I hired Steve to accompany a vocalist for my wedding ceremony at the Charlotte City Club and would highly recommend him for your wedding or other piano needs. The vocalist accompanying him was a personal friend of mine traveling into Charlotte for the wedding. As a result, she was not available to rehearse with Steve until the day of the wedding. While this might stress some brides out, Steve was available to discuss the event with me in advance, work with me to develop a rehearsal timeline and process that worked for both of us, and he was responsive throughout the preparation process - providing thoughtful questions on the sheet music I provided. Steve far exceeded the other musicians I considered in responsiveness, professionalism, samples of his performances available, and high reviews across multiple sites. He did an excellent job performing, site reading music, even improvising where necessary. The vocalist passed along very high regards from her experience working with him. I also believe he is an excellent value for the quality of experience and level of professionalism he provided. I would not hesitate to book him again.

Steve added so much value to our party. He played for 2 hours at my parents anniversary party, and was very happy to add in "special songs" that were meaningful to my parents. Two things that made Steve stand out - he added his professional experience to help me craft the "perfect evening" for my parents, and that helped a lot. In addition, he took requests and went so far as to look up a song on his iphone so he could hear it, then play it for us. And he was flawless! Excellent vendor, and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!
