dress I wanted. First of course I had to try on the dress I wanted then her suggestions. As other places just pulled dresses that didn't have anything I wanted, MT&C consultant only pulled what they had as what I wanted in a dress. Now torn between what I wanted and some other dress that were what I wanted. Tough decision but I went with my first instinct. Was very difficult as the other places were easy to turn down their selections. Alterations were amazing as well. They had to take the dress down several sizes to fit me 4 on top/ 6 on bottom and I'm short!!! Not a problem for their amazing seamstress! She even saved the not needed fabric for sentimental reasons. I loved her! She was going to make sure it fit just right and made sure it had a new loop for my dress to be held up while dancing. Super easy appointments to fit your needs. I'm absolutely glad I found this place.

and tried to get our dresses exchanged, but they said they couldn't (wouldn't) and that alterations would fix everything. Well, I wasted $250 on the dress plus $150 on alterations on a dress that never fit! Multiple bridesmaids ended up paying $150-$200 to get their wrong-sized dresses fixed, and even with alterations the dresses did not fit properly! The old woman was rude and dismissive to all our bridesmaids who called with these issues. If a garment doesn't fit in the shoulders/bodice then the dress won't fit. Mine was 2+ sizes too large and even though I called multiple times to ask for a different size, or speak to someone about my experience, they were shockingly rude and blamed me. They insisted I must have lost weight or that my measurements were wrong. Um, no, Madison Bridal just wants you to buy an oversized dress so you'll pay them even more for crappy alterations. Well, there was no way I could wear their crap down the aisle because it didn't nearly fit and looked awful. Since they didn't care to help us with the shoddy product they sent, I had to get a whole new dress. We went to Modern Brides. Go to Modern Brides instead!!!! Not only were they pleasant and helpful, they gave me THE SIZE I ASKED FOR. The size that fit me and my measurements right off the right rack with no alterations at all!! Like I'd told Madison originally, but of course they ignore the customer. Awful, rude people at Madison. Zero customer service. They don't care about their customers. Seriously, go to Modern Brides. 100000x better and you won't waste hundreds of dollars.

There were definitely a lot of measurement snafus but I think a lot of that comes with my bridesmaids being all over the country, having to get their measurements on their own and call them in and compare them to the measurements of the designer's dress so I wouldn't say that was their fault.

Up-charges for adding length was extremely reasonable. Payment was easy for my out of town bridesmaid. One of my bridesmaids loved her experience so much, she brought all of her bridesmaids here for her wedding. You can't beat the knowledge, selection, and service of these ladies!

I went to a few other bridal shoppes and none compared to the service I received at Madison Town & Country. My dress was perfect! Alterations are included in the prices which a great service. I liked that I did not have to worry about how much alterations would cost or having to find somewhere to take my dress. My dress looked amazing after the alterations and they kept it for me until the day before my wedding. They also give a discount on Bridesmaid dresses if you purchase your gown there. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Savannah is truly a professional and understands how to take into account personal taste/style and body shape and translate them into the perfect gown. We also ordered our Bridesmaids' dresses from them and they gave us a discount because I had already purchased my dress from them. These ladies are the ultimate professionals and know exactly how to make the hardest decisions seem so simple!

section. I showed Kelsey some pictures of what I was looking for, and she was able to pick out some that were very similar to what I wanted. She also recommended a few dresses for to try on for variety. By about the 5th dress, I had found "The One". I had set up an appointment for the initial fitting, and from the time I bought the dress to the fitting, they would call and check up on me, and make sure everything was still going well. The alterations lady was great. The whole process was quick and easy. And when I came back for the final fitting, everything fit perfectly. I was a very happy bride :)

so she pulled a few different styles to help me find the one I liked best. It only took a few dresses after that to find my Maggie Sottero dream dress. Not only did I find my wedding dress here, I also found the perfect reception dress by Watters. I am getting complimentary alterations on my wedding gown which is a huge savings, because another place quoted me $800 in alterations alone. Not only are they saving me money in alterations, my bridesmaids get 20% off their dress. They also have wonderful flower girl dresses to choose from. I couldn't believe it, no other place has such a great selection and does so much to help you. They make it all such a wonderful experience, I am going with my mom in a few weeks to pick out her dress. For my mom they have an entire room of dresses for her to try on, instead of having to look at a book and order from there, which I have never had work out well. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants great quality dresses for their bridal party, that doesn't break the bank.

I was pleased to find out that the alterations on my wedding dress were complimentary. That was something I was surprised by as the other shops I went to did not offer that service for free. I have purchased my dress and my bridesmaids from them and will be soon having my first fitting! I recommend them because of their friendliness and willingness to help. They had a great selection and the prices were not over the top. Very happy I decided to try them out.

I say this to note that most shops only get dresses in sizes 10+, and you have to guess how you'll look in your size, but they actually had my size already! This was important, because I only had a 3 month engagement period, which isn't typically long enough to order a dress and have it altered. The price was great, they showed me dresses only in my price range, and the alterations/bustling were free with the purchase of the dress. The steamed it beautifully, and were patient with me through multiple fittings to make sure my accessories all matched the dress. The staff even helped me with a last-minute emergency finding a shawl that matched the dress. They are so willing to help you there and very professional to work with. I have heard some bad experiences from brides who went to OTHER shops in town, and I'm so glad I went with MT&C because I had a great experience! I highly recommend going here first!
