Absolutely stunning! The ladies at the front made my experience smooth and they helped me create my vision as I wanted some second opinions because it was my first event. I absolutely loved my floral and I also rented clear chiavari chairs which were beautiful. My event was great and honestly I really liked the care that was given to me.
Do not rent from here!!! Susan is co-owner with her husband and was the absolutely worst experience I have ever dealt with any business. I had only dealt with the ladies that work at the front. I have been communicating with them in person and also via email. One day I received an email on a new message thread from the company with the same email address (one letter was missing) about the changes I had made. This person who was now emailing me had access to the company's email and to their invoice system and was able to update and make all the changes I needed so there were no red flags. By the grace of God, when it was time to make my final payment, it wasn't going through because of a system error. When I called the company, the owner informed me that they had the same issue a couple of months prior!? One of their customers got scammed out a few thousand dollars. They admitted to knowing about the situation and had not taken care of it because it was now happening to us. They did change their email address and I'm assuming the password for their invoice system.
I paid over $5,000 for decorations. This woman who did not introduce herself, who I have never seen before, enters my dressing room the day of my wedding and did not say "Hi, how are you?" "My name is...." The first thing she tells me to do is calm down in a nasty tone because she heard me being upset. I was upset because members of the wedding party were not doing what they're supposed to do. You have no idea why I'm upset and I don't even know who you are. So I was completely upset about that.
Next, I'm walking down the aisle with my dad and the first thing I see are my RECEPTION CENTERPIECES that I provided on the columns!! When I confronted Susan (The lady who came to my dressing room unannounced) about it, she said it looked better. ??? I paid for a certain setup and you took it up on yourself to do what you wanted to do and it didn't look better because no one could see. Then, I get to take my first look at the reception area which has always been a dream of mine and we had a set of three floating candles on each table, a set of two for the wedding party table and a set of three of three floating candles in front of the sweetheart table and GUESS WHAT? Not one candle was lit! My DOC's and my family had to go around to my guests and caterers and ask for lighters! It was extremely tacky to do that. I was completely livid because I do not complain about anything. However, this is my big day and we paid enough money to not have this happen. Susan stated they don't light candles because they don't know when the reception is going to start. I gave you a timeline of the reception! The candles are meant to burn for hours at a time and if that's the case why didn't you notify me, the bride, the one that's paying while planning this wedding so I could have notified the caterers or my DOC's
What makes things even worse and so unprofessional is that my mom went to pick up her shoes she left at the venue the day after the wedding and Susan starts to tell my mother about how she didn't like the centerpieces, the bridesmaid bouquets, the colors of my wedding party and she went on about how I was a bad bride because I was upset. That is not your place to gossip with my mom when she just came to pick up shoes. It was so unprofessional! I didn't leave a negative review and I didn't request a refund, but that was the last straw. My wedding was almost 3 months ago! My refund for the columns and for the candle set. She gives me a check for $176!! I was due over a $500 refund which in my opinion, still isn't enough for what I went through with this woman. I attached a photo of the invoice so you all can see. She says each candle was only $1 and you had 16 candles. I literally went back to my wedding photos and we had 43 candles. I didn't pay for the candles separately, I paid for them as a set so now that I'm due a refund, you want to refund me for pieces of the candle set?! If she didn't try to scam me out of a refund I wouldn't have written this review. STAY AWAY!
Without a doubt, they did a phenomenal job on the florals for our wedding! We also rented their silver chivari chairs, silver accented throne chair and had small draping done for an outside trellis.
Susan was so wonderful to work with and made sure she knew exactly what my vision was so they could bring it to life within our budget. Everything came out perfectly! Thank you so much Longwood Events for being part of having our wedding day turn out so magical!
Longwood Events has everything you need to add the final touches to your wedding day! We rented gold chiavari chairs and gold beaded glasses chargers. They delivered and picked-up these items following our wedding. Everything was super easy and they have the best pricing in town.
Longwood Events worked with me to give me multiple quotes when I wasn't sure what I wanted, and then they were flexible when I kept changing the time. Someone from the company called me a few days before the wedding to make sure everything was squared away and that we both had the same information.
They deliver, set-up, and then tear down and pick up. It was such a huge help. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone.
First when I reached out to Longwood events I was just shopping around for pricing, but after realizing their prices for flowers could not be beat I began requesting quotes. The staff work with numerous options for me and gave me the best pricing for individual flowers, since we were doing our own table centerpieces. I did purchase the package they offer for all the bouquets and boutonnieres and corsages (which again the price could not be beat) they even tailed the number of things within the package to meet what I needed. I was so so pleased with the flower quality and how big my bouquets were. My flowers were more than I could have asked for, they lasted the 40 min drive to the hotel and my wedding was the following afternoon, and they looked great.
Our experience with Longwood was very positive! We ordered chairs and draping from them and both were beautiful. Everything arrived on time, in good condition, and professionally handled. There was a moment a week before the wedding where it looked like we would have to do additional last minute rentals, and Longwood was incredibly helpful and responsive to the emergency. It turned out when didn't go that route, but they were ready and willing to help us in anyway possible and that really meant a lot that they jumped in to help so quickly.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I chose this place tondo the deco for our wedding. We paid for centerpieces that did not have all of the floral we requested. The decorator showed up 2 hrs later than the time she told us and caused a domino effect. She had all the bridal bouquets and because she was late, we were 2 hrs late to do photos and had to cut our photo time to make it back for the ceremony. We also paid for a party bus that sat in the parking lot of our venue fors 2 hrs not doing anything because we could not leave to do pictures until we got our bouquets. When we first booked decor, we were told that if i provided brooches, they would put them in the bridal party bouquets. When our flowers showed up, susan, who we were working with, acted like she knew nothing about the brooches. I have since called to complain and ask for the brooches that I paid for and have not received them. We also did not receive our toss bouquet which was also in the package i paid for. We were told someone would call is back and we have yet to hear from this place...would never recommended.
They did a great job decorating my wedding I am so happy with their services and they are very reasonably priced and attentive. The only draw back is if you're uncertain about the number of rentals you need, beware there are NO refunds if you reserve and actually need less than ordered. Other than that everything was up to standard and the staff was very easy to work with and setting up my payments, etc. Thank you Longwood Events!
I rented chivari chairs for my wedding from Longwood Events. This company was extremely professional and very very quick to respond to emails. I planned my wedding from another state and got everything taken care of via email (contract/payment). The process with this company was SO painless I didn't even think about them on the wedding day! The chairs were there when I got there and that's it lol. My caterer got in touch with them to make sure things run smoothly and they definitely did. The chairs were in perfect condition, they were the best price in the area, and beautiful. They really set a nice elegant tone to my wedding at a low cost. I would definitely use them again. Longwood Events for my sisters wedding. I was satisfied with the services. Everything was on time and perfect. She (Susan) did her full decor and bridal flowers. Delivered everything for me to the venue on time and with little extra touches she added while doing the set up. Believe me when she says we got, their whole staff will get the job done. I searched high and low looking for the perfect, yet, affordable charger plate for our Bridle Oaks wedding reception dinner. I wanted something unique and elegant to fit our overall vision. Our wedding coordinators, Everlasting Events, found the perfect vintage option at Longwood Events and Weddings / Longwood Events Decor and Floral. We were thrilled to rent their Vintage Acrylic Charger Plates. They offer them in silver and gold also--we chose champagne. These special plates added exactly the sophisticated touch we were wanting for our rustic barn wedding! Perfection! Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Longwood Events. My fiance and I had the opportunity to meet with Susan and Omar and they were both friendly and accommodating to my requests. I probably called Susan fifteen different times on different occasions and she was always there to answer any questions I had. Longwood events set up my flowers, chairs, and linens. My wedding was more beautiful than I expected. I would definitely recommend them!
Really great! We had longwood do draping, rentals for reception and ceremony, and they also did our flowers! AMAZING! My bouquet was gorgeous!!!! I had high expectations and when I sent her the picture she pretty much duplicated it for me! They were affordable and all of the rentals were so great! Everything was on time and organized well!

Longwood Events was such a phenomenal florist. They made my wedding centerpieces so beautiful and gave me exactly what I asked for and more! The arrangement's where so full with so many flowers it was amazing to see in person. I got so many amazing compliments about her flowers. Longwood Events went above and beyond at are wedding and made it a true dream come true!!! I would not use any other florist vender in Orlando fl. They are the BEST and I mean that 100%!
horrible the worst place ever do not use them!!! they will mess up and do everything wrong at your wedding can not depend on them and the coordinator sucked she messed up everything I asked her to do, placed everything wrong, then was very unprofessional my best friend and family caught her in the bathroom talking bad about us at our wedding to our guests!! DO NOT USE THEM if you want your wedding to go right!!
Long story short: we have been in contact with Omar for over a MONTH to simply get paperwork for the quote we got from him. We have contacted him many times via email and phone, yet he still had not done a simple thing like email us paperwork so we can book him. Glad we did not because he's terrible with communication. AVOID unless you want added stress!!

I was referred to Longwood Events & Rentals through my caterer. Omar Furniel was the person I mainly dealt with. He is kind, efficient, and helped to make my budget work. He revised my invoice multiple times as I added and subtracted tables and chairs, always remaining calm and reassuring. I highly recommend this company!
The staff was Longwood Events were very helpful with working within our budget. They came up with some great decor pieces!
