WOW! I honestly don't know how we could have pulled this off without Brittany. We had a destination ceremony in Mount Hood, OR and following that just one short week later a reception in Beldenville, WI. Within minutes of finding the venues in our beginning searches and letting Brittany know we were interested she already had inquiries out to the point of contacts to place holds and schedule tours. Which was key to securing both locations, as my husband and I are total procrastinators and were pretty late in the game to start our planning process when we sought out help form Brittany. Brittany not only helped find our venues and vendors for both events, but she went as far as assisting in finding lodging, restaurants for coordinated dinners, and even offered to help find flights for our families for the destination ceremony. Please keep in mind my now husband and I did not decide until the end of March 2017 that we wanted to get married in August of 2017!!! So Brittany was tasked with doing all of the above with a very limited amount of time. However, by the vast amount of vendor choices by type, she found for us, it never felt like our choices were limited by the short amount of time she was given to find them. On top of that, the vendors were always top notch, reputable, and personally picked for us based our “couple’s style” and price point. Brittany acted as the key contact/liaison for all vendors and kept us on track whenever there was a deadline for a response/payment. When appointments with vendors were required she always helped to coordinate to find times/dates that worked for the vendors and us. If there were ever meetings that did not call for her attendance, such as meeting with officiants, she always made sure she was available prior to and after the meetings just in case we had questions and to hear our feedback. Brittany’s organizational skills are out of this world, how she does it is beyond me… Not only did she provide the most detailed editable outline for our planning timeline that a bride could ever ask for, no DREAM of, she also did this TWICE (ceremony AND reception). She also put together a “day of timeline” that outlined where family members, vendors, and of course Bride & Groom, needed to be- exactly when they needed to be there. This took all the worry out of things and made it so I didn’t have to spend my day(s) micromanaging everyone. Brittany was also able to tap in to my personal style and preferences, which showed throughout the whole process- from vendor choices all the way down to determining where to place last minute décor I added morning of to the reception and had no time to do myself. I have a really tough time delegating work to others as I am a bit of a perfectionist and typically prefer that things are done “my own way”, however working with Brittany one-on-one it became apparent instantly that she was truly listening to what I had to say. She even began anticipating my wants and needs, which made the planning process a breeze. I was even able to turn things over to Brittany the day of the ceremony and reception, all while having the comfort of knowing everything was in such great hands. This allowed me to genuinely relax and enjoy those days with my husband and soak up the happiness of being newlyweds!

I know my review may seem over the top, but I am being 100% honest with my ratings! Brittany was beyond amazing for our wedding! I had initially wanted a wedding planner from the get go due to being out of state during the beginning of our wedding planning process. I had only booked Brittany as our "day of" coordinator and she went above and beyond even with this service. We kept in contact via email/phone calls throughout the whole planning process and gave her opinions and suggestions whenever we had asked her on something! During our wedding week she had everything under control which really helped Matt and I relax and not stress out about the little details. She handled our big group perfectly and made our wedding day go smoothly! Matt and I both said if we had to do it all over again, we would book Brittany again in a heartbeat! Thanks Brittany for all your hard work, you are amazing!

Brittany was an absolute lifesaver as we planned our backyard wedding! Our 150-person June tent wedding was a smashing success, largely due to Brittany and her assistant making sure the details were covered and executed flawlessely. We hired Brittany for day-of coordination since we were hosting the reception at my in-laws' backyard and knew we needed someone (not my in-laws) to handle the logistics on the big day. From day one, she was completely involved and invested in making the day amazing. Brittany really stepped up about 9 months from our wedding when one night, I got an email saying that the photographer we had hired had gone *bankrupt* and would not be fulfilling any further contracts. We had engagement photos scheduled for the next week! I emailed Brittany in a panic and within 4 hours, she had worked her contacts in the Mpls vendor community and connected us with a fabulous photographer (Justina Louise Photography). It worked out better than we could have hoped - and certainly better than no photographer at all! We were so glad to have Brittany on our side for her experience and expansive array of connections in the Twin Cities wedding industry. Like every other bride with an outdoor reception, I was watching the weather like a crazy person for about a month leading up to the wedding. Brittany helped me stay calm and pulled together a great backup plan. She even did a site visit with a representative from the rental company to make sure she knew the lay of the land and the flow of the event up front. We ended up having not a rainy day, but an unseasonably hot one, and Brittany made one of my wishes come true by figuring out how to work with the cake baker and display our 5 tier buttercream frosted cake outside in 95 degree heat! Nothing melted, everything looked fabulous, and I was so surprised to see the gorgeous cake sitting on the deck when we arrived at the reception. I truly can't say enough good things about our experience working with Brittany. She was incredibly accessible, responsive, funny, and kind, and I am recommending her to all of my engaged friends. If you are considering hiring a day-of coordinator or event planner, Brittany should be it! Thank you thank you for all of your help and attention to detail to make our wedding so fantastic :)

I am so happy to be writing this review on Brittany's behalf! Her presence throughout the entire wedding planning, preparations, and day enabled all of us to truly enjoy our wedding celebration! We have had many wedding events in my family, and this is the first that has had a wedding planner involved. I can honestly say, it was one of the best decisions that was made by the wedding couple. It gave family and friends time to connect, visit, and make some incredible memories. Her attention to detail, and her ability to work with the wedding party and families was evident throughout the day. I would highly recommend her for your event!
