Karen did the florals and design for our 10/27/2023 and she completely took my vision and made it come to life! I can't stop thinking about the gorgeous florals. Each flower looked like it had just been picked that morning. From my first call with Karen, to the many adjustments to our plan, she was so kind, responsive and easy to work with. She had incredible knowledge on what flowers would give me the exact look I was going for when one of the options I wanted wasn't in season. She created more than I ever could have asked for. She even delivered my bouquet to me that morning at the hotel! I will recommend her to everyone I know! You can tell that she cares so much about her brides and it showed in her work!

It's nearly impossible for me to find the right words to thank Karen for her help with our 4/21 wedding. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking, and the head table looked straight out of a magazine. The seating assignment table looked better than I could have imagined, the bouquets were STUNNING and the archway we got married in front of was picture-perfect. Lily Greenthumb’s was AMAZING! Our wedding planner had recommended Karen to us and we couldn’t have been happier! My daughter’s wedding had a “garden party” vibe. Lots of beautiful spring flowers and colors. My daughter’s bouquet was exquisite. Neither my daughter nor I know much about flowers so we let Karen guide us and boy she did not disappoint. Ladies. Karen at Lily Greenthumbs is amazing. As a florist she needs 10 stars. She will take your reference photos and make a bouquet even more gorgeous. Omg Karen absolutely killed it for our wedding!!! She was such a delight to work with and nailed the exact look we wanted! She was also great at guiding us when there was a shortage of tulips (there’s a flower shortage people!) and even worked hard to track some down for us. Karen is the absolute best!!! She did both mine and my sister’s weddings- and nailed all of the details both times. I knew I had to have Karen as my wedding florist after I came across the Lily Greenthumbs website - talk about dreamy, elegant designs. After our first conversation, I knew I had chosen the right team. Covid regulations required all communications to be virtual, but Karen was so sweet and responsive and I never felt like my vision was being compromised because we weren't able to meet in person. I even had a last minute change of heart and wanted to add a few more installations, and Karen was more than accomodating. Karen and her team did an incredible job!!! I am so thankful we hired Lily Greenthumb's from the very start as they were one of the best and most important wedding day vendors! The first time we met Karen, I knew I loved her sweet personality and style! She also understood my vision I was going for at the time, which was classic with a modern twist in a formal church and club setting. Due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule three times and Karen was very flexible and understanding during this time which was greatly appreciated. By the third time rescheduling for the wedding, we totally changed the entire wedding and moved everything outside to a new venue due to the current rules and regulations. Karen mastered a complete style overhaul just two weeks before the wedding going from a Classic Modern look to a perfect timeless Southern Garden wedding! Karen is extremely talented with florals and the entire design. She knows how to understand a clients' vision and use her skills to create a unique experience for everyone to match their specific style!! Karen did a phenomenal job and made it look like a true fairytale!! It was honestly even better than I ever could have ever imagined!!! Karen was a delight to work with. She was very caring and kind. Because of the Corona Virus Pandemic, we handled everything through email, which was great. I didn’t really know what I wanted, but she gave me lots of time and also inspirational photos to help. She always clarified to get a better understanding of my vision, and kept me on budget. Karen and her team did such a great job for our wedding! She took care of all our florals, as well as the tabletop lighting and floor lanterns. We had a small wedding (~23 people) but a massive space, and Karen did a great job helping us think through how to create an intimate but dramatic vibe. She was super flexible as our plans changed because of the pandemic, and she also was transparent about pricing (including how to get the most out of our budget). Our wedding florals were even more beautiful than I could've imagined - she managed to pull off our vision of an "ethereal/whimsical but formal al fresco feast" (bless), and I was so impressed with how everything turned out.

Our florals were BEAUTIFUL for our micro-wedding day! I had an idea of what I wanted and Karen took it and made it perfect. Very easy to work with, only took a few phone conversations, very responsive to emails, and always helped that she sent pictures to go along with whatever flower she was talking about. My husband and I hired Lily Greenthumbs for our Oct. 2019 wedding after a slew of meetings with other florists. We were married in Winston-Salem, NC and we talked to multiple local florists before expanding our search to Charlotte. During our first meeting with Kristin I was blown away by her professionalism. She got my vision from the beginning and offered suggestions that took our floral design to the next level. Throughout the entire process, Kristin was a dream to work with. She communicated with my wedding planner for all of the logistical items, making my life that much easier and letting my wedding planner do her job! My number one must have for my wedding was real flowers. My fiance wanted to make sure we found the best of the best and we did when we found Lily Greenthumbs. There is a reason they design the floral arrangements for the Carolina Panthers, but don't worry -- no matter how big or small your request is, you are treated like you are the Carolina Panthers when you are a client at Lily Greenthumbs. We absolutely loved our experience and felt it was top of the line customer service and product quality. The owner Karen delivered our bouquets herself and made sure everything for our ceremony and reception was set up and prepared ahead of schedule. Karen and her team did an outstanding job with the flowers and décor at our wedding! The weather was a little iffy on the day of the wedding and they made all the right decisions to ensure the arrangements looked their absolute best for the ceremony and reception. Karen brought up my bouquet and the bridesmaid arrangements to the bridal suite and they were all so beautiful! She even made flower wands for the flower girls as a last-minute request and they looked amazing! The flowers and décor for the ceremony were incredible. Karen and her team made our flower dreams come true. If you're wondering what I mean? I literally gave her an image off Pinterest and she created the custom ceiling installation for our big day. We had an excellent experience with Lily Greenthumb's! Although I had trouble articulating what I wanted for the flowers at my wedding, Karen worked with what I gave her (purple/white; lots of roses) and made seriously gorgeous bouquets. She also helped me with smaller details such as picking a ribbon color to wrap the stems, and helping me figure out who needed a corsage or boutonniere. The table centerpieces were especially impressive. Would recommend!

Lily Greenthumb's saved our wedding flowers! We had planned to go with another florist that our venue and photographer recommended; however, that florist took months to get me a proposal after our first meeting and rarely ever responded to my emails until our wedding coordinator got involved. I reached out to Lily Greenthumbs just a month before my scheduled bridal portraits (and 5 months before our wedding), and Christina was able to quickly fit me in for a consultation. I gave Christina some photos of inspiration that I found on Pinterest (lots of greenery and neutral colored flowers), and we talked through exactly what I did and did not like, and she made my dreams come true. They were by far one of our best vendors and the easiest to work with. When you’re stressed out in the midst of wedding planning and all you want is a quick response on your questions or the changes you made, you will be glad you went with Lily Greenthumb’s!

Lily Greenthumbs was truly amazing to work with. I had ideas of what I wanted - but Karen brought it all to life and made it better than I ever imagined. They worked with us on making sure we were getting the best 'bang for our buck' and truly were incredible to work with. They are so creative and very professional! She gave me the head table of my DREAMS! She was able to figure out how to have lush greenery hanging above us with lanterns! All of my guests were blown away and are STILL talking about it!! I would HIGHLY recommend this team to ANYONE looking for the best team ever!! They certainly will not disappoint!

From the moment we walked in the door for our consultation at Lily Greenthumbs we knew we would be in great hands. The meeting was laid back while still exuding professionalism. Before the real planning began were given picture books of flowers sorted by color to begin brainstorming what colors and blooms we liked best. From then our consultant helped us to envision our perfect arrangements based off our picks, examples and her recommendations. Approximately a week after our initial meeting we received our proposal that listed out every bouquet/boutonniere/arrangement with specific flowers and prices broken down by item. Lily Greenthumbs was incredibly easy to work with as we hammered out the details to come up with exactly what worked best for us and our budget. While we did spend more money on flowers than we had anticipated we ended up with stunning arrangements that exceeded our expectations.

As we began the wedding planning process in Charlotte, Lily Greenthumbs came up in conversation with almost every vendor and venue across the city as an easy choice for a job very well done! They did not disappoint in any way. They were prompt with feedback and worked with us to get our order exactly right (even after quite a few revisions!), delivered the flowers promptly and in perfect condition (everything day-of was so seamless, that as a bride, I didn’t even know it was happening – it just all turned out perfectly!) and were nothing but courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. We considered several florists, but the experience and recommendations that LGT has was hard to top. They had beautiful options for reception vases and relationships with our other vendors and our venue, so it just made everything really easy. I would highly recommend them if you want a stress-free, reliable and beautiful wedding flower experience!

As the MOB they made my job so easy . The flowers were gorgeous and 3 weeks after our daughters wedding everyone I run into comments on how beautiful the flowers were. Starting from our initial consultation meeting, Karen made me feel super comfortable and helped me choose seasonally appropriate flowers that matched with my color scheme. She kindly answered all my questions and explained to me everything about the different flowers. She even made adjustments to my MOH's bouquet because she was allergic to one of the plants I chose. On wedding day, they were prompt, kind, and made the most AMAZING bouquets! Not to mention the stunning centerpieces!
