amily- like the badass, highly successful boss woman aunt. Ludgers helped with EVERYTHING. They have awesome relationships with other vendors & can get you what you need. Michelle is unbelievable in her organization & ability to keep track of everything. She outlined the process of catering for a wedding very clearly from day one. I can't imagine going with anyone else. Food was delicious- apps- steak & crostini, caprese salad skewers, dinner- roasted chicken, prime rib, and guests said the veggie lasagna was the best veg option they've ever had at a wedding. kids chicky tenders & macncheese was great. Dessert- Chocolate coconut bars, strawberry shortcake shooters & cannolis- all delicious. We also had them help us with linens, tables, chairs, and the bars. They were able to bring a bartender to the venue early to serve us drinks while getting ready. I am not kidding when I say that they will literally help with anything. We even got a gift from them after the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, a few of our other vendors would ask us who is catering- when we said Ludger's they all said "GOOD!" Their reputation says it all. I hope you get the opportunity to see them in action & feel the joy that comes working with such delightful humans (and delicious food is a bonus!).

was amazing & the service was absolutely A+++. The servers and bartenders were amazing at ensuring myself (bride) and groom had what we neeed and if we needed more. The bartenders even made sure not to handout my favorite drink of the night. My friends noticed this and complimented it the day after how much they cared for the bride and groom. I would 100% recommend for your next event!

the tasting but was EXCELLENT at our wedding! I think cooking in large batches makes it better. Their bartenders were great too, and were very accommodating to us wanting to purchase our own alcohol. We had problems with our venue and with our rentals but Ludgers held down the fort and even helped us coordinate with those other parties that were harder to work with. Loved them.

several meetings both in person and virtually which was very convenient. I had some picky eaters at my wedding and there were no complaints!

he beginning, Ludgers was so prompt and detailed in every reply. Michelle was one of the kindest, most friendly vendors that we worked with, and we had a blast planning our wedding with her. We went to do our tasting and were amazed by how great the food was. Our guests are still telling us how good the food was almost a month later. Most importantly, my husband and I got to actually sit down and eat (which we were warned we wouldn't have time to) because they made us a plate the minute we walked in the door, and even packaged up leftovers for our getaway car! 10/10, I will absolute use Ludgers again if I ever find myself hosting another event.

book the mashed potato bar for your cocktail hour... so delicious!!! We have had so many people tell us it was the BEST food they've ever had at a wedding! The staff at the event was also very attentive. They get an A+ and the highest recommendation!

Every guest I spoke with during the reception and still, are just raving about the food and how professional the servers were. We were truly blown away by the food and the display. Your servers were amazing! They were friendly, professional, and extremely on top of it! We seriously cannot thank you all enough! I have had so many guests reach out to me and ask who we used for catering and just share how much they loved the meal! My husband and I were absolutely blown away once we reached our hotel and realized we had two full meals, two slices of cake, plates, silverware, and waters as well. That was seriously amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!! We cannot recommend Ludger’s enough!

chelle, I knew they were the ones! They helped me come up with a super fun menu and displayed my food beautifully! Loved the bonus of being able to get my rentals through them as well - it made the process so easy! I also hired them for bar tending and they did an excellent job there as well. Ludgers exceeded all my expectations. I can not recommend them enough for your catering needs! Oh I didn’t even mention how DELICIOUS the food was! You don’t typically go to a wedding and LOVE the food, but my guests did! Thank you Michelle and Ludgers team for making all my dreams come true!

We sat down at our table for dinner and our server Judy made our plates, brought us drinks, and checked on us all throughout the night to make sure we didn't need anything. The best part: we got to our hotel with the bag they packed for us and it included a piece of every cake we had (we didn't get to try them all), our appetizers that we didn't get to try, and 2 full boxes of food. They also packed up all the remaining food we had left over and split it between our parents. Hands down the best catering company!!

edgeable about our venue, and gave us good advice throughout our planning process. She is easy to communicate with, efficient and professional. Had good ideas for tweaking our decor plans to take them up a notch in look for little extra cost. She was sensitive to our budget and never tried to push extras. She suggested we buy our own wine and beer for her bartenders to serve, which saved us money, too. The food was raved about by all our guests, nicely presented, and we had plenty of it. It was a wonderful value! The smart set-up enabled our guests to quickly get through the buffet. The Ludgers staff was friendly yet professional, and several guests complimented them to me. They were well-prepared when we arrived, and cleaned up quickly with the extra food packaged for us to take home as well as a nice tote of cake and food for the bride and groom. Highly recommend!!

During the selection process, they allowed us to taste the food so we could establish our ideal menu. They worked with us on changes of guests in attendance numerous times and were accommodating to those who prefer gluten-free items. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

That's exactly what you want to hear as a wedding professional with any wedding, but especially your own! Megan and Scott are a fantastic team! Must give them a call!

cooperative and helpful. She was there at our venue early cleaning up from a previous night event and putting our tables together. Her staff was kind and delivered great service throughout the reception. Drinks were always refilled for guests and the food was delicious. The plate they prepared for me and my husband was massive yet delicious and they even packed us two plates to take with us that night in case we got hungry. Everything was well thought out. We made several changes to our floor plan of the event and Megan was great at rearranging that for us and helping us pick out our linens. She also knows the industry in Tulsa well and can give great suggestions for other vendors. We loved having Ludgers at our wedding! I would highly suggest them to other brides and grooms.

I want to know is where these glowing reviews came from? The food served during our tasting was of decent quality and execution, but the selection was nothing to "wow," nor was the presentation. Despite several meetings between tastings and the big day to ensure both high food quality and execution, the brie was undercooked and doughy, the entrees served to my guests ranged from both extremely undercooked to extremely over-cooked, and the green beans amandine tasted like nothing but red pepper. My entree was flavorless and inedible and had I the option to send the food back and choose something else (prepared by someone else) available to me, I would have wholeheartedly. Some of the servers ignored the color coded system SUGGESTED BY THIS VENDOR to deliver entrees without having to ask for the guest's choice and proceeded to ask all of the guests within my earshot what they had ordered. Additionally, my husband and I had reiterated several times that we were not saving the top tier of our wedding cake, yet it was not cut and placed out for the guests to enjoy with the other cake flavors until almost the end of the night and even then we had to specifically ask for it. Looking back on my experiences with this wedding caterer I am extremely sad. The food was one of the things I was most looking forward to at the reception and it was the weakest element of my wedding by far. To be honest, I felt slightly duped. While nothing unusual, the food served in our tastings was at least of seemingly high quality. Many of the menu items served on our wedding day, however, only resembled our tasting food through a shared name. All in all, I would be more likely to recommend any of my friends and family in the market for a caterer to keep shopping rather than hire Ludger's. The one redeeming quality that came with this caterer was the licensed bartender. I wish I could remember her name because she was absolutely fantastic: sweet, helpful, and noticeably did her best to anticipate any needs that I might have had. She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.

The day of the wedding, as I was walking out to the ceremony, I passed one of the people from Ludger's (I wish I could remember her name!) and mentioned I was hungry because I hadn't eaten lunch. As soon as the ceremony was over, she had appetizers outside and ready for the wedding party while we were waiting for our pictures. It was so thoughtful! We went with roasted chicken, brisket, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, along with the salad and bread. It was all so delicious! We got so many compliments on the food at our reception. The servers were all helpful and attentive to our needs. They even packed up a to go box for us that we were able to eat for two meals the next day. I wouldn't change a thing about our catering!

ake at the reception. Her ideas were so creative, but she took my vision and dream, and enhanced it. I would use Ludger's again instantly, for any event. Their prices are extremely fair (almost even cheap!) and the quality is out of this world. Amazing!
