able to try on dresses I probably never would have picked up but then could eliminate to finding my perfect dress was great. First, the dress I picked out was ordered in the wrong color. I remember almost every aspect of picking out my wedding dress and that includes the color I chose. They were kind about it, and it was quickly fixed but it's the fact that the person who ordered my dress didn't listen to that detail that is frustrating and had to spend extra money. Second, the policy changes that have been happening after they told me I could keep my dress held until I could pick it up. Even when they informed me of the move or remodel, they said it was fine that I kept it there until I would ultimately pick it up to be altered. But now I have to pay to have it held there. Overall, those I have spoken with have been kind but when I went to try my dress on after the mix up of color the person working appeared annoyed that I was there to try on my dress when I called and gave over a days' notice that I would be coming in. They were helpful but appeared annoyed. Not a pleasant experience that time when I was so excited to have the correct color for my WEDDING dress.

ess I had originally wanted. She built a complex scalloped lace back and sleeves out of the same lace from the skirt along with several other large-scale alterations, in addition to making a matching veil by hand last minute (no cost) when the veil I ordered came in the wrong color the week of the wedding. She is absolutely one of the most talented people in the industry in Fargo and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

ith my body, so the thought of dress shopping was daunting. But from the time my appointment began, she wanted to know everything: the style I was looking for, color, price point, if I wanted a lot of detailing or something simple, when the wedding is, etc. and she began pulling incredible gowns. It only took about 5 gowns to find the one and even then, she helped me customize the gown and make it my own. I admittedly went to another store in town (big mistake) afterwards just to try on a few more dresses before fully committing being it was my first shopping experience and even though we came back in half an hour before closing, Averi and the team went out of their way to make sure I was measured correctly and that the transaction and contract were fully understood. I HIGHLY recommend going here for a gown especially if you are looking for something unique.

ange. I said yes to my dress here and got to walk out with that day (it was a stock dress). I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here and I would recommend every bride come here to try on dresses!

just needed a few small alterations. My mother bought her dress there along with the bridesmaids and the groomsmen got their tux's there. Well after that it wasn't such a great experience. When my mothers dress came in nobody called and told her until she called and asked. When she had time to travel up for Fargo from South Dakota to try it on she was told they were booked up for alteration appointments. I called about a month and a half before my wedding to try on my dress and I was talked down to by the OWNER of the store about how I needed to book an appt 2 months before the wedding for alterations and that was my fault even though nobody told me I needed to. They told me it was in my contract well the copy I kept nowhere does it say I needed to make an appt 2 months in advance. One of the seamstresses took a 2 week vacation DURING the summer so in the middle of wedding season so they were super backed up for alterations. One of my bridesmaids did not get her dress altered until the Tuesday before my wedding because they were so busy and I got married on a Friday. The tux's did not come in until the week of the wedding. They all got measured 6 months before the wedding and every groomsmans tux did not fit except one this includes the groom. So the measuring was not consistent at all. One of the groomsman lost a significant amount of weight before the wedding and his clothes STILL were too small. I was just not impressed at all after I bought my dress there.

nightmare. We wanted corsets placed in the dress, and were given one price when they were purchased. Once the dresses arrived they came up with every excuse not do do the corset lacing in the back, and were not honoring their original prices until several of us called in. They also wanted a lot of money for fabric to do the corset alterations even though we were making the dresses shorter... why wouldn't you reuse the fabric? I would never recommend them after the experience we had. None of my ladies had good things to say about them.

rday before my appointment instead of Sunday. I told them I was busy all day Saturday and that I had made the appointment on Sunday as they were the only place in the area opened on Sunday. The employee said since they made the appointment they would still open for me on Sunday if I wished. I was happy to hear that so they said I should let them know on Saturday if I wanted to come in on Sunday. On Saturday, I called and let them know that I wanted to come in on Sunday as they promised. About 10 minutes later someone from the store called and asked the same question. I told them the Same thing, that I would like to come in on Sunday as the initial appointment was made. On Sunday, my party of 4 and I showed up at 12, the same time the appointment was made. No one was there. We waited 15 minutes. I tried calling the store. No one answered and no one showed. We left. I consider this to be very unprofessional and plain rude. I would not reommed this store to anyone.

s dresses the attendant stayed out of the way and didn't influence our decisions at all. The only downfall to this appointment was the fact that they only set aside two small fitting rooms for my five bridesmaids to share. It was a Saturday during prom season, so it seemed like the attention was focused more on the high school girls. The guys' tuxes came in several days earlier than expected which was wonderful, and the shop was quick at alterations and re-ordering tux pieces that didn't fit. I'd definitely go back to LeeAnne's!

, it was standard length, which thankfully was just barely long enough with me wearing ballet flats. The manager on duty kept saying "well the girl who helped you no longer works here" as a way of trying to justify the error, which was not at all helpful, they said if I wanted to reorder I would have to pay for all of the fees of returning the dress and the new order, even though it was 100% their error. I'm very thankful that my dress was just long enough so I could take it and not have to deal with them ever again.

ing. It was so romantic, and the detail on the lace was beautiful. Not to mention it was comfortable! I also got my veil there, which matched perfectly. I worked with Jessica the day I found my dress, and she was great! Her feedback was helpful, and she also found the perfect belt to go with the dress. I also did my alterations with them, which went so smooth. They were flexible and quick, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend!

y ended up ordering the wrong bridesmaid dress for one of my friends- again, wasn't a big deal because we had enough time for it to be fixed, except the girl working said they wouldn't reorder because I signed a contract w/the dress numbers. I politely said I didn't know the correct dress numbers. That was their job, not mine. I chalked it up to a worker just saying what she thought she was supposed to say, so I called back to talk to the owner expected a different response. The owner wasn't very friendly and had poor customer service. She finally conceded to reordering the correct dress but not without repeating several times that I was at fault for this mistake as well. I will say their alterations department did a very nice job on my gown though. Looking back, I'd probably deal with the hassle and go back, but when you pay over a thousand dollars for a dress and over $250 for a bridesmaid dress you expect more customer service.

Their alterations department is awesome and great and skilled at what they do.
