, but what really sells it is the energy the band brings. We had such a blast and kept getting so many compliments about the band and especially the charismatic band lead, Lawrence, who truly knows how to entertain and entertain engage the crowd.

Some of the reasons we loved working with Trailer: * He was very communicative and easy to reach from start to finish * Our dance teacher noted he was the very first band who had ever provided a couple with a recording of their first dance song in advance so they could practice (this meant a lot to us)! * Trailer has an extensive repertoire and was willing to learn new songs for our wedding * He brought so much energy to our dance floor * He arrived early and stayed late to make sure the day went perfectly (and it did) * The band sounded even better in person than in the demos * Trailer really matched the character and sound of the original songs instead of playing them all in the same style We really can't recommend Trailer Band enough!

em had bands that had no chemistry or enthusiasm and played the same stale set of 20 songs. After spending a few hours researching bands, I stumbled upon Lawrence’s website. While he had incredible reviews, I was still hesitant to book his band because I’d never seen them perform live - it was risky considering the investment it would be and how crucial the music would be to having a great party. I spoke with Lawrence on the phone for the first time and it went well. He asked what our first dance song would be and I told him. It’s an extremely random, not well known song (Something Special by Usher). The next day, he sent me a text. It was a recording of him performing the song. He learned it in 24 hours before we even committed to booking with him. We were sold. Compared to other bands I spoke to, Lawrence was incredible flexible with music selection. He has a catalogue of almost 30 pages, which includes super unique medleys. He asked us for our top 25 songs and even more importantly, had us write down as many DO NOT PLAYS as well. Throughout the 8 months from contracting with Lawrence and our wedding, he was incredibly easy to communicate with, typically answering within hours, and at latest, within 24 hours. I wanted to perform with the band at the wedding for one song and keep it a secret from my wife. He nailed. She never found out, despite them speaking several times, and he was easy to chat with about logistics and learning the song the right way so I’d be prepared. We even practiced together the day of the wedding. We had a 7-piece band, one pianist at ceremony and 2 pieces at cocktail hour. It was great it all came in one package. I know plenty of friends who had to coordinate cocktail hour, ceremony and party separately. As for their performance, it was incredible. Everything as advertised and more. Lawrence particularly brought the house down. The best way to describe it was electric. He perfectly mixed the songs we wanted and added a few welcome surprises (but of course none from our do not play list). He worked his way into the crowd at the best moments while keeping the spotlight on my wife and I the entire time. And as for my performance with the band, they were all super encouraging and easy to play with. I’m a novice at best and had never performed live and they definitely made me look a lot more talented than I am. I could write more and more, but if you’ve made it this far in the review, I hope you’ll at least reach out to him. I’m confident after one phone call, you’ll be sold just like we were.

l moments of the reception. They are absolutely phenomenal. Our guests were raving about them, and one engaged couple even said they want to book with them for their upcoming wedding. We highly recommend them, we had the most amazing time, everything was PERFECT!!!! Lawrence made a point to not only discuss our musical preferences and style from the first call, but got to know us personally and we made a good connection with him. He is very friendly and kind, and overall great personality. We appreciated everything.

was wonderful to work with. Exceeded all expectations. Epic party. My wife and I are still enjoying it. Made such a difference, such an amazing addition to a great event. LT provided beautiful music for the ceremony, worked with us ahead of time to make it memorable and personal, provided great jazzy cocktail hour music, and then the main event — holy crap. It was awesome. From the jump, dance floor was packed nonstop. Loved it. Hire them. Period.
