I had already had everything planned and booked, but I still had quite a few people suggest that I, at the very least, hire a day-of coordinator. So I decided to see if it was in our budget and at least have a meeting with Kate. From the very first time I sat down to determine if it was a decision we would make, I knew having a coordinator would be the only way for me to enjoy the day without stress. But I never would have imagined how much I needed her until the day came. Our day went flawlessly (at least to my knowledge- which is how it should be!) and Kate went absolutely above and beyond to make this day as easy as possible for me, especially when I was stressed out of my mind after multiple mental breakdowns the month before the wedding. She took the reins and I was able to relax and enjoy the last couple of weeks before the wedding. And she absolutely surpassed every expectation I could have ever set. You don’t need just any coordinator, you need Kate. She was so kind, personable, attentive, and so very helpful and knowledgeable. And she never once left my questions unanswered or my anxieties strung high, even in the middle of the night. I just cannot recommend her enough. Do it. Book her. You will NOT be disappointed. Booking her was the smartest decision I could have made for our wedding, and she was worth every single penny. Thank you for making my dreams come true, and giving me the ability to enjoy every single moment of our day!

y. My husband was the one who insisted on me hiring someone. I found Kate on google. She was very reasonably priced and very professional. I am very Type A and gave her my expectations from the get go. She was receptive and very polite. She alleviated 1/2 of my stress almost instantaneous by completing the wedding favors. The day of, we had a little glitch with the hall not having a door open for her, but she handled it with grace and expeditionally. She far exceeded my expectations, and I can’t thank her enough. My only regret is not involving her sooner - I have 2 more daughters, so I won’t make that mistake again!
