My husband and I got married in December of 2019 and Heather of LVL was the very first step we took towards planning our wedding. Best decision we made...besides each other of course ;) I did a TON of research and spoke to 7 planners before moving forward with Heather. I could tell right from the first 5 minutes of talking to her that I wanted to work with her. She is kind, genuine, organized, transparent, helpful, creative, and so many other wonderful things. I am very much a Type A person and was nervous I wouldn’t get exactly what I wanted, but I got everything and more! She even has this incredible platform she uses, Aisle Planner, and I was obsessed. If you like organization, it’ll be your best friend during this process. Everyone kept telling me that planning a wedding was going to be a really stressful time, but to be completely honest, the only thing I was stressed about the entire time was our welcome dinner (which was the only event we didn’t hire Heather for). The day of the wedding went smoother than I could have ever dreamed of, and I never had to think about anything other than feeling/looking my best and enjoying the most magical night. I promise all of you amazing brides that you will be SO happy with your decision if you go with LVL. Thank you so, so much Heather!
Courtney helped us plan our wedding and she was phenomenal. She spent a lot of time helping us find everything that would make our day perfect, down to the tiniest details. She was extremely knowledgable and always had lots of recommendations for us to pick from and always made sure we found something that we loved. She met with us multiple times throughout the planning process, from getting to know us, to doing food and cake tastings, to picking out decor for the wedding day. She helped us through every step of the way. On the day of the wedding she was a life saver. Lots of things went wrong, but Courtney swooped in time after time to find a solution. In the end, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we would owe it to Courtney.
Carie Pearce is "hands down" the best! She was our wedding planner for our daughter's wedding at Flying Diamond Ranch in Steamboat Springs in June 2018. She is genuine, caring, experienced, knowledgeable, organized, and will become your most trusted friend as you work through the big and small details of planning a wedding. Carie has a fantastic electronic tool that can be shared between the bride, groom and parents to manage tasks and expenses. But more importantly, Carie has the ability to relate to everyone from vendors to the bride, groom and parents. She recommended vendors who seemed to share many of the same personal and professional qualities she esteems. Carie is one unique and special person perfectly suited to guiding clients through event planning and execution. Because of her special talents and skills, the wedding was a grand celebration for our family and friends.
Although we will remain friends, it saddens my daughter, her husband, and my husband and I that we won't have Carie in our lives to the same extent as we did this past year. This is perhaps the greatest compliment I could give anyone.

I highly recommend never doing a wedding without her! From the start, she became the driver of an enormous event that we so badly wanted to be the perfect day. She nailed it and made it look easy. She’s smart, has loads of experience, had great vendor recommendations, highly organized, creative, and thinks of every detail. She took our dreams and vision, and through impeccable execution delivered an amazing outcome. She’s hands-down the best in the business.
It's hard for me to even put into words how grateful I am to Chelsea Mcdonald for helping me plan our perfect day. From day one Chelsea was so helpful, organized, and very patient. She suggested vendors, helped me even with a vision for the wedding, and executed everything effortlessly. The day of my wedding it rained the whole day and I was never stressed ONCE! Chelsea took care of all the changes that occurred and never once looked flustered. I even had several guests and family members comment on how amazing Chelsea handled everything. If you're planning your wedding in Hawaii, Chelsea is your girl! Thank you, Chelsea for making my wedding the perfect day!
My now husband and I are very organized and thoughtful but I can't even imagine how we would have pulled off our wedding without Amy Kuchta! From the very beginning she was helpful in keeping us on track with what decisions needed to be made and when. She also gave us guidance on items we knew nothing about, recommended trusted vendors and was always available to chat about questions and concerns. Because of her, the process felt very smooth and laid back for us. There was even a potential threat of rain the day of and we had no worries because we knew Amy would take care of any logistics. The actual wedding day, we got to arrive and have fun without a care in the world! And at the end of the night we ran through a tunnel of sparklers right into a car that she had arranged to take us back to the hotel that had all of our stuff in it and a box of dessert from the wedding which we were too busy to even try! We had no idea that she had that all arranged and we were THRILLED to be able to exit in such a fun and effortless way. She was upbeat, fun and loves her job! We were very happy with her! If you are wondering whether or not to have an events planner and you can afford it, do not even hesitate to book with LVL events. From the very beginning Courtney was great to work with, and in the end I could not have imagined doing the wedding planning and day-of without her. She made sure everything ran smoothly, ironed out all the hiccups, worked with our vendors, and made my day stress-free and amazing. It was the best investment we made in our entire wedding.
Words cannot express how thankful I am that we had Cherie as our wedding coordinator. She was the absolute BEST and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. Whenever I would start to feel overwhelmed she would step in and help me get things done. She always was so positive and relaxed with eveything, which definitely helped me stay sane throughout the planning process. On our wedding day she was always there when I needed her, checking in from time to time, asking if I needed anything, making sure everything was in place and exactly how we had envisioned. She did a perfect job of making sure that everything was kept on track and that we stuck to our timeline. She worked with our entire wedding party and families to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, and the whole time she kept everything fun and light hearted. Cherie really made me feel like there was someone who had my back 100% of the time and she would take care of things before I even had to ask. I could not have imagined anyone else being such an integral part of our special day.
Firstly, I heart Heather.
My husband and I got married at The Loft on Pine, which requires at least a day-of coordinator, and this made me thankful because I didn't have to think twice about whether I would get help from an event coordinator.
I really enjoy doing the organizing, details and decor, so I went with a day-of coordinator (which really starts 60 days out). Heather was fantastic throughout, and made me feel supremely comfortable and excited. Whether it was a last minute vendor recommendation, or just reassurance on something I already was thinking, she was immensely helpful and provided invaluable suggestions.
Especially day-of, I had no reservations handing her my buckets of decor and saying, "OK, go to town," because I knew I could trust her eye for design. Additionally, we decided to do more a lounge style dinner with stations and no formal service, so she reached out to a rental service for us and handled renting some extra high top tables and barstools. All we had to do was sign the papers and write the check.
Even with enjoying handling the upfront organization, I can't reiterate how helpful it was to have Heather in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She responded to every email within an hour -- regardless of what time it was -- and even small things like that made all the difference in making me feel taken care of and reminded me that I was in very good hands with a true professional.
Also, thinking of my bridal party reminds me of the phrase "herding cats..." Heather kept all of us organized and made sure we knew where we needed to be. I didn't have to worry for a second which made our wedding that much more fun and special.

When I started my search for a day of coordinator for my wedding LVL is one of the first companies I reached out to. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrea and she was very sweet and took the time to learn about what was important to me. She also referred me to a DJ that also plays guitar and sings who we ended up booking and he was amazing. Sadly LVL was a bit out of my budget but they were so sweet and helpful even when I wasn't able to use their services. I think that is a huge asset to their company and why they are so successful. Thank you again Andrea! I wouldn't have found Kevin Miso without you!
I worked with Cristina Hallock at LVL weddings in Costa Mesa and she is, for lack of a better term, an absolute ROCK STAR. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She made wonderful recommendations, was easy to work with, really listened and cared about what my husband and I wanted. She was my rock while we were planning and made sure the day of went off without a hitch. She organized all of the vendors, helped arrange payments, and put out (just a few) fires that came about the day of. I can say with absolute certainty that my wedding day was perfect large in part because of her!
We hired her as a day of coordinator, but she was so much more. She made herself available - took my calls and responded to all of my emails and put my mind at ease. She would call, text, and email just to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. She was on my side throughout the whole planning process.
She is just simply amazing! I can't say enough about her!
We met Kerri, one of the senior planners at LVL Events, at a wedding event and I attended a workshop that she gave early in the year. From the workshop, I could tell that Kerri was very knowledgeable about wedding coordination and seemed extremely competent; I knew I would feel comfortable with her handling the details of our wedding. I can't begin to state how helpful she was during every stage of our wedding. With her spreadsheets and timetables we were able to stay organized and on track with tasks (some we hadn't even thought of) that had to be done before the wedding without feeling too overwhelmed. She provided references for some really great vendors that we ended up using for our big day, and helped us to look over all the contracts before we signed. We felt safe knowing that she was extremely competent and looking out for our best interests before we signed anything. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how small they were, and her support even continued after the wedding when we needed advice on final bills etc.
On the day of the wedding, we felt calm knowing that she was in complete control and just let her guide us through our timeline. Our guests mentioned a few times how everything flowed so well and that the event was so professionally handled; many said that they were surprised that we had someone running around in the background as they expected a planner to be a more "obvious" presence. As with any wedding, there were a few things that didn't go according to plan, but Kerri was able to handle everything discretely and without fuss by offering and implementing 'plan B' options when needed at our behest. We both trusted her judgement in making any changes to what had been planned, so decisions about any last minute changes were easy.
All in all, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. My husband and I have often joked that we wish we could hire her to organize our lives! We owe a huge thank you to Kerri and LVL.
We hired Kerri from LVL for full planning for our July 3rd wedding and couldn't have asked for a more spectacular experience. Kerri was there for us every single step of the way, guiding us through her impeccable organization while keeping us calm the through the whole process with her laid back demeanor. She was so quick to jump in and help us resolve any issues and was nothing but professional and kind. She connected us to A-List vendors who not only matched our budget, but matched our personalities and our needs as well. Kerri listened to all of our requests and ideas and transformed them into reality. We honestly couldn't have enjoyed our day a fraction as much if we didn't have Kerri there as a trustworthy professional to handle all of the details.
My advice to brides: HIRE AN LVL PLANNERI It's worth every penny to enjoy every aspect of the planning experience and the wedding without having to shoulder all of the stress and responsibility.
I've been friends with Lindsay, owner of LVL, for a long time so to be able to actually get to work with her on our wedding day was so amazing! Lindsay served as our day of coordinator and helped make our wedding the best day of our lives!!!
People kept asking me if I felt stressed leading up to the wedding and I could honestly reply that I felt relaxed because we had Lindsay there to help us.
We had been in contact for months, but a few weeks before the wedding, Lindsay called to let me know she would take it all from there, so any vendor questions or issues could come to her. From that moment on, I could breathe easy because Lindsay really handled it all. She professionally communicated and coordinated all of our vendor needs and asked me questions to make sure she had things right before moving forward.
She walked us through the rehearsal, gave great suggestions to our officiant for the ceremony and to us for entering the venue, which ended up setting an amazing tone for the entire wedding. On the day of I literally had NOTHING to worry about because I felt confident that Lindsay was taking care of any last minute concerns or issues from set up to decor to guest arrival all the way through the end of the night.
We did a "First Look" for our wedding and afterwards we were in our room, waiting for the knock from Lindsay to head down to start off the ceremony. My groom began getting a little anxious and wanted to head down to "check it out." He told me that the second I reminded him that Lindsay had everything covered and that she would get us when it was time, he felt a total sense of calm and relief remembering she was there and knowing that we were taken care of. He said it made all the difference to help him enjoy every moment of our night.
Lindsay is professional, timely, communicative and she was amazing to all of our guests. People kept telling me to make sure we stop and take a moment to take it all in because the day goes so quickly. With Lindsay there, we didn't need to carve it out at all because we were able to be present and enjoy every second! We love Lindsay and LVL!!!
Absolutely loved, loved, loved Arielle. She orchestrated such a perfect day and really went above and beyond what a typical "day of coordinator" does.
Heather from LVL Events was our wedding planner, and she was a total lifesaver and absolutely awesome. She helped us when we had some issues with other vendors both before and after the wedding and she ran a seamless wedding. We had a pretty stress-free planning process, and we owe a lot of that to Heather!
I am SO grateful that I had LVL to lean on for all the details. These ladies are pro and lovely to work with. After the reception wrapped up and we were long gone, they took care of every last thing, ensuring that we got our deposit back from the venue. They went above and beyond to make sure that mistakes that other vendors made were handled and did not disrupt the flow of the reception. Amazing people.
I'm pretty sure we would not have gotten through the day without a coordinator! We worked with Kerri Hatter at LVL - she is absolutely amazing! Even our venue was impressed by her day-of timeline.
Before hiring a coordinator, we weren't sure we needed one, but it was the best decision! Kerry was so detailed and made sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. She is friendly, personable, and was even willing to let us borrow her personal belongings (a red wagon!) to make our day perfect!
Our parents, wedding party and officiant all appreciated her speedy rehearsal walk-through and the detailed timeline she handed out to everyone!

I was hesitant in hiring a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator, but it was one of the BEST things I did. Kimberly Roberts of LVL was so helpful to me in preparing our timeline, coordinating our vendors, and making the ceremony and reception flow just as I'd had it in my head since I was little. I couldn't have managed without her, in hindsight. She was always right there when I had a question and calmed me when I thought I might go crazy in the preparation phase. Not to mention - she had so mnay unique and fabulous ideas! Kim is a true gem to LVL!
Hiring Heather Hoesch with LVL Events as our wedding coordinator was by far the best decision we made. I do not know how I would have done it without and her team ...well okay, I would have been able to but I would have been a total mess with stress, a lot less organized and the day of would not have been as amazing as it was. She was with us every step of the way during planning and execution, always available if I had questions, to help me organize and make things happen. Definitely went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations! Because of her the "day of" and everything leading up to it went smooth and we were able to RELAX and ENJOY every minute of the day. Because of LVL we were able to enjoy planning the wedding.
I found LVL through a couple of my closest friends who also hired LVL for their weddings and had strongly recommended them. One wedding I was a guest and the other I was a bridesmaid. So I had experienced and seen LVL in action, I was very impressed. I have since referred LVL to my friends who are in the planning process.

I used Heather Hoesch from LVL events as our day-of coordinator. I can't even begin to tell you how great she was. First off, our venue we had picked for the reception went through a complete remodel and we did not discover this until 1 month before the wedding when we did a walk through with Heather. We were no longer going to be able to have our event where we had originally planned and it would need to be moved to another location on the same property. Heather handled it like she had been through this 1,000 times before and she was able to work around the issue and our wedding turned out even better than we had ever dreamed!
It sounds silly to say someone can be a fairy godmother, but I truly found that in Heather from LVL Events. Every time I would turn around, it was like "poof", everything is done. She made everything run seamlessly on our wedding day and ensured it was what we envisioned. I had a lot of DIY items for my wedding and had a clear vision of what I wanted. Heather set up everything perfectly and was genuinely happy doing it. I can say without a doubt in my mind that our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without Heather there. She is a very talented individual and treats your day as she would if it was her own.
We hired Lindsay for our "Day of the Event" coordinator. She also took care of printing our table numbers and escort cards. She coordinated all our vendors for the day and put together a timeline. They day of the wedding I never had to worry about anything. Lindsay handled the whole day and I had a wonderful time at my daughter's wedding. I highly recommend Lindsay Longacre at LVL Events!!
LVL offered a personal touch to our wedding. We hired Lindsay for the day of service. She was absolutely supportive on our wedding day to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. She made sure things ran like clockwork! Prior to the wedding she also worked with us to decide who the right vendors were. Because of the relationships that she had with other vendors we got better prices and knew we were getting quality & a strong reputation with those that we hired! She made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything. Would totally recommend a day of coordinator to any bride!
Heather from LVL was a dream come true. I honestly have no idea how I would have survived. We both have huge families (220 guests) and she was calm, creative and ON IT. No words can express how amazing she was to have that day. Thanks again, Heather!
We hired LVL Events as our day-of coordinator. Lindsay was fantastic in tailoring a package to suit our needs and had great advice in the planning stages. On the day of, she dealt with any issues as they arose, maintained a calm environment and was in control of the whole event - which is exactly what we wanted!
