Kimberly’s Ever After Planning

Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is the whole reason my day went so smoothly and I didn’t spend the whole day worrying. I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.

Kim and her husband are literally the dream team. I hired her as my day of coordinator to help me set up all my personal items, and she did an AMAZING job. She was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to all communications leading up to the wedding. She worked seamlessly with the rest of my vendors to make sure our day ran smoothly. Kim truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was magical. Thank you for everything!!

Kimberly and her husband were so helpful!! Before the wedding she was most helpful with keeping me organized, excited, and helped me communicate with my vendors. Wedding planning can get overwhelming, but Kimberly is your girl!! It rained on my wedding day last minute, so she made the decision of putting everything inside. She even contacted my maid of honor and made sure she helped her with anything she needed prior to the wedding. Kimberly is amazing and such a joy to work with! I would definitely recommend her!

We hired Kim as our wedding planner about 9 months before our wedding. At that time, we had almost no idea of what we wanted or where we wanted it. We knew we wanted a fall wedding in Flagstaff and that was about it! Kim was ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in our planning and made the entire process so easy and fun!!! I absolutely loved working with her. She was so easy to trust and I had the easiest time just allowing her to do what needed to be done-and that is really saying something for me as I tend to have a hard time relinquishing control! She was integral in finding vendor options for us and helping us find things within our budget. She listened to what we wanted and asked the right questions to help us figure out what that even was! Kim and Travis clearly enjoy what they do, and are so genuine in their care and excitement for your big day. They took care of things that I’m sure I don’t even know about. Our wedding day went seamlessly and was so fun and I know it was because we had them leading it! If you are hesitating about hiring them, DON’T. You will not regret it. I could continue to ramble on and on about how much I loved them, but the moral of the story is that they are phenomenal at what they do and you should have hired them yesterday.

The experience I had with Kim & Travis was more than amazing. From the moment we had our first meeting, I knew I wanted to have them as our coordinators right away. Their vibes were phenomenal and I knew I could trust them immediately. Not once was I ever disappointed in my planning process or on my wedding day. I always felt heard and seen if I had any issues with my venue and/or vendors, for I would express them to Kim and she fixed them immediately. As a bride, I felt so comfortable, I often found myself asking for advice from Kim and she always gave the most positive advice anytime I felt stressed. She's such a joy to have around and to contact 24-7. Kim & Travis paid so much attention to detail in our conversations, they even kept a white claw and a shot of whiskey ready for my husband & I when we were done with taking our wedding photos! We didn't even ask them to do that but they remembered what exactly we enjoyed drinking and decided to have that ready for us which we thought was so thoughtful and considerate! It was so nice to have that since it was our first toast as husband and wife! (We're not fans of champagne😂) On the day of the wedding, I was having issues with my bustle but kim was always on duty and ready, fixing it whenever it needed to be fixed. They both checked on us to see how we were doing throughout the wedding and I'm so grateful that they cared. I genuinely cannot recommend Kim & Travis enough. They went above and beyond and I am so thankful to have had them with us during the planning process and on our wedding day. You will not regret booking them!

Kimberly killed it. She was so awesome to work with; you can tell she really loves what she does. She listened to all our ideas and set everything up the way we wanted it. She made sure Kent and I were taken care of throughout the day from the time we arrived at the venue and even helped break everything down afterwards. We couldn't have found a better wedding planner and are thrilled she was apart of our day! Definitely would recommend her to anyone!
