ou are fabricating some stories. We are taking the time to respond all these lies only because I cannot allow for you or anyone to make up stories. We considered not even responding since it gave us a laugh how people could just turn things totally around. We are now going to give our version of what exactly took place. 1st. I have never or will ever viciously say you have to leave. The real story was that I explained that we close @ 5PM and that the person that closes the venue when I leave she has to leave @ no later than 5:30. I do not make those rules or regulation but if you all would have commenced at 5 as we made an exception and explained to the bride that the latest is 4:30 but I can only do a 5PM rehearsal if they understand that @ 5:30 everyone must leave. When I explained that to the bride she said and I quote "no problem Ada we will be done within 30 minutes" Now I am the rude one to you because I explained that they were telling me I had to tell you all that the time was exceeded. Come on lets be honest when telling a story. If I were wrong, I would admit it but if I am not wrong then I am going to correct you. Ohhh one more thing. The rehearsal guide that I sent the bride clearly states that over the allotted time requires a payment of $120.00. On that note I explain, the bride knew that wasn't allowed because the latest would have been 4:30 and she asked me to please do it @ 5PM. I guess it's better to make up stories than to thank us for staying extra time that we didn't have to. 2nd. You weren't around when the Bride and I had a meeting with the catering company. In front of me the bride agreed to pay for the removal of trash. I looked her in the face and said are you sure? cause normally the catering company takes it. She said yes I agree. So come the end of the night the owner of the catering kept calling me and saying that they agreed with bride and that his staff cannot take the trash. The bride at the end of the night would not admit to that. I do not make decisions on who gets charged or not. The credit card request was something that management told me to do. I believe that they mentioned they were law enforcement officers so it should be someting they would obviously understand. Their are rules and regulations everywhere and without them there would be caos. 3rd. The removal of chairs was previously agreed by the bride. I trusted her word and didnt ask her to sign an agreement. I never even though I couldnt or shoulntd trust her word. That was my error but I now learned. Any agreement they have with the manager I will draft an agreement and have both parties sign. 4th I have never seen Hugo the manager wearing ragged jeans and I dont see anything wrong with a polo shirt. I guess you just decided to add a little more stories. 5th Let me tell you how things go when it comes to using an outside catering service. This company built a specific area just for them cause Mr. Beltran does not want to have anyone use the inhouse kitchen. I have seen outside catering companies have the worst areas designated for them but this outside catering company had a very comfortable area with allll they needed. Not to mention that the catering company, client and I go over the do's and donts ahead of time and they all understood. Obviously, all that was forgotten but guess what. We have a signed agreement. 6th I am of Cuban decent and if you did not know we arent racist at all. We have all kinds of shades of white, brown, black etc....... Please do not use the racist card on me. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and that has nooothing to do with color. I do believe the addition was mostly because when it rained the guest would have no place to refuge. Some people loved it and some did not but once again I do not make those decision. I did not offer an apology like you mentioned because I was doing what management told me to do. I am an employee of this company. About the garbage, that was something the bride agreed on with the catering company but you know what, I hope one day she admits that she agreed to something and changed her mind at the end.
