re not fitted right. Unfortunate, due to the circumstances of him not being able to try them on, first. So, perhaps it's part consumer error - but it's still left a rather sour taste for us. The groomsmen used Men's Wearhouse as well, and their suits were fine except for one other who's pants did not fit correctly, I should add. We will not be recommending or using them again, at least not for an event as important as a wedding.

the country could go and be fitted/pick up/ drop off at whatever location was convenient for them. We even had a groomsmen living in a different country who sent us his measurements and they were able to get the right sizes for him with no issues! They use an online tool to track the status of each groomsmen’s order so the bride and groom get updated as each groomsmen is fitted, when they pick their tux up and when they return it. The tuxes were in almost 1-2 weeks early in some cases which left plenty of time for the groomsmen to try it on and have any necessary adjustments made. When my husband picked his up they were able to lengthen his jacket sleeve within 15 minutes! The suits looked great on the guys and weren’t tattered and didn’t look like they had been worn a 100 times. If I had to choose again I would choose Men’s Warehouse.
looked great but service there wasn't the best. When people went in to get fitted under husbands name notes were taken wrong.
There suits were good for a chain store. They looked nice, I was worried because you often hear horror stories about things going wrong, but I had not complaints.
