We found Legend limos online through a google search to see reasonable pricing for limo service and they were on point. From the presentation of the website to the quick response in acquiring exact pricing, they treat you well. There meeting and showroom was pleasant and lucky enough we were able to see most of the fleet and everything is cleaned and repaired prior to them picking you up for your event. They throw in a complimentary one way service to the airport the day of your honeymoon! We will use them again for future travel.

Our shuttles were supposed to begin at 3:45.. driver didn’t show until 4:30. When we called the office to find out what was going on, we just got rude comments. It pushed our entire wedding back over an hour and cut our reception short as a result. Would not recommend.

Legend was great! They were on time, buses and car were immaculate, and the service was impeccable. Our driver Bobby was awesome! Thank you!

I probably should have looked at the reviews before booking with Lengend. I will give them a two star because before receiving our money their customer service was well and they were for the most part organized. The day of the wedding we planned for a party bus to pick up the groomsmen and groom and bring them to the church. After that, the party would be picking up the bridesmaids at my house and bringing them to the church. I had a Rolls Royce for my dad and I arriving at my house at the same time. The Rolls Royce showed up at 2... we waited until the party but was supposed to get to my house. The party bus was late.. it was almost three o'clock ( our church was at 3:30 and a half hour away) the driver of the Rolls Royce proceeded to add to the already stressful morning by telling me the guys were late, it had nothing to do with the company. Lo and behold my bridesmaids had to drive themselves to the church. I did find out later on from my husband that the limo driver never called my husband to let him know that he was there. They also requested a $245 to pick up our guests from the hotel AROUND THE BLOCK since we got to our venue later than expected.The company did not feel any remorse. The party bus is nice and so was the Rolls Royce. They need a lesson on how to talk to their clients.

Very easy to work with. We hired Legend for our Wedding - all communication was simple and professional. Driver showed up on time, was very helpful and made our morning transport seamless. Would definitely hire again.

Hired them for my wedding this past September and they were the worst. The car picking up the bride and family didn’t have working air conditioning, which the owner said he is not responsible for because "mechanical problem happen". I specifically mentioned that this car would then be used to transport the parents of the bride and groom along with grandparents after, but they still sent us a car with no ac. We also got the custom Escalade which came equipped with a broken passenger side handle, and a "13’ inch scratch" (the owners words not mine), that went across the whole door, which has been there since May,( again the owners words)but he is going fix it, he just doesn’t have the time because it "so popular!!" and no one has complained. It also had a cracked windshield. Which the owner told me happens a lot and they only fix them right before the inspection. So, I hope your Wedding is on an inspection day. I told him we booked a car with no damage when we saw it and expected that to show up. He replied they were not in a position to reimburse us anything. Also, there was not one ice cube to be found on anything. I gave the driver 10 dollars as I walked into church to make sure we had some for the ride to the reception. The result....no ice and I didn’t get my 10 dollars back. The customer service after the fact from the owner and the staff have been unprofessional and arrogant. They were the only vendor we regret from an amazing day.

Hired legends for my wedding and from the get-go had a bad feeling about them. I should have trusted my instincts because they were the only vendor that day that we did not love. They are so disorganized and unprofessional it's amazing they are still in business. Their cars are old and not well maintained. Lots of scratches and dings. My car arrived and the AC didn't work! And there was no making it right or ownership to their mistakes just excuse after excuse. We also booked shuttles with them which was a big mistake. The person who we had been working with to book all our cars was so rude and arrogant when we made the hour long trip out there to meet with her and discuss adding shuttles to our day. Not to mention the fact that she kept all of the notes about the details of the day in her notebook and not in the computer like she was supposed to. So when we made the hour long trip again to make our final payment and she was not there with her handwritten notes we spent an hour going thru it all again with the unfortunate person who had to update the computer with what she didn't. The only regret I have from my otherwise perfect wedding day was legends. Stay away!! Far away!

I utilized Legend Limo on 4 separate occasions over the past few months. We used Legend for my wife’s bachelorette party in a Sprinter Limo Van, for our wedding day in a 20 person Escalade Limo, for our post reception pick up, and for an airport transfer to our honeymoon. Pricing is on par with all the other limo companies, in fact they may be a bit cheaper. More importantly, they were very reliable and professional in every one of the four interactions I had with their drivers. The drivers were early each and every time, including our 4:30 am airport pickup! Legend showed me a lot about the integrity of their business as well. We had booked an 8 person limo for a pick up-drop off after our reception. I was quite surprised to learn that the 8 person limo had broken down and they sent a PARTY BUS instead! That gesture showed that even though Legend already had completed the biggest ticket item of our relationship (Wedding Limo), they were still willing to take care of their customer no matter how small the transaction. Additionally, I was in contact with Amy at Legend Limos multiple times to plan, confirm, and adjust our various itineraries over the months. Amy was efficient, professional and accommodating in every interaction.

We didn't initially plan to have a bus but my husband thought it best in case people wanted to drink. Our budget was very small so we were going to get a small 27 passenger shuttle bus (not very glamorous but it would do the trick) which is what we signed up for. Our wedding planner had used Legend a lot and loved them so she suggested we use them. We were SO happy we did. We got married on a quiet Thursday afternoon, so no big parties out that day I guess, (or maybe our planner put in a good word) but we got the most amazing, huge party bus with laser light show, sound system, bar, poles for dancing on (hey, some of us were drinking...) We were SHOCKED! We had no idea that was coming and it wasn't what we ordered but we were so happy. That was so major. Legend really put it over the top for us. My husband (a huge Star Wars fan) even exited the bus to the Darth Vader theme which made everybody laugh. Even my dad, who is much older, got a kick out of the laser lights. The driver was courteous and fun. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Legend!

They may provide a good service but they have to work on their customer care specially how to welcome a customer and not being on the phohe without even a smile to the customer and ask him to have a sit. Or maybe because it was a black couple. That would be even worse.

Worst experience I've ever had. I booked a 55 passages charter bus and was CONFIRMED THAT MORNING AT 11:15 the day before we're suppose to leave. It was 4:00 on the same day that I was confirmed my reservation and I was on my way down to Long Island, stuck in traffic and I was getting yelled at by the owner, Who is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, that he didn't have the bus that I WAS CONFIRMED that morning and that he needed all these number and times, which I didn't have because I was in traffic getting yelled at by Bobby, the owner. So we ended up with a 36 passages shuttle bus from another company, a 13 passenger van and a 5 person limo. The 36 passenger bus also has terrible customer service, and demanded $250 because of the "clean up fee". But I made sure before they left and spoke to the driver to make sure that everything was ok and asked if they behaved and cleaned up after themselves. (Because I was on the 13 passenger bus) Her response was "yes don't worry about it go have fun". I also looked up and down the bus and the only "mess" they left was a trail of wet feet. So those 36 people were left abandoned in the Hamptons. My driver Eli and Dan were amazing but because the 36 people on the other bus said they weren't paying Bobby threatened to leave us too. I stayed calm cool and collected with both companies to only get cursed at. We rented the 55 passenger bus for 8 hrs and got a total of 4 hours out of all the cars. DID NOT GET OUR MONEYS WORTH. By far the most unprofessional, unreliable "company" I have ever gone through. I'm sure all 55 people, especially the 36 that were left ABANDONED in the hamptons will be on to rate this company the same. Go through a different company and don't spend a dime here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I would absolutely recommend Legend Limousines to anyone! I worked with Amy when booking my limos and she was such a huge help! She helped me coordinate what I needed for the day of the event and informed me of what my options were. She made me feel comfortable and confident knowing they would be there for me on my special day. Well when the day came she was so right! The driver was wonderful and the limo was beautiful!

Most transportation vendors that I emailed wouldn't email me pricing. They only wanted to talk on the phone. That was aggravating considering I have 4 kids and a full time job and everything else in between. But, Nicole on Legend Limos emailed me back and forth until she was probably sick of me. I asked her a million different questions with a million different scenarios, and she answered me back every time in a timely fashion with pricing. She made it so much easier for me to know all my options whenever I asked. She is the reason I chose Legend Limos. Aside from that, the pricing was great too. It was definitely the best pricing option for my budget and for what I needed. The limo drivers were both very nice and my driver went above and beyond making sure I was a happy bride. He helped me with my dress and kept me hydrated! It was a great experience all around.

The day before our Wedding, I was told our 1955 Rolls Royce was unavailable due to mechanic problems. Being told this the day before, is not what you want to hear. I spoke to the manager Bobby, who clearly does not know hot to handle nor talk to customers. He offered me a car that I did not want, and would not give me the car I asked for in replace. His comments were rude and unprofessional. As far as the other vehicles we got, they were good and the drivers were very nice. Would not recommend.

the day of did not go as smoothly as planned with this company as we faced a few minor hiccups - but they were more than accommodating once we got in touch with their manager, Bobby, and we really appreciate his help.

Affordable, nice cars, good packages. Rolls Royce makes for great pics but AC wasn't working. Overall a great experience. They came right on time.

We booked with Legend Limo off a recommendation list from my venue. I do not regret doing that at all. They were affordable the Party Bus & 1955 Rolls Royce were both clean, sparkly and perfect. They picked up the groom & boys early, arriving to my pickup location early as well. Zee (girl) was driving the party bus and was just amazing, she took care of everyone and was just great. George was the Rolls driver and was funny, accommodating, we took the "long" way to the church because we were so early and were able to wave, honk and have a great time with everyone. George helped the church with getting everyone in line, fluffed my dress whenever it was needed. Made us laugh before we walked down the aisle and arranged my dress and veil before we walked down the aisle.

Please do not use this company, they will undoubtedly ruin your day! Wish I had read more reviews before I signed on the dotted line! We used them for my daughters wedding, driver was rude rushed us thru pictures telling us we were running late. When in fact we were right on time and kept on time all day by our coordinator! Then the bus for the 100 guests waiting at hotel showed up 2 hours late! Many guests missed all of cocktail hour and pictures! Company sent a 10 passenger limo to hotel to pick up 100 guests! They had the nerve to think that this was satisfactory to help with the situation! I asked for a refund and was told I received service that was in contract!! I should contact a lawyer!

Worst experience ever!! My husband and I just got married 10/10/2015, we originally booked 2 cars for the day of the wedding... MONTHS before the wedding we CANCELED one, never was an issue.. WELL, the DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING there was!! Expected US to pay for the car WE CANCELED MONTHS AGO!!! Had the nerve to threaten us that they would cancel the entire contract leaving us without transportation. They were completely rude, stated they had POOF saying we wanted BOTH cars, YET THEY NEVER PROVIDED IT!!!!! I found an amazing limo company legit 2 minutes later, M & V Limos from Commack, who did amazing job by the way.. We told them why we needed so last minute and sadly the owners said we weren't their first customers looking for cars because of Legend limos !!! AVOID THE STRESS, AND DISRESPECTFUL RUDE PEOPLE AND BOOK ELSE WHERE !!! This post might be deleted but don't worry, I'll be putting this review on many sites!!!

I booked Legend Limo because they came in at the lowest rate. They brought us to the first stop and demanded we give $240 more in CASH or they would leave us there! This seems to be a scam. Use someone else because they will cost you more in the long run!!!

The Chauffeurs were on time, dressed very well in tux and helped me in and out of the vehicles and fluffed my dressed before i walked down the isle. After the ceremony they were waiting with water for me and the groom which was key since i was sooo dehydrated. The vehicles were clean and everything was working. the shuttles service was also ontime, clean and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better day.

We ordered two 27 passenger shuttle buses to take guests to and from the wedding hall. We also ordered a town car to take us back to the hotel. All vehicles arrived on time and clean. One driver was a bit abrupt looking for payment, even going as far as to ask a wedding guest for information, which we were not happy about but everything worked out in the end.

My husband and I use Legend Limo for anytime we need car service for something and they are always very punctual and professional! For this reason, it made sense to use them for our wedding day, October 5,2014. My husband called them up and arranged for car service for myself and bridal party from the hotel, shuttle for our guests from to and from the hotel we were staying at, and car services for him and I back to the hotel. They were amazing to work with! Our guests were amazed by how nice the Expedition they were in was! Many of my guest said it was the nicest party bus they have been on! Legend had told my husband that we would have a standard Lincoln car for our return back to our hotel,(which was fine with us) and if they had a stretch limo available that night they would send it. Well,that night came and they sent a stretch limo!! It was such a nice surprise! We look forward to using them again and we have already referred them for another wedding!

We chose Legend Limousine for two reasons, the fleet of cars they had and their pricing. We met with Nicole who went through all of our options with us. Having a large bridal party, we chose the custom 20 passenger Escalade (complete with bar). For ourselves, we chose the Bentley CTL. Added on for free was the option for a town car home from the reception or to the airport the day we left for our honeymoon. We chose the town car to JFK two days after the wedding. This was a great added bonus! Our best man even used Legend for the bachelor party. Every experience with Legend Limousine was perfect. The day of the wedding, the driver that picked me up in the Bentley helped me in and out with my very large dress. The drivers were on time to pick up everyone, got us to church on time, and got us out to the reception location in a timely fashion. All cars were very clean and the drivers were beyond professional. The town car arrived early on the morning of our honeymoon and got us to JFK very quickly. I would definitely recommend Legend Limousine and will use them for all my future limo needs!

We booked Legend Limousine after seeing them at the bridal showcase at the Watermill. We thought it was perfect since they were located right behind the Watermill. Leading up to the wedding they were great to work with. On the morning of our wedding my husband received a call that the escalade limo that we had booked, had some warning lights on so they were going to send the party bus at no extra charge. When the Rolls Royce that we had booked also arrived at my house to pick up my Dad and I, the driver said that he needed to talk about payment (I had paid off the entire amount in full two days before, and called to confirm this the day before). It was an extra headache that we didn't need prior to leaving for the church (it ended up being a misprint and the entire balance was paid in full). After the ceremony we were waiting in the limo for a good ten minutes before our driver returned, only to tell us that the party bus was now broken down in the parking lot of the church! They were going to send another limo but we had to head out to start our pictures. When we arrived at Babylon to take our pictures it was revealed to us that the driver of the other limo had decided not to bring the bridal party to our photo location and was instead going straight to the Watermill. Thank goodness for our photography team who had our driver get on the phone with the other driver and re-route the other limo. My father also had to call and fight with the other limo driver to bring the bridal party to us. When the bridal party arrived (10 minutes after we did) we found out that they had sent the Escalade we were originally supposed to have. All of the warning lights were turned on on it! Thankfully that limo made it to the Watermill. A representative from Legend called us the next day and offered us a limo ride to the airport for our honeymoon. We did not have our flight information on hand, so my husband was told to call back the next morning. When we called back, there was no documentation about what had happened or even that they were sending us a ride to the airport. The whole experience was not what any bride needs on their wedding day.

To say my experience with Legend Limousine (Smithtown NY) was unpleasant is an understatement. I don’t think I’ve dealt with such an incompetent group of “professionals” in a very long time. Legend Limousine was the company my fiancé and I had hired to provide transportation for our wedding and we viewed the below incident as a “test run”, one we are glad we experienced as I’m positive this is a reflection of how they would have handled any issues on our wedding day. On July 19th Legend Limousine was hired to drive a bachelor party from Patchogue into NYC and back to Patchogue. Our driver, Bill, was scheduled to arrive at 4:30 (we had a 6pm reservation at Delmonico’s Steakhouse) but called to let us know he’d be “15 minutes late” – he didn’t arrive until 5:15pm. When we arrived in the city he was paid for the entire evenings fare (over $600) and offered to let us leave personal items in the vehicle as he would be picking us up in that vehicle later (no receipt was offered). Around 12:30am we called to switch the pick up location and was told it wasn’t a problem, they’d see us at 2am. 2am rolls around and a new driver with a different car was waiting for us. This driver had no idea we had already paid Bill and demanded payment before he pulled away from the curb. The new driver had called the night manager who informed us that we could either pay again and be driven home (and given a refund if we were owed one) OR we could refuse to pay and be left in NYC. At this point our original driver had shut his phone off for the night making it impossible to corroborate our story of prepayment. To be fair, we had been drinking all evening and frankly the last thing any of us wanted to (or were capable of) deal with was a bunch of people telling us, basically, pay us AGAIN or get left in the city. Eventually the new driver took off without us in the vehicle and we had to wait in Penn Station until the 4:43am train came in. This obviously left a pretty sour taste in our mouth, one that didn’t get corrected when we went to speak with the owner Robert on Monday morning. On July 21st Robert, the owner, called to attempt to right the situation. I spoke with him briefly and told him I would be in with my fiancé later that evening to discuss the situation face to face. When we arrived at his office we were given back the $300 and the bottle of scotch that had been left in Bill’s vehicle. Robert did not offer an apology nor did he attempt, in anyway, to calm our fears about his companies actions on our wedding day. We sat with him for approximately 25 minutes while he ran through a litany of possible scenarios that could impact his company’s performance come the day of our wedding. He said “I can’t sit here and tell you it’ll be perfect; there are too many things that happen. I can’t tell you your car won’t break down, your A/C will work perfectly, that your driver will be on time or that we won’t get lost. I can’t promise perfection and I’m not going to.” Robert didn’t offer to do anything to keep our business but rather he “offered” to refund our deposit and let us go elsewhere. Robert bashed his own employees calling Bill “not all there” and “often times too willing to help even though it will more than likely hurt the situation”. He stated his wedding day drivers, limousine drivers and passenger van drivers are all on different levels of competency and that obviously Bill was driving a van "for a reason."

I booked a party bus for my June 21 2014 wedding. When the limo arrived it was the bigger version then i had actually booked (score for us!). My husband had also worked with the driver so when I arrive on the bus he plays a special song from when we first started dating. Defiantly had me in tears. The bus was fully stocked and my bridal party had a good time. The only down fall was two of my bridal party members got hurt on the bus. My sister in law fell off the bus because of a slant on the bottom step (she also couldn't walk in heels), as well as my brother in law who cut his finger on the handle in the bathroom. Also the driver had a little of bit of a lead foot but it might of been because we were running a little late. Overall good experience.

Bobby and his team were amazing. They got us to our venue earlier than expected and the limo was spotless and stocked!

Legend limo was great. They showed up on time and super professional. They made sure none of my girls had to walk in puddles after all the snow we had and very accommodating to last minute details.

We had one hiccup the day of the wedding and that was the limo. Our driver Anthony was great. He arrived early and was more then patient with all the craziness we had going on. After everyone arrived at the venue we were asked if anything else needed to be brought to the hotel. At the moment nothing did so that's how we responded. We then went outside 20-25 before the limo was set to leave to take pics and it was no where to be found. After calling the next business day we were told that our best man had essentially told the driver that we no longer needed his services and relieved him of duty. Ultimately it was a disappointing that it wasn't cleared with us directly especially since I had his tip with me. But it was a lost cause.

Legend Limousine was great! Our driver was extremely nice and made sure everything went perfectly! We liked them so much, my husband and I used them for our first married Valentine's Day together to go into the city. They were wonderful!

Excellent service! From the time we checked out the limos, until the driver dropped us off the service was great! We got a great deal on our limo, we got to look at, and sit in a bunch of limos so we could pick the one we liked best. The driver was punctual and helpful, and made sure everything we needed was with us. I have used other Limo companies before, and never have I been more satisfied!

We booked an 18 passanger escalde, which was perfect for the 12 of us. Our time in the limo was cut short because the driver was booked for another event. We were unable to spend the amount of time we wanted at our pre-wedding location. In addition, the driver picking us up after the wedding (town car) had another couple to pick up after us. We were running a little late leaving the wedding because people weren't leaving right away, and he kept bugging us to go because he had someone else to pick up. The cars were fine and service was fine otherwise, but being rushed was pretty annoying.

We used Legend Limousines, Inc for our wedding and they were professional and did everything correctly. We had a stretch Escalade and a Rolls. The drivers were in tuxes and were early each time. We had a town car at the end of the night and he was there waiting for us. They also had a red carpet and champagne service. Their limos were clean and everything worked. We also used them for a 40 person limo bus the next day that was perfect! We would highly recommend them!

We just used Legend Limo in September for our wedding. They were on time and got us where we had to go throughout the afternoon. There were a few things that we didn't particularly like. For instance, that the driver didn't help when I got out of the limo at the church. He's supposed to help with the dress and to open the door, the photographer had to do it. Also there was a time when he didn't open the limo door for my husband and I after taking pictures.

The driver was especially helpful getting me in and out of the limo and assisting with my dress. The red carpet service is the way to go

Company did not follow through on contract. Although the price was good, the service was not.

The limo driver had champagne waiting for us as we came out of the church. We weren't expecting that and thought it was a nice touch.
