Lily's Bridal is AMAZING! The atmosphere is wonderful, you have your own special lounge area in the back of the store with a dressing room. Your stylist hand picks your dresses based on your style while your family and friends sit on a nice couch to see you when you're ready. Octavia was my stylist, and if you can, request her. She is very nice and knows what she's doing. I found a beautiful dress here where my family and I literally cried it was so beautiful! I can't recommend Lily's Bridal enough! Even if you don't find your perfect dress there, they are worth checking out!

Just purchased my dress! Dress shopping can be overwhelming. You can keep shopping for days. I had a great experience with Dee as she helped she try on a ton of styles to narrow it down. I never felt rushed. I can’t wait to wear my dress.

I went here for my wedding dress. That have a good selection of unique dress. Including black wedding dress my goth brides. The staff was wonderful. Especially Dee. Listening to me on what I liked and not liked on dress. And finally finding the one with everything! Highly recommend

Lily's Bridal really surprised me I must say. Not saying I didn't think they had great quality but me just being myself and being skeptical on going to a place that has prom dresses as well. Boy was I wrong, this was my FIRST stop to even LOOK for a dress. I was not expecting to purchase my dress that same day which goes to show, I am VERY pleased with Lily's Bridal. I was assisted by Dee and it's like she just knew me and knew what I loved! We tried on 5 dresses, narrowed it down to 2 and I selected my dream dress! I am so so so happy I decided to go here and it turned out to be a one stop shop for me and my wedding dress journey. I will recommend this place to any and everyone I know getting married or even attending a prom. Beautiful dresses and even better customer service!

I am beyond happy with my experience with lily’s bridal. This was my first stop on my wedding dress journey and it was my only stop. The experience from start to finish was amazing. So much inventory to chose from the dress to accessories, to just having a conversation with the owner and her staff was just relaxed and involved with my needs and wants. Lily's Bridal is unlike any other experience you will have! Kim and Dee make you feel like you are the only person in the world who matters at that moment. They make the entire experience so enjoyable. As a bride, it is extremely overwhelming to find "the dress" and Kim and Dee help to make it so much easier, without the pressure. They genuinely want you to find your dress. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. I recommend them to every bride I meet!

I visited many bridal stores and tried on dozens of dresses but none were in comparison to Lily's. I am normally a size 20-22 and found it difficult to find dresses to fit at some other stores but not at Lily's. They had a good selection for me to try on. The store was clean and Dee was very helpful and straight forward. I purchased a Sophia and Camilla gown. I wanted sleeves added. I purchased additional lace, trim and buttons from the designer through Lily's as well to complete the sleeves, neckline and back. Dee put me in contact with Annapolis Bridal and Tuxedo in Annapolis because they unfortunately do not offer alterations. But my experience at Annapolis Bridal and Tuxedo was superb. No complains from this newlywed. I would say however, that I felt that dress was a little over priced as well as the veil and belt that I also purchased from Lily's. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the belt. A gem fell off when I was picking it up from Lily's and they fixed it for me but then a handful of gems fell off on my wedding day. Had I of known that I wouldn't of spent as much as I did on it.

I had a fantastic experience finding my wedding dress at Lily's Bridal. Even before my appointment, Lisa went above and beyond by emailing me to find out what exactly I would be looking for in a dress. On the day of the appointment, she was both patient and attentive to my needs. I ended up finding the perfect dress (which wasn't what I had in mind when I went in at all!) and couldn't be happier!

I found out about Lily's Bridal through an area Bridal Show the weekend before. The sales woman Sherrie was there and had a great personality. She spoke with me, my mother, and sister and explained how bridal shopping works and the types of dresses they had at their store. She got information about my wedding and helped me get an idea of what type of dress I was looking for. Even though I was pushing it with the time limit, with only 7 months to my wedding, she explained how she would be able to find something for me. For booking an appointment at the show we were given a $200 gift certificate and I came in that Thursday for an appointment. Sherrie saw us there and made me feel great about shopping for dresses, especially with it being my first time. When I walked in my my name was in a frame on the front desk and on the mirror when I walked back into the dressing room. She took me into the room with the dresses and showed me some she thought I would like from the samples I previously emailed her. I was able to see the dresses next to others and pick out what styles I would like. Only after 5 dresses I found the one and it was so perfect. After each dress I tried on Sherrie was able to see what I liked and didn't like on each one and every dress she pulled after was even better than the one before. It was a great experience and I couldn't have believed I would have found my dress on my first bridal visit but it is beautiful and my dream dress! Thank you for your help Sherrie.

I went to Lily's not really expecting to find my dress. I'm from Portland and was visiting my sister in Baltimore. Because of the distance, it was the only time I'd be able to do any sort of wedding stuff with her, so I wanted to do at least a little bit of the shopping experience with her. Our consultant really listened to what I'd already looked at and liked for dresses, and she really listened to what I was liking when I was looking through their store and trying on dresses. With the 5th dress she brought me, when I got in front of the mirror I knew it was the one. She had found one that had all of the elements that I had liked and looked good on me, perfectly balanced and in my price range. I'd recommend Lily's to anyone!

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I actually found this shop by going to the Baltimore Bridal Show. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes that will make any bride feel beautiful. They are a little more expensive, because their dresses are well constructed and need minimal additions made to them in alteration, unlike the big box stores where you may get a deal on your dress but will literally pay a fortune in alterations. This was the only store I went to to look for dresses, fell in love and bought it in one trip. Thanks for everything!

I wanted something simple but not a dress that looked like a bridesmaids dress. I was having a hard time finding that kind of dress. I didn't want anything to sparkle on the dress. I have been to about 10 other shops and haven't found anything other than fancy bridesmaids dresses. Not what I was looking for at all. At Lily's Bridal I found a dress named Claire! It is a plain bridal gown with pockets. It is exactly what I wanted. It took me forever to find it but I have. Sherrie wasn't giving up on me. She kept going to help me find that dress. Great experience, great service, and great dresses.

I can't wait to wear my dress on 12/28/13. I loved my experience with Lily's Bridal. Everyone I have worked with or spoken to have been really helpful. I love how you work one on one and have such a private area to try on dresses. Great selection of dresses and great prices. You don't have to spend over $2,000 to find a beautiful dress.

Being plus size and shopping for a Wedding Dress can be a challenge. I did some research online before I went shopping. I didn't want to be upset while looking for this special dress. I found some great online reviews about Lily's Bridal and their plus size dress selection. I called and made an appointment. The person on the phone when I made the appointment was so sweet. She really made me feel comfortable on the phone. I took my mom and my sister with me to my appointment. This was my 2nd appointment for that day. This appointment was so much better than the 1st appointment I went to. I worked with Sherrie and just loved her. She listened to me and helped me find that dress. The online reviews talk about their selection of plus size gowns being good. I was worried it wouldn't be but I was wrong they had so many dresses in my size. I was able to find my dress that day and it is ordered and will be here soon. Thanks for realizing that all brides are not a size 2!

I was married on Saturday! My last experience with Lily's was on Wednesday when I went with my groom to pick up his tuxedo. His tuxedo fit him perfectly. So my experience with Lily's has been top notch. I purchased my gown from them in January. I didn't purchase my dress on my 1st visit with Lily's Bridal but actually came back the following week and purchased. At both appointments I worked with Dee my experience was wonderful. They treat their brides so well. My bridesmaids, mother and mother in law purchased their dresses there too. All had the same great experience as me and my groom.

I don't normally write online reviews but when Lily's asked me to do this for them I couldn't say no. Lily's worked with me to find my perfect gown. They kept me focused and kept me in a comfortable place when spending on a dress. I was working with a $1200 budget and I was having issues with finding a dress in that price range that had everything I wanted. Some shops were rude to me and said what you are looking for is $1800 or more so you need to change your budget or look at sample dresses. The sample dresses were not in the best of shape either. That was not an option. At Lily's Bridal I found exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. I didn't have to settle on anything. My dress was everything I wanted it to be and I received so many compliments on my gown. I have sent everyone I know getting married to Lily's Bridal. They are truly the best place in Maryland to buy your wedding dress from.

I am a plus size bride that wanted to look AMAZING on my wedding day. I went to many shops in Maryland. I kept going because I couldn't find anything I liked or that would fit me. Well that all changed when I went to Lily's Bridal. Their selection of plus size dresses was unbelievable. I had a specific style in mind and all the other shops kept telling me I would like right in that style because of my shape. Well guess what I found that style at Lily's. They didn't try to talk me out of anything. I put the dress on and I just cried happy tears. I was so thankful for Lily's Bridal for understanding plus size brides. Oh, I worked with Kim and she helped me pull my entire vision together. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!

I purchased my dress from Lily's Bridal in 2012 for my 06/29/13 wedding. I can remember my experience like I was there yesterday. I was treated like the most special person in the world. I worked with Dee and she was so much. It was a very relaxing experience. I had been to 3 other shops and I can say that Lily's Bridal is a different experience. I feel so welcomed there. After trying on dresses, Dee brought me something that was no what I was normally trying on. Well that ended up being my dress. I felt so beautiful in my dress. My mom was with me that day as well and she hasn't stopped talking about how great Lily's Bridal was. I truly felt like a part of their family. I met the owner a few times and you can tell she loves her business and the girls that work there love their jobs.

Lily's Bridal was the 1st shop and only shop I went to. I went on Saturday with my mom. Had the best experience. Lisa was so wonderful to work with. She found my dress and I didn't want to take it off. I knew it was the one and I had no desire to go elsewhere. I have a beautiful dress and can't wait for it to arrive! Can't say enough about my experience. I am still smiling.

I needed up purchasing my dress from Lilys bridal after trying a few places. They have a small selection but its decent. The staff is friendly and easy to work with

I loved my dress, but once I had ordered it and payed for it they were not the nicest to deal with on the phone and in the store.

We ran into a little confusion in the beginning but the team at Lily's went above and beyond to ensure that my gown arrived on time and that I was happy with it. They were fun to work with, low-pressure and provided an unique, beautiful gown at a great value.

My dress was absolutely beautiful! They say you should be in love with a dress, well i was in love with mine for sure!

I really loved my dress and the dress shopping part of the process was wonderful. The issues for me came on the back end. When I ordered my dress in mid-May 2011, I was originally told my dress would arrive in mid-late September. It showed up in October. Not Lily's Bridal's fault, but it was frustrating, because my alterations were being done in a different state by a fantastic seamstress (where the wedding was located) & I had limited time to go there for alterations. When the dress arrived, we discovered a dark thread in the material, which Lily's did a great job of getting out without harming the dress. But then the dress needed to be dry cleaned before they could give it to me. I called multiple times about picking up the dress, but it seems to have been at the cleaners for awhile because I had to call several times (always several days apart) before it was available right before Thanksgiving. While this may seem like a lot of time for a May wedding, it isn't when you're getting married elsewhere and need alterations (and good seamstresses are usually pretty busy). The dress was wonderful (I got loads of complements and loved wearing it) and the price was reasonable considering it was a dress from a smaller designer and not mass produced. Just be prepared to wait awhile to get your dress - if you have a short time frame, Lily's or another specialty store may not be the best location for you. This is just due to the smaller designers they use and the time it takes to have the dresses made. If you need something quickly, stores like David's or Alfred Angelo that do mass orders might be better for you.

Found my dress and had the most amazing time. They know their stuff at Lily's Bridal. They actually listened to what I had to say. Great time and I had no intentions on buying my dress today but I did! I just loved it so much. Had no need to go elsewhere.

Dress selection outstanding. The appointment was wonderful. Top notch. The one on one attention and bridal area was perfect. Kim, found my dress for me. I picked out dresses but she found THE ONE! This was my first place to shop and I had no desire or need to go anywhere else!

After visiting two other bridal gown stores, I was very happy to find Lily's Bridal. In comparison to stores that do not let anyone but sales staff pick dresses, the staff at Lily's let me and my mom look through their dresses to choose which ones I initially wanted to try on. After I made my initial choices, the staff saw what I liked and pulled additional suggestions. I never felt rushed during my appointment and the staff let me try on as many dresses as I needed before I found the right dress. My dress arrived with plenty of time for me to have alterations done. Lily's also has a good selection of veils and other accessories available in the store. I fell in love with one of their veils during my first appointment and ordered it after my dress was delivered. The veil also arrived in plenty of time before my wedding. In addition to the great selection of dresses and veils, I really appreciated that Lily's dresses are priced very reasonably for a specialty bridal boutique. My dress looked fantastic and ended up costing about half of what I had initially planned to spend. Lily's Bridal has a great working relationship with Anne of Silver Threads Alterations (reviewed separately), which is conveniently located right next door. As someone who does not particularly love dress shopping, my experience at Lily's Bridal was fantastic and I highly recommend Lily's Bridal to any bride looking for her perfect wedding dress.

I found my dress here and I wasn't even thinking I would! I went because they advertised a Black Friday sale with gowns up to 80% off. I unfortunately had to work on Black Friday, so I called up on Wednesday, and explained the situation, and asked if I could come in then. "Of course!" was the reply. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Very patient (we kept them after closing!) while I tried on many dresses until I found "the one"!. They even let us stay and take pictures with a veil and jewelry to complete the look (again after they were closed!). Needless to say, very thrilled with the entire experience!

My dress was amazingly beautiful. The dress selection at Lily's is fantastic and within a very affordable price range. They do not carry dresses available in other stores within Maryland, therefore I left feeling like I had a unique, one-of-a-kind dress.

I walked into their store & received prompt friendly service...I had so many thoughts, ideas & visions in my mind...I had about 20+ photos of dresses or designs I was looking at. From the mess I walked in with I walked out with the biggest smile on my face. Even with every gown I saw I feel in love with my dress even more. On the day of my wedding I knew without a doubt there was no other dress. I couldn't have found it with Lily's Bridal! They are kind, wise in their field & so friendly. They carry dresses beyond a size 10. Because of the treatment I received for my dress I went back for the bridesmaid dresses and received the same assistance! You won't go wrong when looking here! If I could choose higher then 5 stars I would!

What can I say....? They had so many beautiful dresses! I fell in love with the first dress I tried on there and I couldn't get it out of my mind. The only downfall was the fact that my wedding dress came in less than two months before my wedding even though I ordered it about 8 months in advance and they never called me to tell me it would be coming in late. The seamstress next door tried to charge me a rush a fee for fixing my dress until I explained the situation. A little more communication next time.

To be honest, I almost cancelled my appointment based on a review that was written here. I'm really glad I didn't. My consultant's name was Kim, and she was awesome! I have been literally everywhere on my hunt for the perfect dress. I found alot of great dresses, but at Lily's I found "the one". I had my "Say yes" moment!!! I have to admit that when I heard the name of the designer, my sister googled it on her Iphone. Just like Kim said, the designer is very exclusive, and her dresses are only sold in certain stores. I can see why! It is beyond gorgeous, luxe and substantial, and I felt like I stole it for the price. Bonus, it had just been brought into the shop yesterday (Friday), and I was the first to ever try it on!!! Mine mine mine! Ladies, don't say "yes" until you visit Lily's. On a side note, I feel I have to add that working with Kim was so fun. She kept me cracking up the entire time. I swear she has a secret side job as a stand up comic. She had my mom, sister, and maid of honor in stitches the entire time. The boutique was warm and inviting, and working with Kim was like having your funny but knowledgeble sister helping you.

Who knew I could fall in love all over again. But I did! I can't say enough about Lily's Bridal and the gorgeous Carrafina gown I just bought. We had the best time trying on all the gowns and they really put me at ease. I was so nervous to try on dresses, but that all disappeared the minute I stepped out in my first dress...which is the one I bought! I just couldn't believe it could be so easy. So I tried on a few more. But all I wanted was to put on my #1 dress and never take it off. I'm also happy to know that my dress isn't being sold at every store in the area (a.k.a. David's Bridalish). I want my wedding to be my own. For a really great - friendly - refreshing experience you have to visit Lily's! On my next trip home I will be going back for my bm's dresses :)

I have been to 3 other shops and nothing compares to Lily's Bridal. Their selection of dresses and the employees are just amazing. I tried on a lot of dresses and loved that the dresses there are not found at all the other shops and not online either. Their dresses range from $999 to $2500 and the dress I purchased was $1499. My dress makes me feel like a princess. I actually worked with owner, Kim, and she helped me narrow my dresses and her advice/suggestions were spot on. I am so glad I found this shop. I didn't buy my dress on my first visit and they were not pushy at all. I loved that they understand I had to bring back someone to see me in the dress. It is just how I am. I can not say enough about this place.

Don't bother. Go to David's Bridal instead. The dresses are nice at first but if you look at the quality and the details - you'll be disappointed. The designers as known to be 'exclusive' which is why you can't take photos BUT seriously... they have them on their own site but guess what? they even have photos that they don't carry! false advertisement. Christine helped me my first visit - she was super sweet. I will say that. The owner, Kim, is RUDE. I can't even explain to you the inappropriate email she sent me when I was having doubts about my dress that I put a down payment on. As a owner of a bridal company ... she needs to keep her mouth shut and take some HR/Management courses. I admit that I wasn't the easiest bride to deal with because I was a unsure of what I really wanted for awhile but holy cow... she must not be married or never had dreams of the perfect gown because she doesn't seem to understand that brides are not always prepared to handle all the anxiety and stress that comes along with getting married. If you are going here because of cost - TRUST ME... you can find affordable bridal gowns at other bridal boutiques who care about your big day. Then again, if you don't care about the personalities of the people you are paying tons of $ to, the quality of your gown, or you just want to get the dress shopping over with... GO FOR IT. Otherwise... stay away. There are PLENTY of other awesome boutiques in the area.

Shopped here , well attempted to shop here twice. Once for my bridal gown, and once for tuxes. Both times. Horrible experiences. The only employee in the store after not greeting us, asked what we where doing when he started looking at things. Had no interested in getting out of her chair to help us.

I used Lily's Bridal for my dress. The staff there was wonderful and they helped me pick the perfect dress for my special day. I couldn't be happier with using a small bridal shop. I felt important and like I was the only bride in the world.

;They told me that I could buy the dress a little too small because the seamstress worked miracles. I was planning on losing a little weight anyway. The seamstress cancelled on me at least five times for different fittings. She was rude and unpleasant. Her work was sloppy and unfinished everytime I went to pick my dress up for the 'final' fitting. She pushed the final fitting back at least three times because she said that she had other brides and 'emergency' fitting appointments. She told me that if I didn't like the way that she worked then I could find another seamstress less than three days away from my wedding. The dress was 'finished' the day before my wedding. It was a wreck. The seams were messy the bodice looked like a cat had been scratching along the corseted back. The bridal salon was very unhelpful and sided with the seamstress. I had even looked at a department store to find a back-up dress in case she didn't have it finished in time. I still don't know if there is any action I can take against the salon or the seamstress. I do not recommend ANYONE going to this salon or working with that seamstress. She told me that I had bought the dress three sized too small (that wasn't the case at all). I had lost some weight and fit in the dress. She was only supposed to shorten the dress and put a corset back in it. She wrecked my perfect dress and my not so perfect day.
