Owner Laura and her team of skilled consultants are committed to providing clients with a unique and memorable shopping experience. Laura and her team understand that no two clients are the same, and put their considerable expertise to work for you. We will take the time to understand your unique wedding vision and style, and work through our extensive collection until we find the dress of your dreams for you. Lily Saratoga offers wedding dresses to suit a wide range of styles, sizes, and budgets. We have more than 500 dresses in our boutique, including over 50 dresses in sizes 18-28. Our gowns range in price from $1200 - $7000, with the majority falling between $1700-$3700.

Absolutely LOVED my experience with Lily Saratoga for purchasing my wedding dress. From the first round of try ons to my first try on of my actual dress, Lily was the perfect fit. Having the private room to try on dresses, and eventually my wedding dress, was crucial to me so I could have my closest friends and family with me every step of the way. Alyssa was amazing at finding styles that matched both my budget and vision for my dress. Cannot recommend shopping at Lily enough for brides looking for an intimate, welcoming space.

Those who are looking for dresses now or in the future I can not stress enough how AMAZING Lily Saratoga is! the experience was top notch, I felt so comfortable and not stressed at all! They made me feel so beautiful, and found a dress that had everything I wanted! The fitting rooms even had a fan in them… you know dress shopping can get HOT!

Everything about Lily Saratoga is excellent! The boutique is stunning and their layout allows for a personalized experience. Our sales associate Chelsea was perfect. She matched my energy so well and made me feel so comfortable and confident while trying on dresses. As a plus size bride with a larger bust, Lily had a large selection of dresses that fit my body type, which is so important for visualizing your dress. I am incredibly happy with every aspect of our appointment. I can’t recommend Lily Saratoga enough!! So excited to be a Lily Bride!!

I went to seven different bridal stores and Lilys was the best experience I could have had. All the bridal consultants were so sweet and didn’t make me feel pressured and were so patient with the different styles I wanted to try. I went back 3 times and each time was better and better. I highly recommend going to Lilys to find your dress!

If you’re looking for your wedding dress skip anywhere else and go straight to Lilys! I had gone to a few other shops before Lilys and just didn’t have a great experience, didn’t like the dresses, and the consultants weren’t very helpful. So I finally went to Lilys and WOW what a treat! For pretty much all of my appointments I got to work with Sarah - she is the sweetest, so out going, and expert in all things wedding! She was my own personal hype man and did a great job managing all the “guests” you bring when you’re trying on dresses. She’s 100% team bride whatever I wanted went. I went in not having any clue what I did and didn’t like - just with a few questions she nailed it! Another thing I really appreciated was her respecting my budget - she didn’t have me try on a single dress outside of my budget without asking me if the higher price was okay or not. No other place did that and I thought it was so nice! Once I said “yes to the dress” the Lilys team was so helpful! Once my dress came in I came in to just try it on I was so excited, again I got to work with Sarah and she happily took some pictures of me, got some veils for me to try on and some other accessories and noted it alll in my file! A couple months later they let me come back in for an accessory appointment were I was able to try on and buy all my jewlery, shoes and veil with my dress! When it came to my hair trial Lilys even gave me a loner veil to bring to my trial so I didn’t ruin mine and could still see how it would look! Then, when I went for alterations next door the shoes I had bought were a bit too tall for my dress and when Megan told Lilys, Lilys reached out to me and offered me the opportunity to return the shoes! It was so kind and unnecessary but I appreciated it so much! When it comes to wedding planning any $$ you can save helps! Overall I had an amazing experience at Lilys - the whole team was so helpful, easy to work with, and made it such a luxury experience!

My husband and I were recently married and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura at Lily Saratoga to find/buy my wedding dress. Laura was born to own a bridal store because her enthusiasm, knowledge, and accommodations were perfectly aligned as such. I went into our appointment with a general idea of what I was looking for in a dress. When I shared these features with her, she was able to (within 5 minutes) pull 5-6 beautiful dresses (from thousands racked) that literally checked off every box but also had slight variation between each. Her familiarity with the available dress options allowed me to confirm or change my original choices with confidence, which was really helpful. Laura’s professionalism and kind nature are also incredibly conducive to owning a bridal store. She understands the stressors of the entire process and is accommodating to helping find an option that meets your budget and still makes you feel beautiful. Lastly- Laura’s team of girls in the shop are wonderful as well. After purchasing the dress, it was ordered to the shop in my size and came within the exact timeline they had initially indicated. I had a second fitting there and they were able to write up a perfect dress review, to be given to the seamstress for alterations. I will say- due to their popularity Lily Saratoga’s wait list for appointments is pretty extensive, so MAKE SURE if you want to get in for an appointment, you make it with ample time. All in all these girls made the dress buying experience seamless, enjoyable and memorable and I would absolutely recommend looking to buy your gowns here.

A great atmosphere and welcoming staff! Laura was great to work with throughout my appointment. All the dresses that she had brought out for me to try were on par to what I was looking for. I was able to find my dress and stay within budget.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Lily Saratoga and found my dress on my second visit. The ladies were very kind and welcoming. My stylist, Alyssa listened to my desires and provided what I was looking for and more. Alyssa pulled dresses from a list I provided and even pulled a few that she thought matched what I was looking for. In the end, I selected a dress not from my list but one that she pulled for me. She gave me the space to enjoy the moment but was never far when I needed her help or guidance. The store was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere. For each appointment, the staff was ready to go the minute I walked in. They never rushed me or made me feel like I was running out of time/taking up to much time. I am so thankful I found Lily Saratoga; they made my experience completely blissful and removed the stress of purchasing my dress. It truly felt like playing dress up with friends. Such an amazing time and a memory I'll have forever. 10/10 Recommend! 100% Satisfaction!

Went to 5+ other bridal stores to find my wedding dress. I went to Lily's last and found MY DRESS immediately. Do yourself a favor and go there first. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and nicer than some other more expensive dresses I tried at other places. Super friendly environment as well!

I went to Lilly's sister store "Styled by Lilly" for my wedding party and I cannot even being to describe what an AMAZING experience I've had so far working with Katie and the rest of their team. From my very first phone call, she was so kind and made me feel right at ease about the ordering timeline I had for the bridesmaids dresses. Both times I was in the shop, she made myself and my bridesmaid feel like we were her #1 priority helping us sort through styles and dresses. For anyone local to this area, I highly highly recommend shopping here for your wedding party - you will not regret it! Thank again Katie, you made this bride very happy (and a lot less stressed!)

They have an amazing selection of dresses and accessories in a wide range of prices. I have nothing but good things to say about Lily and I highly recommend them for brides to be!

I HIGHLY recommend Lily Saratoga. I worked with Laura and she got my dress on the first try!! I described what I was looking for and she found the perfect fit. The dress was absolutely stunning and SO comfortable. The dress was one of my favorite things about my wedding, it was one thing I knew I didn't have to worry about. I cannot thank Laura enough for her expertise and finding a dress that was so perfect. I would also consider accessorizing through their store too. I got my earrings there and they were beautiful. Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lily. Laura, thank you for being so professional and wonderful at what you do!

Lily Saratoga was an Exceptional Experience with Wonderful Associates and a Welcoming Environment! They were so kind, thoughtful, knowledgable, and inclusive. They helped me feel comfortable and confident. They were accommodating and had lots of choices and helpful options. The experience - and dress - was more than I could have dreamed up, and I was very nervous about it! Go to Lily Saratoga. I went to a few other places near by and in NYC and Lily Saratoga was hands out the best. I was thrilled to buy my special wedding dress from them and could not recommend them more highly! Before I started looking at wedding dresses, I had a strong idea in my head on what I wanted and hoped it would work in person as well. My appointment at Lily Saratoga was 3 of 3 total bridal appointments I had made and I unintentionally saved the best for last. What I wanted was something very, simple yet modern and sleek and the other bridal salons I visited didn’t have a ton of options and I wanted options for such a big decision. The incredibly knowledgeable staff there had over half a dozen options for me to try on while the other places only had 1 or 2. I ended up finding my dress there that day and it was everything I hoped for and more. They recommended a great seamstress right next door to their salon and collaborated with me to make some small additions to the dress to truly make it my own. What I loved is that when I picked it up right before the wedding, the went over all the care instructions to ensure the dress looked its best at the wedding. I cannot thank the staff enough for being a part of making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

You can only hope dress shopping for your wedding dress is everything you’d imagined. At Lily Saratoga that is exactly what I got. Every dress I tried on I got the chills, every dress was as magical as the last making it quite difficult but just like knowing your significant other was the one when you said yes, that feeling exists the moment you put on the dress you were born to wear. The stylist told me every detail of every dress, she listened to what I wanted and what I was opened to and chose each and every dress so perfectly. I couldn’t recommend Lily Saratoga enough. I cannot wait for my bridemaids to experience the personalization and love I received when I take them to their appt at Styled by Lily!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Lily’s bridal, from the minute I made the first appointment to picking my dress up for my wedding day! Every consultant is so helpful and knowledgeable! They helped me find the dress of my dreams and I couldn’t have felt more beautiful in my wedding gown! The recommendations they provided for the seamstress was helpful and they go above and beyond coordinating with the seamstress to deliver/pick up the dress. I also am truly appreciative of the other services provided (obviously another cost) but it is very stress-relieving as a bride to not have something else to research and coordinate! I would recommend Lily’s to any future bride!

I had a great experience at Lily Saratoga! They had a great selection of dresses and I was able to find my dream dress during my first visit! Laura helped me find my dress and had a great calm demeanor and was so helpful! She picked out dresses that met all my preferences and stayed within my budget! All of the other staff were so nice! Lily’s was the best experience! Claudia was super helpful setting up and appointment via email and even giving me designer recommendations for my budget. The shop itself is beautiful and welcoming. Dress selection is endless- with a budget for everyone. I went in with a budget of $1500 thinking options would be limited but there were many options. Jaclyn was amazing pulling dresses and making me feel comfortable. She truly made the experience. She listened to my wants and clearly is a professional. She found my perfect dress for under budget. Cannot thank her enough for such a special experience. Highly recommend becoming a Lily Bride!

When I envisioned finding a wedding dress I imagined a stressful and overwhelming day but the staff at Lily Saratoga made it anything but that! I worked with Laura who made it one of the best days I’ve had so far planning my wedding. The staff was very friendly and super talented - Laura picked out what became “the one” as a last minute wild card and I’m so glad she did. If you want to feel spoiled and doted on like every bride should, definitely make Lily your place to say yes!

From my first appointment I knew I would be a Lily bride. I was nervous to shop for my gown during a pandemic, but the shop took COVID protocol seriously and made me and my family feel at ease. I worked with the owner, Laura, to find my gown during a trunk show weekend. Laura listened to what I was looking for and pulled some amazing options to try on. Every dress was stunning, but when I found “the one” we all knew. From that decision the rest of the experience was seamless. The Lily Ladies are so kind and accommodating, all very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt like “just another bride”, Lily Saratoga has truly cultivated a remarkably special experience for the bride and her friends and family. I can not thank them enough! Make the appointment, you won't be disappointed.

I visited several bridal boutiques looking for my perfect gown. When I arrived at Lilys they really made me feel like a bride - slippers, white boutique, beautiful chandelier, amazing staff. I received several compliments on my gown and I felt like a princess all day!

Laura from Lily bridal made my whole experience beyond incredible. From the second i walked in with my sister and mom she took every minute to listen any find detail in dresses that would fit my needs. We went back for my sister’s bridesmaid dress and that was beyond perfect too. I would recommend lily 100 times over.

Where do I even begin? Lily Saratoga has been an absolute dream to work with. The store has such a variety of GORGEOUS, elegant and timeless wedding gowns. I have never seen such an amazing selection of gowns. After what seemed like an endless search for my dream wedding dress and going to multiple other wedding dress boutiques, Laura helped me decide on a gorgeous Martina Liana ballgown. We had multiple appointments at Lily Saratoga and each time she was patient, calm and very helpful. I felt like I was the only bride in the store and never felt rushed! She was able to help me customize a Martina gown and create it into a ballgown of my dreams. We corresponded back and forth about the details until it was perfect. I also had a second Martina Liana reception gown that I purchased off the rack from their store. Once the dress came in, we had to postpone our wedding and she was able to store my dresses for the extra year. She allowed my mom and I to come into the store multiple times and try my dress on to help me decide on bridal accessories and a veil. We purchased the veil at Lily as well! The two gowns were perfectly packed, steamed and ready to be worn a few days before my big day. My bridesmaids also got their dresses from her Jenny Yoo and Amsale line. Laura helped pick out different gowns and colors for my bridesmaids. I highly recommend them for your wedding dress needs!

I absolutely love the bridal consultants at Lily Saratoga!! They made me feel so special from the moment I walked in. My consultant, Tierney, was so helpful. The style of dress I thought I wanted was not the style I liked when I tried them on. She helped me find my dream dress that I didn't know I was looking for! We also got my bridesmaids' dresses here and Tierney helped us again with those. I would recommend Lily Saratoga to all brides!!

As a bride, I felt like I was stepping into a fairytale when I walked into Lily! I felt that my consultant Allie listened, respected me and my guest, and took her time during our appointment. I had the most amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Lily! I am from the area and always knew I wanted to look for my dress at Lily. From the moment I walked into the shop I knew it was a special place. The shop itself is beautiful and the staff are all so warm and welcoming! I worked with Allie who was absolutely amazing! We talked about the shape and general style I was looking for and she pulled several gorgeous dresses that myself, my mom and my maid of honor who were both with me, all loved. Allie helped me narrow down the details of what I was looking for and it wasn't long before I realized I had found my dress. I said yes to the dress and had that perfect bridal moment I had always dreamed about. I cannot say enough about how great Allie was to work with and how well my bridal appointment went all around. I would highly recommend going to Lily to anyone looking for that perfect wedding dress! It is truly amazing!

I could not imagine a better bridal experience. All of my nerves were calmed when we were greeted at the door and brought into the intimate shop. Laura was a dream. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for in a dress and really paid attention to the little details I liked and didn’t like in gowns as we tried them on. She took the time to get to know me, answer all my questions and give her professional opinion on what would look best. I highly recommend to any bride!

I truly can not rave enough about my dress. Not to mention the care that went into it. When we postponed our wedding I was very nervous about what to do. However lily was able to hold on to my dress and manage the alterations right next door. My veil and dress was phenomenal and I already want to relive the experience all over again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lily Saratoga. All of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and are truly invested in helping you. This was the first bridal shop I visited and I left with my dream dress. The store has lots of different styles, brands and price ranges of dresses to choose from. They also have a great sanitation system during the pandemic, which made me feel safe trying on dresses. I highly recommend any brides looking for their dream dress to visit Lily Saratoga!

The best service , staff, and atmosphere you could ever ask for! I had such an amazing experience at Lily - the ones that Brides dream about. Laura and Allie made my day so special and really got to know what I was looking for and liked. After multiple appointments at other shops, it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into Lily, knowing I was in such great hands. I would go back in a heartbeat and do it all over again. I'm honored to be a Lily Bride and cannot wait to hopefully send others I know to the Lily ladies in the future. Everyone is friendly, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. My experience at Lily Saratoga was absolutely spectacular. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome and was instantly put at ease. Tierney was a joy to work with and was incredibly knowledgeable, considerate of my wishes, and kept me feeling positive and upbeat for the whole appointment. All of the dresses I tried were gorgeous, and we completely forgot about COVID during our time in the shop. Everything was safe and sanitary without taking away from the experience whatsoever. I adore the dress I chose and would highly recommend Lily's to any bride looking for an attentive, intimate, and relaxed shopping experience!

I could not have asked for a better experience shopping for my dream dress! From the second I walked in the door Laura was nothing short of amazing. We sat down and went over my vision and she immediately began pulling dresses she thought I would like. She made me feel so comfortable and special and wanted to make sure I got a dress I really loved. After trying on a few dresses, Laura put me in the dress I wanted to try on from the very beginning that I saw on Instagram days before and that was it. She went out of her way to pull bridesmaid dresses in the colors I want and put the matching veil on me to watch my entire vision come to life right there. Perfect experience! I had my hopes set really high before even going to Lily, and my experience exceeded even that! Their dress selection was amazing, beautiful dresses for great prices! The staff was unbelievable! Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable! I actually ended picking the first dress that she picked out! Saying yes to the dress at Lily’s was the best experience of wedding planning. Being my first time trying on wedding dresses, I was nervous. Right away, the environment and tone Lily’s created put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Laura gave me the best advice of just letting it be an emotional reaction experience, and not feel pressured to put words to everything I may not like or dislike. She was patient, honest, and knowledgeable. My grandma, mom, and I were welcomed and taken such great care of (even down to us wanting to take 1000 pictures!) that we are still talking about it. I'm so grateful to have been able to be part of the brides across America event at Lily Saratoga last Thursday. Despite the fact I was going home with a free dress they went above and beyond customer service wise. We had been to another salon the week before and the employees wouldnt even come near us and made my mom measure me, help me in and out of all the dresses. Here at lily the ladies prepped the dresses for me to get into and let my maid of honor sit and relax while I was getting dressed. The other salon I was limited to trying on only 5 dresses and promptly kicked out when our hour was up. I actually found my dress here in a hour but I tried on way more and wasnt given a time or dress limit- they were just really good at helping me find the one! The lady helping me was so on the ball with knowing what I wanted and as soon as I didnt like something adjusting course. She made sure if I didnt like something I could just immediately tell her and I didnt feel pressured to try it. My overall experience was incredible. We traveled from about 3 hours away to come here and it was worth every minute! I ended up ordering my veil with them and cant wait to stop back in!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Lily Saratoga! I tried on over 50 gowns at 6 other boutiques and I was extremely overwhelmed and discouraged as I was not falling in love with any of the dresses that I tired on. I was over the process and about to settle for another dress when my Mom secretly made an appointment for me at Lily (thank God for a mother intuition). As soon as we arrived we met with my amazing consultant Tierney. I explained my situation and I immediately felt so refreshed! She was understanding yet super positive and energetic. Before I tried on any dresses I knew I was going to have a great experience. After talking about my venue and what I was looking for, I pulled dresses that I thought I would like. Lily has such a wide variety of styles which a lot of other shops did not offer. Tierney pulled a dress that she thought matched my vision and it was PERFECT! I really felt like she listened to me and found something that was everything I wanted. Not only was my dress perfect but the size that she recommended fit me like a glove! I second guessed the size before ordering and Tierney reassured me that the size would be correct, the morale of the story is to trust these ladies, they are professionals!! My dress arrived in about 2 months thanks to the Essence Portal and they coordinated transporting my dress to my seamstress, storing my dress until the big day, and prepping/stuffing my dress for transport to our wedding location. The whole process was seamless and so easy. I am so thankful that I am a Lily Bride and I highly recommend Lily Saratoga to all future brides!

I can't say enough about Lily's Bridal! I wanted a small, intimate boutique setting for my wedding dress shopping. I had the BEST experience picking out my wedding dress. One of the reasons I chose them was because they carried Jenny Yoo and I loved her designs. When I found out that I would miss the Jenny Yoo trunk show by a week, they managed to keep one of the dresses I wanted to try on until my appointment. It was so sweet of Laura to do that! When we had the appointment, everyone was so nice, especially Kim! I loved them so much that I went back there to find my veil and the bridesmaid dresses. We then went back for my sister to find her wedding dress. Every experience we've had with Lily's has been absolutely amazing. They are must for the perfect dress shopping experience!

I went into Lily Saratoga not expecting to find a dress in a small boutique that would fit both my budget and my taste. I went along with four of my bridesmaids. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted with smiles and encouraged to sit in the waiting area while waiting for our stylist, Claire. Claire was punctual and extremely accommodating from the beginning. She took the time with me to go over the details of my wedding, what I was envisioning, and encouraged me to speak my mind regarding any of the gowns I tried on-- even if I really hated them! After sitting with me and gleaning information, she then went off to do some searching after bringing me and my party to the back to get comfortable and talk while she looked. She came back with two dresses-- one that was the exact style I was looking for and one that I would not have pulled off the rack, but was open minded in trying. As soon as I put the second dress on, I began falling in love. Claire could sense this, and after trying on two more dresses, asked if I wanted one more go in the dress I liked. I ended up choosing the dress after throwing on a belt (which I also bought!) and a veil. Claire's calm demeanor, knowledge, and encouragement was so encouraging. This was my first experience, and I am on a tight schedule as I am getting married in 5 months-- never once did Claire make me feel that shorter time line would mean I would not be able to get a dress I loved. I so appreciated my experience, the staff, and the environment at Lily Saratoga. I want to say a huge thank you to Claire, and to Laura who came in to answer some questions as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this boutique to all future brides!

I spent one of the most magical days of my life recently at Lily Saratoga. From the time we walked through the door Laura made us feel so welcome and at home and like true royalty. She went out of her way to find the perfect dress for me, listening to every thought I had, and using her vast experience and exquisite taste to bring me the wedding dress of my dreams. She made my dress shopping day everything I could have hoped for and more, down to every little detail, to the point where I even bought the veil, shoes and earrings the same day too! Most importantly, and from a customer service perspective, she made me and my family feel valued and special like we were the most important people in Saratoga that day. Every time I sputtered a negative word about myself looking in the mirror (as we women do) she immediately corrected me and talked me into knowing I will be a beautiful bride. Being an out of state bride made all the entire process more difficult, because I had limited time to choose & make decisions, and couldn't "pop in" as easily as other brides during the process. Luckily, the ladies at Lily Saratoga made the entire process extremely easy from start to finish. They truly listened to me, and because of that were able to provide A TON of dress options that combined both my budget and style. Not once did I feel "pressured" into making a purchase. Even for my veil, which I couldn't pull the trigger on the day of because they had so many beautiful options, they took detailed notes about which ones I was interested in and allowed me to call and place the order over the phone once I felt confident about it. They were clear about timelines/deadlines upfront, and I always knew exactly what was happening, and when it was going to happen. They were knowledgeable and patient and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Lily Saratoga to any bride!

The ladies at Lily Saratoga are truly a step above any other bridal salon I walked into. Their selection is great and reasonably priced for most budgets. They had wonderful suggestions as I was trying to pick out a dress, and were always accommodating if I wanted to schedule extra try-on appointments as I bought accessories for the big day. They were so helpful not only with helping me find my dream dress, but were able to recommend other local vendors to work with for hair and makeup, accessories, alterations, etc. They are even helping me with dress preservation! I could not recommend Lily more highly. The whole experience has been a dream.

I recently worked with Tierney to find my wedding dress, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Right from the beginning she helped me ease into the process by giving an orientation to the store, discussing budget, preferences, etc. (things that surprisingly were not brought proactively at another store I went to the same day). I was shocked to buy a dress on my first and only shopping day, but I’ve been looking at pictures every day, and know it really is the one! And I have Tierney to thank! She really helped to have me try on dresses in an order that allowed me (and my mother, aunt, and grandmother) to compare all the features and get a sense for the elements we liked. Then SHE pulled THE dress, and it brought together everything that I suddenly realized I wanted in an elegant and but impactful way! The environment of Lily and vibe of all the staff is very calm, fun, and they exude an excitement for you making the process feel as special as it should (not just another day at work for them). I am looking forward to when my dress comes in to spending more time at Lily choosing accessories and getting more and more excited for my wedding!

Three words come to mind when I think of my experience at Lily Saratoga: Dream Come True. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest consultants who will go above and beyond for you, felt immediately at home, and super comfortable. The selection of dresses is immaculate and ranges for all different types of styles. I’m a Type A person, so I tend to overthink and weigh out every option meticulously (it’s a curse, at times). But Laura Mullen (the owner) and her team of wonderful consultants totally got me, got my vision, and they delivered (and then some)! You feel like you’re talking to a girlfriend and having an honest conversation. There’s no pressure. And they’re not just telling you a dress looks beautiful on you, they truly mean it. When you have a concern, they observe and will solve it. I live in NYC, and they were BEYOND accommodating with appointments. Whatever you need, they will work with you to get it. Lily Saratoga was a one-stop shop for me. I got my wedding gown, veil, earrings, headpiece, shoes, bridesmaid dresses, and bridesmaid shoes all there! Lily Saratoga was an absolute dream. I absolutely loved Lily Saratoga! I had walked by this shop for a few years before I finally had the opportunity to come in and be a bride... oh the days of dreaming to be able to put on a beautiful gown! I was so happy that day finally came and I was able to work with the wonderful staff at Lily. You feel truly taken care of when you have an appointment at Lily. The inside is so beautiful, simple yet elegant all at the same time. You don't feel overwhelmed and everyone listens to your needs. I cannot say enough good things about Lily, I wasn't exactly the perfect bride, changing my mind about my dress and they still made everything perfect for me. I felt amazing on my wedding day and without Lily Saratoga, Laura and all her staff that would not have been possible. They always took their time with me, they never made me feel rushed, let me try on a million dresses and veils. I couldn't have been happier. I also got all of my bridesmaid dresses from them and with many of my girls being out of town they still made sure everything went off without a hitch every single girl looked beautiful. Randee helped me pick out my wedding dress in May of 2017. She worked wonderfully with my budget, and helped me get exactly the vision I was looking for. I didn’t order my dress until January of 2018, and because I am a military bride I had to ship the dress from NY to Washington state. Lily and Randee in particular were wonderful about helping me order the dress, add all the accessories I wanted to complete my vision, and then ship it to a local bridal salon across the country! I loved being a Lily bride, and loved getting to pick out my wedding dress in my hometown. I am so grateful for Randee and Lily, they really helped me with one of the biggest parts of my wedding, the gorgeous dress! I had a destination wedding in Saratoga and realized my wedding dress (that was purchased in NYC) hanger strap broke and was at the bottom of the bag wrinkled. I called Lily Saratoga in a panic about to go to my rehearsal dinner. Not only did they agree to press my dress with such short notice, they removed a stain, and DELIVERED my dress to my hotel room! I came back from my rehearsal dinner to my dress being all ready for my wedding day. Lily Saratoga thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my wedding day!

The lily ladies were so helpful and made it such a positive experience! I had my wedding this past Saturday. I was able to take it to Lily Saratoga a few days before to get it steamed/pressed as a complimentary service, since I had purchased my dress there. Lily Saratoga is literally the greatest bridal salon EVER! They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of each time I was there. They also made the processes so easy. I was able to get my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, and groomsman ties all at Lily. Which made things so much easier. One huge thing that stuck out to me was that each time I went in the owner and most of the staff knew who I was! It really felt so personal!

I can not say enough on how great Lily Saratoga was in helping me find the perfect dress. I am from a small city in Upstate NY and we have a few dress stores in the area. I went to all of them and either the service was horrible or the dresses were "cookie cutter". My sister in law suggested coming out to where she lives in the Albany area but we would first start in Saratoga. Walking into Lily I knew I would find my dream dress. The gowns were so amazing!!! I found my dress rather quickly (only tried on 3) and the service we received while there was spectacular!! Randi was my sales girl and helped so much! I also purchased my veil, undergarments, shoes, and jewelry from Lily!! I had already picked out and the girls had purchased their bridesmaid dresses elsewhere or I would have went to Lily for those as well!!!! This was surely worth the two hour drives to the store!!!!

Thanks to Randee and the staff at Lily Saratoga, finding my wedding dress was SO SO easy! I went in to Lily with a crew of family members "just to look" and try on a few styles...I truly did not expect to find something that day. With the help of Randee, who was so sweet and fun to work with, the very first dress I tried on was the one I ended up not being able to leave behind. I cant wait to wear it for the big day. The ease of finding my wedding dress set a great tone for the rest of my wedding preparations and for all of that I am so thankful! Cant wait to wear my dress on the big day!

Lily’s made sure to make me feel like a princess in every dress that I tried on. Their creative minds and thoughtful eye made sure to find the perfect dress within my budget. Their referrals for alterations were exceptional as well. I could not be happier with my beautiful dress and the pampering that they did through the whole process!

I cannot say enough good things about Lily Saratoga! I had the best experience, start to finish. The shop is beautiful, so bright and welcoming and that's before you even meet the wonderful ladies that make up the staff there. Laura, the owner, is such a wonderful person who truly takes sincere interest in making sure you find the most perfect dress for your special day. My bridal consultant was Kristen, and she knocked it out of the park. They listen to what it is you are looking for and know just what to suggest. We also ordered bridesmaid dresses through Lily, and both my dress and the bridesmaid dresses all came in timely and as ordered. I was so happy to be a Lily Bride!

I loved being a Lily Bride!! This salon was so accommodating from my first appointment on. When trying to find my dress they really helped me pick out dresses that would compliment my shape which is always super helpful! I ended up going with a Martina Liana dress that was backless with a very long train and I felt so BEAUTIFUL. Lily recommended places to go for alterations and I never had to worry about transporting my own dress back and forth they handled it all for me! Great experience!

Wow! This place has the BEST staff! So attentive and patient and seem to truly want to help you find the perfect dress. I did not end up purchasing my dress here, I fell in love with one at a different place, but I would highly recommend this store.
