Le Limo

Used Le Limo for our bridal party transportation for our wedding this summer and they were great! The front office was very helpful and easy to deal with. For the day of, the driver was very polite and on time. We received a text when he arrived. The only complaint was that the driver forgot to get champagne for our drive. Overall, would recommend again!

Le Limo was perfect. The luxury limo bus was fantastic- comfy and brand new. Communications and planning were seamless. Really appreciated the quick responses to questions and check~ins from the manager the week prior to the wedding. Highly recommend Le Limo for your wedding transportation.

I had a great experience with the trolley that we booked with Le Limo. It was so nice inside- the seats were comfortable and the wedding parties commented that it was the best trolley they had been in! They included a bottle of champagne and glasses which made the drive back so fun. Our driver Sean couldn’t have been nicer- he helped my dad and I step down the stairs and made sure I didn’t trip over my dress. He was also perfectly on them which took away a lot of my stress. Highly recommend!!!

Le Limo’s 8 passenger white limo was exactly what I envisioned for my wedding. During this crazy pandemic, I was fortunate to work with Le Limo. They were promptly on time, the limo was clean, the limo had plenty of space for all 8 adults, and the driver was super kind. Working with Le Limo was a wonderful experience and there were no problems and I just really appreciated how everything went. Thank you Le Limo, I cannot wait to use you again in the future!!!

I booked Le Limo 16 months in advance of my wedding for a party bus. We met with John, the owner at the time and he was great and even told us he was going to throw in a limo for transfer of the bride to church because it would look better in the pics than the party bus. He was very kind and accommodating. However, I noticed the deposit was never withdrawn from our account, so I called back and John had never booked us. We had to call FOUR times because he kept forgetting or losing our information. This should have been a red flag, but we had family that had used the company before with good experience, but one friend who ended up being late to her wedding because the limo was late... Weeks before the wedding I called to process the last payment and confirm all was good to go. We had booked the Land Yacht II 40 passenger ( it was beautiful inside). I called again to confirm everything was all set just a few days before the wedding. My husband I were SO excited for this bus. We talked to family and friends about it over and over and how excited we were because it was gorgeous. On the day of my wedding 1.5-2 hours before pick up I got a call from Le Limo saying that the bus went out the night before and had "mechanical issues," they were going to send their trolley. THIS RUINED the moment and morning of my wedding for me. 16 months of anticipating for this to happen. The trolley, they say, is luxury and one of their top rentals but it does NOT compare to the bus we chose and it did not go with my wedding at all. We had NO time to call another company or to seek other options. They should have called me early that morning - not with barely any time to spare. I understand things happen, but this was my wedding, ONE day I will never get back. One thing I appreciate is that they sent the other bus and they were on time and the driver was kind and helpful, BUT 16 months of anticipation to get something we did not want nor choose was so disappointing.If it was rented that day what would they send us? The trolley carries 35 and in NO WAY does it compare to the bus that had large screen tv, a private section, 40 passenger, a bathroom! NO comparison! Andrew, who I believe is the new owner was not understanding. He told us the trolley was rented for the same as the bus. What they dont understand is they completely ruined it for us. We got a very small refund, and when we asked for more he said "how about $500 toward your next limo rental? That was the breaking point for me. When would I rent a limo? In addition, my dress was wrinkled in the bus because we had a large party and no space. The pictures taken inside the trolley were disappointing. As I said before, they sent transportation - they think that was good enough, but it wasn't. It does not matter what the other vehicle goes for - it ruined the look and theme we wanted and most of all the excitement that we had and they could care less. Take a look at the pics yourself - they dont compare.

Le Limo was amazing to work with! They were so quick to respond to all of my questions throughout the entire planning process. They were so kind and worked with me to help create a package that worked best for what we needed. There were no issues the day of my wedding and the drivers of the shuttle and limo were so nice! We can’t thank you enough for helping make our day the best day of our lives.

After we went out to visit we were so excited about his cars then he couldn’t ever send us a contact! We asked three times. Business must be good if he can ignore customers

Le Limo was very easy to work with! We used the Mercedes Sprinter for ourselves and the six members of our bridal party. It was the perfect choice with lots of space! Le Limo staff checked in multiple times about our day-of timeline to make sure they were in the loop about everything. The Le Limo driver (Van) was polite and very helpful! It was a rainy day, but he was ready with umbrellas! I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation!

I booked Le Limo for my wedding in June 2018. I booked a Trolley for the wedding party and a Rolls Royce for my husband and I . Prior to booking Phyllis was extremely nice and helpful. The day of the wedding they did show up on time the only thing I’m disappointed about was I was told that we were getting champagne and water for both the Trolley and the Rolls Royce. My wedding party asked for it the Trolley driver Laughed and said “ No I didn’t pay for it.” It was in my contract as a matter of fact. Also - the Rolls Royce was supposed to get red carpet service which I didn’t get. Didn’t get champagne either. As a matter of a fact I didn’t even get the enjoy the ride to the venue with my husband because the driver just kept talking to us. We tried to ignore him but he wouldn’t get the clues. We didn’t want to be rude but we also would have liked to enjoy the ride to ourselves with the champagne we were supposed to get.

Le Limo was perfect for my wedding! The Rolls Royce and limo for my bridesmaids arrived perfectly on time at my house to take us to the church. Both drivers were professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything and everything. When the ceremony was over the driver of the Rolls Royce helped us take pictures with the car and then congratulated us with a bottle of champagne. The time we had in the back of the car on the way to the venue was for just the two of us a part of the day I'll always remember. We arrived to our reception venue early and ready to party! Looking back on my September 2, 2017 wedding, there are so many smart wedding planning decisions my husband and I made; hiring Le Limo, is hands down one of the best choices. Our wedding party was 24 people, finding a quality bus for that size party was not easy. The Luxury Liner bus was impeccably clean, SO much fun to drive in, and fit a large bridal party very comfortably. Our driver Robert went above and beyond his job description has helped our wedding day go off without a hitch. The amazing driver, text reminders, prompt and on time service, office assistance, and professionalism shown by the company was the 5 star service every bride and groom want on their wedding day! We were very pleased working with Le Limo to provide transportation services at our October 2017 wedding! The Le Limo team was very responsive throughout the entire process, and helped us think through various scenarios for providing transportation to our guests. Le Limo was very reasonably priced, especially compared with other vendors, and we appreciated that the team let us break up a 6-hour rental into two trips (helpful since we had a break between our Church ceremony and the reception). The Le Limo team kept us apprised of the status throughout the day, and made sure all guests arrived safely and on time. We would highly recommend working with Le Limo for your wedding transportation needs!

Limo Driver was very courteous and arrived on time. The limo was very clean and had everything we needed. Booking with Phyllis was very easy and we loved working with her. The limo is something that you don't want to think about or worry about on your wedding day and we were so happy we went with Le Limo.

Great service. Our driver Alan was awesome. The trolley was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It also looked great in our pictures! Phyllis in the office was very attentive and kind. From the second I requested a quote until drop off at our reception was comfortable and perfect.

We hired 3 vehicles for our wedding. One was a white 36 passenger shuttle bus. On the day of the wedding, at the last minute, we found out the shuttle bus would not be coming because it broke down (OK things happen). In it's place they sent 2 black 12-15 passenger buses, which were late, and obviously could not accommodate all our passengers! Not only that, one of the buses got lost (1st day for the driver) and those guests almost missed the wedding ceremony! The extra guests ended up on the limo bus with the bride & bridesmaids on the way to the ceremony, but on the way back we had to squeeze 20 people (in formal wear) on a 15 passenger max vehicle. All of this was paid for in advance, including the driver's tips, as is required by their contract. We got no apology, no discount, or refund from Le Limo. They caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience right before the wedding ceremony. Either do not use them, or try to renegotiate the contract so you do not pay them in full in advance, so you have some recourse when things go south.

I have used Le Limo for a few years to book corporate travel services, it was a no brainer using them for our wedding! I always speak with Phyllis when booking, she is wonderful, both drivers were early for pick ups and the cars were spotless.

I spoke to Phyllis about my bachelorette and wedding limo arrangements. Everything went beautifully and I will forever be a customer. If I have a concern or question the owner called me from his personal cell phone and made me comfortable right away!!! Thank you Le limo!!!

We couldn’t have been happier that we chose Le Limo to rent a vintage car for our wedding. After talking to several other rental companies and getting very discouraged with the lack of professionalism, we were so impressed with Le Limo from start to finish. They were professional, and accommodating. Getting driven away in their vintage Roll Royce Silver Cloud was the perfect ending to our wedding day.

We used one of their stretch SUVs to bring our wedding party to the ceremony for our wedding. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their ride and everyone at Le Limo was really great to work with. We highly recommend them.

Le Limo was fantastic to work with. Phyllis in their front office was very helpful when we were choosing which car to book. We ended up booking their trolley, which was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this for brides as there is room for your to stretch your dress out. Phyllis was great checking in and making sure everything was confirmed for the big day. She was so kind. Checked Le Limo out thanks to a referral from a friend and we could not have been happier. Phyllis was phenomenal from beginning to end. She worked with our budget and found ways to ease my mind with the timing and scheduling of shuttles. She communicated well and in a timely manner, including when the shuttle we ordered was out of service at the last minute. She got in touch with me, explained the situation, and solved it without me even knowing. The drivers, Stan, Richie, and Sam were punctual and professional. My mother had a bit of a meltdown and our driver knew I was stressed- he took some time and helped me relax right before the ceremony. I couldn't believe how kind he was- truly reminded me that it was "my day" and to do exactly what would make me happy. Our guests raved about the shuttles (we had two, from hotel to ceremony then to reception) and each were on time, stocked well, and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better transportation service on our big day. With multiple stops and slushy snow, I was anxious we would be late or have some issues, but it all worked perfectly, thanks to Le Limo and their staff. Hands down, one of the best choices we made in our wedding planning. I would recommend this company again and again, and hope to have another event where we can use them ourselves!

Sprinter van was clean, nice, and spacious for 11! They provided actual glassware which was a nice touch. Other companies would not allow glass- they allowed it! How can you have a champagne toast if you can't bring a glass bottle? Highly recommend. Did not compare prices as I booked with limited time remaining, but the booking woman (who was extremely nice), gave me a small discount when I asked.

We rented the trolley and a shuttle bus for my daughter's wedding in September. The trolley was great because it made it so easy for the bride and bridesmaids to get in and out. The trolley was sparkling clean and the driver was very pleasant and accommodating. It also was great for photos before and after the wedding. The shuttle bus that we rented for driving our guests back and forth from the wedding reception was also very clean and the driver was also very pleasant, patient and helpful. Phyllis, the wedding coordinator in the office was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in planning everything. We would definitely recommend Le Limo!

I've used Le Limo for other events. They've always been great and they were also great for my wedding. We did the trolley/Rolls Royce combo. It made for great images that will never look dated.

We used their shuttle bus for our wedding. Guests loved the fact that we set up a hotel loop for pick up and no one had to worry about drinking and driving...They were professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I have only positive things to say about Le Limo service. From the beginning they were very helpful and professional when I was booking the date. Everything went smooth, the driver was very friendly and the limo itself was comfy and top notch. I would definitely recommend Le Limo to anyone who is looking for great, affordable limo services.

We rented the lovers limo and the 26 person party bus. The limo took my parents and I to the church, and then my husband and I to the formal pictures location. The party bus took our bridal party to the ceremony, and then everyone back to the reception. The driver of the lovers limo was a little weird, couldnt really understand when I wanted him parked in front of the church (for a toast after we exited), and then slammed on breaks pretty hard. THe party bus was SO MUCH FUN! I didn't even want to get off! We brought coolers on with drinks and snacks and had the music very loud! Awesome awesome!

I hired Le Limo for my bachelorette party and we had the 18 passenger Cabin Cruiser party bus.The vehicle was very nice and seated 16 people comfortably. The driver, Rich, was very nice and professional - he was great all night! He was able to hook up my phone to the sound system which was a bonus! He was also early to arrive and stayed in touch throughout the night. I have rented to trolley for the day of my wedding in a few weeks and I am very excited to see what it looks like! Phyllis in the office is very helpful and such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend booking them for all transportation services.

We used a limo for the after party. Our limo seated 8 people comfortably. The driver was super chill and let us use his aux cord for our phones so we could play our own music. So awesome!

Le limo was so great to work with! Our driver showed up anlittle early which was so nice so I didnt have to worry about them showing up. He made sure it was fully stocked with everything for us. We got a beautiful brand new limo i just wished our ride was a little longer to enjoy it. Over all they were great!

It was late in our wedding planning that we decided it would be best to hire transportation to take our families from the hotel, to our family portrait location, and then back to the venue (which was close to the hotel). Given how close we were to our date (only 3 months out, and we were getting married during prom season!) I was pleased to find out that Le Limo had their 26 passenger Land Yacht available for our date! Also, I was impressed by the simplicity of the booking process with Phyllis. We booked their Wedding Package, which had everything and more that we would need for our big day. On our wedding day, our driver, Jim, arrived right on time (if not early). He got there before we even made our way downstairs from our First Look! I should also mention that Jim was very sharply dressed. We have a couple of photos where Jim appears, so it is nice that he was so dressed up. As soon as we arrived in the hotel lobby, Jim introduced himself and explained how things would work for Family Portraits. He would need to drop us off at the location and then drive around, so we should give him 10 minutes warning when we would need to be picked up. My father needed some help getting in and out of the vehicle, and Jim was always right there to help, even pushing him up the steps when he needed it. I really appreciated this given the fact that one of the main reasons we got the vehicle was to make things easier for my dad. We headed to our Family Portrait location. The trip was really fun in the Land Yacht. We have some great photos from both outside and inside the vehicle, and the vehicle looks great. It was immaculate! When we got to the Family Portrait location Jim was quick to offer us all some much needed water. And after we were done with photos, Jim picked us up quickly (less than the 10 minutes he thought it would take!), and brought us to the venue. It was such a pleasure working with Jim and Le Limo on our wedding day. I had read about many mishaps with transportation, and I am happy to say we did not encounter any of these. Jim always used the quickest route to get us from point A to point B; the vehicle was clean, fun, and ran smoothly; and Jim’s assistance with my dad really helped to make our day a success. Thank you so much Jim and Le Limo for providing us such top-notch service!

We hired Le Limo as our limo for our wedding in Worcester. The limo and the service was more than spectacular. The driver was very polite and knew exactly where to go AND provided a red carpet service for my wife. I highly recommend Le Limo!!

The bride & groom hired the Stretch SUV limo. It was a great experience. There was champagne on ice when we got in the car. The inside was luxurious, I felt like I was in a movie star's entourage. Just a great time on a great day.

I rented one of there sprinters for my best friends bachlor party, The driver Allen knew all the in's and outs of the city he got us into some bars that gave us bip seating we never had to wait in line I felt like I was a celebrity

We told guest that we had set up a shuttle service to pick people up and bring them to the ceremony/reception site. But they didn't know we hired Le Limo's trolley. It's truly luxurious and the guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the ride was to the event. My mom's friends are still talking about it. My new hubby and I went to the wedding in their Silver Cloud Rolls Royce. It's just a beautiful car. Classic styling so my wedding photo's will look vintage but not dated. Everyone was very happy with Le Limo!

I was so busy with veterinary school that spending hours and hours planning my wedding was not high on my 'to do' list. So I found the online reviews for Le Limo and went with them. I'm glad I did. The office staff knew exactly how to coordinate the logistics of who gets picked up where and when. They planned details that I never even thought about. The driver was great and the day was exactly as planned plus the car was immaculate. They literally rolled out the red carpet for me and they set up an on board champagne toast for me and my new husband. They basically took care of all the minutiae. Le Limo made it simple and allowed me to just enjoy the day. I wanted to share my experience because it was so positive. Now back to studying.

When my friend got engaged, I offered to help her research limo companies in the area. We checked out several, but Le Limo stood out because of their immediate and friendly response. We made an appointment to check out their fleet of vehicles and couldn't believe how clean they were (and how many choices they had). They weren't pushy, like some of the other places we checked were, and offered great advice. On the day of the wedding, it was such a relief when everything went off without a hitch. My son used Le Limo for his daughter's wedding. As grandmother of the bride it was really special to be picked up in a long white stretch limousine and chauffeured to the ceremony and then the reception. The car was in immaculate condition and the driver was very accommodating and thoughtful. I wanted to write a review for them because they just did an outstanding job of making the wedding day special for me, my son and my new daughter-in-law. And if my son reads this, feel free to set up more limo rides for your mother!

I hired their classic Rolls Royce to take my daughter and her new husband to the ceremony and reception. This car makes a great backdrop for wedding photos. We also hired the trolley for our guests. We had them do a loop to pick up all the overnight guests and they loved it. Arriving in style and no worries with the open bar. Office staff was great. Drivers were professional and personable. I highly recommend them.

Every step of the way Le Limo was wonderful. I contacted Phylis to ask for a quote and she was prompt with a responce and sent me all the inforamtion I could need. The process was to easy and everyone was so helpful. The drivers were wonderful and the limos we both very clean.
