Lake Geneva Party Rental

I'll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding (neither did Mark)--- luckily we found Lake Geneva Party Rental and they totally saved us. Thank you so much for being so organized and quick to get back to us for our, many, many, many questions.

Lake Geneva Party Rental company exceeded all my expectations from the minute that they arrived. They were professional, efficient, and accommodating on all our requests. When the tents were installed and all the other rental items were in place it looked magnificent. The ambience that the tent provided was above my imagination. It was truly magical and made all my daughters dreams come true. The condition of all rentals were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend marquee rental company to anyone having a special event. You will not be disappointed!!!

First, the delivery/pick up crew were amazing. Our driveway has an awning over the front & multiple steps, as well as we have to use the basement INSIDE to get down to the backyard so they didn't hassle us when we asked if they would pull downward into the drive wrap around for drop-off & for pick up they brought their truck back down to pick everything up (driveway is extremely steep so between my 5 month pregnant self & my husband there was no way we could have pushed everything up to the front of the house!) Also, it had been pouring & while we tried to keep everything as dry as possible under our back driveway, sometimes the rain goes sideways & I was thrilled they didn't charge extra or make a big deal about some moisture on 50 chairs & 6 tables! I requested a specific time for delivery, was delivered about 15 minutes after that time (totally fine!) & paid a $50 fee for that convenience. I also called about a week before to add more chairs onto my rental & they were accommodating & it was no hassle. Truly enjoyed using them for our chairs for our wedding. & ALSO was super thrilled with needing the chairs on a Sunday, they delivered Saturday & picked up monday, no extra fees. Highly impressed. Great business & great team. Don't change!! Thanks for helping make our day great!!

My wife and I were helping plan our daughters wedding and are were looking to have a great time (on a budget). When I googled a Party Rentals place near my home, they popped up. I called and spoke to Steve and he was very helpful and informative. I told him want we were looking for and she quickly emailed us a detailed quote. When we went in to the shop to pick out the table cloth colors, they went above and beyond for us, showing us and giving us suggestions for color schemes and decorations. Even the delivery men were top notch, very professional and friendly. Needless to say they are now my go to party company. Thank you guys!

We had the please to work with Steve an his amazing crew in February and couldn't be happier. They provided decor, linens, tables/chairs, lighting, and DJ entertainment. My company has worked with Lake Geneva Party Rental for many events for all of our tent and rental needs. The company continuously delivers excellent customer service, meets all of our tent and rental needs, and is competitive in their pricing. We work directly with Steve , who is an expert in the industry. He promptly returns calls, makes professional suggestions to best suit our events, and is always present when needed. As an event manager, I am always on-site for the installations and tear-downs, and the their crew is amazing! They get the job done!

I'm writing this review to let others know how fantastic Lake Geneva Party Rental is! I recently worked with them for our wedding at Horticultural Hall. Being that this venue requires you to bring vendors for pretty much everything, we knew that we had to find a great rental vendor to work with. At the same time, it was important to us to find one could deliver great value, and they really delivered on all aspects. From the moment I met them to the night of our wedding, they were professional, genuine, easy to work with, and very responsive. They even able to find the perfect linen that we wanted for our tables at a very reasonable cost. Even now, I still reflect back and know that I was truly fortunate to have found them, and I hope that others will consider them for all their rental needs.

I rented chairs for my wedding and real plates. The prices were extremely reasonable which allowed me to get nicer looking chairs. We didn't even have to wash the plates off - just stick them straight back into the crate and back to the rental place. I didn't have reliable access to a kitchen after the wedding so this was perfect! Amazing. I highly recommend them.

We rented all of our linens for our wedding from Lake Geneva Party rentals and they shorted us 50 napkins and refused to rectify the situation the day of. We paid for 200 upfront and were given only 150. Luckily the caterer brought us black ones all the way from Milwaukee! The linens provided by Lake Geneva Party Rental were not only extremely thin where you could see the table stickers through the linen but there were small stains on the ivory table cloths. The owner was absolutely rude and a nightmare to deal with. He was stubborn and unwilling to help in any way! DO NOT use this company unless you like being stressed out and having to deal with unnecessary issues on what is supposed to be the best day of your life! I also never received any sort of reimbursement for the stress this caused let alone an apology. Bad, bad, bad way of doing business! I recommend people find someone who knows how to actually do business well and has proper customer service skills. Both my coordinator and I cannot express what disgust we have with this company! I have wrote on every wedding site imaginable to help prevent any future bride from having to go through this chaos!
