and show her the space. Katie provided the best combination of support for our decisions paired with recommendations for fun touches or elements that help pull things together based on her experience. The day of, Katie and Rebecca were the best mix of organized, professional, timely, and considerate of us at the bride and groom. They made the ceremony prep with the family so comfortable and kept everything on time throughout the evening without coming across as pushy in the slightest. Katie and Rebecca also gathered and organised all our personal items and distributed final gratuities, which gave us the ability to focus on our day and guests! We even pulled Katie away from her quick break to help with a question that the servers had, at which time she jumped into action. I could not imagine our day without Katie and Rebecca and highly recommend K&K for any Nashville couples considering a planner for their wedding!

Katie and Rebecca were an amazing team on the day of the wedding. From flawlessly setting up our DIY decor to orchestrating the perfect timing for my entrance down to the second, they were nothing short of incredible.

Honestly can’t say enough kind words about this amazing planner! She truly made my wedding into the fairytale I’d always envisioned. The day went seamlessly even with many moving parts. Her assistant on day of, was also a rockstar in my book.
She can be very busy between coordinating multiple weddings and being a mother but is very good at responding back to texts and is patient when you can’t get back to her immediately. She was generous with her time to make sure to answer all your questions and fulfill your needs. She is well worth every penny spent.
Kim and Kristie were the best team of two to have by our sides for our 2/24/2024 wedding!! I had so many ideas and details, and they implemented them all so beautifully :) Highly recommend the both of them and their planning services!!

Katie and her team were amazing! We chose to do the Ruby package to help with the last few details and creating the timeline, and it was a great decision. Katie was always on top of things and it was so nice to have someone reach out to all of our vendors to coordinate times. She was always sure to communicate with me in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Katie and Rebecca, our day of coordinator, made sure our everything was in order and ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day and have no worries. We cannot say enough good things about K&K Weddings!
Highly recommend K & K Weddings as your wedding planner! We traveled into the area for our wedding and needed a month of coordinator to make sure all our ducks were in a row and everything ran smoothly. They took so much stress off of us and went above and beyond to make sure our day went off exactly as we had envisioned. Their communication with all our vendors and venue were stellar and their willingness to go out of their way for the little extras was so generous. Katie and Rachel are so sweet and were the absolute best to work with!
Hiring K&K Weddings as our month of coordinator was the best decision we made for my daughter's wedding. I do not know how we would have done this without them. Katie and Becky went above and beyond to make this the wedding of our daughter's dreams. Every phone call and email kept us informed about all the work that was going on behind the scenes. There is no way I could have kept up with all of the details myself. They were in constant contact with all of our vendors making sure everything was running smoothly and the pieces were in place. The day of the wedding they were amazing! They worked so hard coordinating all of the vendors, setting everything up for the ceremony and reception, keeping things on time, and at the end breaking everything down. All of our family and friends commented on how incredible they were. Several of them asked for their information to pass on to others for their wedding because they were so impressed. If you want to truly be present for your wedding use K&K Weddings. They are worth their weight in gold!
We had a great wedding and reception with K & K’s guidance! Katie is through, organized, respectful and professional. We had to get a lot arranged in a very short amount of time. Katie really helped us prioritize so we could assemble vendors and make plans expeditiously. We were so glad for her very capable guidance.
If we could give them a thousand stars we would!! We hired Katie and K&K Weddings as our month of coordinator. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Katie made sure to contact all of our vendors and continuously kept us updated on all things wedding related. Even the smallest of details that we initially forgot about, Katie made sure that no stone went unturned. Everything went so smoothly on the day of our wedding. Katie and Rebecca really were amazing! We didn’t have to worry about anything except showing up - they told us where we needed to be and did all the setup and cleanup. We can’t recommend them enough!
I can’t say enough about how glad we are to have hired K&K as our month of coordination. Katie and Rebecca were absolute PROS at our wedding. Katie walked us through planning so many little details we hadn’t even thought of, and she really helped us make our wedding our own. From driving our elderly family members around the venue as needed to helping solve last minute issues (like the simple syrup going missing - whoops!), to making sure we had some quiet time alone by ourselves after the ceremony, to making sure we ate food😂… oh and signing our marriage license!!! They really did it all. And they made it fun and exciting for all of us. I don’t know what we would have done without Katie and Rebecca. They even gave us a card congratulating us. Thank you both so much for your keen attention to detail and organization skills - we would have been lost without you!!
If we could rate K&K Celebrates a 6 out of 5 stars, we would. Our wedding would not be complete without K&K Celebrates. Kim and Kristie are a dream to work with. From our first Zoom call, we knew that there would be nobody else we would want to work with for our wedding. We hired them for month of coordination because it fit our budget. They are extremely organized and professional. They worked with all our vendors (8+) and our large bridal party (15+). They were responsible for putting together the detailed timeline but jumped right in when we asked to have a family and bridal party friendly version since we were getting a lot of questions from those groups which was causing us stress. They relieved a ton of stress from the wedding planning process. Also, they are the ultimate hype girls for your wedding. We were feeling anxious about all the details and what people would think, but they always reminded us how awesome everything was. They were our biggest cheerleaders and the energy they brought to the wedding is what made everything so amazing. We can’t imagine our wedding day without them. Thank you, Kim and Kristie, for everything! We highly recommend K&K Celebrates- you won’t be disappointed.
I’m not sure what I can say to truly convey how amazing Katie and Rebecca are. As an out-of-town bride it was stressful putting all the pieces of our wedding together. We hired K & K as our month of coordinators and it was seamless from the first moment we talked. They took all the contracts and fine details and made the magic happen on our special day. Literally all we had to do was show up. We didn’t have to think! They told us where we needed to be and when, they managed the flow of our guests from one room to another and coordinated all details big and small throughout the day. Our guests continue to tell us how wonderful our wedding was and I know it was in large part because of your thoroughness, professionalism and genuine love of what you do. Thank you, both, from the bottom of my heart. Our day was perfect and you made it happen!
Katie, Rebecca, and Rachel at k&k weddings are absolutely the best! My wedding moved so flawlessly and any little issue they were on top of! They each made me feel so comfortable and I had many guest tell me how smooth everything went. They decorated the two venues I had so beautifully and even provided some decorations. Thank you ladies so much for making my dream come true!
We loved the high energy that Kim & Kristie brought to our wedding - they were lovely day-of coordinators! It is super helpful to have two people to manage different parts of the wedding- they jumped in to provide some helpful suggestions and took action on logistics, when my dress needed to be bustled (it was a complicated dress), or when I needed help changing in and out of my two dresses throughout the night! We couldn't have had our dream wedding without their help!
I cannot speak highly enough of K&K Weddings. They absolutely blew it out of the water. We had a month-of contract and from day one, Katie was my saving grace! I never had to guess or wonder or follow up on anything. She was always three steps ahead of me! And our day-of coordinator, Rebecca was outstanding. There was not a single thing that came up during our day that she had not anticipated. She handled everything flawlessly and professionally. She kept me so calm! I heard repeatedly from my parents and wedding party how wonderful and thorough she was. You can absolutely, without a doubt, 100% trust K&K to take care of you and your wedding planning.
We had a wonderful experience with the K&K team. We had them for day-of coordinating and everything was perfect! They were extremely professional, kind, anticipated everything and made sure I didn't have to worry the entire day! Other vendors even commented on how amazing they were! Would highly recommend.
This team is fantastic!! Booking them was one of our best vendor choices, because they took a lot of stress off me, not only the day of our wedding but even the weeks leading up! I knew I would be in good hands, but Katie even went above and beyond in taking on tasks and communicating with our other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly that day.
From the first meeting with k&k, I knew they were the right planners for us. They made me feel calm and comfortable, and were a great fit. Even though we hired them for month of planning, the promptly responded to all my emails with answers silly questions and asking opinions because I have trouble making decisions for at least 6 months leading up to the wedding. Once a month out came, Katie was my point person, and I could not have been more confident in her. Whenever any little stressful situation would arise, I would tell everyone, including myself, "Katie's got this", and genuinely feel at ease because I knew it was the truth. Having her there the day of, I could enjoy a carefree and blissful celebration, and my parents can also attest to how much better they felt because she was there. Ryan and I "couldn't have had a more perfect day" (his words), and that is in large part due the wonderful the job katie did for our magical day! There are not enough words to express how happy we are with k&k, and I without a doubt would hire them a million times over.
Katie and Katherine are a wonderful team!! They are professional, fun, focused, and totally in charge of the wedding day. They allowed me to be the professional officiant that our clients needed. The entire wedding party was at ease with K&K Weddings in the lead.
A fantastic duo! These two are amazing! They think of every possible moment of the wedding - and make sure every moment is coordinated and wonderful. Couldn't be happier to work anyone. K&K were a pleasure, and very understated - they do an excellent job of keeping everything moving properly, and yet aren't in your face or checking the time. These two... MEGA HELPFUL to myself (photographer) and all other vendors throughout the day! We really needed extra help with the First Look and Katie and Katherine were ON IT! They took extra, EXTRA steps to make sure the day ran smoothly. Overall, 1000/1000 stars! You can tell K&K really care about their couples and the put forth above and beyond effort! I wish all of the planners I worked with were so proactive! Look no further if you need a planning team :)

Katie and Katherine were absolutely amazing to work with! They took the reins from us for the last month of planning, and made all the crazy last minute details and decisions seem way less daunting. I felt like I could breathe easily, and they were so easy to get ahold of whenever I had questions, requests, or just needed reassuring :)

These girls are wonderful! The day of my wedding I was so thankful they were there. They did all the set up for me and even had a snack on hand for when I felt faint (didn't eat breakfast the morning of my wedding day!).
