From the very beginning, she made sure every point of my vision was understood, honored, and executed with care. She handled every concern and question I had, often before I even had to say anything. On the day of our wedding, she gracefully managed a wide range of personalities and opinions, ensuring everything aligned with what I wanted. She did it all with quiet confidence, never overstepping, yet always knowing exactly what needed to be done. Every detail we discussed, big or small, she remembered and brought to life beautifully. When my bridesmaids were pulled in different directions, Camilla stepped in without hesitation to help me with my wedding dress, making sure I felt supported and cared for. That level of personal dedication meant the world to me. The food was excellent, and the cake vendor contracted through Loveland was phenomenal! Our cake from E & M Sweets was not only delicious but absolutely stunning, truly a centerpiece that exceeded my expectations. For her to be at ease, you stressed her out, you didn’t bring out the food on time. Who the hell doesn’t bring out the food on time, waaaaaiting while you’re going to kick people out at a certain time. You servers leaving food on the table longer than they should, I don’t understand why the bride & groom wasn’t fed first. You didn’t extend a time, help or give any kind of courtesy due to the rain! The only fucking reason you’re in business is because you either delete the terrible reviews, you actually have people don’t want to rely on you because you give attitude “I’m aware” I don’t care on what you’re aware of. You need to be better at your job! The bride, groom, friends & family were extremely disappointed with the way you handled the wedding. You need to be more helpful and accommodating for a bride I know you want to go home but they paid you AND HOW FUCKING DAAAAAARE YOU GIVE A BRIDE A STICKY NOTE WITH PRICE FOR EXTRA MONEY ON ZELLE. You didn’t need to reminder her after saying it once or twice the extra cost. e you are being fair with this review. We would like to provide our side of the story to makes things a bit clearer. It was unfortunate that it was not just raining but pouring the day of your friends wedding. The Bride along with her coordinator decided not to wait for it to stop raining and have the ceremony inside the beautiful ballroom. As we did. We were ready at 6pm as per their contract however, it was also unfortunate they did not start at 6pm but later due to the small amount of guest that had arrived. When they believed there were enough guest to get started, we did so and therefore we had their wedding ceremony. The food came out just as planned on her timeline, we bring out the Bride & Grooms food as soon as they are ready for it. By experience, if you put out their food before they request, they would probably get occupied and leave it out to get cold. Also, maybe you werent aware that the bride said she did not want the food yet but maybe later or even take it to go. As we follow the timeline as per their contract we also understand that there are certain circumstances that things need to be changed around. We did as the client requested throughout the night. If the client request to extend the time we would do so. It seems they did not want to, so the event ended just as the contract stated. Please keep in mind that when time is extended all the staff is to be paid that extra time. No one works for free I’m sure you wouldn’t either. In order to extend time a payment was to be made in order to do so. As we understand how upset you are, we hope that explaining how the process works may give you another perspective of why things happen the way they did. Have a great day. Loveland Venue

he event your already stressed enough and having a amazing wedding coordinator is key to everything going smoothly. The wedding coordinator Jenny was the best to work with she was very easygoing and professional from the start, she made my spouse, my whole family, and I feel very welcome.
