day of my appointment I was greeted by Alexis who was very warm and welcoming. We washed our hands, got a tour, and very quickly dove into the process. My mom and I picked put a few dresses and we even had Alexis pick a few as well. Within half an hour I had found my dream dress! Alexis was so kind and supportive the whole time. There was no pressure to purchase that day even though we did! The paper work was quick and easy as well. They also had veil and accessory options there which are beautiful. I cannot wait for my dress to come in so I can try it on again in my size and see Alexis again!

I was nervous going in that the staff would be pushy or judgemental, but they were not at all. In fact, it was the friendliest service I had gotten. They even put the dress on a brief hold so I could get there to try it (it was the only one of its kind since it was a sample sale). With the savings I was able to bring it to a top-notch tailer! So all in all, don't write them off if you're on a budget, just keep checking back!

Each was beautiful, but Pamela patiently helped me figure out which look I would be more comfortable in on my wedding day (one being a little more sexy and the other more conservative). She even was able to arrange for one of the dresses in a slightly different variation (different fabric and belting) to be brought in from another one of their stores so that I could try on the two perfect dresses side by side. After being able to spend time in both dresses, it was clear which dress was the winner! Pamela was amazing in helping me talk through what I liked about each dress and how I ultimately wanted to feel on my wedding day. a wide selection for every budget. The stores relationship with designers is unique in that some designers allow customization to add or take away from their dresses. I chose this route with a designer and was able to create just the dress I had in mind. I would definitely recommend this store to any bride-to-be!

exactly my experience. I had a group of 6 people who tagged along with me and we had our own area of the boutique that was private yet spacious. My bridal consultant, Kaitlin, helped me get in and out of every dress and pinned them so that I could see exactly how it would look on me. I didn't feel pressured to pick one of their dresses but the first one I tried on ended up being the one. They had a great selection of all different types of dresses and were very reasonably priced. I would encourage everyone to make an appointment and visit Maggi Bridal while dress shopping!

look through in such an elegant, uplifting, yet not uncomfortable space. I got there with some of my bridesmaids, my mom, and some other ladies and we spent 3-4 hours there. The dress selection was amazing - everyone found something (or multiple things) that they loved for me or for themselves. I was lucky enough to be able to walk around the store in the dresses I tried on and each fitting room is lovely and has it's own personality. I spent the most time in the back fitting room with the runway, because, well it's a runway and I'm in a beautiful wedding gown. My second favorite it on the other side with the tri-mirror. Also, let me say, as a plus-size bride that went to other stores - Amy the absolute BEST at clipping me in. I never once popped out of the clips even as I twirled, sashayed, and sat down. I ended up buying a dress from Maggi, as well as two hair accessories, a necklace, and a braclet - they have crazy good deals on jewelery when there is a sale! The staff at Maggi go above and beyond to give brides an experience that will make them feel like a princess at attainable prices!

She was patient, helpful, and truly listened to any feedback or concerns I provided. I only had family in town for a few hours and couldn't make a choice within that time frame. Thankfully, Lauryn was able to move some appointments around and fit me in for the following weekend where I tried on my narrowed down choices. She helped make that decision-making moment special, and possible!

Then, after the appointment, both Ann and Amy worked hard with the designer to ensure that I would get the dress exactly the way I wanted. I do really feel like I will look amazing on THE day, even though I lost hope on that while dress-shopping at other bridal stores.

utiful. She listened to exactly what I wanted, but also took into consideration what the people I brought wanted to see. I ended up saying "yes" to the dress that day. Maggi Bridal also altered my dress! Boy did they have work cut out for them. We ordered my dress two sizes bigger for the bust, but then I ended up losing a bit of weight, so they had some major alterations to do. The dress came out absolutely perfect and looked like it was made just for me. They held on to the dress until the day before the wedding which was a huge help and my husband and I already lived together and I didn't want him to see the dress. Everyone that I worked with a Maggi Bridal was awesome! Highly recommend!

When the worst happened, and AA went bankrupt and my dress was not going to arrive, they went above and beyond to help me find an alternate that they then cut and reformed to be similar to the original dress I had ordered. The end result was beautiful and fit perfectly, I got so many compliments on it and it truly is one of a kind! Thank you to Victoria, Sharon, and the rest of the staff for all your help!

l oriented. I was so let down. The consultant who answered the door was visibly annoyed that we were 3 minutes early and that “we would have to wait as they finished another appointment” - which was fine. The appointment ran approximately 20 minutes over during which time no one spoke to us or acknowledged us. When our consultant finally came to us in the waiting area she was rude, cold and condescending. She reminded us that our appointment window was strict but she “would give us some extra time since we didn’t start on time”. Now, when I called to make my appointment they asked me about the sizes I wore in regular clothes as to estimate my size in bridal - which I gave them - and nothing else was said about it. The consultant pulled dresses and said that she thought that I might be able to “get into” these even though they were nothing like what we had discussed over the phone. I’m a large chested girl. I get it. Things that I try on are going to be a challenge in the bridal world but there was literally nothing in the whole store that was even “try-able”. That’s fine, I get it. But this could have been avoided over the phone. Plain and simple. Don’t have me drive an hour to the place and then treat me like crap because you know there’s “nothing for me” there. I could not get out of there fast enough as she made some half hearted excuses about being a small store and whatnot. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I wish I could more accurately describe her disposition and attitude towards us but I wouldn’t suggest anyone who is not a straight size ever going here. I was mortified and got the clear message that I wasn’t welcome or wanted there.

These ladies really know how to make a gal feel special! :) The attention and atmosphere at Maggi bridal was wonderful compared to the other stores I visited when looking for my dress, not to mention the selection at Maggi Bridal was a much better fit for me. It felt like a very private experience as well, since we had our own sitting area in the store where I could try on the dresses on a small pedestal. I was able to pull a few dresses that caught my eye and Victoria also chose some that she thought matched my vision/personality. I was originally torn between a few of the dresses. Victoria was super patient and helped me talk through my likes/dislikes about each dress. She helped me narrow my options down. I went to my initial appointment alone, so I needed to go home and think about it, and Victoria was very understanding. I went back to the boutique with a few people and everyone loved the dress that Victoria helped me pick out! It was such an amazing feeling. I'm happy to say that I found my dream dress at Maggi's! Victoria has been responsive through emails and patient with all of my questions.

Well, the first one I tried on was the one Kaitlin suggested, and as soon as I saw myself in it and my group's reaction, I knew it was the one! I cried, my mom cried, we all cried. Kaitlin let me walk around in it and check it out in different lighting, and was very helpful with discussing any alterations - I wanted an open back, and even though the dress had a sheer lace layer across the back, she said it could be ordered with the open back and showed us pictures of what it would look like. Kaitlin had an answer to every question, and was extremely thorough. She was never pushy and never pressured me into the dress. I even tried on the other five my group and I had picked out just to be sure. We ended up ordering the first dress I tried on. their contracts are very clear and straightforward. Maggi Bridal and Kaitlin have remained in contact with me, checking in and letting me know the arrival date of my dress. I even got a cute little bridal goodie bag to take home with me! Overall I had an amazing experience, and I wouldn't change a thing! I would tell anyone and everyone to go there, I loved everything about my time at Maggi. I look back on that day and can't help but smile!

Kaitlin was so attentive and really in tune with what I liked and what I was looking for. Let's just say that the salons I went to between appointments left me antsy for my return to Maggi. I was SO HAPPY to be back and shed the awkwardness from other places. hill from here. I had ordered my gown and made plans to make a custom, long sleeves bollero to wear overtop of my gown for the ceremony and formal part of the reception. Initially when we starting the bollero process, the woman we worked with went in the back and said the number that was provided to her was that the jacket was going to be "around $200 with labor and materials". We paid closer to $600 and had a terrible experience the rest of the way. My first appointment was changed after 3 confirmation emails/calls because "there were other priorities that needed taken care of before mine". The materials for my jacket came in later than expected and my appointment was pushed again (understandable - there's no reason for me to come in if the materials aren't there). To make an extremely long and annoying story short, I never felt like I was getting the unique, personalized experience you're supposed to get while going through this process. I never had a consistent consultant to work with who knew what was going on with my dress, appointments always started 10-15 minutes after they were supposed to and the whole team tries to keep a bubbly attitude to make it seem like the experience you're receiving isn't as terrible as you think it would be. The custom jacket that we paid for has lace hanging off and ripped seams and they did not even press my dress before giving it to me "because I was traveling and it was going to get wrinkled again." If you go here to find your dress - it'll be fun and you get a goodie bag. I would NEVER recommend to go back for the alteration process.

had originally wanted a ball gown type dress because I wanted to hide my mid section, but my sister really wanted me to try a mermaid beaded gown and I refused because I already made the assumption that I just didn't have the body to pull it off. Well Nicole decided to appease my sister but also listen to my concerns and brought me a Justin Alexander mermaid gown and it was absolutely perfect! I have a very disproportionate body where all my weight sits in my midsection, well this dress didn't even show it and it made everything look smooth and flat. I fell in love with it instantly and didn't want to get out of it. I just picked up my dress yesterday and I forgot how amazing it looks and couldn't be happier with the dress and service. You will not be disappointed!!

This was the first store I went to and by far they were the best! I am so glad that I bought my dress from this store and I'm happy to say that I am a Maggi Bridal Bride. I recommend this store to any and every bride to be.

We pulled 10 or so dresses, and were taken to a very intimate dressing area. My friends had lots of comfortable seating options and a great viewing area. Bethany made me feel very comfortable and helped me into all the dresses, telling me things about the dresses that had drawn me to them. The very first one (Bethany actually picked it out for me) was my dress. I continued to try on the others, but I knew I felt different in the first dress. I received a 10% discount for purchasing the dress on the same day, but honestly, the discount didn't sway me. We were allowed to come back later in the day so that my future MiL could see the dress for final approval. Katelyn worked with us for this appointment and she was just as much help and fun as Bethany had been. I would definitely recommend Maggi to any other bride, especially if you have a history of anxiety or indecisiveness!

My mother and I thought it would be good to just try on dresses "for fun". From the moment we walked into the boutique we were treated like the only customers in the shop. Kaitlin, my bridal consultant was a great listener and gave such great advice when trying on wedding dresses. The first dress I saw in the store and tried on ended up being my dream dress from the very beginning, it was everything I had ever imagined. Kaitlin was so patient, even when I kept trying on other dresses and finally realized that the first gown was the one. I didn't know such a perfect dress existed for me! I wouldn't dream going anywhere else to buy my wedding dress, the prices were incomparable (especially compared to Nashville), and the quality and perfect dress experience was all there.
