Marylee stood out without question because she is so knowledgeable, supportive, responsible, professional, and easy to work with. Most importantly, she is the first planner I talked to that cared about what I think & what I want for my day, not how everybody else wanted/was doing. She always replied to emails so promptly & answered all my questions big and small. She knows everybody in the industry & really helped me save a lot of time and energy searching for vendors I could trust & work well with for the big day (planning a wedding with family far away& working full time was hard). Their day-of coordination services begin with a planning meeting early on in the process to help you think through everything needed well in advance and set you up for success if you're planning your own wedding! Katie F. was my day-of lead coordinator and was such a joy to have around in the final venue walkthrough, rehearsal, and wedding day. She is cheery, helpful, and organized. She took the reins at the rehearsal to make sure everyone was on time during the processional (quite a feat with our song choice!!), and during wedding day somehow managed to be everywhere at once behind-the-scenes so that I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. It is so, so comforting to be able to leave all your hard work and months of planning in this team's capable hands and see the day you've dreamed about come to life!! Highly recommend!

Being from out of state it was SO helpful to rent décor from MME and have her team handle some of the florals of my wedding too so that I didn't have to purchase and transport.
On the day of our wedding Marylee was calm, concise and on top of it. We had audio issues that resulted in timeline problems with our DJ and our venue fell short of what we expected from them, but Marylee handled everything given the situation and made sure that Plan B for our day was executed and no one noticed anything wrong.

out Marylee that drew me in and i’m so thankful it did. She always answered my questions via email within a few hours. In addition, I forgot all about cake flowers until the week before and she was able to quickly add that on. However the day of the wedding is where she truly shined though. We had originally planned a nice outdoor wedding with beautiful fountain florals, but a few days before we saw it was going to thunderstorm and we had to change plans. She then put those flowers into other things the day of to make them look even better. The day of I could truly tell she did everything she could to try and get my wedding to be outside like we had planned for for an entire year. Unfortunately the weather didn’t hold up and we had to go with our backup option of underneath our tent. She and her team were able to quickly take everything down outside and set everything back up under the tent and as if that weren’t enough to deal with they also had to deal with the flash flood that happened under the tent with the rain literally right before the ceremony. I can honestly say that I don’t think anyone else would have succeeded with how much she was able to do for me and my husband that day. I will be recommending her to all my friends who need a wedding planner in the future.

Anytime we had a question, even if it had to be repeated because we forgot the answer, she was always patient with us and extremely quick with responses or anything we needed. Her guidance in our most stressful moments in the planning process was extremely comforting and so, so helpful. The florals she put together for us and consulted us on were P E R F E C T !!! They were a great price too. Everything was so beautifully matched together and arranged, I still cannot get over my gorgeous bouquet. And as for Katie?? What can I say about her except for WOW! I cannot believe how she was seemingly in all places at all times we needed her on our wedding day. She kept everything running incredibly smoothly, was patient with ourselves and our guests, and despite inevitable hiccups in the night made sure that the brides focused on the most important thing - Celebrating our wedding! And Katie getting our meal plates to us before the mingling began and we completely lost track of the time?? Holy cow - absolute game changer. e best decisions we made! First of all, Marylee and Andrea (the planner we worked with) have the most calming presence. They are incredibly sweet and also know exactly what they are doing. Every time I met with them, for floral consultation, final venue walk through, and rehearsal, I immediately felt at ease. Marylee did my florals and I was truly BLOWN AWAY. I had no idea what I wanted, but through her guided questions, we were able to brain storm the perfect bouquets and floral pieces for our wedding (not to mention her price was way better than all competitors!!!) Once our walk through and rehearsal came along, Andrea took care of all the details. Even when rain was forecasted for our wedding day, she coordinated everything and the ceremony was even more beautiful inside than it would have been outside. We went with the Month Of Planning-Level 2 package since our wedding was on the smaller size. Our coordinator Katie was phenomenal!! There were a lot of nerves going into our wedding day since it was an outdoor ceremony and there was a high chance of rain. We really wanted to have our ceremony outside and Katie went out of her way to make sure our dreams came true. She ran around in the rain directing people, drying chairs and keeping the whole thing running smoothly. The rain stopped right on time for our ceremony and a small part of me swears she made sure it would. She is a force of nature!! On top of all that she also set up the florals and decor for our reception. She truly made our vision come to life. Soft candles, white flowers and greenery-it felt like we were walking into a spa. Our guests still talk about it! Katie made sure we were happy and stress free at every turn on our big day.

nce a couple to choose any vendor for their wedding, it’d be Marylee Marmer Events. In fact, before our wedding even happened, I convinced a friend of mine who is engaged to book with them! Working with Marylee and Andrea was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. We ended up working with them for two years because we had postponed our wedding due to COVID.
In that time, they were our advocates when we needed them and they gave us advice when we asked for it. There are so many little decisions you’ll make when it comes to wedding planning that it’s helpful to have someone in your corner who’s done this before. Andrea and Marylee were so kind but also gave us confidence they would deal with any issues as they came up. They absolutely delivered. Andrea and Marylee truly put us at ease and they know how to get sh*t done. That’s exactly when anyone needs in a planner or coordinator. Andrea coordinated on the day of our wedding and completely rocked it. Everyone commented about how on top of it she was. We couldn’t agree more. From working with her up until our day, we knew she would be amazing.
Are you also thinking about florals? We originally shopped around at different places for flowers and ended up booking Marylee for florals too. Not only was it convenient, Marylee gave us the fairest price and she is so skilled at what she does. Marylee put no pressure on us to book with her but at the end of the day, it was totally the right call. My flowers came out GORGEOUS. They were better than I could have imagined (and believe me, I sent her about 1,000 Pinterest pictures). She took it all in stride, and everything was beautiful.

More changes were made to the logistics and the layout of the wedding the week of than I had ever anticipated, and Shelby helped to not only guide me through the process, but also offload the communication with the venue and the rest of my vendors. From troubleshooting and successfully avoiding a potential transportation fiasco, fixing the maid of honor’s dress, getting a sick guest home, keeping us on a timeline, and reminding me to eat all with grace and a smile on her face, she was the perfect go to person. After everything was said and done, Marylee and Jaclyn made sure to save a forgotten hanky and brooch (memories of lost loved ones,) to mail back to me in Washington knowing how important those items were to me.
