For my wedding entrance, I really wanted a Harry Potter themed song to be played as I walked out and had a small snippet I had found online, but was worried it wasn’t long enough or that it wouldn’t work out. We really enjoyed his musical skill and diversity- encores were requested and he was gracious. We didn’t want a dance floor, but did want to have a first dance. At our request, he quickly learned our song choice and was able to play the voice-over of its artist while accompanying on his piano. He was also able to provide a wireless mic, stand and speaker for our ceremony at last minute request. I would not hesitate to hire him again and enthusiastically give him a 5 star review! 2 weeks before the event, with at least 10 songs that weren’t in his repertoire, and he was able to learn and perform them to a level of natural perfection. We received so many compliments about him including “the best pianist I’ve ever heard live” and “I wish I could hear him every day”! The transitions between songs were seamless, even on the fly when the ceremony processional went quicker than expected. Mikhail’s talent and demeanor greatly elevated the experience for us and our guests!
