Le Bella Donna

I really wasn’t expecting this process to go as smoothly as it did. I consider myself sometimes picky or indecisive, but Jessica knew exactly what to pull and I think I only tried 6-7 dresses before finding the one. It was the first and only shop I went to! I loved my dress, but knew I wanted to do something extra with the sleeves as the dress only had the little off the shoulder straps. Jessica was helpful in discussing options and mixing and matching things. My suggestion however is to only dress shop here..veils and accessories are going to be overpriced in bridal shops and you can likely find what you are looking for on Etsy or something similar. Also have not heard/read the best things about their affiliated seamstress so I went elsewhere for my alterations and custom sleeves.

I will start off saying I had a very nice experience at first. Jennifer was my stylist(who has since left) and she was great found the perfect dress for me and I love the dress. When the dress came in I felt rushed when I came to pick it up. I was 5 minutes late as I was driving from qn hour away and was struggling to remember where the parking lot was. No big deal I thought it was my fault and I honestly hate to complain. I agreed to use their preferred seamstress Lucy who did alternations appointments in Le Bella Donna salon. While Lucy did a great job altering my dress when I came to pick it up it smelled of fried food and old musty house. Ispent the next few days trying to air out the dress hanging it in a room with essential oils to help it smell better. After a few days of this not helping I emailed Le Belladonna to ask for recommendations on what to do and requested a new garment bag as the one they gave me now reeked. I was polite I made sure compliment the seamstress work.I received an email back suggesting dry cleaning or to contact the seamstress directly. For the garment bag they said I could have one for the price of $25 plus shipping!!! I wrote an email back saying I was highly disappointed and the least they could do would be to replace the garment bag considering I was now going to have to pay to get this dry cleaned 20 days before my wedding. They have since ghosted me. It is truly disappointing. I do understand Lucy is a contracted 3rd party however when you have a business you are should have some responsibility for who you partner with. especially since the fittings were all done at LeBella Donna. Weddings are already stressful now this is a true added headache. I’m still working on a solution so I don’t stink on the biggest day of my life. The least LeBella Donna could have done was replaced the garment bag. Once they have your money it’s truly like they didn’t care.

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress here! Colleen was an absolute dream to work with!!! She pulled such a great selection of dresses for me to try on and was so efficient throughout the appointment. My flower girls and mom also got their dresses here - would highly recommend to any future bride! Thanks Colleen!

LBD was such a beautiful store and Liz was so extremely helpful and found me the most beautiful gown! She knew just what to pull and it was so nice having my gals there with me. The layout of the store is so smart

I had such a great experience at Le Bella Donna! From the moment we made the appointment to them checking in after. I sent Le Bella Donna my inspiration photos and they nailed it! We worked with Liz and I would highly recommend her to you. She was so thoughtful, informative, and sweet. She made both my mom and I feel relaxed and at home. She let me try on what I wanted and didn't pressure me into anything else. She let me know all of my options, but listened to me carefully and watched for my genuine reactions. I am so glad she was the one we worked with! The shop itself is very cute and spacious. There were lots of dress options and the staff was so friendly. The entire process was seamless and I felt very cared about. Every bride -to- be should have this experience and you will at Le Bella Donna.

I went to visit Le Bella Donna to help my mom choose a MOG and MOB dress for my brother’s wedding this September and my wedding for next November. The experience we had was amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Jen during our appointment and I cannot say enough how great she was to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and welcoming. My mom was unsure of what she wanted but Jen worked her magic and pulled the perfect dress. I will be returning in May in hopes to find my dream wedding dress!

If you're struggling with knowing what kind of dress you're looking for, Le Bella Donna is definitely the spot for you! Not only is the establishment lovely, but the staff is absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Liz. She is such a professional, yet made me feel so comfortable in a situation that can oftentimes be uncomfortable. You can tell that she cares a lot about helping you find the perfect dress. There are so many options, but the team guides you through it all. Thank you again Liz & Jen!

I found my dream dress at Le Bella Donna and the entire shopping experience was great. I wanted to go wedding dress shopping at Le Bella Donna because I knew they had dresses from a designer I knew I wanted to try on, and I was hoping to try on one dress in particular. I described the look and dress I was going for to Jen, my stylist, and she pulled a few dresses for me, including the one I had seen online! I tried it on and deep down knew it was the one for me, but I decided to try on a few more just to confirm it in my head for sure. Jen was very helpful in helping me choose my dress without pushing me in one direction or another, but rather helping me and my entourage (my mother and mother-in-law to be) see my own likes and dislikes and telling me how I looked like I felt in each one. The dress was absolutely perfect and fit like a glove, and my husband and I were both so amazed by it!

I really enjoyed my experience at Le Bella Donna. It is a pretty shop with great lighting which I noticed when looking back on photos from my visit. I knew I would be indecisive and Colleen was very helpful and patient. At my first appointment, she pulled a great variety of dresses and I ended up with something a little different from what I had in mind. It was easy to schedule my appointment and there was great communication for scheduling. I did not feel rushed or pressured even when I came back for my second appointment to try on my top pick. I am happy that I found a beautiful dress for my day!

My first time dress shopping and I found my dream dress at La Bella Donna. My consultant was Jess and she was amazing. As a plus size bride, I was VERY apprehensive about dress shopping- Jess and everyone at La Bella Donna made me feel so comfortable. They have a great selection and Jess seemed to get a handle on what I wanted after the first dress, even when I wasn’t quite sure how to articulate what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more pleasant experience for such a big day. Thank you Jess and La Bella Donna!

Le Bella Donna was the first bridal store I went to. I asked for a lace top with tank style straps and tired bottom. The first dress I tried on was EXACTLY that. 4 shops and countless dresses later, I went with that first one. On top of that, my attendant Ombretta was nothing but professional. As a plus size girl, I was nervous I wouldn't get a good idea of how things looked if things didn't truly fit. Le Bella Donna had a selection with dresses that FULLY fit my size (26 in pants) and Ombretta made my feel inclusive and beautiful. The facilities to try on were also a great size which made the experience comfortable and easy. I got my dress altered by Lucy whom works out of Le Bella Donna and in her home in Cherry Hill, NJ. I went to Lucy's home and Lucy had her work cut out for her, but Lucy had the most positive attitude and when all was said and done I felt like I was a part of her family and that I she was a proud mom sending her daughter off. It was an AMAZING experience!

Le Bella Donna was the second location I visited for my bridal dress. Let’s just say they did not disappoint . Colleen made the experience so easy and fun. She helped me narrow down on THE DRESS! The first day I went in I still had not clue of what I wanted in a dress, I knew for a fact what I did not want, and an idea of what I liked. Colleen listened to me and brought out plenty of dressed until I found the one. You know the dress you can’t stop thinking about! Within a couple days I booked for a retrial at which point I knew said YES TO THE DRESS! Thank you so much Colleen for your help! Not only with my dress but also helping my mom pick her dress out to!

I came here for my first dress shopping experience and said yes to my dress! Liz was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my dream dress! She listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out the right direction to go in. She made me feel completely relaxed and made this whole experience perfect and a lot of fun! I can’t thank Liz and Le Bella Donna enough! Can’t wait to get married in my dream dress next year!

Colleen was so fantastic with my dress experience. I had major concerns going in due to severe body dysmorphia, eating disorders, etc so I was extremely nervous and fearful to try on dresses worried they wouldn't fit etc. They had me voice all my concerns and my ideas a few weeks before the appointment to curate an entire style list for me. Colleen was extremely body positive and reassuring for someone who is very quiet and anxious to begin with to start to make me feel more comfortable. The location is so clean, bright, and personable. I could not imagine not having this experience for my wedding gown shopping as it gave me so much relief and confidence that I cried when I saw "my dress".

Went wedding dress shopping for the first time and Le Bella Donna was great from the moment I reserved an appointment. Colleen my stylist was amazing! She really understood my style while considering my budget. I even got the very first dress she picked out for me to try on!

I came to Le Bella Donna to shop for my wedding dress with some of the special people in my life and we were all truly impressed with Colleen. Her breadth of knowledge in the bridal gown world and ability to narrow down to truly what I wanted is highly impressive. I had a great experience and said “Yes!” to the dress!

I am an August 2024 bride and had such an amazing experience at Le Bella Donna! Colleen was wonderful and knew exactly what to pull for the dress of my dreams. Colleen was patient and welcoming with my family while also making sure she worked with what I wanted. It was such a fun experience in the store. The store was clean, organized and the staff was so helpful and educated on the process. I went to a few other stores and ended coming right back to Le Bella Donna to work with Colleen. I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on, which speaks to how great of a stylist Colleen is. I highly recommend Le Bella Donna!

In full disclosure, I did not buy my dress from here (I was clearly a bit difficult in this process!) but I want to talk about how wonderful the experience was and how generous the selection is. This is a shout out to Courtney, who listened to me and also suggested gowns I would’ve never thought of. This was my first dress trying on experience and she made it great. The variety of gowns is perfect and helps a bride find her style. The range of prices was also great and I think any bride can find what they are looking for.

I had such an amazing experience at Le Bella Donna! Colleen created a welcoming and fun experience for my guests and I! I came into the appointment with a specific style in mind and Colleen was able to pull upwards of 10 dresses that all fit my vision (and they were all beautiful!) I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision at that initial appointment. I was able to book an additional appointment to try my favorite dresses on again, where I ended up making my final decision. I'm very happy to have said yes to the dress at Le Bella Donna!

Be very careful if you go here. The sales practices are extremely manipulative. The sales attendants straight up lied to my face and said I looked great in a dress even when i had already said that I was unhappy and uncomfortable. Additionally, there is a substantial fee for a Saturday appointment, and they credit that fee towards the price of a dress BUT ONLY if you buy the dress during THAT appointment. Otherwise the fee is nonrefundable. This puts substantial pressure on you to buy a dress on your first visit (unless you can take off work to visit during the week), without taking time to think it over. The sales attendants also put pressure on you to buy the dress. When I was considering one dress towards the end of my appointment, the sales attendant repeatedly asked if I was saying yes to the dress, even though I had clearly communicated that I was not confident about the dress. A good, helpful sales attendant would have recognized my feelings and suggested that I think it over and come back. But this sales attendant kept asking and asking, so I felt a lot of pressure to buy. On top of all of this, the salon does not let you take photos of yourself in a dress until you already bought it, so you have to trust only what you see in the mirror. Unsurprisingly, I ended up buying a dress on my first visit. I IMMEDIATELY regretted the decision that evening when I saw myself in photos of the dress and realized that I did NOT look like what I saw in the mirror. Sobbing and full of regret, I called the salon to ask if they could cancel the order. Although I knew the sales contract said it was nonrefundable, I thought they might be lenient since they had mentioned that the order would not be confirmed by the dressmaker until a few days later. Therefore, in my mind this meant the order was not truly complete. The salon refused to cancel the order, but said they they could help me resell the first dress and I should come back to try more dresses to find the right dress for me. I went back once and tried on several more dresses. This time around, the sales attendant allowed me to take photos of myself in ALL of the dresses and put no pressure on me to buy anything. These changes from the first appointment proved that the photo policy and pressure she had put on me during the first appointment were both intended to be manipulative and to force a sale. (Now that I’d already bought a dress, the store didn’t care if I took photos or bought another dress.) After experiencing that, I left to go dress shopping elsewhere. To add insult to injury, when I sold the dress on StillWhite (for a hefty discount), I went back to the store to see if they could at least help me pack up the dress. They said they did not have anything to help with that, and did not offer to help me any further. If you go here, be prepared to stand up for yourself if you are not sure about a dress. Bring someone with you who will be honest about how you look in the dresses. And do not book a Saturday appointment unless you absolutely have to.

I can’t express how great of an experience I had when wedding dress shopping at Le Bella Donna. It started right when I walked in the store. The ladies are all so welcoming, friendly, educated, professional, and happy to share such an amazing time in your life. I meet with my stylist Jennifer which took my experience to the next level by pulling multiple dresses I had shared with her via my Pinterest inspiration wall. I fell in love with two different dresses but what really helped me make that final decision was the photos and videos that Jennifer took on my phone that make me see what I want to see on my wedding day. Don’t pass up the opportunity to come to this amazing dress shop! I would recommend it to anyone!

I had the best experience at Le Bella Donna with Ombretta!! It was the first bridal shop I had an appointment for and I left that day after saying “yes” to my dress. I did not expect to do that, but I am so glad I did. I was unsure exactly what style dress I was interested in, but Ombretta made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and helped lead me to the decision I WANTED without pushing me. She listened to me and understood the vibes I was going for and even helped me try things I thought I would totally dislike but turned out to be lovely. I couldn’t recommend this shop and Ombretta enough! Such a beautiful and memorable experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this bridal salon and their staff! For starters, the shop itself is beautiful (and spotless!) The entire dress collection is just gorgeous! The entire staff is kind and welcoming, they really make a bride to be feel gorgeous and special! However I have to give a special shout out for my bridal consultant, Ombretta who was absolutely amazing! So personable, kind and an absolute talent at what she does! For all brides- GO TO THIS SHOP!! :)

Le Bella Donna is a very special place to me. Both my sister and I were lucky enough to find our wedding dresses there. She found her wedding dress in 2018 with Jess. I enjoyed the process so much; I decide to go back there in search of my wedding dress in 2022. I had a great experience working with Liz and the staff. They were always pleasant and polite. Even though I can be an indecisive person, I never felt pressured and they were so patient with me. Liz helped me find my dream dress and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I’m so grateful for my experience and their expertise.

I found my wedding gown at my first appointment thanks to Colleen and the whole team at Le Bella Donna. From the moment we walked in, they were excited and made us feel at home. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure how to articulate the dress I was imagining, but I showed Colleen my Pinterest board and she pulled the most beautiful gowns in a variety of cuts/necklines, etc. In just over an hour I felt like a tried so many different styles or gowns, and when I put on "the one" I was so confident I could say yes. It truly felt like the Colleen and the stylists were my friends cheering me on not just employees trying to finalize a sale, and I think that was what made the day so fun and carefree for me and my family. Thank you so much Colleen and Le Bella Donna!

There are really no words for how magical my appointment was with my stylist Colleen. She was truly so sweet, kind, fun and helpful. Hands down do not look any further for a bridal boutique. All the staff in the boutique were so caring and loving. This place felt so comfortable and warm! Colleen found me my absolute perfect gown I get to wear on my wedding day. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with Jess, and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She listened to what I wanted, made me feel comfortable, and was able to find me the perfect dress for my big day! I could never really picture myself in a wedding dress, but Jess really understood me, what I wanted, and was able to find me something that I absolutely fell in love with from the moment I put it on! Having previously worked in the bridal industry myself, I can honestly say Jess is the best at what she does, and she is the reason why I have a dress that I am extremely excited about!!! I said yes to the dress!!! Le Bella Donna was such a wonderful experience. Jenn was my consultant, and I cannot say enough how lovely she is! I was between two dresses with completely different silhouettes, and Jenn was so helpful in helping me choose. She always told me to pay attention to how I felt in the dress and stay true to my vision. The boutique itself is gorgeous, and all of the staff are so kind. I can't seem to find the right words to describe the amazing experience that I had at Le Bella Donna. It's a beautiful bridal shop nestled in Jenkintown. They have TONS of dresses and styles to choose from. All of the staff are wonderful, but my Sales Consultant in particular, the lovely Ombretta, was absolutely incredible. Ombretta listened to my needs when it came to finding my dream wedding dress, from my budget, to the styles that interested me, to the physical things about my body that I wanted to accentuate/hide. She also kept it real. She let me know if a dress wasn't flattering and why. She made sure to pull all different styles so that I could rule out the ones that I didn't like and see the ones that really gave me that wow factor. When I found the PERFECT dress, she knew exactly which veil to pair it with to add a bit of a dramatic factor. She was awesome, so very nice, and knows her stuff. I HIGHLY recommend Le Bella Donna for all of your bridal needs. I've never felt more beautiful and valued than when going to Le Bella Donna. I love them and cannot wait to send them pictures of my big day in my perfect dress!

I absolutely adored my experience here, and I found my dress so that's a huuuuuge plus! The gorgeous ladies here are so sweet and an absolute vibe, they will gas you up and leave you feeling like you gained five new best friends. I came here per recommendation from my friend and bridesmaid Kacie, so a big thank you to her who also upgraded my experience to VIP. The boutique is large, and it is laid out in a way that makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale, think the tent from Harry Potter or the between world inside the wardrobe from Narnia. It is so pretty and cozy inside the boutique, the lighting is phenomenal! Liz was my consultant, and we also had help from Colleen (sorry if I spelled your name wrong hon). They were both supportive and sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for, even though I only gave them a brief description of what I envisioned for my dress. Both were patient and knowledgable and answered all of my questions without skipping a beat. Liz was attentive to all of the small details that I wanted on my dress, and never made me feel like they were too extra. I am absolutely sure that you CAN NOT go wrong with Le Bella Donna. Every bride to be owes themselves at least a consultation here. It is worth the time!

Le Bella Donna is the *absolute best*. I had booked an appointment at Kleinfeld's and was panicked I wouldn't find anything I liked, so I went on a whim on a Thursday afternoon, and it was like the stars aligned. I had the pleasure of working with Jenn, the world's most amazing bridal consultant (and who I have lovingly referred to as my fairy godmother), who took the time to get to know me and my taste. I gave her the very vague (and probably not super helpful) vibe that I wanted "spicy Grace Kelly," and within five minutes she had come back with about a half a dozen dresses. She suggested which one to try on first and I *immediately* fell in love with it. She picked picked something super flattering, unexpected, and within my budget. I broke into tears and she and I hugged and jumped up and down right there in the dressing room. I came back the following weekend with my mom, aunt, and maid of honor for the full "Say yes to the dress!" moment and all three of them raved about the entire experience. (The VIP appointment upgrade is super worth it!) At the end of the day, I got the first dress and veil I tried on and couldn't be more in love with them. And Jenn made the whole experience so lovely. If you have been binging "Say Yes to the Dress" and dreaming about going to Kleinfeld's, like I was, you should cancel that appointment. You do not want to be one of a million people in the wedding dress factory - you want the intimate, personal, devoted attention you get at Le Bella Donna. I will be back with my mom and future mother in law to get their dresses from the formal wear suite. Treat yourself right and GO! Ask for Jenn! 🥰🥰

My bridal consultant was Liz and she was just wonderful. She listen to what I wanted and got it right with literally the first dress. We continue to try on more just to make sure but when you know you know. Not just Liz but everyone at that store made me feel special and beautiful. I recommend anyone looking for a gown to shop there.

I went to Le Bella Donna to find my wedding dress and had a great experience! I was helped by Ombretta, and she was so knowledgeable and did a great job finding me dresses to try on. They don’t let you look through the racks, but don’t let this deter you. I sent pictures to them for “what I wanted in my dress,” and they definitely listened! They make sure they take into consideration budget, ensuring every dress you try on will be in by your wedding date, and each dress you try on will come in your size. Ombretta did an amazing job of listening to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, and continued to bring me dresses that had my favorite qualities. Also they have an in house seamstress (who you don’t have to use), but makes it nice and convenient. Obviously the best quote of the day was saying “yes to the dress,” but I also said “this was the easiest decision I have made during wedding planning so far.”

She took the time to learn and understand the styles I was interested in and helped me stay on track with my budget. Ombretta was a tremendous help with finding my bridal accessories and helping my mother and grandmother find gowns for the wedding. I would highly recommend Le Bella Donna!

I had such a positive experience at La Bella Donna and found my absolute dream wedding dress there! I felt so taken care of by the friendly staff. They also have the most diverse range of dresses I have seen- I got to try on so many styles so that I could be extra sure of what I wanted. I highly recommend them!!

Liz was my consultant at La Bella Donna and I cannot recommend her and this shop with more enthusiasm. My family dynamic is a bit tricky and Liz jockeyed everyone's opinions very gracefully while protecting my sanity. I was having a beach wedding and she provided really helpful recommendations for fabric and structure that made my wedding day so great. I also moved to Hawaii in the time between purchasing this dress and it arriving to the Jenkintown location. The shop was super helpful in inspecting the dress and shipping it to me. They understood my concerns over losing the dress in the mail, so they were very proactive about communication and everything worked out so well.

I said Yes to the Dress!! What an amazing experience from the moment I walked in and out the door. Ombretta was honest, clear and took her time to really figure out what I want without dismissing my bridal party requests. Every detail about the dresses from production to shape ordering. She is so helpful and intentional, and I would recommend with no hesitation.

This is the place to go to get your dress! Colleen was an absolute sweetheart and had an excellent eye. She matched my style to a T. All the other staff was also so warm and friendly.

La Bella Donna made wedding dress shopping extremely easy and fun. Not only was my experience great and the staff very friendly, but they have such a large selection of dresses. All of the staff at Le Bella Donna were so helpful throughout the dress process. I was also very happy with the in house alterations they provided. I came to this bridal salon because they carried All Who Wander and I knew I wanted a dress from this designer. I got so many compliments on my dress!

Le Bella Donna is an amazing place to find a wedding dress. I found mine there and have been in love with it ever since. It was a simple crepe down by the salon's private label, which I loved, because it meant very few people could have the same dress as me. My mom, sister, aunt and I were treated so well as soon as we walked in the door for the first appointment and the stylist just really understood what my vibe was. My dress was the very first wedding dress I tried on, ever. It came in a little earlier than quoted and the fitting went smoothly! Can't recommend this salon enough.
