ick almost a year to the day before our wedding and even that far out we came up with a tentative timeline and he helped us plan accordingly for the entire day. Originally we weren't planning on having a first look but then when Rick broke down the day and told us that we would miss the majority of our cocktail hour we decided it was the bet to do one. He also made sure it was private and that nobody else was around so we could have our "moment." Speaking of moments, him and his team (4 in total) caught every single moment possible. The ones you remember and even more importantly, the ones you don't even know are happening. There aren't enough stars available on google to give. Thank you Rick & crew, you are the best!

Every picture told it's own story and between the music and mixture of posed & candid shots, our wedding film surpassed all of our expectations. We will be forever grateful for the artistry & dedication that they put into their work in order to create memories that we will cherish forever.

e got were overwhelming with how great the photos turned out. Rick was always there to answer any questions we had during the planning process as well as prioritized all our wants and needs as far as different shots. During the reception we had the team taking as many photos as they could for us which was exactly what we wanted to remember our special day. Can not thank them enough!!

now he is past this now and back to work full throttle...we had a teaser photo gallery of about 75 images the next morning & a teaser video within a week...not to mention our guests were WOW'ed by our Same Day Edit! We got our online gallery and digital video download links very quickly...we are still waiting on our albums but they were designed and ordered so they just have to arrive from Europe...we can't wait!

Now on to the work, the photos were the cleanest, prettiest photos I have ever seen. There are so many different styles between light & airy to dark & moody and Rick has his team hit the nail on the head and got the perfect mix of everything. And there isn't much to say about the cinematography except the fact that my husband & I look like the stars of our very own movie...thank you times a million!!!!

d the most amazing job throughout my entire wedding day! The ay was filled with laughter and most importantly they kept us on track with timing. I received my Instagram teaser a week after the wedding and everyone was astonished by the story they could tell in such a short amount of time. Once the final video came I knew it would be outstanding and even that is an understatement! Please don't pass on getting a wedding film and if you do get one Majestic Creative is who to hire!

e my husband and I met with him! I even brought up some of the negative reviews I had seen and Rick had been so honest and humble about them. I couldn't help but trust his him and appreciate his authenticity and I am SO SO very glad that I did. Rick came all the way into NYC to meet with us directly to go over the packages and what we wanted. We worked with Majestic for Videography, Photography and our Photo Booth. Rick checked in with us over the course of the year, put us in touch with our Photographer so that we can get familiar with him through an engagement shoot, finalized a timeline prior to the big day and was prompt! All day, the whole team followed us with expert precision and made sure they spared no moment... they even sent us a few shots that they edited on the spot. We are so blown away and can't wait to see the rest of them and the teaser video!

e who completely disappointed me. On our very first meeting I had told Rick his main job was to get an awesome shot of our first dance. My husband and I did one of those silly first dances that we had practiced and had gone to lessons for. Rick was also aware that he was the ONLY person who knew of this surprise first dance for our families. After harassing him to give us our videos I was completely shocked that you could barely see our bodies!!! The shots were from the waist up the entire dance!!! :( You even see Rick run to the front of the dance floor because he realized what was happening. When Rick had an opportunity to rectify my disappointment he responded as so: "As far as your first dance goes, we have a tight shot and a medium shot. The same way we shoot every other first dance. Yes there will be times when you aren't in the frame but that's when it cuts to another angle. " Yea, Rick, its totally fine you shot my dance the same as everyone else... The other huge issue I had was how often I had to contact him to get updates on when my video would be finished. Multiple times he had excuses for his absentness including: "Sorry I have a newborn at home" "Sorry at the doctor with my wife" "Hey I left it[our video] uploading overnight. Vimeo reset at 12 last night I thought it was afternoon" "I am at the dentist now" I reject all of these excuses. As far as me asking you to remind me to give you the video [which he did and I thought that was very unprofessional]...all I asked was if you could text me the next day when my editor was back in since you asked me to deliver one specific thing the dance. I never asked you to remind me to give you the video. As far as payment goes you are right, you guys were very prompt and paid everything when it was supposed to be paid. I did get paid in full but not cash, it was a check but that's totally fine, I didn't ask for cash nor do I push for cash so I don't mind that at all. I am not here to go tit for tat and I am sorry you feel the way you do, I truly am. " Then he offered to make me another BluRay copy of our video because, to no surprise, our copy didn't play in multiple players we tried. Only the standard DVDs played. I am not sure how this man plans to continue to run a business like this. He even lied to me about having to contact our band to get the music because our band didn't have a hook up for the video feed. OUR VIDEO HAS NO MUSIC FROM OUR BAND! Just to recap: This videographer is highly unprofessional and needs more staff. He lies about timing and editing. He talks way too much about his personal life ( we all have lives, Rick). Our wedding day was 10/24/15 we received our video 10/2/16. If you don't mid harassing someone for your product and waiting a year for it then this is your videographer! P.S. He also spelt my name wrong and I had to correct him.

would do anything in his power to make it incredible for the wedding! The day of the wedding they took control and got so unbelievably creative it was great! I cannot wait to see the final product of our video. :) A+ in my book! Highly recommended!

roduct, so we signed with him right away. A few weeks before the wedding, Rick contacted us to solidify schedule and locations, and on the day of our wedding, his crew arrived exactly on time. We loved the guys' energy and ideas. They knew exactly what to shoot, and when to shoot it, and were helping make a high-pressured day light and stress-free. A few jokes and tips from one of the guys on how the bride should hold her dress (because, let's be honest, he has seen it a million times before), were beyond helpful and much appreciated :) They were just a happy bunch, and worked diligently. Although we haven't received the final product yet, we're very much looking forward to it!
