Lorimar Vineyards and Winery

There are so many wineries in Temecula, and we are so happy we stumbled on the Lorimar. Everything was amazing. From the picturesque vineyards to the staff, to the food. We really did have our dream wedding. It’s a gorgeous venue! We had our ceremony and reception on the Barrel Room Lawn and it was wonderful. Katie helped us in the beginning and Ashley was our day-of coordinator that helped us with every little detail in the planning stages. She was quick to answer every question and made us feel at ease! Ideally you want your wedding to be memorable to all your guests and for everyone to have fun. And we were lucky to check all the boxes! We 100% recommend!

I would give 100 stars if I could. Katie, Ashley, all Lorimar staffs were absolutely amazing to make our dream wedding more dreamy and romantic. Our wedding was full of crazy dramas, from the wild fire, stormy rain, sleeping in the middle of evacuation order zone before the wedding, multiple phone calls if the wedding was still on, and the road closures and detours, etc. But guess what, Katie and Ashley went above and absolute beyond to make it happen successfully, and all my guests had nothing but all the impressive comments on how everything was handled. We were so lucky to have the team we worked together, Katie made every effort to comfort me as I was running under high stress, but it was romantic, flawless, absolutely gorgeous, and seamless from setting, flow, and constantly communicating the updates. The setup crews, serving staffs, Justin who was running champagne flutes after the ceremony in the pouring rain, and the bartender, everyone was amazing and made our day and my vision brought to real, even though we didn't have the outdoors breezy starry night reception, but the barrel room was magical, we couldn't be happier. If anyone is looking for a personable special wedding with great food, drink, staffs, Lorimar is where you should definitely consider highly. There are many other venues might look as nice as Lorimar or even better, but they don't have Lorimar staffs.

We had our wedding reception down at the Barrel Room Lawn and it was absolutely stunning. The staff was very professional and helped with everything we needed, including helping us store our decoration and such the day before and day after. The food was so so so good! We would recommend this vendor to anyone!

TLDR: I would love to complain considering the amount of money that we paid, but the team at Lorimar absolutely delivered on every front. 5 stars deserved. Summary: We booked our wedding (for the last Sunday in May2022) back in October when the vineyards were relatively bare, and there was alot of faith that we had to put in the venue to come through presentation-wise. Fast forward to the wedding date and omg, absolute show stopper the venue turned out to be. The most beautiful vineyards, archways were full of leaves, grass was well kept, amazing backdrops, weather was amazing (I think high of 75 and at night maybe around 60’s?). I think what stood out the most was the consistency and communication between the team. It was absolutely seamless and stress free whether we were talking about the sales managers statements vs the wedding planner’s expectations. I was super scared that we would be promised the world by the sales manager, and then caught up by the fine print somewhere, but the entire team delivered on their promises. Specifically: types of chairs / tables to be used, amount of heaters available during the reception, availability of the bridal/ groom suites. We dealt with Katie for the initial tour of the venue, I believe we signed the contract with her as well. Katie then passed us off to Ashley, who helped us with wedding planning and the first half of the actual wedding day. Then halfway through the wedding, (Maghan/Meagan/Meg, I butchered her name but she was an absolute Angel) helped with the second half of the wedding. During each transition, each representative was more friendly than the last and expectations were well communicated. Day of the wedding, Ashley and Meg were checking in with us frequently to help be proactive with whatever they could. Top tier customer service. SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT to them because I guess my bride was expecting some family member(who was lagging) to “bustle” her dress after the ceremony and the Lorimar girls worked quickly to make sure her dress was bustled and that the show continued. Everything went absolutely smoothly at Lorimar. The team was amazing, I heard tons of compliments from our guests about the beauty of the venue and friendliness of the staff. The whole team was professional, answered emails quickly, and they didn’t screw me with some kind of fine print on the contract after it was signed. This type of customer service comes from years of experience and Lorimar deserves every bit of recognition for their execution on the big day. Special shout-out to the long haired guy who helped us out during a wine tasting. He was so charismatic and took care of us. Top tier customer service from him as well.

If you are looking for a beautiful winery wedding venue, look no further! We could not have loved our experience more. Katie is INCREDIBLE. She made sure all my questions were answered and all the details that we wanted to implement could happen. She took all of our stress away & we absolutely consider her a friend over a vendor. Lorimar is stunning, the staff is so professional, the food is delicious...and the wines are AMAZING. We could not recommend them more highly. We love you, Lorimar! And we will we could relive our wedding day over and over!

Having our wedding at Lorimar Winery was an absolute dream. Long story short, we postponed our July 2020 wedding to July 2021 initially at Falkner Winery. Unfortunately their tasting room burned down and we were left without a venue. We had toured Lorimar the year prior and knew we still really liked it. We toured again in 2020 to be sure it was the right choice, and it certainly was! Our wedding felt like a dream. It was so easy to communicate with Katie what our needs were and she made us feel right at home. I am a VERY easy going person and was the same way as a bride. There were a few mishaps that my husband caught, but I never noticed throughout the event. If you want to be in charge of absolutely EVERY detail, I would highly recommend an outside day of coordinator for those little details. Katie had a lot on her plate and being in charge of two locations (the ceremony site and the barrel room/ barn reception) made it so she could not be as attentive during some moments that we would have hoped for. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Lorimar Winery. The food, ambiance and vibe were everything we could hope for. Plus, you’ll also be working with a banquet manager who makes sure that everything is what you want and need toward the end of the event. Oh! They are dog friendly! Our pup was part of our big day too. We continue to frequent Lorimar as we are Wine Club members and we honestly feel part of the Lorimar family.

We had our wedding in May at Lorimar and it was perfect. Katie, Ashley, and the Lorimar staff provided the utmost care for every detail. They were always available for a quick question or conversation no matter how minor the detail. We honestly feel blessed that they were taking care of everything and made our amazing day even better.

My husband and I had the most magical, romantic ceremony and reception at Lorimar. First off, the winery is beautiful. There are so many areas that are available for the ceremony. We chose to get married in front of their beautiful stone fireplace. The backdrop to our vows was amazing, they even lit the fireplace at my request. It was so romantic. We had our cocktail party, and reception in the barrel room and the barrel room lawn. The barrel room was so intimate - even with over 100 guests. I cannot say enough about Lorimar's amazing event staff. Katie, Ashley, Louise, Matt, and so many more made our wedding day so special. They didn't say no to any crazy idea I had, and they kept the day running so smoothly. Oh and the food! The catering at Lorimar is amazing. My guests still rave about how good the food was at my wedding. If I could give Lorimar 10 stars I would. Thank you Lorimar for being such gracious hosts.

Lorimar was the first on our list for our wedding venue excursion day in Temecula. I put it first for a reason and I had five other places. Truthfully, I knew in my heart that Lorimar was the one and I knew for a fact my now spouse will also fall in love with it. I based that love off of photos and reviews on like. We left Lorimar feeling in love. We talked to Katie first for potential dates and the options and she was amazing and upfront about everything. Just even talking to her- I had a great feeling. We looked at two more and cancelled the rest of the showing. The other two, which I won’t say what vineyards, we’re very dismissive about the fact that we are a same sex couple and the tour consisted of odd looks and the manager saying “for you and your husband”. We didn’t feel great. We did go back to Lorimar and ate lunch there. We told Katie that Lorimar is the one and she will get back to us. Lorimar is so nice- the view, the whole winery not being too big but still very busy and lively, and it felt intimate. Katie called us back and gave us surprising news that the date we wanted was cancelled by another couple and so we even got the date we wanted. Everything was just literally falling into place. Our wedding was only six months away and so we really had to get our hustle one. We did our own flowers, got cake delivered, did our own signings, hired a DJ, photographer and videographer, and what not. Ashley was the next person we worked with and she was a great blessing helping us coordinate everything- I couldn’t pick a better person to help us out! (Thanks Ashley!) The food tasting went perfectly and during the wedding reception, everyone LOVED the food and the statements I kept on getting was “Wow! The food here is actually really delicious.” So that says something. We did get an alcohol package and we added more as my side of the family was getting really lit. We ended up picking in the barrel room area for both wedding and wedding bc it was away from the main building and we had the place to ourselves and our beloved family and friends. We both had our own dressing rooms. We had a sunset wedding. The barn and the lights at night really made the most beautiful scenery- it was a page from a fairy tale. The views of the orange trees, wineries, the sunset sky- you just have to be there to witness the magic Lorimar makes. Writing this, I can’t stop smiling! When we have our 20th anniversary, I’d host it here again (not sure if that’s allowed haha). Thanks Katie for getting us the date, and thanks Ashley for literally everything and making our wedding the most perfect wedding ever.

Our ceremony and reception site were at the Barrel Room Lawn tucked away from the main building of the winery which meant a very intimate and private wedding for our family and friends. The area is surrounded by vineyards, trees, and greenery and offers so much natural beauty. The venue also does a great job with food service and the wine was fantastic! Ashley and Denise did a great job keeping in touch with us throughout the planning process, and were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Absolutely recommend Lorimar as a ceremony and reception venue.

Had to postpone my wedding from June 2020 to April 2021 and fortunately the venue was very understanding and did a great job on the day of. The staff were professional and responsive. Weather and wine in Temecula is great. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married out there!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic isn't the easiest of things...but this venue was AMAZING! They were so helpful and understanding and flexible. We had the most perfect day and would highly recommend checking out this venue! The setup, day of coordination, communication beforehand, it was all amazing. Big shout out to Denise and Ashley for putting on such a wonderful wedding during such a difficult time!

The wedding was great at Lorimar! We had a very good experience from start to finish. The staff was so helpful and our coordinator took care of everything which made the day go so smooth. While often nervous about wedding food-- we had an excellent meal and the service was very attentive. Of course the setting couldn't have been prettier!

I would NOT recommend getting married at Lorimar. Everything seemed great until we submitted our deposit. I was consistently stressed and disappointed with their service. One coordinator even lied to us about some aspects of our contract!!! It would take WEEKS to get a response via phone call or email. Unfortunately, it seems like this was partly due to the high turnover rate. Before getting married, my fiance wrote another review expressing her frustration after not being able to get a hold of anyone at the winery for several days. Instead of reaching out to me and trying to work out the issues, my review was INSTANTLY deleted by the owner and no one ever contacted me asking how they could improve the situation. I found this to be extremely unprofessional! Luckily our wedding day was perfect. The only saving grace was a new coordinator they hired named Ashley. Thank you Ashley for everything you did for us! Ashley was the only person that was reliable throughout this experience.

If you're thinking about getting married here, DO NOT. I got married at Lorimar in June 2019 and sooo many things went wrong. There was a "change in management" leading up to our wedding and our files were completely lost. No one contacted me to schedule tastings, final walk through or anything. I had to do all the reaching out because I felt stressed on time. From the beginning they told us the venue closed to the public at 5pm on Sundays so I specifically chose this venue and date so we would have a quite and intimate setting for our big day. However, during our ceremony they had an event going on (they decided not to tell us about) with very loud live music. To name a few things that went wrong day of: - My coordinator Lisa was NO WHERE to be found, my MOHs had to set up my welcome table as guests were showing up. My family member said they saw her giving a winery tour mid day when she should have been dedicated to setting up my wedding like she promised. - Decor that I purchased and placed in boxes that were clearly labeled were not touched and left unwrapped so I ended up wasting so much money - I paid for unlimited open bar for beer/wine and the bartender told my guests 1 hour before our send off that they ran out of wine!! Refused to serve my guests - During the reception, there was a busted sewer line and it smelled horrible for at least an hour Many other small things went wrong so following our honeymoon, I reached out to Lorimar to discuss possible reimbursement for the horrible service we received on the the biggest day of our lives. Perhaps the most frustrating part of this whole thing is that we left MANY messages for the Manager Matt and those in charge of wedding services and have yet to hear anything back 5 MONTHS LATER. As a professional business, it is basic knowledge to simply hear out a disappointed customer and deal with it, but they have completely ignored my messages and refuse to address my complaints. While our wedding day was still amazing because of our loved ones and love we share, the service at Lorimar 100% hindered our experience. The money you spend here is not worth it and I definitely would not recommend.

I attended a wedding yesterday in Wine Country at Lorimar Winery God damn was that plays beautiful the staff was a above professional and I felt right in where I needed to be I believe it was the wedding coordinator who went above and beyond to help us with our needs and made our table and extravagant evening I would highly recommend Lorimar to anybody this place is beautiful magical Majestic and overall a wonderful wedding venue thank you to your staff for putting a wonderful evening for us to attend it watch a beautiful

We made reservations for a tour on a Saturday at 1130AM. Upon arrival, the hostess was unhelpful and told me she did not recognize the woman that I had been conversing with through the knot. She then told me that the woman helping me was "stuck in traffic". We waited 25 minutes, with no one apologizing or communicating when we would be able to take our tour. I texted the girl who was supposed to give us a tour and she ghosted me! We drove to Temecula (1+ hour) for this! Terrible communication and customer service right off the bat.

We had our wedding this October at Lorimar, when we first booked everything seemed like a dream! Turns out Lorimar has had a lot of turn over with their coordinators which then led to a lot of delay in communication. Trust me when I say if you decide to book your wedding please hire a day of coordinator, their coordinator will not be there to help you get through the day. I trusted too much that she would be there for my photos and available to drive us around the venue to be able to get the pictures we needed. I will say the venue and food were amazing, our coordinator did an amazing job getting all of our decor up and the wedding it self was beautiful. Here are things that were missed, she never guided our parents on where to sit, therefore we ended up with an empty yes, I wish I was joking, empty front row. They never accounted for our rose and sold it all so we didn’t get our choice of drink for our toast, we “paid” for lawn games, they were never put out. Also, our coordinator left before dinner and left the rest to the DJ. Overall, we did have a beautiful wedding. I plan events and am well aware with how things go wrong and how something’s are out of your control. My advice, hire your own coordinator, the venue cannot provide the service they say they can. It was a beautiful wedding and we are so grateful for their staff, we just wish we had been told the extent of services of their “day of coordinator”.

Lorimar was a dream come true! The venue was gorgeous and everything was perfect day of! The On Site coordinator Ashley helped us to make the day run smooth along with our amazing Planner from MGE! Bridal suite was roomie and had great lighting. Staff was attentive and helpful. Food was beyond perfect! All of our guests are still raving about the food! Overall Lorimar is Picture Perfect and Very Well Managed. They made our wedding day easy which allowed us to enjoy our special day! Would Highly Recommend!

Despite having great food and beautiful scenery, our wedding planning process was incredibly stressful and mismanaged. Our coordinators changed 4-5 times throughout the planning due to frequent staff turnover which forced us to reiterate details each time. The coordinator we ended up with was disorganized and negligent in multiple ways the day of the wedding. Key details were missed, property lost and decorations put together haphazardly. As a highly organized couple, this was a painful process and winery management continues to ignore our grievances. I would warn anyone to be cautious when dealing with this highly unprofessional venue for their wedding, and I hope they figure out their issues so no other couples have to experience this.

I am lucky to have found Lorimar Winery to have our wedding at. Not only is it gorgeous but the people were great to work with. There was some turnover after we first booked the venue but once Crystal was hired she was amazing! Crystal was responded to all my questions in a timely fashion and was so sweet. She worked with me on everything and really helped to make sure I got everything I wanted for our wedding. She was amazing to work with and our wedding was the best day ever! I am extremely happy that we booked Lorimar for our wedding!

We are getting married at Lorimar in a few months and so far working with Lorimar has been an absolute nightmare. We fell in love with the venue the minute we toured it. After putting down a deposit, we immediately had issues. We are 5 months out and CANNOT seem to get an email back! I have had to send multiple texts, emails, and phone calls over the span of several weeks in order to get in touch with someone. Part of the problem is that there is a high turnover rate at Lorimar. Additionally, we wanted to change something in our contract and Lorimar was not flexible whatsoever. Unfortunately, we would not recommend Lorimar.

My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely beautiful!! The barrel room is nestled right in the middle of the vines and couldn't be a better location for a big event. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is so beautiful. I do have to say that the chef there is amazing. All of the food was so delicious. Our event coordinator, Crystal Pena, was more than accommodating in anything that we needed. She made sure everything went as planned and was there if we needed anything on the night of. We couldn't have asked for anything more but a great night, and that it was. Thank you to the Lorimar team!!

I considered giving Lorimar 4 stars just because of the high turnover they had with coordinator staff before my wedding. I went through three coordinators and two head coordinators and none of my information was saved or recorded. So each time I had to go through all of my information again and drive out to the venue again to meet a new coordinator. It was extremely frustrating. Also, I was quoted a liquor price that was then quoted higher later on after a new head coordinator came to work there. And it threw off my budget and stressed me out. That being said, when I finally settled in with Katlin (Weddings by Katlin) and the new head coordinators at Lorimar, everything went great. Katlin is amazing so book her. Krystal and Crystal at Lorimar price matched my original quotes, were 100x easier to contact than the previous head coordinator, and were always helpful and friendly and attentive. Our day ran so smoothly. Everything was ready on time and no mistakes were made. It was a gorgeous day and the venue looked so beautiful. Also, the cost for the venue was so incredibly reasonable, we were blown away. I wouldn’t have changed our choice in venues for anything. And in the end, the coordinators we ended up with were far better than what we started out with. Five stars for the end result.

Lorimar is a BEAUTIFUL venue! My husband and I got married there in November, 2018. The leaves on the vines were green, but most were yellow and red. It matched our wedding colors (burgundy, gold & greenery) so perfectly. We loved how we could take pictures in the vineyard and also use the orchard next door as well. We got married down at the barrel room and had our reception there afterwards. It easily fit our 126 guests comfortably. The food was amazing! We got a lot of compliments on our food and appetizers. The only bummer was it was really cold once the sun went down! Lorimar does provide 6 heaters, but that wasn’t enough. We ended up renting 10 more for $1,000 and it was perfect! A downside of Lorimar, is they are open to the public until 9:00 pm on Saturdays (the day we got married) and we did have wedding crashers! They didn’t take any gifts or cards, but they did try to break into our honeymoon fund. We’ve been told they were successful in taking some money from us. They also got a free drink at the bar until I recognized them and had them kicked out. There really wasn’t anything stopping random people from walking right into our reception. Overall, we didn’t let that ruin our big day just something to think about. Communication with Lorimar started off a bit shaky. We felt that once we signed the contract that the wedding coordinator we were working with (Kathryn who doesn’t work there anymore) put us on the back burner. It became harder to get answers to our questions. It was frustrating at times. Luckily, Lorimar decided to subcontract their wedding coordinators out to difference wedding coordinator companies. We were blessed to start working with Katlin from Wedding by Katlin about 4 months prior to our wedding. This was a great move on Lorimar’s part! About a month before our wedding we found out that Kathryn didn’t work there anymore. Our new contact with Lorimar was Krystal Aponte. Krystal was AMAZING!! Things immediately turned around. There was better communication. Krystal was so kind and helpful! She pulled some many strings for us to make sure we had the best wedding. We really did! We are so grateful for her. There were some changes during the course from when we signed our contract to the day of our wedding, but they were honestly for the better. We would 100% recommend Lorimar as your wedding venue! My daughter and Son-in-law had the most beautiful wedding this past weekend at Lorimar winery. The property is absolutely gorgeous as you can see. Everything came together perfectly. With the help of Katlin our 4th wedding coordinator, yes 4th 😯.... Things were a bit rocky until Katlin came on board. Thank God!!! Literally, for her coming to our rescue. She really came through. Above and beyond expectations. As well as Krystal, I don't know what we would have done with out them. The music, food and everything else was superb. Thank you all there at Lorimar for helping make my daughter's dream wedding come true. 💕💕💕

After touring many vineyards in Temecula, we decided on Lorimar for our wedding venue. From the beginning, we were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The venue was the most beautiful of any we had toured (we joked that even the parking lot is pretty!). Unlike many other venues, the event space is separated from the tasting room/public space and feels very private. Another thing that impressed us about Lorimar was their willingness to accommodate our ideas and vision. Unlike many other venues, which offered standard packages and had tight restrictions on what could be brought in, Lorimar helped us set up a champagne bar and allowed us to bring in the Dirty Cookie for a late night snack, details which made our wedding so special and unique. Lorimar’s staff were always prompt and responsive in our communication. As we planned our wedding from Chicago, they kindly accommodated our tours and tastings during the brief times we were in town. On the day of our wedding, despite crazy weather (thunderstorms AND a heat wave), the event ran so smoothly and everything turned out just as I had hoped. When my husband and I snuck away for our photos after the ceremony, the catering staff thoughtfully brought us a tray with appetizer selections and glasses of ice water- just what we needed at that time! At the reception, the food was delicious, and the wine was to die for. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lorimar. Thank you Lorimar for making our wedding day such a dream!

BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!! I cannot express how incredible our wedding was and it wouldn't have been had we gone anywhere else. The property itself is drop dead gorgeous, the team is hands down the best, the food, the wine....literally all of it exceeded expectations. Everyone was coming up to us saying it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. It doesn't matter if you want something smaller and intimate, or large and extravagant, the team will make it happen. They have an incredible variety of spaces for both the ceremony and reception so you have options, and they do work with a range of budgets. Tina Marie, the Wedding & Events Manager is so creative and flexible. She was super sweet and just a dream to work with. Michaela (new to Lorimar and not the same woman referenced in previous reviews) was our Wedding Coordinator and literally a miracle worker. She provided suggestions without being pushy, solved problems she didn't even need to, wrangled our group and literally made my wedding come to life. She is my little wedding angel! I could go on forever about how great this venue and team is but seriously, stop searching and go book this venue (trust me you will get so tired of researching wedding things just move on to the honeymoon plans already!) 10 stars for Lorimar!!!!!

This review is only for considering Lorimar as our wedding venue; we ended up not booking it because they were completely booked for the time range we were looking at (good for them!). Working with Tina Marie Honor, their Wedding & Events Manager, was the BEST experience we had out of MANY other venues we were in contact with. Most appreciated was her responsiveness and attention to detail. She consistently provided timely responses, even outside work hours; was patient with the many, many questions we had and provided enough detail to each one such that we didn't need to follow-up with her on any answers; was super nice when we met her in person and talked over the phone; and was really patient and understanding with us as we were evaluating Lorimar and other options. We wish we could continue working with her!

Our wedding at Lorimar was as amazing as we could have hoped! We loved how inclusive their package was and it really made it feel like a great value. We got rave reviews on how stunningly gorgeous the venue was. We got married on the Vineyard lawn and had our reception at the Barrel Room lawn. It was nice to have both options. As another reviewer mentioned about the prior wedding coordinator leaving, Tina Marie jumped in and took care of business! I felt so confident in her and she radiated such a wonderful air of confidence and support, as we navigated the days up to the wedding. She was so responsive to questions, that I had zero concerns. (Thank you Tina Marie!!) The rest of the staff also received high praise from family and friends for how friendly they were. The food from Temecula Catering was perfect, and we had people commenting on how surprising it was to have delicious wedding food. Their wines were delicious too, and guests loved the champagne greeting. I originally wanted to get married in the mountains, but Lorimar was an amazing next choice and we couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have gotten married at Lorimar! It doesn't get much more beautiful than this. Our wedding was at their Barrel Room location, which we loved because the whole event is nestled in the midst of the vines and orange groves. It's a perfect location for a private celebration under the market lights! We had a fantastic experience with our coordinator at Lorimar, Tina Marie, who jumped in days before our wedding after our original coordinator left the company. It seems that there has been some changes at Lorimar, but Tina Marie took time to sit down with us to review all of our details and made us feel like we were in great hands. Our wedding day was a dream and her team was on the ball from beginning to end. They went above and beyond making sure that each detail was perfect and that we were taken care of the whole day. We can't thank them enough for making our wedding day everything we hoped for! You guys are the best!

Lorimar winery:THE PERFECT VENUE TO GET MARRIED IN! My now husband and I visited for the first time last August prior to their upgrades to the barrel room & bridal suite. It was already great but we were able to envision what the upgrades would bring to make this venue even better & we said yes to getting married here on June 3 2017! We started off with Mikaela as our wedding coordinator until she resigned in January! I was a little sad/worried until I met Joelle! Joelle made the rest of this process not only easy but enjoyable! She is someone who is so easy to get along with & offers great opinions without being pushy! She is someone who knows how to get things done but is not rude! Thanks to her & the incredible staff at Lorimar we had a wonderful wedding & it was even better then I could have ever imagined! The pictures are beautiful because of the scenery, you don't even have to decorate the vineyards are more than enough! Not to mention this is an extremely affordable venue & is all inclusive minus Dj, photography, & flowers! The caters from Temecula crown royal catering were also sweet people & sure know how to make killer Mexican food! I can't rave about this place & the experience we had here enough! It's worth looking into for sure!

We have just begun the wedding process and are pleased to annouce that my daughter and fiance have chosen Lorimar as their wedding venue. We are so excited and Tina Marie has been the best. She is always so happy to answer our questions and has been such a joy to work with. I know this is just the beginning, but I feel confident in our choice.

Tina Marie and Joelle are amazing coordinators! They made sure everything went smoothly and even had to deal with multiple changes on my part and not once made me feel any less than a perfect bride. They are flexible and the venue is just gorgeous! I couldn't imagine having my dream wedding anywhere else. Oh and the wine ... the best in wine country!!!

I had my rehearsal dinner on the Vineyard Lawn on 4/14/2017 and it was such a special, beautiful day. We had a lot of decor that we wanted to use that we brought, as well as a smores bar and all of its trinkets, and Joelle was AMAZING to work with in making the space gorgeous! Joelle was such a joy to work with throughout the planning process and worked with us on creating a custom menu as well. Her fun personality, responsiveness, and professionalism were a key part in the event being such a great success. Lorimar also has the best wines of all wineries in Temecula. HANDS DOWN. We will be returning for the wine, and to say hi to the gorgeous space and the event team at Lorimar!

I had my wedding on April 7 2017 and I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am we had our wedding at Lorimar vineyards and winery. Wow! Did this weekend really happen? I don't even know where to begin. Thank you so much for being there for us from day one. We fell in love with the beautiful scenery and luscious wines but our first meeting with Linda made us feel like we were home. She had such a personal interest and invested so much time into our wedding. Picking this venue was the easiest decision. We met Joelle and our dreams became alive! Joelle went over every detail with us. Most people asked me "are you non stop on the phone with your coordinator?" I relied no I because Joelle saw what we were looking for and made it happen. She made this wedding a living beautiful dream. She was supportive of everything and all ideas and all of her suggestions were spot on. The day of, right before I walked down the aisle, I found out I had between 4-7 uninvited guests me did not have the seats to accommodate them, Joelle handled the situation with the utmost class and style. Joelle, Linda, how can I ever thank you? Please, future brides consider Lorimar for your wedded bliss to have the most special experience !!!

Where do I even begin? If I could give 10 stars, I would. Let me start off by saying LINDA was the most amazing wedding coordinator. From the day we met her, up until the day of our wedding, she was a pleasure to work with. She transformed my dream wedding into reality. Not only was she patient, she catered to what we wanted and went beyond expectation. She contacted all the vendors and made sure that I was stress-free. Our wedding at Lorimar Winery turned out so fun and beautiful!! The venue itself is to die for! I have family and friends telling me it's the best wedding they've ever been to. I'd like to thank each and every staff at Lorimar for helping me create a night I will never forget.

I would not recommend this venue to anyone. My fiance and I booked Lorimar in October 2016 with their wedding coordinator at the time, Mikayla. Our biggest reservation about getting married at a winery was the lack of privacy. Mikayla assured us that the winery would close at 4;30pm, as opposed to 5:00pm (their regular business hours). Furthermore, she included this in our contract so that we would get the "private" wedding that we wanted. We also included in our contract that our reception would take place on the covered patio and that our ceremony would take place on the vineyard lawn. Fast forward to January, when my fiance and I set up a meeting with the new wedding coordinator, Joelle. At our first meeting, Joelle told us that not only will the winery not close at 4:30pm as specified in our contract, but they will remain open until 9pm with LIVE MUSIC. This was absolutely appalling to my fiance and myself. Furthermore, she stated they would not allow us to have our reception on the patio, as that is where they have their live music. She offered the barrel room as an alternative. My fiance and I decided to attempt to comprise and took a tour of the barrel room, however it was very small and absolutely not how we envisioned our wedding. We reiterated that our reception was to be on the covered patio, as our contract specified, as well as the winery needed to close at 4:30pm. Joelle was able to talk to Tina, the wedding and events manager who decided we would in fact be able to have our reception on the patio, as originally specified. However, Lorimar still refused to honor their end of the contract regarding closing times and stated if we paid $35,000 they would close the winery for us. Their attempt at a compromise was to move tasting patrons from the tasting room down to the barrel room for live music and wine tasting at 4:30pm..which is right when our guests would be arriving. What if you could hear live music during our vows? What if our wedding guests had to park far away because guests that had come for live music arrived before our guests? What if we had random people around our wedding? Joelle and Tina were both very pleasant, however firm in the fact that the owner would absolutely not cancel the live music. I am not sure how my fiance and I spending over $20,000 does not take priority over live music for one night. Lorimar absolutely did the wrong thing by refusing to honor our contract. Yes, we could have taken them to small claims court, but at the end of the day we could not see our self getting married at a venue that did not treat us like a priority. They refunded us a full refund, as well as our "nonrefundable" deposit. It truly shocks me that the owner of the winery would not reschedule live music with over 9 months notice... I would not recommend this venue to anyone, we will be cancelling our wine club membership and have advised our friends and family to do so as well.

I had my wedding here on 10/02/16 and it was the wedding of my dreams! Mikaela and her team turned my vision into a fairytale and ceremony and reception was gorgeous! She is very flexible, patient, easy to work with, and accommodating! She also offered some services to help us with our budget and the entire wedding was better than I imagined! The vineyard lawn with the string lights made the al fresco dining experience more beautiful than ever!

Lorimar was the very first venue we visited and we could not get it out of our heads. My husband and I could see our selves getting married here and it was perfect. Every time we went to the winery, the customer service only got better. We ended up with three different sites for our wedding, making us feel so special. Mikaela and her team went above and beyond to take care of us. The food and wine were amazing and we received many compliments on it. They were even able to accommodate a vegetarian dish for one of our guests. We definitely be visiting the winery again!

I was married at Lorimar in October 2015. A few months before the big day we found out that our amazing wedding coordinator had left the venue. It took me 6 weeks to finally get in touch with her replacement. 6 weeks before my wedding my groom and I met with Tina, the new coordinator and went over all of the details in person and did a wine tasting to select our wines. In the weeks leading up to my wedding Tina would not return my phone calls or emails. She asked me to make any changes and sign off on the final event order and plans. I did so and sent them back to her. I never got a response. A week before the wedding she asked me for them again. I told her I had sent them weeks prior but I sent them again. When we showed up for our rehearsal, Tina told me how nice it was to meet me, she didn't remember that we had in fact met before in person. She handed the controls over to her assistant and then was not involved for the remainder of the rehearsal. We walked through and they were all set to send me on my way without reviewing the details for the day of. We insisted on going over the event order and found that they hadn't made any of my changes and had my wine selections wrong. When I pointed out that the wine was wrong, they told me that they were sold out of Chardonnay which was my selection. I asked why that hadn't been communicated to me and they couldn't provide a response. I agreed to choose another wine and while doing so, the girl informed me that they were also out of their sparkling wine which was my other white wine selection. She told me they would use the sparkling rose instead. At this point I was furious. Why was I paying thousands of dollars to get married at a winery if they couldn't even provide the wine. I was stressed and in tears in the middle of the tasting room the day before my wedding while my bridal party, parents, and in-laws watched. My dad stepped in because I had other things to prepare for the next day. He came back in the afternoon and met in person with both the GM and owner. The owner did step up and pull cases of Chardonnay out of his personal reserve and was able to source the sparkling wine from another winery. The day of went smoothly for the most part. Tina was there for the beginning of the day while we were getting ready in the bridal suite. Where she had the nerve to bring me bottles of the wrong wine. Thankfully she was gone by the time my event began and her assistant took over. We had a few complaints about the day of. They did not direct guests to park in the back as we were told they would so guests began to arrive while we were taking pictures and saw us before the ceremony. They insisted on putting our gift table by the main entrance of the winery where winery guests were leaving but they didn't have an attendant so we had to have someone stay by the table. The assistant had to ask the live music at the winery to stop 3 times even though it was after 5 which was when the winery was supposed to close and my ceremony was to begin. We had to start late because they wouldn't stop playing and there were still winery guests milling around. They didn't bother to clean the restrooms so when I had to go to the bathroom in my wedding dress, there was toilet paper all over the floor and several dirty stalls. The caterer didn't have the vegetarian or gluten free meals we had arranged for. when we went to cut the cake there were ants around the base. The wedding was beautiful but not quite perfect.

I just got married on March 4th 2016. Lorimar went above and beyond for me and my husband. We picked the Barrel Room for our wedding which included a big court yard and grass area for the ceremony. It was stunning. I barley had to add any decorations. Gloria, who works at Lorimar, got us a free candy buffet simply because the package we purchased was later updated to include one and she felt it was only fair we got one too. It turned out beautiful. The staff was fun loving and helpful. Not only was this my dream wedding but im not in debt over it. It came with soooo much and it was worth every penny. Brides looking to spend between 10,000.00*-20,000.00 this is your spot. It includes the ceremony, reception, bartenders, food, coordinators, beautiful venue and so much more. Thank you Lorimar!

Unfortunately, they lost their good coordinator, Jessica, this summer which got them all the good reviews in the past. This is the experience you will have now. I was a bridesmaid at a wedding at Lorimar this fall. Although the grounds are very nice, the day was a mess because the wedding coordinator and general manager were extremely incompetent. For one, Lorimar was supposed to put signs up for the guests to park in the back parking lot. They did not do this so the guests started arriving and saw us with the bride taking pictures. Some guests even saw the private 'first look' which was so sad for them. We couldn't get the pictures in that we needed to. Also, the wedding coordinator was no where to be found so the bridesmaids had no idea when we were supposed to leave the room to walk down the aisle. And then, once we figured it out on our own, the bride and her father were left alone in the room for so long they had no idea what was going on. Besides the idiocy of the wedding coordinator, Lorimar allowed a hard metal band to play trough the entire ceremony and reception. I personally saw the bride pleading with the general manager and wedding coordinator to turn the music down so they could do their first dances and cake cutting and the general manager was so rude to her. They had discussed this before signing a contract and promised that they would have quiet music that would be entirely cut during special moments. The general manager is a disgrace and the fact that Lorimar employs him is horrendous. As a member of a bridal party that experienced this venue, I highly advice you to choose one of the other beautiful wineries for your wedding

I was married at Lorimar on 10/24/15. We paid $50.00 per child for kids meals. These meals were not provided at our wedding and therefore, we had numerous children that were not able to eat and parents had to leave early. We brought this to the owners attention after the wedding so that we could receive a refund for the meals we paid for that were not received but after providing the proof that we were promised these meals, the owner stopped responding to our emails. Apparently he doesn’t know how to respond once you prove that they were wrong and owed money. One of the most concerning issues that we had was the music playing at Lorimar during our ceremony and reception. This was one of my biggest concerns before signing a contract with Lorimar because they are one of the only wineries open to the public during weddings. I made my concerns clear with the wedding coordinator and she assured me that if they book live music on the date of your wedding, it will only be acoustic and it will be down at the barrel room only. I went over this with her numerous times and felt confident that she was telling the truth. However, Lorimar ended up booking a heavy metal band on the day of my wedding that they actually allowed to play during my ceremony and throughout my entire reception. I had to beg them to turn it down for certain events like the father/daughter dance and cake cutting. Even after the begging, they never turned the music down or off and my special events were drowned out by heavy metal. As the bride, I spent about 1 hour of my 3.5 hour reception begging the general manager and my coordinator to turn down the music. That’s when I was even able to locate the wedding coordinator. I was very upset and disappointed. Additionally, we were promised signs and a security guard to indicate that our event was private. Neither were there the day of the wedding and we had Lorimar guests intruding on our private space. Also, there was supposed to be signs telling the guests to park in the back parking lot so the entrance of Lorimar would be reserved for the bridal party while we took pictures at the vineyard. They failed to put up these signs so most of my guests saw me in my dress before the ceremony which was also very upsetting. If this hadn’t been made clear during the planning process, I would understand but when plans are made, you expect them to have the competency to follow through. If you choose to have a wedding here despite this review, please be aware that nothing they say verbally or through emails will have any weight and you cannot rely on them to come through with what they promise you.

Lorimar was a beautiful venue, but that and the good food was all it had going for it. The service from Lorimar was very poor. First, two days before the wedding Lorimar attempted to add $1000 or so on to our bill, despite the fact the contract was quite clear. They ultimately relented, but it was an unwanted stress right before our wedding. Perhaps they hoped that we would pay additional money without thinking about it because we had so many things on our mind, I don’t know. All I know is that the contract was clear and they tried to get more money from us. Second, Lorimar staff threw away many small gifts and items we had personally made for our guests. They did this while the wedding reception was still taking place. They told us we could pick up everything the next day so by the time we found out they had thrown things away and not saved them like we thought, it was too late. No one asked us if they should throw the items away, they just did it. We still have guests asking if we have those items because they wanted to keep them. Third, Lorimar failed to coordinate with our florist, despite their assurances otherwise. In one instance they moved flowers that were placed correctly. They told they would put them back before the reception but never did. In hindsight we should have double-checked, we should not have believed them when they told us it would be taken care of. Feedback from guests was that the Lorimar staff were not very willing to help or serve them, and that feedback did not surprise us given that throughout the evening we, as the bride and groom, were not taken care of very well (for example, 30 minutes into the reception I had to track down a server just to get our first glasses of wine). We had a wonderful wedding, but had Lorimar prepared a bit better, or simply followed through on what they told us they would beforehand, it might have been even better.

I would give Lorimar a hundred stars if I could! We had our wedding at Lorimar in June on the new lawn. The new wedding lawn is seriously amazing and one of the most beautiful venues I’ve seen. I can’t say enough good things about Lorimar – I wish I could relive the day over again. Jessica was our coordinator and made the entire process as easy as possible. Throughout planning she was extremely helpful and had a million great ideas including where to place decorations, ideas from previous weddings (and pictures!), and a beautiful idea for how to display the cake. One of the great things about Lorimar is that they were extremely helpful with decorations – they saved tons of wine bottles and corks for me and offered for us to use any wedding decorations they had on site (barrels with glass tops, candle holders, shepherd’s hooks, and tons more). They also made the planning easy because they took care of the tables, chairs, linens, catering, bar, set-up and cleanup, and staff (all included in the price per person!). It seriously made wedding planning so much easier not having to coordinate with so many extra vendors. Oh! And they only hold one wedding each day – ours was on a Sunday so they closed the tasting room early that day and we had the entire venue to ourselves! It was amazing! On the day of the wedding Jessica took care of all the details so I was able to just enjoy it. She made sure everything came together like I had pictured it, worked with all the vendors, and kept us on track and where we needed to be. Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined and I sincerely believe that it was because of Jessica and all the Lorimar staff. It has honestly become one of my favorite places – every time I visited for a planning meeting, to show friends or parents the site, or just to go wine tasting the staff was extremely nice and just made it an all around fun experience. Plus their wine is all amazing! I’m already a wine club member. :)

I recently got married here in April and wanted to share my experience. Initially we had planned to get married at Lorimar in 2014. They showed us their wedding section and we fell in love with the everything. They were more than accommodating for easy payment of the venue and assisted us in every way we can went it came to making a decision and preparation. Approximately 6 months before my wedding I get a call from Lorimar telling me there is a new wedding lawn being built and that we can switch our wedding there if we would like or keep it in the original spot. They invited us over to check out the new wedding lawn. The new wedding lawn is amazing. It is situated IN the VINES! Giving a very special, private, and beautiful layout. Lorimar was not only professional and courteous during a busy time, they were also very accommodating and patient. Be sure to check out their Coach House Property adjacent to the winery. With a lake and beautiful landscaping it provided an amazing background for photos. Thanks for everything!

We got married at Lorimar in May 2015 and had an AMAZING experience. I can't think of a more beautiful setting for our special day. Our ceremony was in their gorgeous vineyard lawn with our reception on their back patio. On top of their amazing property as a wedding venue they have an incredible onsite wedding coordinator that is included in the price of their wedding packages. Their coordinator, Jessica, was great to work with and made sure that everything went smoothly on the day of so that I could sit back and relax. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to brides looking for their fairytale winery wedding!

I seriously cannot imagine a more perfect wedding venue. It provided the setting for my dream come true! From the very moment I first saw Lorimar, I fell in love. My family still jokes that they loved to see the huge smile on my face every time I visited the venue. I left it two weeks ago still feeling that way after a great wedding. All of my guests had an amazing time and enjoyed the winery; it also offered one of the best packages I saw across LA and Temecula – especially considering its beauty and well priced catering and bar packages. Not only do the grounds provide a striking backdrop, but the staff is friendly and helpful, and the vendor list is amazing. There is not a vendor we worked with who I didn't like! My only issue throughout the entire experience was that we were mislead about a few things in the beginning process while working on the contract, but since then, event coordinators/wedding sales team have changed and are fantastic! Overall, I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful winery wedding!
