Laura is incredible! I went to several bridal shops in NYC and couldn't find what I was looking for: a fit and flare, all-lace gown. I told Laura what I had in mind and she immediately sent me a photo of the Martina Liana lace dress of my dreams. I drove up to Saratoga the next week and bought it! It was absolutely perfect, exactly what i was looking for. She was so helpful with the measurements - my tailor only had to hem it and the rest was perfect.
Lily Saratoga is such a beautiful shop, and the staff are so warm, inviting and supportive. I'd absolutely recommend them to any bride looking for her dream dress!

pulled dressed that fit what I asked for and when we found the cape I ended up wearing, they helped me pivot to find the dress that would go beautifully with it. I felt beautiful in the dress in the store, even if it wasn’t the right size and they helped me understand what I needed to ask my tailor for after I picked up my dress in my size as unfortunately, the store was too far from my home to have my dress tailored there.

ike the dresses, and the consultants weren’t very helpful. So I finally went to Lilys and WOW what a treat! For pretty much all of my appointments I got to work with Sarah - she is the sweetest, so out going, and expert in all things wedding! She was my own personal hype man and did a great job managing all the “guests” you bring when you’re trying on dresses. She’s 100% team bride whatever I wanted went. I went in not having any clue what I did and didn’t like - just with a few questions she nailed it! Another thing I really appreciated was her respecting my budget - she didn’t have me try on a single dress outside of my budget without asking me if the higher price was okay or not. No other place did that and I thought it was so nice! Once I said “yes to the dress” the Lilys team was so helpful! Once my dress came in I came in to just try it on I was so excited, again I got to work with Sarah and she happily took some pictures of me, got some veils for me to try on and some other accessories and noted it alll in my file! A couple months later they let me come back in for an accessory appointment were I was able to try on and buy all my jewlery, shoes and veil with my dress! When it came to my hair trial Lilys even gave me a loner veil to bring to my trial so I didn’t ruin mine and could still see how it would look! Then, when I went for alterations next door the shoes I had bought were a bit too tall for my dress and when Megan told Lilys, Lilys reached out to me and offered me the opportunity to return the shoes! It was so kind and unnecessary but I appreciated it so much! When it comes to wedding planning any $$ you can save helps! Overall I had an amazing experience at Lilys - the whole team was so helpful, easy to work with, and made it such a luxury experience!

cause her enthusiasm, knowledge, and accommodations were perfectly aligned as such. I went into our appointment with a general idea of what I was looking for in a dress. When I shared these features with her, she was able to (within 5 minutes) pull 5-6 beautiful dresses (from thousands racked) that literally checked off every box but also had slight variation between each. Her familiarity with the available dress options allowed me to confirm or change my original choices with confidence, which was really helpful.
Laura’s professionalism and kind nature are also incredibly conducive to owning a bridal store. She understands the stressors of the entire process and is accommodating to helping find an option that meets your budget and still makes you feel beautiful. Lastly- Laura’s team of girls in the shop are wonderful as well. After purchasing the dress, it was ordered to the shop in my size and came within the exact timeline they had initially indicated. I had a second fitting there and they were able to write up a perfect dress review, to be given to the seamstress for alterations. I will say- due to their popularity Lily Saratoga’s wait list for appointments is pretty extensive, so MAKE SURE if you want to get in for an appointment, you make it with ample time. All in all these girls made the dress buying experience seamless, enjoyable and memorable and I would absolutely recommend looking to buy your gowns here.

listened to my desires and provided what I was looking for and more. Alyssa pulled dresses from a list I provided and even pulled a few that she thought matched what I was looking for. In the end, I selected a dress not from my list but one that she pulled for me. She gave me the space to enjoy the moment but was never far when I needed her help or guidance. The store was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere. For each appointment, the staff was ready to go the minute I walked in. They never rushed me or made me feel like I was running out of time/taking up to much time. What I wanted was something very, simple yet modern and sleek and the other bridal salons I visited didn’t have a ton of options and I wanted options for such a big decision. The incredibly knowledgeable staff there had over half a dozen options for me to try on while the other places only had 1 or 2. I ended up finding my dress there that day and it was everything I hoped for and more.
They recommended a great seamstress right next door to their salon and collaborated with me to make some small additions to the dress to truly make it my own. What I loved is that when I picked it up right before the wedding, the went over all the care instructions to ensure the dress looked its best at the wedding. I cannot thank the staff enough for being a part of making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

After what seemed like an endless search for my dream wedding dress and going to multiple other wedding dress boutiques, Laura helped me decide on a gorgeous Martina Liana ballgown. We had multiple appointments at Lily Saratoga and each time she was patient, calm and very helpful. I felt like I was the only bride in the store and never felt rushed! She was able to help me customize a Martina gown and create it into a ballgown of my dreams. We corresponded back and forth about the details until it was perfect. I also had a second Martina Liana reception gown that I purchased off the rack from their store. Once the dress came in, we had to postpone our wedding and she was able to store my dresses for the extra year. She allowed my mom and I to come into the store multiple times and try my dress on to help me decide on bridal accessories and a veil. We purchased the veil at Lily as well! The two gowns were perfectly packed, steamed and ready to be worn a few days before my big day. My bridesmaids also got their dresses from her Jenny Yoo and Amsale line. Laura helped pick out different gowns and colors for my bridesmaids. I highly recommend them for your wedding dress needs!

shop I knew it was a special place. The shop itself is beautiful and the staff are all so warm and welcoming! I worked with Allie who was absolutely amazing! We talked about the shape and general style I was looking for and she pulled several gorgeous dresses that myself, my mom and my maid of honor who were both with me, all loved. Allie helped me narrow down the details of what I was looking for and it wasn't long before I realized I had found my dress. I said yes to the dress and had that perfect bridal moment I had always dreamed about. I cannot say enough about how great Allie was to work with and how well my bridal appointment went all around. I would highly recommend going to Lily to anyone looking for that perfect wedding dress! It is truly amazing!

and really got to know what I was looking for and liked. After multiple appointments at other shops, it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into Lily, knowing I was in such great hands. incredibly knowledgeable, considerate of my wishes, and kept me feeling positive and upbeat for the whole appointment. All of the dresses I tried were gorgeous, and we completely forgot about COVID during our time in the shop. Everything was safe and sanitary without taking away from the experience whatsoever. After trying on a few dresses, Laura put me in the dress I wanted to try on from the very beginning that I saw on Instagram days before and that was it. She went out of her way to pull bridesmaid dresses in the colors I want and put the matching veil on me to watch my entire vision come to life right there. I said yes to the dress at Lily's and I couldn't be any happier. If you're looking for incredible service and a place that really wants to help you find your dream dress look no further! and beyond customer service wise. We had been to another salon the week before and the employees wouldnt even come near us and made my mom measure me, help me in and out of all the dresses. Here at lily the ladies prepped the dresses for me to get into and let my maid of honor sit and relax while I was getting dressed. The other salon I was limited to trying on only 5 dresses and promptly kicked out when our hour was up. I actually found my dress here in a hour but I tried on way more and wasnt given a time or dress limit- they were just really good at helping me find the one! The lady helping me was so on the ball with knowing what I wanted and as soon as I didnt like something adjusting course. She made sure if I didnt like something I could just immediately tell her and I didnt feel pressured to try it. My overall experience was incredible. We traveled from about 3 hours away to come here and it was worth every minute! I ended up ordering my veil with them and cant wait to stop back in!

ny of the dresses that I tired on. I was over the process and about to settle for another dress when my Mom secretly made an appointment for me at Lily (thank God for a mother intuition). As soon as we arrived we met with my amazing consultant Tierney. I explained my situation and I immediately felt so refreshed! She was understanding yet super positive and energetic. Before I tried on any dresses I knew I was going to have a great experience. After talking about my venue and what I was looking for, I pulled dresses that I thought I would like. Lily has such a wide variety of styles which a lot of other shops did not offer. Tierney pulled a dress that she thought matched my vision and it was PERFECT! I really felt like she listened to me and found something that was everything I wanted. Not only was my dress perfect but the size that she recommended fit me like a glove! I second guessed the size before ordering and Tierney reassured me that the size would be correct, the morale of the story is to trust these ladies, they are professionals!! My dress arrived in about 2 months thanks to the Essence Portal and they coordinated transporting my dress to my seamstress, storing my dress until the big day, and prepping/stuffing my dress for transport to our wedding location. The whole process was seamless and so easy. I am so thankful that I am a Lily Bride and I highly recommend Lily Saratoga to all future brides!
