I hired Love All Weddings for day of coordination and decorations for my wedding and it was a wonderful day. I would definitely hire her again. Here are some of the things I appreciated and I'll follow with what improvements might be needed to make her service even better. Pros: -The owner Felicia is extremely kind, professional, and hardworking. She scheduled several meetings with me to discuss my vision and alerted me to aspects of wedding planning that I hadn't even considered. The venue I choose didn't have nearly enough parking and it would have been a huge problem if she hadn't told me to consider valet service. There were other helpful tips, but that was one of the biggest. -I was always able to reach her of I had questions. -Her and her assistant came up with great ideas for decorating based on what I told them my vision was. It fit me perfectly. Decor is one of their biggest strengths. -She was flexible when I wanted to make changes. -I didn't have to to think about anything on my wedding day besides having a good time. She didn't come to me with a ton of questions she just took care of it which is ultimately what you want! -Her price was the best I had come across in my search. We saved a lot of money going with her compared to other planners. -She spent LOTS more time on my wedding than what we agreed to. I was blown away by just how dedicated she was to making my day the best it could be. She was there the day of, the day before, and suprised me by coming the day after to help us break down. Cons: -There was one important design feature for my wedding that was supposed to be done by her but wasn't. There were basketball hoops on the dance floor that should have been draped with fabric. If I had known at anytime before the wedding started that she wasn't going to do it I would've had someone else do it. Now we have basketball hoops in all of our pictures of people dancing which I don't like. Everything else was beautiful. -I hired 8 staff to handle the bar and food service. She had a list of who should be there and when. Three people didn't show up at all, but she didn't try to call the owner of the staffing company to figure out where they were because she didn't notice they were missing. I'm guessing it's because she was busy with other things. The food ended up being served slowly and late. I had no idea why until the next day when I found out from someone else and then I mentioned it to Felicia. I think in the future she can improve by making sure every single one of the vendors who are supposed to be there is there, so that if they aren't, a remedy can be found. It was the staffing companies fault more than hers, but it's on the coordinator to know that there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Overall, I have to give her 5 stars because of her value and work ethic. She exceeded my expectations and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I think the more weddings she handles the better she will be.

My wedding was in February and I hired Felicia for Day of Wedding Coordinator- and she was outstanding to work with. She is responsive, communicative and on- point. Her rates are very reasonable- and in fact her rates are a lot less than her value, which is very high. I recommend her highly-
