I’m forever grateful for Sydney and the team at Lavish Haus for helping me plan the most magical wedding. They completely understood my vision and brought it to life, and it was amazing to see it all come together. My husband and I didn’t want to do all of the traditional things but more so make the day a reflection of us, and Lavish Haus helped us do that. The design elements were so cool, unique and fun, the planning tools were extremely helpful and the regular communication with Sydney made me feel confident that we were right on track. Planning a wedding is stressful but having the Lavish Haus team made the experience enjoyable, and I’m grateful I had them to ask questions and bounce ideas off of. Not only was the pre-planning and design convos super helpful, but the day of coordination was a life saver too. We had a few issues with some of our other vendors during the wedding (which was the only bad part of the whole process), but once Sydney was made aware she did her best to make it right. All in all, I truly enjoyed working with Sydney and the whole team, and I tell everyone who is engaged or planning to be in the near future to invest in a planner like Lavish Haus. I couldn’t have done it without them!

Loved working with Lavish Haus! Their online software platform made the planning process really organized and to me that’s the number one thing I’m looking for. I interviewed with a few other planners who definitely didn’t have a good organizational/collaborative system in place. To me that says a lot about how the rest of the planning experience will go. I was on that platform every single day. Samantha and the team were all so sweet and patient with me. We laid out early what my top priorities were as well as the things that if gone wrong, would completely derail me. I LOVE that they asked the latter. It really gave us (me) time to set expectations for the day and come up with game plans so that even if unfortunate circumstances (like rain) happened… we were ready. Ultimately everything on my greatest fears list HAPPENED… but it was still the BEST DAY. They were so professional and smooth that in my eyes the day went off without a hitch. A true sign of a successful planner. I DIYed a lot of my decor and their team set EVERYTHING up for me. Truly unreal. I was able to focus on me, the day of my wedding and not lift a finger. Before I hired Lavish Haus I knew I wanted a planner, from listening to past friends experiences and knowing I didn’t want added stress on my plate. Prior to hiring them I had already spent 6 months looking for a venue and poured hundreds of hours into it. The BIGGEST reason I wanted a planner was so that I wouldn’t have to spend tons of time looking for vendors, as well as limit the amount of stress on my plate. I’m a bit of a control freak (planner’s worst nightmare) so I still spent SOME time looking BUT for the most part they really saved me SO MUCH time by using their connections - and knowing what was in budget and what wasn’t. They did a great job understanding my overall vision for the day and helped me achieve it. They were patient and kind and helped quell my anxiety. I’m honestly sad that it’s all over and I don’t get to work with them anymore!

Sam and the Lavish Haus team helped us pull off a wedding in a family friend's barn and they did a fantastic job. They suggested a number of great vendors and helped manage them in the months leading up to and on our big day. Sam was really responsive to emails and she did several walk throughs of the property with me. She is kind, professional, organized, and will help make your wedding dream come to life!

Our Wedding Planning experience with Samantha and her team from Lavish Haus was fantastic and they helped us plan a truly perfect Wedding. We could not have asked more from them as they made our Special Day an unforgettable, spectacular and enjoyable experience. Working with the Lavish Haus team led to a perfectly organized wedding where all we needed to do on the day was enjoy the beautiful experience. The whole experience with the Lavish Haus team absolutely exceeded our expectations. We started planning our wedding with Lavish Haus about a year before the wedding date. The whole process was smooth, well organized as well as fun. Through regular Zoom meetings and a structured plan, we worked seamlessly with Sam and her team to create a vision and then put it into reality. We really like the creative skills Sam has. We wanted an Art Deco themed wedding and we asked Samantha to come up with design ideas to make the theme into reality. They did an amazing job to come up with exactly what we had imagined and more. She really cared and remembered the specific details of what mattered to us. The team also came up with great choices for options for the band, florist, and other vendors. This made it easy for us to make decisions. The wedding day itself ran like clockwork, with Sam and her team working in the background ensuring everything was organized with the venue, the catering, the decor, the band and all the vendors. She produced a detailed schedule of events and a useful pocket sized schedule for the wedding party. On the day we did not have to do anything ourselves, the team took care of everything and we were left to enjoy every minute of the experience. We would strongly recommend Samantha and the Lavish Haus team if you are looking for a professional, respectful, creative, responsive, friendly and well organized wedding planner.

Sam and the Lavish Haus team were incredible to work with. We came to them with how we envisioned our dream wedding and they exceeded every single expectation we had. Sam and the Lavish Haus team helped us pull off a from scratch “backyard” wedding. Sam helped us transform our entire property into a completely magical place. Her help and guidance in choosing and managing vendors, finalizing the design, and pulling us through all the way to execution of the day was completely invaluable. My husband was a skeptic, but by the end he was giving endless thanks to Sam for pulling off a day we never could have done ourselves. The day was magical and it was all thanks to Sam and her team. Lavish Haus was AMAZING on my wedding day. When I first started looking for a month of coordinator my fiancé thought I was crazy, but after the wedding day he fully understood. Sydney and Jill were the MVPs of our wedding day. My venue had a tricky coordinator and Sydney took care of fielding her all day. All of my personal items I wanted for the wedding were put up exactly how I anticipated and I didn't need to have my bridesmaids running around thanks to Lavish Haus! When we began planning our wedding we were so overwhelmed with where to start, and with changes happening in my job, I knew that I was going to need help from someone experienced. After reaching out to Sam and Lavish Haus, we were immediately put at ease by her warmth and excitement about helping us make our dream wedding a reality. She took our vision and ran with it, carefully curating a mood board that we could share with other vendors throughout the planning process. She helped us stay organized by giving us a timeline with different tasks to complete as we got closer to our our wedding and checked in with us often to make sure we were all on the same page. Sam and her team even created the GREATEST signage and displays for our seating chart and our favors which took our vision to a whole other level. The biggest help to us is that she took great care in communicating with all our other vendors on our behalf for the entire time we worked together and organized timelines for them and for us, which gave us such peace of mind. On the day of our wedding, Sam and her team did an excellent job in executing each detail of our day and made sure that absolutely everything ran smoothly. Because we had Lavish Haus, we had no stress at all in the days leading up to the wedding. My bridesmaids kept saying they couldn’t believe how calm I was that morning. If anything went wrong, my husband and I had no clue. It was the most perfect day, more beautiful than anything we could have dreamed, and it was all thanks to Sam and everyone at Lavish Haus! We cannot thank them enough and we highly recommend their services to anyone planning their wedding!

Samantha and Sydney were a huge help making sure we would stay on top of things leading up to the wedding. We had a short engagement (around 4 months) and yet with everything organized for us it felt like we could have had an even shorter one.

Let me tell you, it was an absolute pleasure working with Sam and Lavish Haus. When I say these guys were on point and on top of everything, I mean it! We had contacted Sam about a year out from planning. Right from the get go, Sam had laid out exactly what their role would be for the wedding. She had a scheduled itinerary for several zoom meetings that would take place through out the year. And on top of that, they would remind us about these meetings a few days prior; for those of you wedding planning, you understand how hectic your schedule can become in an instant. So it was nice to have somebody on top of us to make sure we were completing necessary tasks on time. On top of that, Lavish Haus was very flexible to any last minute changes that may partake for your special day as well. Truly couldn’t be happier with these guys. Finally, they were totally up front from the get go about their pricing! There were no hidden fee’s at all when we paid everything in total. If we could give these guys 100 stars / 10, we would. I promise you, you will not regret hiring these guys for any of your events!

Sam and the entire Lavish Haus team was fantastic! Their assistance with the wedding planning process, and on-the-ground execution, was flawless. The team was extremely responsive to our needs (and many, many questions), they effectively coordinated with our other vendors (saving us numerous headaches), and there was a perfect balance between the level of hand-holding we wanted/needed, and letting the vendors we'd already chosen ourselves (photographers, officiant) do their thing without over-managing (which we've heard can be an issue with other planners). We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and would recommend Lavish Haus to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

We hired Sam when she was a team of one, and had the pleasure of watching her grow Lavish Haus into the elevated event design and experience business it is today. While her business grew, the "feel" and vision remained the same; this is a hard working, dedicated team who quickly respond to you, and most importantly, work tirelessly to create your once-in-a-lifetime wedding. We hired Sam for her design abilities, and from day one, through a couple venue changes, she took our "rustic elegant" vibe and executed it to a standard we still cannot believe.. We really appreciated her guidance and trusted her team to give an honest opinion. We could not have pulled off the wedding without the vendor relationships Lavish Haus has throughout the industry. We used their recommendations for stationary, rentals, florals, ceremony music, reception music, bar tenders, bar supplies, and transportation. Each of her recommended vendors understood our vision, and she worked closely with all of our vendors to pull off a wedding that was more amazing than we could have ever have imagined. Her team's day-of-presence was reassuring and brilliantly executed the plan (massive shout out to Sydney from Lavish Haus - she was an absolute rock star on wedding day! For context: We had approximately 90 guests at a DIY farm / barn venue in PA where we had to bring in drinking water, toilets, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting, table settings, etc., so truly DIY from the ground up! Incredible job by Sam and her team!

The entire planning process was so easy and stress free with Sam. When we hired Lavish Haus we already had our venue and vendors. We were looking for a planner to help us bring it all together and execute the overall look and feel of the day. By offering day of design services we were able to seamlessly integrate the vision we built with Sam into day of designs that were on point and stunning. Sam was able to incorporate a lot of our personality into the day which we loved including our napkins with our cats faces on them. We appreciated the check in meetings we had with Sam leading up to the wedding to make sure we were both on the same page. Additionally, Sam and her team went out of there way to communicate with our vendors as frequently to ensure everything was cohesive. It meant so much to us that Sam and her team were always a few steps ahead. On our wedding morning I knew that everything was going to run smoothly which was such a relief. Sam and the whole Lavish team were organized, professional, and always there for us during the planning and wedding day. I would recommend to all brides!

Not only did Sam listen intently to everything I hoped the day would end up looking like but she came to me with the most incredible vendors to make every detail beyond amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and the entire team at Lavish Haus. My husband and I live out of state but have local ties to the Lehigh Valley, so we hired the team to help plan our wedding in Pennsylvania. It was honestly the best decision we ever made. Samantha made the entire process from beginning to end absolutely seamless and stress-free. From evening zoom planning sessions, to helping us find the dreamiest venue and vendors, to bringing to life beautiful design elements, to handling guests cancelling last minute due to COVID, to bringing emergency nail polish for chipped French tips on the morning of the wedding, Samantha and her team tirelessly worked to help us have the best wedding day we could've imagined. We also had a multicultural wedding and Samantha and her team helped us to include a beautiful Korean ceremony which she had no prior experience with. My husband and I both work full time jobs and I can truly say that our wedding would not have happened without Lavish Haus as we did not have the time or industry connections to plan this event on our own. Samantha also made sure that we were staying on top of our own responsibilities, such as by letting us know when it was time to start shopping for a wedding dress, when to send out save-the-dates-and invitations, and the details of how to apply for our marriage license. Their services are worth every penny and more. We had many guests comment that I looked very relaxed and unstressed as a bride on the days leading up to the wedding and that our wedding was one of the best they had ever attended, and I give 100% of that credit to Samantha and her team. I recommend Lavish Haus whole-heartedly to any couple getting married and I would choose them all over again!

Working with Sam was one of the top highlights of our wedding and the entire planning process! I first learned of Lavish Haus Design when my sister attended a gorgeous wedding planned and designed by their company. My husband and I were still looking for signage and really wanted to do something that would truly stand out, so we reached out right away. Talking to Sam I could tell immediately she was a perfect fit for us. Even when I felt like I was having trouble explaining our ideas, Sam totally understood our vision and even gave us some amazing suggestions to complement details we already had in place. She was so fun and collaborative to work with, and really took our opinions to heart. She incorporated things that were so personal to us, like our favorite songs and dog Dexter, and made every detail truly unique. It was one thing to see the final design proofs, but nothing compared to seeing everything the day of. They truly did the damn thing and made us the most incredible pieces!! Every area of the room had another amazing moment to see from our guestbook, to memorial table, to extra large bar menu. She even had a custom card box made to match that we were able to keep (and is now a little mini time capsule of our day). What Sam created for us was absolutely flawless and we were completely blown away. It was everything we could’ve hoped for and we can’t thank or recommend the entire Lavish Haus team enough!! Samantha & her team were exactly what I needed for my wedding day! I was a “Covid” bride so my wedding got pushed out a year. Thankfully all my vendors were available for my new date, but not much planning had been done up until that point. My main concern was the wedding day running smoothly so I could enjoy this amazing day with my new husband. Well that’s exactly what happened! Sam gave me peace of mind knowing that she would get sh*t done and have it go perfectly. She is extremely meticulous and detailed. And very professional and caring. She offers great advice and was there every step of the way from the moment she came on helping with questions/grievances from vendors, family, and guests. She dealt with the small details so I didn’t have to. She created an amazing detailed timeline for the entire wedding party and vendors. 10000/10 recommend Sam, Megan, and the rest of her team. They were lifesavers - and can honestly say best investment in my wedding day.

l cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Lavish Haus Design + Event Co. The level of care, enthusiasm, and attention to detail was beyond anything I could have imagined. My now husband and I have said countless times that hiring Sam was the greatest investment we made for our wedding. I originally reached out for help researching rehearsal dinner and welcome party options. She came back with 5 incredible places and so many details about cost, timing, and more that we immediately asked if she was free to be our day of coordinator, too. She became SO much more than that. We postponed our wedding due to COVID so all of our vendors were already booked, but once we hired her, she took over all of the communication and coordination with each of them for our new date. She made sure they were on top of everything that was needed and helped us to tie up any loose ends. She helped my extremely indecisive self make quick decisions. She gave us the most detailed timeline for our wedding day and even had schedules printed out and ready for our bridal party at the rehearsal. I was anxious about a lot of things during the wedding planning process, and Sam acted as not only a planner, but also a friend. I loved every meeting we had with her because she helped ease any nervous feelings we had. We knew she had it under control. The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect and Sam was there every step of the way. She made sure everything was set up exactly like we wanted, carried my dress through the wet grass and rain to get perfect pictures, and had tears in her eyes with me right before I walked down the aisle. I truly cannot imagine a better person to have had with us the last 6 months of planning our wedding and especially on our wedding day. Our day would have absolutely not been as perfect without her and we will tell anyone who asks to hire her!!!

WOW, where do I even start! Lavish Haus Design was absolutely amazing to work with, I would give them an 11/10!! Sam O’Donnell helped make my wedding day even more breathtaking than I could have ever imagined. I approached Lavish Haus Design and Event Co. with very little direction and design in mind. I gave her my color scheme and overall vibe for the wedding, and she did all the rest. She helped take the stress out of any wedding planning and designing. Sam created from scratch all of my programs, personalized dinner menus, place cards and seating chart. She even helped weave the theme/look of the wedding throughout my bridal shower which made it feel like a continuous branded event. AHMAZING! Sam also helped come up with ideas for how to enhance and personalize the little things. I bought a wax stamp of our last name’s initial (“G”) that I wanted to use somewhere within the wedding, and she came up with the idea of stamping everyone’s place card name to the dinner menus to make it even more personalized. It looked incredible and she hand stamped every single one – 180 total!! Additionally, my husband and I really wanted to serve our homemade wine at our wedding and my original thought was to have our bottles of wine at each table, but Lavish Haus came up with the brilliant idea to create an easy and affordable “escort wall” that featured a variety of our red wines in shot like glasses that our guests could try. She helped design the entire wall and even poured the 180 individual shot glasses! She offers the most top notch white glove service I have ever experienced. All in all, Lavish Haus Co. exceeded all our expectations, and I would recommend them to any bride in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and Bucks County area. She may travel further than those places I mentioned so don’t limit her business to those areas. If she travels further, then I say BOOK HER!!! She’s worth every minute of your time!

I do not even know where to start! Sam made my dream wedding a reality. I had so many random ideas and things purchased before eventually hiring Sam and she pulled it all together into a complete and thorough vision... better than I had even imagined! She immediately put together a very detailed inventory list of all of the decor and supplies we had, contact lists for all of the vendors I had booked, and a complete timeline of the entire day to be shared with each, all the while making recommendations, pointing out things I hadn’t thought of, and even offering up rental pieces and amazing hand made signs from Lavish Haus to complement what I already had. She immediately provided structure and took so much off of my plate. She is so talented and organized and thorough and I trusted her instantly with all of the details. It was an instant weight lifted off of my shoulders knowing I had Sam to help with everything! Sam is also so kind and fun to work with and it is evident that she has the absolute best interest of her clients in mind. I had started coordinating with several vendors prior to hiring Sam, but she immediately took the reigns and contacted each of them, handling all of the back and forth discussions and timeline and logistic details with them. I didn’t have to coordinate or think or worry about anything the day of, and Sam truly made my wedding day completely stress free for me. From start to finish, she was there ensuring everything went as planned. She handled all of the set up, played music for us as guests arrived and during our first dances, and stayed the entire night! She truly went above and beyond any of my expectations and offered up so much of her time to visit with vendors with me and the venue to ensure everything would be executed as promised. I didn’t have to be the one pushing back on anything because Sam handled anything and everything that came up! When the forecast showed rain for the big day, she initiated additional meetings with the venue coordinator to nail down a plan B to account for weather if need be. She met with the venue without me even there to discuss all of this and was constantly ensuring me that I did not have to worry about a thing. I showed up to the reception on Saturday after our wedding ceremony and it was truly the wedding reception of my dreams. And I owe it all to Sam! I was truly blown away and am forever grateful to Sam for making my wedding day so enjoyable!! She never felt like someone I had hired but rather a genuine best friend the entire time who had my back throughout it all! If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, seriously look no further! You have found the kindest and most talented expert in Sam! She truly is the best and I can never fully say thank you enough for allowing me to have the best wedding day ever!

When Sam started as my wedding planner, I felt so blessed. But after having to move my reception back due to the pandemic, I was at a loss. Sam was able to help me rearrange everything while keeping my stress level down. From her professional design expertise to her organization skills, she really is the ideal wedding planner. I hired Sam to plan a friends baby shower and I could not be happier that I did. I was going to try and do it myself, but even just trying to pick out the invitations stressed me out! After reaching out to Sam, she asked me questions to better understand my vision and provided some of her own ideas. She got a mood board and invitations done very quickly and it was better than I could’ve envisioned. She stayed within my budget and did SO many of the little touches herself to make that possible. When I needed to come up with a style and plan for my wedding reception décor and flowers, I had a vision in mind, but couldn’t quite put it all into words. Luckily, Sam was able to take my vision and run with it. The décor couldn’t have been more my aesthetic and exactly what I was looking for. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was from the picture wall to the centerpieces and cake table. My family and I are so grateful for her work as it made the day so special and beautiful. Samantha planned the details of my bridal shower with such great detail, I was immediately brought to tears upon entering the room. The presentation of the decorations, food, and drinks was absolutely spectacular. She incorporated traditions and decorations close to my family and me personally. This was a shower that was truly planned and personalized just for me, not just for any bride. Her attention to detail and eye for beautiful aesthetics truly sets her apart.
