(from customer service) sent me a video of the tumblers and asked what I thought of it. I then was able to send a second logo file and they created that one too. Robin had the best color options and highest quality of tumblers. Not only that, but you always want great customer service from anywhere you go and that's hard to find these days. Robin was an absolute joy to work with. As she told me, ordering things for my wedding shouldn't be stressful and she's so right; she is the sweetest lady. I am so grateful for her and her wonderful heart. And...talk about fast! The turnaround that Robin provides is incredible. I remember coming home and going, "Wow!
