Her spreadsheets, timelines, design deck, and online portal kept us afloat through a stressful year of planning. On the wedding weekend, everything went off without a hitch because of her meticulous minute-by-minute planning. Every single detail was fine-tuned beforehand, and all we had to do was show up and let everything happen around us. I totally underestimated how much work planning a destination wedding is, but Megan made it SO much easier. She has a previous background in engineering and it shows! She thinks of issues and resolves them before they even become issues. Megan is so experienced in her field and has great recommendations for vendors that would best fit your wedding and budget. Megan was always on top of setting up meetings with us to plan our wedding, responded to emails promptly, and was always pleasant and easy to get along with. She is detail oriented but never made us feel overwhelmed during the wedding planning process. If we didn't know something, she gave us the tools to help us make an informed decision. The Aisle Planner software that she and the client use breaks up the work into manageable sections and is easy to use. It also helps to keep you and the planner on the same page with what is getting done and whose responsibility it is. After one phone call with Megan we were totally sold on booking her. And it was by far the best money we spent on our wedding! We got so many compliments from our parents, wedding guests, other vendors, etc. on our choice of wedding planner. Everyone could tell just from observing Megan work that she is organized and had everything under control! She helped us plan our dream wedding and we could not have done it without her! I am usually a very organized and detail oriented person but when it came to our wedding I had no idea where to begin and knew that we could not plan this on our own. Megan guided us through the entire process and provided suggestions for each of our vendors. One of the things I loved about Megan was that she was actually based in Santa Barbara. The other planners we had reached out to were all located in Los Angeles county and lacked the knowledge that Megan had of the area. Megan helped make our dream wedding a reality. She helped us create a mood board for what we wanted out of our day and brought it to life. We felt like Megan really understood our vision and did not force us to add anything we did not want. I cannot recommend Megan and her team enough. Our day would not have been possible without her.

She did so much heavy lifting to make that process smooth for us, and helped out when we didn't know the right avenue. She was incredibly organized, professional, and helpful. There were many times I said here's what I want and she said ok, you can do that - here are your considerations. Many times I changed my mind based on her feedback of what the consequences would be. That's the type of planner you need - you have no clue what you don't know, but she does. She's so thorough and things don't fall through the cracks because she makes sure you follow through with whatever. I had the best time working with her, and I cannot recommend her enough. When it got nearly to the finish line, she took over all communication with my vendor team. She made it so easy to just show up. I also had a large bridal party - 11 on each side, plus a jr bridesmaid, 2 flower girls and a ring bearer. To manage a semi rowdy group like that all day is a lot, and she did a fantastic job. There weren't any hiccups on the wedding day, or if there were, I wasn't aware. It was perfect. Megan is so responsive, professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. She's a great person and was so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her - do yourself a favor and look no further.
