LLW was the first decision I made in our wedding planning process and it was hands down the best one! The "maid of honor for hire" package could not be more appropriately named because working with Louise and her team is like working with a bunch of your sisters who have wedding planning expertise. Louise has priceless knowledge of wedding vendors and industry standards in Hawaii and marries that perfectly with your vision to make your day everything you could have imagined. I repeat – she is a wealth of information!! Her planning software, budgeting and milestones helped me to stay the course in my planning process without feeling overwhelmed. She made herself available ANYTIME I had questions and I genuinely looked forward to our calls because they were so fun. Louise is honest and direct – which is EXACTLY what you need when planning your wedding – while also being supportive, compassionate and encouraging. I was living in the mainland while planning my wedding so Louise had us ship all of our décor directly to her office where she stored and inventoried it and then transported everything to the venue the day of so we didn’t have to worry once we were on island. On our wedding day she was that constant voice of encouragement anytime I looked over my shoulder and needless to say, the day went off without a hitch. She and her team are the consummate professionals and I was truly in awe to see an elevated version of my vision come to life. LLW also did our florals for the day and, as you can see from the pictures, they were STUNNING. Louise & LLW are truly the best in the game and I can wholeheartedly say my wedding planning experience and wedding day would not have been the same without them. Love Letter Weddings is hands down the best money spent and best vendor decision we made for our big day. We could not recommend Louise, her exceptional service and team more. My now husband and I are based in Los Angeles, but picked Hawaii as our destination given I'm from New Zealand and he's from New York. We were initially flying pretty blind, and our venue of choice required an approved planner to coordinate on our behalf. After some extensive social media and internet research, we thought Louise might be a fit right away and it turns out she was indeed a perfect match just minutes into our first consultation. We opted for the Maid of Honor package, which meant LLW provided a list of recommended vendors for us to choose from, a full online planning service (Aisle Planner) with a budget Louise's team put together. Louise was also fully contactable to us throughout for any and all questions. She gave amazing advice, provided key milestones and deadlines to keep us on track, then one month out from the wedding, we had an extensive handover meeting and LLW took it over from there. To say our minds were blown at LLW's expertise, professionalism and attention to detail is an understatement. We literally could not have pulled off our dream wedding without Louise and her team. Leading into the wedding, they were amazing at ticking off the things we hadn't thought of, picking up our master timeline, locking in call times and all details with vendors and pulling together those final touches. They made it all feel so simple, when we knew that wasn't the case. The day of the wedding, our guests were in awe at the team around us. When a LLW team member walked my father and I to the top of the aisle, they even offered us breath mints, and me Vaseline for my ring finger. They didn't miss a beat - they set up our decor, tent, table settings, flowers and ceremony just as we envisioned and made it all perfect down to the last detail. They were always in the right spot to cue the key beats of the night; ensure speakers had champagne for toasts; brought my husband and I food/cocktails during our photos; set up favors and dessert and had everything run flawlessly and according to plan. At the end of the night, Louise even had our leftover alcohol, gifts, bouquets and signs packed away on the bus before we even got on board. She was also able to hook up my dress train in about 10 seconds after several minutes of the bridesmaids struggling! We feel so fortunate to have met and shared our experience with Louise and quite honestly - we miss our regular Zooms with her! This is one of the most hard-working, organized, personable and dream teams you could ever met. So many of our guests have told us this is one of the best weddings they've ever been to. We of course had our vision in mind, but there's no way it would've been half the success it was without Louise and her team. I 100% recommend Love Letter Weddings to anyone getting married on Oahu - we absolutely love Louise and her wonderful team. To anyone starting the wedding planning process - passing along this key advice: a fabulous coordinator/planner is KEY & absolutely worth the investment. I could write a novel describing all the ways they ensured we had our dream wedding and truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND so many times. I'll keep it to just 5 reasons we were so happy with LLW (I could write 100). 1. Why we picked LLW: It was an extensive process - I received a list from a friend who is involved in the Oahu wedding scene of the coordinators/planners he felt were best/had 0 red flags. I researched them all and chatted with ~5 who were all excellent. I was down to LLW and another planner, so let my husband choose between the two and he knew immediately after meeting via Zoom that LLW was for us based on Louise's vibe, availability throughout the process, and tech-savvy-ness. I grew up in Hawaii, but we planned our wedding from the east coast and felt Louise and LLW bridged the destination and local wedding chasm effortlessly. Also, Louise is NOT PUSHY AT ALL in terms of trying to upsell you on packages or anything. She portrays a sincere desire to give you what you need/want in terms of help - something I greatly appreciated. :) 2. Truly professional and prompt: Louise responds promptly to emails and if she is going to take a while due to weddings or vacations, she lets you know so you are never left hanging. This was a huge deal to us! My husband (tech) and me (medicine) wish we had the email etiquette Louise and her team have in our own work they are so good. 3. Maid of Honor for Hire Package: I chose this package because I was genuinely excited to plan our wedding and in discussion with Louise felt this was the right one for me. Compared to other "partial planning/coordination" packages, I felt that Louise's offered the most flexibility and availability to ask questions and consult about various parts of the planning process. It was perfect for me and could not recommend it more! 4. Above and Beyond: A couple of snafus happened during the process that Louise handled and helped us through like a champ. First, while visiting the office early on, my car got towed - and LOUISE DROVE MY MOM AND ME TO THE TOW YARD. Second, when my welcome wedding sign did not arrive from Etsy on time, LLW made us a gorgeous one for our wedding (see photos). Third, I folded 1000 cranes and wanted them behind us - they were a tangled mess, but they made it look amazing. Lastly, my mom was eager to help and be involved, which was great but sometimes stressful - Louise also was so kind to my mom who asked a million questions and even helped me suggest ways to help reduce the stress around my mom trying to take over the wedding planning. :) My family called Louise was an angel for this wedding planner superpower! 5. Our Perfect/Dream Wedding: The most important thing! Our wedding was truly perfect! We were so happy. Everything came out the way we wanted and the day was so fun and stress-free. Louise and her team made our vision come true and our guests had an amazing time - some said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to - which I attribute to Louise and the LLW team. Clearly based on the length of this review, we were absolutely thrilled with LLW. Trust your wedding to Louise and the LLW team - you will be so glad you did.

Like every other review on here for Louise and her team at LLW, we have nothing but positive things to say and warm fuzzy feelings from working with them. From the beginning Louise understood our vision and constraints; she and her team made our special day perfect. We challenged them with a more traditional Jewish wedding with pre-ceremony events, needing to to more creatively use our outdoor space, and everything worked out perfectly. She is well connected on the island and any vendor that she prefers to work with will be top notch. We could go on, and on about how good Louise and her team are! Also, her floral arrangements are top notch. Absolutely, 100%, would recommend.

Louise and her team were the best investment we made for our semi-destination wedding! My family is mostly from Oahu, but my (now) husband's family flew in from the east coast and we invited friends and family from all over the US. It was important to me to have a coordinator based on Oahu since I wouldn't be onsite for most of the planning, and she came highly recommended by my friend. We hired her for the Whole Shebang and Florals. I love how upfront and clear Louise was from the very beginning. You know exactly what you are getting, how much you will be paying, and she delivers above and beyond! She was so organized and kept us on track without any worries at all. She made every step of the planning so easy, with checklists and the wedding software to keep everything together. Her team was equally as incredible and helpful during the planning and on the day of the wedding! Louise and her team really care about making every detail special and perfect for you, no matter what level of service you choose. I would gladly get married again, just to plan another amazing event with Louise!

Louise was absolutely incredible. I live on the mainland (east coast) and have never been to Oahu so I had to place all my trust in her when it came to venue, vendors, etc. She executed my vision above and beyond what I could have expected and there were zero hiccups! Louise not only coordinates the logistics seamlessly, but delivers a design/aesthetic that no one can explain. Our experience with Love Letter Wedding Floral was nothing short of AMAZING!! What immediately caught our attention was just how responsive Louise and Jayna were. With all the pressures and stress of wedding planning, responsiveness was key. Both Louise and Jayna were extremely professional and really understood our vision. They were real with us (when we had lofty floral design dreams) and collaborated with us on what turned out to be a beautiful design that still worked within our budget. It is difficult to put into words how incredible our experience was with Louise and her team at Love Letter Weddings and Love Letter Weddings Floral. I think it is best to start from the beginning- My now husband and I got engaged in February 2020 and almost immediately started planning for our dream wedding. We knew we wanted a destination wedding on Oahu and began looking for a wedding coordinator. We came across Love Letter Weddings and saw their “full-shebang service”, and although Louise offers a variety of services, we knew this was going to be it for us. I had already started a wedding Pinterest board and noticed that a lot of my pins happened to be from weddings designed by Louise. It was meant to be! Louise is very personable, and I feel like she can easily adapt and work with a variety of clients. My husband and I were pretty involved throughout the entire process, but I know she has had several clients that were more hands-off and has even surprised a bride and groom by selecting their venue for them. She was truly my dream coordinator too in terms of design and FLOWERS! Louise is not afraid of color, and although I’ve seen truly beautiful neutral weddings she’s designed, she helped us steer clear of the muted and moody feel. She also helped us create a design that was unique to us. It was bright, happy, tropical, and incorporated touches of my husband’s Mexican heritage beautifully. For those of you that enjoy planning and marking things off your checklist like I do, Louise is definitely for you! My husband says his favorite part of planning was checking off items on Aisle Planner (the planning platform Louise uses) and seeing our percentage complete go up. You could tell how much knowledge and experience Louise has by her detailed lists and blog posts. You never have to question what to do or how to do something, she had everything listed for you down to what essentials to pack for your wedding. Louise removed so much of the logistics and budgeting stress, which we really appreciated since at the time there was so much stress caused by Covid uncertainties. She helped us come up with hotel options for our guests when most hotels were closed and always gave us options that fit within budget. She is also without a doubt one of the most responsive people I have ever come across! Whenever we emailed or texted her a question, we would get an almost immediate response. Although I do not have experience with any other wedding coordinators, I would say what sets Louise apart was that I felt like I had a real friend throughout the planning process. Whenever we were stressed about something she would help us get back on track and feel good about it. She is a great listener and always put a smile on our faces during our meetings. Most importantly, we had complete trust in her abilities and were able to completely relax on our wedding day and be 100% present in the moment. I don’t think we will ever stop hearing from our family and friends that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to and that is mostly thanks to Louise. I would recommend that anyone getting married on Oahu get her as their coordinator and I am even actively trying to get my siblings to use her as well!

Louise was our wedding guardian angel. When I contacted her to help with day-of coordination, roughly four months before our wedding date, we had no idea what our wedding could look like under the applicable Covid-related restrictions and orders. Even with this great amount of uncertainty, Louise jumped at the chance to help. From the moment we met, I felt like we were meant to work together. I consider myself a pretty organized person, but Louise’s planning skills and attention to detail impressed me to no end. Louise and her team were so knowledgeable, organized, and flexible that they could seamlessly work around any issues and iron out any and all details, even during the most stressful weeks leading up to the wedding when we had to react to the constantly evolving Covid rules. Louise has checklists for every part of the planning process, which meant that every single detail had been considered and planned in advance. She also contacted all of my vendors to share timelines, finalize invoices, and discuss specific and novel issues relating to the applicable pandemic safety measures. Louise also arranged (virtual) meetings with us and our emcee and officiant prior to the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page about the wedding and reception programs, and had great ideas for how the emcee and officiant could encourage guests to enjoy themselves but remain respectful of the pandemic On the day of our wedding, her calmness and composure were infectious, and my fiance and I felt completely relaxed and at peace throughout the whole day. On the few occasions where I checked on the status of something, Louise was already two steps ahead of me and had it all taken care of! The day after our wedding, we decided that everything had gone perfectly from our perspective, which just goes to show what an excellent job Louise and her team did. What could have easily been a very stressful day due to the pandemic turned out to be the best day of our lives! I will be recommending Love Letter Weddings to friends and family!

I can't emphasize enough how incredible Louise and her LLW team is. We were planning from California and since our first call, we felt comfortable and knew right away that Louise would be top-notch for our wedding in Oahu. She made us feel so much better about planning our wedding, and took the reins from day one. She also made herself available in any case we needed recommendations or had questions, and offered to check in monthly, just to ensure we were on track with planning and to help with our anxiety. Louise is very innovative, takes initiative, loves to offer advice, provides great vendor recommendations, and loves to bounce back ideas and be creative with you. As we neared our wedding, we also faced the initial reality of COVID with our guests traveling from all over the world, and thankfully, we were able to have our wedding before the pandemic was official. Even with this uncertainty during wedding week, Louise made us feel calm and was ready to go for wedding day. That in itself, gave us confidence, and made us even more excited for our wedding day. During wedding week after we flew in, Lousie and Jayna and her team were such life savers by helping with all our detailed, small tasks to wrap everything up for the wedding. This included communicating with our vendors for us, getting things mailed to their office, shopping with us for the liquor we were serving and calculating how much we would need to purchase for it to be enough, even doing our DIY party favors for us, and our flowers as well as our florist, and making sure we were all good for wedding day. LLW Team was also our florists and it was so fun going through this process as well, with creating a floral board, receiving advice and creative ideas, and seeing everything come through real life. It was so beautiful!!! I would highly recommend LLW as your florists too, it really makes your life easier when it's simultaneous with LLW. Wedding day was very seamless, from morning to end of the night. They helped with delivering lunch for my bridesmaids at our hotel room while getting ready to coordinating flowers and the entire set-up and schedule of things. With all the adrenaline the bride and groom feels on Wedding Day, Louise also was very excited for us and made sure we didn't worry about ANYTHING and just had FUN. Also, magically, the breakdown of all equipment and things we needed to take back were in my hotel room the next morning, which the LLW team personally brought to our hotel at the end of a long, fun night. If you are looking for a planner and florist in Oahu, I highly recommend Louise and the LLW team!!! They will not disappoint, they are all so hardworking - totally invested in your wedding, and they love what they do. You will develop a relationship with them through your planning process and you will actually miss connecting with them on a frequent basis, even after your wedding! If there is one thing you need to invest for your wedding, your wedding planner is it, and that's LLW!! We planned our wedding from Philadelphia and had guests coming from Australia and all across the USA. My wife and I can safely say that without the experience and talents of the Louise and her LLW team our wedding would not have been the same. Louise and her trusted team treated us with so much care and guidance from the very first meeting. We were given a detailed timeline of when we needed to complete tasks and it always made us feel like we were on time and organized. Hold up. Let me tell you about the most amazing wedding planner there ever was. We were looking for a wedding planner that could help us plan an Indian wedding in Hawaii (From NYC) that could really take what was important to us and bring it to life. When we talked to Louise (on Skype) we both knew 10 minutes in that we had just found our planner (easiest/best decision). She has this vibe that's hard to describe...but it's zen, it's genuine, it's warm, it's professional, it's tactful, it's all the best things. We booked LLW all in services and couldn't have been more pleased. Every wedding is different but here's the thing that really stands out to me. Louise did a wonderful job of taking what was important to each of us and manged that as the priority. It was definitely daunting to try to plan an Indian wedding in Hawaii where vendors are limited and family expectations are high. However, I always felt like she was in our corner...no matter what detail we were planning/decision we were making. The team was always willing to come up with some creative solutions too. LLW is professional and stick to everything they say. The whole process was ridiculously seamless and took out all the concern of trying to plan a wedding from the other side of the country. LLW kept us on time with decisions, prioritizing what decisions needed to be made in blocks so we didn't get overwhelmed. Louise helped us manage our budget (something that was incredibly important to me to stick to) and she created a backdrop that was just what we were looking for. Love Letters Wedding: Destination Paradise. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Louise on a full service contract. The advertisement was as if you had your best bridesmaid on site doing all the work behind the scenes. That is a total undersell of what happens. Louise is prompt and professional, she is loved by all of the vendors (venue, caterers, florist, makeup, video, photographers, photo booth, transportation, DJ, officiant, Kahu elder, hula, lei makers, soloist, fire dancers and I am sure I am forgetting some people) and guided us through a dream wedding. She had an army of people working with her and everyone knew what to do and where to be, every contingency thought out and planned for as it rained most of the day and then magically cleared up as the first guests began to arrive. She had white umbrellas waiting and we were always in good hands. Louise was able to lay out options, prices, contracts and budgets and the 8 months we worked with her and her team went by quickly, the day of the event a blur of joy. Louise showed us so many wonderful sites that our wedding day turned into 4 site events. I DYI the other events, pre-dinner, after breakfast, Jurassic Adventure but wow so much easier for Louise, she knows the right contacts and it all seems to fall in place for her. What grace and energy. If you are going to pick paradise to get married in, then shouldn’t it feel like heaven?

Louise is an angel sent from heaven! We booked her to coordinate our wedding - month of services - a year before our planned wedding timing. Her vision was exactly what we were looking for and we all got along so well right away! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to push the wedding a year out during the planning process. Louise took it all in stride and was so helpful with managing it all, and the benefit of waiting was that we then booked her for her full services + planning package PLUS LLW flowers. I cannot say how happy I am that we made this change!!!! Louise was absolutely crucial throughout our two year planning. She and her team kept everything laid-back and still organized, checking in periodically and ramping it up as we got closer to the date. As a type A person, it was daunting to hand over such an important event to someone else, but honestly it was easy with Louise and her team. Jen in particular - I've never seen a quicker response time (and always so kind when I inevitably did some math wrong)! The LLW team, to quote my bridesmaid, "made [my] Pinterest board come to life!" Everything looked as we dreamed up AND Louise is great about helping keep things on budget. She knows when to push to get something a little above and where to save money and get a deal - a VERY important quality. She's great at handling all the politics of family and vendors and everyone on the island clearly loves working with her. Even when something went wrong, which it does inevitably at some point in the planning process, Louise kept so calm it made ME calm and she had solutions ready to go - never a moment to waste! Guests were surprised at how laid-back I seemed on our wedding day, all thanks to Louise! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more because of Love Letter Weddings. Her taste is impeccable, her talent is boundless - hire LLW for your wedding, you won't regret a single moment!

LOUISE IS THE BEST! We could go on and on about why to hire Louise as your planner (we did consulting and month of package, and boy was it worth it). She and her team are skilled, passionate, organized, and have an artistic flare. More specifically: 1) Louise helps you focus on your priorities. She pushes you to think about what you care about most for your wedding, and then helps you figure out the budgeting and logistics and vendors to make it happen. She does not push you to overspend, and she was always willing to guide us with her expertise when we felt stuck or simply didn't have strong opinions (her expertise was always right). 2) Louise is calm, organized, and detail oriented. When we did our "month of" transition call with Louise and Jen, we hung up the phone and basically said "hiring Louise was the best money we've ever spent." Weddings involve a lot of details that most of us ordinarily have no reason to think about and, after the wedding, will (hopefully) never need to think about again: how to structure the flow of guests during different phases of the wedding, cost-effective but atmospheric tent lighting, how to order rentals, etc. Instead of investing tons of time and energy in learning all of these things, we read some of Louise's blog posts, told them a few things we knew we wanted, and then basically followed their expert advice on everything else (again, the theme is you can't go wrong listening to their advice). 3) She gives great guidance about vendors. Every single recommendation she made-- from venue, to caterer, to DJ, to make-up artist to photographer-- was not only excellent, it was an exceptional fit for us. We loved working with all of our vendors-- they were talented, personable, and professional--and every single vendor we contacted was genuinely excited when we told them we were working with Louise. She clearly has great taste and a stellar reputation, which goes a long way. In fact, the only minor problem we had was when a vendor added on some extra charges, and Louise and Jen basically made the problem disappear through a combination of magic and their good relationship with the vendor. 4) Flower design! We gave Louise a shoe-string flower budget and a plea to help us make it feel like our wedding wasn't flower deficient. Somehow she pulled off flower arrangements that were so vibrant, unique, and beautiful that they were getting compliments all night. 5) Overall stress reduction. We have heard stories from our friends whose wedding planners added to or failed to alleviate the stress of wedding planning. At times we felt guilty discussing our experience with Louise with these friends, because it felt like bragging. The week before our wedding was honestly one of the most relaxing weeks of my life (we arrived in Hawaii early). Yes, we had some errands to do, but even those were either fun or basically painless (Louise even came with us to Costco to give guidance as we purchased our alcohol). Everyone kept commenting on how relaxed we were, and Louise was the reason. 6) Louise is prepared for everything. Example: One of our best friends split open his pants busting a move to a Mr. Brightside mashup. Apparently Louise just sewed up the inseam of his pants and sent him back to the dance floor. She also did the florals for my wedding which made it that much easier and one less vendor I had to rely on. Another extremely important factor was her responsiveness! We Hired Louise for Consulting/ Month of Coordination. My mom and I flew to Hawaii to look at venues last September. Every venue we went to, people kept mentioning Louise. We didn't have a wedding planner, and honestly we thought we could do it ourselves. (hahaha don't try and do it yourself). So the day before we left for the mainland, we decided to reach out and see if she could meet us for coffee while we were in town. Louise is one of those people that you immediately love. My mom and I walked out of the cafe, and booked her. For the next eight months, Louise took our calls, answered our texts, and emails promptly. She eased the nerves of a MOB, and made myself (the bride) feel confident that she would produce our dream day. And let me tell you..she produced our dream day. The day of our wedding rehearsal, the venue was filming a movie. The venue I had chosen was dirty, wet, and a mess. As a bride, I was freaking out, and looking over at Louise (who was calm, cool, and collected) brought me ease. We continued to run through the rehearsal, and an option to move the venue was presented. Upon seeing the new venue, and deciding to change it to the new location, was a little scary the day before your wedding day. But let me tell you, it was meant to be. I remember looking at Louise, giving her the "yes" to move my wedding. She looked at me without a hint of hesitation and told us she would wow us. Let me just say, SHE FLOORED US. Our wedding was my DREAM. Louise is a GOD-SEND. I had an idea of what I wanted, and yes she brought all those aspects and ideas into it, but she also brought her own ideas, and everything was PERFECT. INCREDIBLY PERFECT. I cried getting out of the van with my girls arriving at the venue, it was that beautiful! If you want someone trust worthy, organized, kind-hearted, creative, truly passionate about what she does, Louise is your lady. Your wedding will be everything you want, and more. Much More. We are so glad we decided to work with Louise and Love Letter Weddings! We got engaged in July 2017 and decided that we would get married in December, which was a pretty quick turnaround time. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to pull off a wedding in five short months, but Louise made the process stress-free and fun. Louise came highly recommended by a couple of my classmates whose weddings/surprise engagements she planned, so we knew we were in good hands from the start. This was confirmed when we visited venues and all the coordinators told us how lucky we were to be working with her! Louise responded to my initial phone call right away and found time for us to meet just a couple of days later. Her responsiveness continued throughout the planning process, which was really important since we were planning the wedding from LA. I had never really thought about what I wanted my wedding to look like, so I didn't have a Pinterest board or much of anything for Louise to work with initially, and she was so patient as we worked through vision boards, florals, the bar - every last detail, and all over the phone or on Skype. She was super straightforward about vendors, kept us within our budget (largely by being really creative and making a bunch of our decorations herself!), and was calm, cool, and collected on wedding day, which helped everyone else feel at ease. In the end, Louise designed a wedding that was a perfect reflection of our cultures and personalities, and everything on the day of was seamless. We honestly didn't stress about the wedding at all, and we have Louise to thank for that! Our guests are still talking about what a beautiful experience it was and how "us" it felt, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you again, Louise!

From the first phone call I had with Louise, I knew I was in trustworthy and capable hands. Louise’s ability to pay such close attention to detail while still seeing the big picture is a talent that only the best wedding/event coordinators possess. Louise is not only an extremely organized and responsive coordinator, she is also a very talented and creative event and floral designer. This was really important to me and I was so lucky to have her help design our ceremony, sweetheart table, lounge and all of our floral arrangements. The floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and even though most of our guests were from out of town, all of the centerpieces were taken home at the end of the night! They were just that irresistibly beautiful! I was completely stress-free on our wedding day because I knew Louise and her team were handling everything and that it would all turn out perfectly. Lou! What can I say?? Our day was absolutely perfect and we have relived it over and over since we got back from Hawaii. Lou is an absolute gem of a planner! She was exactly what we needed from start to finish. We met with Lou about 8 months out from the wedding and we toured around Oahu in her car. We had an absolute blast driving around Oahu and with Lou's help, by the end of the weekend we had chosen our venue (Kualoa Ranch - stunning), photographer, hair/makeup stylist and caterer. This was after a hair and makeup trial and 2 tastings. It was not only incredibly productive, but also a lot of fun as Lou is so friendly and easygoing. She was always quick to respond by text, phone and email (important to me as we both had crazy jobs and I was also studying). I also really loved that she had a great eye for styling and design, but was also very practical, organized and budget conscious. I really appreciated that! She went above and beyond our wedding week, looked after all our guests, and ensured everything was perfect. At one point she had her sewing kit out and was stitching the bustle on my dress that had come undone. I traveled to Hawaii twice for work leading up to the wedding and she was happy to meet me both times to go over details. I also opted in for her flower services and could not have been happier with our bouquets and flower arrangements. You know your planner is awesome when all the vendors keep telling you how much they love working with her. Because of Lou, we were really able to enjoy spending time with our friends and family during our wedding week and really be present for our wedding day. That is priceless and I would not have changed a thing. Thanks so much Lou!! xo

We wanted to thank Louise from the bottom of our hearts for being absolutely AMAZING to work with! My husband and I hired Louise for month of coordination services, but she did so much more than that through all her consultation the many months before the wedding! She was so organized, dedicated, and enthusiastic for making our day special. In addition to all her fantastic planning, she PAINTED and MADE directional signs for us did all the FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS for our wedding, saving us thousands of dollars. The flowers were stunning and the most beautiful arrangements we had ever seen. We got so many complements from our guests. The day of Louise and her team were phenomenal!! They worked behind the scenes to provide a hassle, stress free wedding, organizing all the details and time management of the vendors, bridal party, and guests. Louise was amazing! My husband and I did not have a clear vision of what we wanted our wedding to look like, and Louise slowly teased out our vision and created the most beautiful wedding. She was very helpful and so organized. We honestly could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She will not disappoint!
