I worked with Russ who was extremely kind, professional, and punctual. I decided to rent linens at the last minute and he was able to ensure that we had beautiful linens on time for the wedding. I was also a little indecisive and so he shipped samples for me to look at to help with my decision. The whole process was extremely easy and stress free. I would highly recommend this company, they had excellent service!

She also responded to emails so quickly and was really helpful when we needed to make changes leading up to our wedding. In the end, things came together perfectly! Very knowledgeable, and patient even showing us different ways to tie our chair covers; to make sure our vision was met! We were a little nervous with the time window our venue gave us and Emily assured us that all work would be done in the given window and we would NOT get charged extra because of it. Effects order included gorgeous draping that they set up in our ceremony space (Winter Garden at the Depot Hotel in Minneapolis), which really wowed our guests. We also rented silver chair covers that looked incredibly elegant in our space, as well as napkins and table runners that accented the linens provided by our venue and were well worth the additional $$. Emily helped us to find items that would contribute to our vision without breaking our budget. She always responded to emails immediately, and she seems to genuinely care about her clients and their events. We are so pleased with her service, with the service provided by the team who came to set up, and with the quality of the products. When it comes to rental linens and draping, we consider Linen Effects the obvious choice!

The gold vases we rented were sturdy, great quality, and the most beautiful ones we found compared to other rental companies. I highly recommend Linen Effects for all of your rental needs.

Always look at the actual tablecloths in person!! Anyway, Emily kindly swapped it for something I liked better for the same price. In that same meeting I also changed all of the white linens to ivory. She didn't bat an eye and made sure that everything was perfect before I left.

I quickly called their office and they sent someone out to our venue within the hour to bring us the correct linens and even helped me switch them out on our tables. We couldn't start setting up our venue until 2pm, but by the time we arrived at 6:00 pm, everything was in its place and ready to go. They came after the wedding and handled clean up.

ding the linens up to 3 months prior to the event. He pressured for a signed contract and I signed with. $1k deposit. A few mi tha later we changed our mind and wanted to go with a different look as we found something fabulous with another vendor and Linen Eggects could not get these items at their location . We shared with Russ that we wanted to cancel and being that it was still 7 months prior to the wedding what would be the cost to back out. Russ shared a $250 cancellation fee only for cancellation and sent me an email confirming that. Being that we really wanted the other company I make an agreement with them. Over a week later after a commitment to another vendor Russ shared that he made a mistake and it was really another $350 on top of the $250 cancellation fee to cancel because they purchased "special" linens already for our event . I found this hard to believe because originally he shared that we could change the entire order up to 3montha prior and still adjust the amounts up to 30 days prior and this was still 7 months before the event . Russ and Linene Effects did not honor their word or their email outlining only a $250 cancellation fee. This vendor is not trustworthy and does not honor their word or written communications. There are other local vendors with better choices and similar pricing that are more honest and trustworthy and honor their word and written communications. Seriously be very careful and do not believe what they share with you and communicate even in written form. This is a big day I would go with another vendor that will do what they say they are going to do

The estimate for the job was turned around very quickly and Leah was great in working with us to add and remove things until we were within our budget and happy with the look. Shortly before the wedding we realized that our numbers would be lower than expected and they were happy to reduce the order and refund us back the difference on what had already been paid. On the day of the wedding everything arrived on time and was arranged perfectly for us. The tablecloths we went with provided the 'wow' factor we needed! After the event staff was on time again for clean up and was very friendly! Linen Effects' products are top-notch-- much better quality than those we looked at with other large companies in the area and the service is terrific. Highly recommend!

Our guests raved about how pretty everything was. None of this would have happened without Russ. Russ was so kind and gracious when we had to make some adjustments on our guest count. ffects had the best selection of gold tabletop accessories, plate chargers, flatware etc. They have something for everyone, but I would highly recommend this vendor if you're going for the Gatsby Glam look or are having difficulty finding rental items that are gold-colored. My favorite rental item was their new rhinestone cuff to finish off the sash on the beautiful chiavari chairs!

n Effects had many different kinds to choose from. Since I was trying to stay on budget, I ended up renting 24 inch white ones for only $15 a piece and they came with the candles! They had larger ones as well but I was looking for classy and on a budget and these were great! If you look on their website you will see them with black and white lamp shades but you can get them without and they look amazing! I also rented all of my linens (received a coupon at a bridal show =$10 a piece!) Needless to say I had MANY compliments on my decor....the best part was it was all rented! They will deliver so you don't have any hassle on your big day and they pick them up after your event too! For my headtable, I rented their iron trees and hanging crystals. These are 8 feet long and 5 feet high they really made a statement on my harvest style head tables after adding some artificial orchids to them. I would recommend Linen Effects to anyone, they have many options at all different price points! Don't be afraid to check them out, I was at first thinking I couldn't afford them but I ended up finding what I needed.

nd. Linen Effects did a great job of working with our host hotel. When they were done, they had transformed a hotel conference room to a really warm, inviting, festive place. It's amazing what some good centerpieces and uplighting will do! Everything looked great and seeing it all come together surpassed our expectations about what "linens" could do!

we were told the vases were banged up and tarnished from sitting in storage. The chairs and ties themselves were lovely, but I thought that the prices (including labor) were a bit high. We put a deposit down, but I was the one to actually contact them less than a week before the wedding to confirm number and pay balance. They seemed offended that I didn't wait for their call, but it was less than a week before the wedding and they should have been happy that I wanted to pay them.

nce our colors were red, white, and black, we didn't want the room to look too Valentine or goth, as my mother would say. And Russ made that happen for us. It was elegant and fun and we got tons of compliments on all of the linens. The only problem on wedding day was the escort card table linen. It was supposed to be white, since the cards were red. Somehow, we ended up with a red linen and the cards didn't stand out like they should have. But it still looked good and we really didn't give it another thought once we saw it. Overall, Linen Effects is a great place to work with and I would absolutely use them again if the need arose.
