Tommy and his team did an amazing job on the videos of my daughter's wedding. The communication was great, the price fair, and the finished product exceptional! This is truly a top notch vendor that I would highly recommend. The videos bring tears to my eyes every time I watch them. The finished products not only include an amazing highlight video, but also a longer version with the full ceremony and even more highlights. They captured such special moments so well. They even went above and beyond at the very last minute to live stream the wedding for us due to unforeseen circumstances that arose - it too was very high quality with microphones on the groom and the pastor. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Memories Made!

We decided to have videography for our wedding much later in the planning process than most of the other planning we did for booking vendors. I was on the fence for a long time, ultimately, we decided to go for it. As we were later in the planning, I didn't have a big budget to allot. Many videographers (as with any other vendors) have astronomical prices. I found Memories Made via The Knot and I always appreciate it when vendors are transparent and list their prices on their website! We selected a package that worked for us and communicated with Tommy throughout the process. Tommy is very friendly. The reason for deducting one star is mostly due to communication. When I was interviewing Tommy before booking, I noticed they are listed for two states so that was concerning because I didn't know if they'd be available for my wedding in CA. He assured me they operate in both states. However, it was not communicated to us that we'd have someone else as the videographer the day of our wedding. I feel bad that I cannot remember the name of our videographer because I was only introduced on the day of the wedding and there was so much else happening that day. We had a winter wedding at night so the lighting isn't great, and I feel that slightly impacted the video quality (that's not so much a knock on them, I knew that was a possibility having a wedding at night in December). Additionally, there wasn't much communication after the wedding as far as the timeline for receiving our videos (in the end, it took a few months). I was as understanding as possible, knowing our wedding was around the holidays and the ongoing pandemic impacts, I only wish there was a little more communication. I am happy with the outcome of the videos and being able to choose the songs featured in our video for that extra personal touch. Because the process took a little longer, Tommy was very accommodating at providing some extra footage we requested. I think their main homebase is in Kansas, perhaps it would be better suited for couples booking there. Overall, I'd still recommend working with them as long as specific details are discussed when booking and leading up to the wedding.

Tommy with Memories Made was wonderful. He was prompt to answer questions, and get back to us with any concerns that we might have. We love our finished product and thought the price point was excellent -- probably one of the best values for our money we spent on the whole event.

I am so so so thrilled that we picked Memories Made to be our videographer. For a while, we weren't even sure we were going to hire a videographer, but I am so glad we did. One reason we picked Memories Made is because it seemed like we got more for our money than other companies. Tommy and Janet were wonderful to work with, and they do great work! Andre was our actual videographer the day of, and he was FANTASTIC. He was kind, a great communicator, and got some amazing footage. He did whatever he needed to do to get the best shot. I cried watching our wedding video, and I'll treasure it forever!

After all the research on vendors, I am thankful we chose Memories Made! The team was wonderful to work with and made the process so easy for us. I purchased package 4 with the drone footage for our wedding and I am just in aw over the footage. The highlight video and documentary video are absolutely breathtaking! They captured all the special moments and made this beautiful piece that our family can treasure for a lifetime. The day felt like it went by so fast and I feel like I missed so much so having these videos is such a blessing. They are so beautiful and I just can’t stop watching them. Turnaround time was 6 weeks, just one week longer than Tommy had promised but it was so WORTH THE WAIT!!! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Thank you!

We hired Memories Made to video our daughters December wedding. Due to Covid, we downsized everything to just immediate family. Memories Made captured every special moment of this intimate wedding ceremony, as well as the “surprise” car parade that took place in the venue parking lot after. I contacted Memories Made last minute after deciding we did want a wedding video. They were so easy to work with and were willing to work with our budget which we appreciated very much! We love our video!!!

Video was the last thing on our list IF budget allowed. We contacted Memories Made and after talking with Tommy and working out a great package within our budget we were all set. Still didn't really know what to expect but Tommy was great in communicating promptly and answering every question we had. On the day of, he showed up early, said hi, and got right to work. Didn't notice him all day which was great as we were hesitant to have a camera in our face all day. When we saw our videos, OH MY GOSH!!!! Tears were streaming down my face, even more than on the wedding day! Maybe it was the music, listening to our vows again, and watching the emotion our families were showing was amazing! These were things we didn't catch on the wedding day. We received our wedding videos 32 days after our wedding which was a huge plus! Would hire them in a heartbeat and am already recommending them to everyone that asks!

I am absolutely in love with our wedding video! These guys were amazing. The audio is on point and the angles, which we did not make easy on them, were perfect. The truly captured not only the look of our wedding but the feel as well! Hands down I would hire Tommy again and again. Very professional in all aspects of working with them before and day of for our wedding! I just wish I had a good excuse to have another big event they could capture.
