I had my welcome party for my wedding weekend here but wish I had chosen to get married here instead. The venue is stunning, especially at night. All of our guests loved getting to go up into the lighthouse throughout the event. It was easy for everyone to find the location and the free parking was a huge plus! We worked with Bonnie with our event long distance and she was absolutely amazing. She's super helpful and has great suggestions. The whole event was absolutely amazing and ran perfectly. I can't recommend this place enough.

We got married under the banyan tree, and it was an amazing location for our small ceremony. The Lighthouse staff was very accommodating in allowing us to tour the site for planning and having our vendors set up for the ceremony. The grounds are beautiful for photos! It is on a busy street so we did have some road noise and some cheering from passersby, but we enjoyed that aspect, and one cars music choices left our guests with a memory they will never forget. We had nice weather for the ceremony, but since we did have morning rain it was nice to know we had a backup location of the porch of the keepers quarters if it was needed. I highly recommend the Lighthouse as a wedding venue. The grounds would be nice for a reception as well.

We booked the Custom House museum for a small welcome party reception. Communication is key for any event planning, especially a long distance wedding weekend with a crazy bride. Dani was amazing! She was great at keeping me in the loop even if it was to tell me she was still working to find an answer. She was always professional, friendly, and helpful. She provided suggestions for additional vendors if needed. They were in a tough spot of waiting for access following Hurricane Irma. She reached out much sooner than expected to keep me updated - even sending emails at 1 am! Our guests LOVED it here. We got lucky and the Christmas boat parade wound up the same night. Our guests were able to wander through the museum then go watch the boats pass by. This location was ideal bc it was easy to get to for all guests, provided a casual interesting backdrop and conversation starters for strangers, and a beautiful setting. We used the wrap around porch for cookies and drinks. They were able to hook our iPad into the sound system for Christmas music in the background. I'd use them all over again. They're an amazing staff!

Amazing site for a reception. All of the staff at the Key West Art Historical Society were so accommodating and easy to work with. They made booking an event from out of town easy.
