Lee Anne's Bridal

I had found my absolute dream dress in another city but it was nearly $6000 - after failing to find a similar dress I went to Cindy at LeeAnne's. She found a dress with the same skirt and completely remade the entire bodice to replicate the dress I had originally wanted. She built a complex scalloped lace back and sleeves out of the same lace from the skirt along with several other large-scale alterations, in addition to making a matching veil by hand last minute (no cost) when the veil I ordered came in the wrong color the week of the wedding. She is absolutely one of the most talented people in the industry in Fargo and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

My experience with Lee Anne's was wonderful! Every worker we came in contact with the day of my appointment was so kind and sweet. My consultant was Averi and honestly, she was a god send! I am a plus sized bride and not really comfortable with my body, so the thought of dress shopping was daunting. But from the time my appointment began, she wanted to know everything: the style I was looking for, color, price point, if I wanted a lot of detailing or something simple, when the wedding is, etc. and she began pulling incredible gowns. It only took about 5 gowns to find the one and even then, she helped me customize the gown and make it my own. I admittedly went to another store in town (big mistake) afterwards just to try on a few more dresses before fully committing being it was my first shopping experience and even though we came back in half an hour before closing, Averi and the team went out of their way to make sure I was measured correctly and that the transaction and contract were fully understood. I HIGHLY recommend going here for a gown especially if you are looking for something unique.

The minute you enter the place you feel the sweet welcome, the great supportive customer servise and the huge variety of awesome dresses. I was amazed and did not need to visit other places. Just awesome place

As a plus size bride, I was so worried local boutiques wouldn't carry my size in a dress that was in my price range. I was sooo surprised when I came in for my appointment and the owner had pulled around 10 dresses in my size, and in my price range. I said yes to my dress here and got to walk out with that day (it was a stock dress). I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here and I would recommend every bride come here to try on dresses!

When I first got my dress here I had amazing service!! I was with Steph that day and I told her what I was looking for and she picked the ones I thought I would like. She did an amazing job! Third dress I found was the one. It fit perfectly and just needed a few small alterations. My mother bought her dress there along with the bridesmaids and the groomsmen got their tux's there. Well after that it wasn't such a great experience. When my mothers dress came in nobody called and told her until she called and asked. When she had time to travel up for Fargo from South Dakota to try it on she was told they were booked up for alteration appointments. I called about a month and a half before my wedding to try on my dress and I was talked down to by the OWNER of the store about how I needed to book an appt 2 months before the wedding for alterations and that was my fault even though nobody told me I needed to. They told me it was in my contract well the copy I kept nowhere does it say I needed to make an appt 2 months in advance. One of the seamstresses took a 2 week vacation DURING the summer so in the middle of wedding season so they were super backed up for alterations. One of my bridesmaids did not get her dress altered until the Tuesday before my wedding because they were so busy and I got married on a Friday. The tux's did not come in until the week of the wedding. They all got measured 6 months before the wedding and every groomsmans tux did not fit except one this includes the groom. So the measuring was not consistent at all. One of the groomsman lost a significant amount of weight before the wedding and his clothes STILL were too small. I was just not impressed at all after I bought my dress there.

This was the worst vendor experience I had with our wedding. I did not purchase my wedding dress here, but we did purchase 6 bridesmaid dresses... you'd think that would be enough to receive great service... Alterations for my bridesmaids was a nightmare. We wanted corsets placed in the dress, and were given one price when they were purchased. Once the dresses arrived they came up with every excuse not do do the corset lacing in the back, and were not honoring their original prices until several of us called in. They also wanted a lot of money for fabric to do the corset alterations even though we were making the dresses shorter... why wouldn't you reuse the fabric? I would never recommend them after the experience we had. None of my ladies had good things to say about them.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone with an employee for 12:00 pm on a Sunday. The Thursday before my appointment, I was contacted and told that they are closed on Sunday's in the summer. They asked me if I was able to come in on the Saturday before my appointment instead of Sunday. I told them I was busy all day Saturday and that I had made the appointment on Sunday as they were the only place in the area opened on Sunday. The employee said since they made the appointment they would still open for me on Sunday if I wished. I was happy to hear that so they said I should let them know on Saturday if I wanted to come in on Sunday. On Saturday, I called and let them know that I wanted to come in on Sunday as they promised. About 10 minutes later someone from the store called and asked the same question. I told them the Same thing, that I would like to come in on Sunday as the initial appointment was made. On Sunday, my party of 4 and I showed up at 12, the same time the appointment was made. No one was there. We waited 15 minutes. I tried calling the store. No one answered and no one showed. We left. I consider this to be very unprofessional and plain rude. I would not reommed this store to anyone.

LeeAnne's was an excellent choice for us ladies to get our dresses and the gentlemen to get their tuxes. The staff was excellent and took the time necessary to help me find the dress of my dreams. When our bridal party went to select bridesmaids dresses the attendant stayed out of the way and didn't influence our decisions at all. The only downfall to this appointment was the fact that they only set aside two small fitting rooms for my five bridesmaids to share. It was a Saturday during prom season, so it seemed like the attention was focused more on the high school girls. The guys' tuxes came in several days earlier than expected which was wonderful, and the shop was quick at alterations and re-ordering tux pieces that didn't fit. I'd definitely go back to LeeAnne's!

I found my wedding dress here! They have a great selection and Jessica who helped me was wonderful! I would recommend every Bride look here for her wedding dress!

Not entirely thrilled with the servies at Lee Annes. I ordered my dress and asked for the extra length as I am quite tall, the sales lady said she would for sure get the extra length, but sure enough when I went to get my dress after it came in, it was standard length, which thankfully was just barely long enough with me wearing ballet flats. The manager on duty kept saying "well the girl who helped you no longer works here" as a way of trying to justify the error, which was not at all helpful, they said if I wanted to reorder I would have to pay for all of the fees of returning the dress and the new order, even though it was 100% their error. I'm very thankful that my dress was just long enough so I could take it and not have to deal with them ever again.

I had gone to two other stores before going to Lee Anne's, and I am so glad I waited to buy something. They had a style of dress I hadn't seen much of at the other stores, which is the one I went with. It was the perfect dress for our lake wedding. It was so romantic, and the detail on the lace was beautiful. Not to mention it was comfortable! I also got my veil there, which matched perfectly. I worked with Jessica the day I found my dress, and she was great! Her feedback was helpful, and she also found the perfect belt to go with the dress. I also did my alterations with them, which went so smooth. They were flexible and quick, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend!

I have mixed feelings. I got my dress and bridesmaid dresses here. When we went it was obvious they were training a girl in because she was clueless- not a big deal. The other girl was very helpful. I found my dress right away and left. They ended up ordering the wrong bridesmaid dress for one of my friends- again, wasn't a big deal because we had enough time for it to be fixed, except the girl working said they wouldn't reorder because I signed a contract w/the dress numbers. I politely said I didn't know the correct dress numbers. That was their job, not mine. I chalked it up to a worker just saying what she thought she was supposed to say, so I called back to talk to the owner expected a different response. The owner wasn't very friendly and had poor customer service. She finally conceded to reordering the correct dress but not without repeating several times that I was at fault for this mistake as well. I will say their alterations department did a very nice job on my gown though. Looking back, I'd probably deal with the hassle and go back, but when you pay over a thousand dollars for a dress and over $250 for a bridesmaid dress you expect more customer service.

I had so much fun trying on gowns here. Lauren was so helpful. We found my gown the first time here (and this was the only store I visted). My gown arrived within 5 weeks. Alterations were perfect!

I had a great experience at this store. They were super helpful at selecting dresses and I loved the fact that I could take a picture or two of some of the final dresses I was considering unlike some stores that have policies against that.

They are very easy to work with and very understanding. The place I originally ordered my dress through went out of business. Leann's went above and beyond to get my dress for me instead. Should have started here all along. Very friendly. Their alterations department is awesome and great and skilled at what they do.

This shop is great. There new location even adds to the experience. They had a good selection and are very helpful and nice. They were flexible with my alterations person and made all the steaming and prep easy with her as I live many hours away.

The gowns in their store are amazing! They are so great to work with to make appointments, their seamstress did a spectacular job, and they gave me so many deals on my dress, I saved a ton of money! I got my dress and veil here and don't regret it at all!

When the original shop I ordered my dress closed, unexpectedly, everyone at Leeann's bridal stepped up! They got my dress, and bridesmaids dresses here very fast. Cindy did amazing alterations. We are so thankful for them!
