IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Budget:
We need to know what your budget is. This is not to change the pricing, but so that we have a better idea of what options to consider for stationery. For example: if we know that you are on a tight budget, we will not suggest printing options such as letterpress, we would, however, offer you suggestions that will fit within your budget.
Pricing:
We do custom quotes for each wedding. A lot goes into a quote, everything from the quantity, size, paper choice, type of printing, type of design, and more can make a difference in price. All of our stationery is custom designed - the design cost is $95/hour and does not include the cost of printing and shipping your items. A small, simple suite can usually be designed in 1-2 hours depending on changes, where a large suite with signs, thank you cards, invitations and many inserts can take anywhere from 4 hours up depending on size and complexity.
We are also happy to help with professional printing if you have a template that you have purchased on Etsy. We have many printers to help accommodate a wide range of options and budgets.
We require a 50% deposit upfront before we begin work. Once work has begun, your deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon approval of designs. No products will be printed or shipped until your order is paid in full. We do not offer refunds on printed items due to spelling, grammar or other types of errors - that is why it is SO IMPORTANT for you to carefully check all wording prior to approving your designs for print. We also do not refund due to canceled events, date changes, etc.
Turnaround time:
We can typically get an initial proof of a design to you within 1 week. We ask for 3 business days for each round of revisions. Once everything is approved, printing and shipping typically take 2 weeks. All items ship directly to you from my printers, unassembled.
