I don’t think I could say enough good things about Kayce. She is so attentive with her work. She knows everything you need to make your day perfect, and she has it on hand through her inventory so you don’t have to do all the extra work! When things went a little crazy on my wedding day (I’m talking outdoor flooding, pop up tents blowing away, and a last minute ceremony location change), she handled everything with ease and grace! She was able to locate a shop vac to remove water, locate an additional tent set up, and coordinate everyone who was helping out to make my day happen! Things were absolutely perfect with Kayce in charge. I genuinely do not know what I would have done without her! 1000000% worth it to put your faith in her to make your day magical!
Kayce and her team were amazing. We started meeting with her a few months out and she had a lot of very helpful ideas. One of our biggest concerns was our timeline and she helped keep everything on track. The day was amazing with a large help from Kayce and her team. She also is one of the most reasonably priced planners in the area, which is so great. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding!
Kayce was an incredible coordinator for day of! We got married at Seminary Hill and I loved how familiar she is with the venue. In the pre-planning process she was also really helpful in reviewing contracts and ensuring we had all details in place. She is a seasoned wedding planner and it shows! She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Kayce and her assistant were highly detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of the event ran smoothly. Kayce played a crucial role in making our special day truly unforgettable and allowed my husband and I to sit back and enjoy the big day.
Kacey and her team went above and beyond. We booked her as our month-of-coordinator. It was the best decision. All communication leading up to the day was so helpful and prompt. The weekend of (rehearsal and big day) was so smooth, it was so wonderful to have her steering the ship and I could just relax the whole time.
I was also a DIY bride with lots of decor to set up. Kacey and her team executed everything perfectly while also handling all operations. She is so great! Book her!
Kayce is an amazing coordinator for many reasons - her organization, attention to detail, flexibility, her complete willingness to jump in and get her hands dirty (she literally offered to move 75 chairs up a hill for us!), her ability to mesh with exactly what her couple is going for - but we will always be so grateful to her for how she dealt with a freak accident on our wedding day! An electrical pole fell over the main road leading to our venue on the day of our wedding, blocking a portion of our guests and photographer on the other side (no one got hurt!). This caused the power to go out on sight as well. Kayce kept me (the bride) in complete ignorant bliss while remedying everything. I literally had no idea anything was wrong! To this day I am still learning stories about the amazing feats she pulled off in order for us to have our dream day! Because of her, every guest - and the photographer! - made it in time, the power was all sorted out and came back on, and we ended up having, quite literally, an *epic* wedding. P.s. She did our flowers too! They were gorgeous and it was so nice not having to worry about another vendor! Thank you Kayce!!!
The title says it all, Kayce will be your absolute fairy godmother! We originally met when she worked at our venue and knew we had to hire KR Occasions to handle our wedding planning. We decided to take our time planning our Upstate NY wedding over a 2-year period and brought Kayce in as a day-of coordinator to help wrangle our vendors, build our timeline, and provide peace of mind on the day. In reality, she did so much more, communicating with us in the months leading up to our day, making sure all our ducks were in a row, and being our liaison on the dozens of email chains we were juggling as the wedding approached. The way Kayce goes above and beyond is absolutely invaluable when planning events of this magnitude, and I can't recommend her enough. We consider ourselves so lucky to have had her on our corner to make our day absolutely seamless.
We got married on our property in upstate NY and KR occasions helped provide day of coordination and SO much more. Kayce who is the founder, owner and operator helped coach us through the process, provided regular therapy and sourced some amazing vendors, who made the day so special.
I would highly recommend that anyone getting married either at a venue or on your property use a coordinator so that you can relax on the day and feel assured that all will go to plan.
Kayce is very experienced, knows what works and what doesn’t and fully takes charge to get the job done. People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day.
Highly recommend KR occasions - you will be in safe hands and won’t regret the investment.
Kayce was our wedding weekend hero! She has been so incredible to work with in the planning process and on site and she truly went above and beyond. In the lead up, she'd take last minute calls with us as needed, and she dealt with challenges on site with grace, poise and efficiency. We had a family health emergency at our welcome party and Kayce handled it all, which is really beyond the scope and expectations for our planner. She simultaneously dealt with getting the emergency handled with the EMT, while also making sure my husband and I and our guests were cared for. She guided us on how to restart our party in a tasteful way and shared updates on the status of our family member (who thankfully is okay!). She stayed late with us as well to ensure we were emotionally okay and everything was running smoothly.
At our wedding, our venue / caterer didn't prepare enough food, and Kayce quickly handled getting more food locally to feed our guests. We had an issue with our buses making a return trip, and she even drove our guests home personally.
We could not recommend her more-- she is an absolute star and gem of a human and despite these challenges, made our wedding weekend so special! They were all handled so well we were not bothered and got to celebrate and be present, as she tackled them all for us. Hiring Kayce was the best decision!

We had the best wedding weekend. Everything was taken care of before we arrived. Our guest mentioned how amazing and asked how did we even plan everything . We told them we were lucky to have found KR occasions.
Kayce was such an important part in planning the wedding of our dreams! She was so quick and efficient in helping us find vendors that perfectly suited our needs. Outside of our check in meetings, the lines of communication were always open! Kayce answered any questions we had about the entire process. The day of the wedding she kept everything moving according to plan and did an incredible job at communicating with everyone in our wedding party and our vendors. She handled any set backs with grace and professionalism which is extremely comforting when it’s your big day. Outside of the normal wedding jitters, we felt completely at ease the weekend of the wedding knowing we were in good hands. Weddings are stressful enough, I can’t imagine not having Kayce to get me through it!
While my wedding did not have as many moving parts given the venue we chose (no external catering, liquor, etc. for example), we did have an explicit need for someone to have our back leading up to the wedding and afterwards. Kayce was exactly what we needed - from numerous check ins prior to the wedding to quickly adjusting to our ever-changing minds to helping execute and coordinate on the day-of, she helped to make our day the magic that it was. I was truly able to let go and enjoy my time knowing that she was on top of so many of our other needs. Very highly recommend!
Kayce is the best and we really enjoyed working with her! We would highly recommend that anyone having a wedding in the Catskills/Hudson Valley area use her for your event. She is incredibly organized (she has a number of useful tools in planning your vendors, schedule, decor, and seating chart) and highly knowledgeable about the industry. She takes great pride in her work and consistently went above and beyond (for instance, she had never worked with our venue before and came to visit it multiple times in advance of the wedding and she even packed our car at the end of the event). Kayce did a great job both giving input on aspects of the event that we didn't have strong views on and also accommodating our more specific requests. We didn't worry about any logistics on the day of our wedding — everything went smoothly and the setup looked beautiful. She was a calm presence, putting out a few fires behind the scenes (without us even knowing there were any issues). Our wedding was two weeks ago and I already miss working with her!
We loved working with Kayce. We had a pretty particular vision for our wedding, and she got it exactly right! She went out of her way to help along the way, and our weekend was perfect.
We had a great experience with Kayce. She is very professional and straight to the point! Any time we had a question or a request we got an answer or response within few hours. during the wedding everything went smooth as we imagined, we didn't have to worry about anything or be occupied with any vendors, which is the last thing you want to do on the day you get married.

Kayce was a life saver! She made wedding planning stress free. She made sure we were organized and created a timeline with our vendors, which ran smoothly. She stayed the entire weekend at our venue. She set up and broke down a rehearsal dinner, reception, and brunch. And she was extremely sweet and fun to work with!

My wife and I met Kayce in February and she helped us book Seminary Hill for 5 months later. It was the MOST stunning venue and so incredible impressive that Kayce was able to pull this off in such a short amount of time. Kayce's strengths are she knows EVERYONE - had the best recs for shuttles, flowers, vendors, all that. And she is just such a bright light to have around in the stressful times.
Kayce helped orchestrate our INSANE menu - everything was fresh, truly farm to table, and a meal I will never forget.
Kayce also helped us get our Friday night welcome event and Sunday morning goodbye event which were absolute hits with our guests. She is a non-stop worker bee and pulls out all of the stops for you.

Before hiring Kayce Drasher, we were overwhelmed about being able to enjoy our day while having everything run smoothly. After our first meeting with Kayce we knew we needed her there. Kayce was so organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. Kayce was our day of coordinator - taking care of decorating details, organizing guests, helping vendors, keeping our wedding party on time, and so much more. Leading up to our wedding, Kayce helped us find local vendors, organize our timeline, and confirmed our vendors. If you are a bride and groom who want to enjoy your day while knowing it will go beautifully you need Kayce.
Kayce and Alyssa were such a pleasure to work with and I honestly don't know how our wedding would have turned out if we hadn't worked with them! From the moment we first spoke with Kayce, we were incredibly impressed with how organized and on top of everything she was! After only leaving her a voicemail with the date and location of our wedding (which was quite a distance away from her), she called us back within the hour and had already looked up the venue and local area to provide suggestions. We contacted her pretty last minute, yet she was able to execute our dream day perfectly, even in such a short amount of time.
Kayce was diligent in talking with all of our other vendors. She identified some areas in the timeline where our vendors were all on different pages and worked with us to make sure that our vision was realized.
On the night of the rehearsal, we met Kayce, as well as Alyssa, in person for the first time. They were fantastic! Very professional and organized and made sure that everyone knew exactly where they had to be and when. The day of our wedding, we couldn't have asked for a better team! From setting up the reception, to driving to the Church where we were getting married to ensure the ceremony went perfectly, they were amazing. After our cocktail hour, Kayce let us know that we were running low on the mixers for our bar (since we chose to provide our own beverages). She approached us with several possible solutions and volunteered to run down to the local store to pick up more. All of this went off without a hitch and our guests didn't even realize that anything was going on.
Do yourself a favor and work with Kayce and KR Occasions. You won't be disappointed!
We loved working with Kayce! She provided much-needed "weekend-of" (not just day-of) coordination for our weekend camp affair. Her willingness to guide us leading up to the event and her ability to get everything done, so we didn't have to worry about the behind the scenes details and could just enjoy our day -- well, that's pretty priceless.
