They provided us with 10 beautiful tables, elegant tablecloths, and perfectly coordinated napkins that made the entire setup look stunning.
The utensils and wine glasses they provided were of excellent quality, and the centerpieces were gorgeous—adding that extra special touch we were looking for. Everything was delivered on time too!
They helped bring our vision to life. We received many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything looked ;)

We love having Mimi's Party Palace. They did such a grear job executing our vision for a wedding. They decorated every little detail, pivoted when needed, and had drinks ready for us at every turn.
Nataly came up with a a fun trivia game to entertain guests while waiting for the dinner. It got guests going and started the night with fun.
Her team was professional and catered to our needs. They tear down on time and everything went on without an issue.

We highly recommend Mimi's Party Palace for your wedding needs. We used their services for WDOC and team, bartender service, DJ service, and rentals. We were extremely pleased with their INCREDIBLE service. Nataly, the WDOC in particular went above and beyond what we were looking for. She was very personable and made sure the day ran as expected. Her willingness to connect with our guests made it feel like she was part of our family celebrating our big day. Even the little details that were low on the list for us, were a top priority for Nataly and her team and everything was done above our expectations. Utilizing Mimi's Party Palace for all their services was also very helpful for us, having to work with fewer people. We highly recommend Mimi's Party Palace and their services to all.
I met Nataly at a wedding years ago and knew she had to be our planner/coordinator. We can not express enough of how much we love her and her team!! We recently used Mimi’s for our wedding and the entire process— from booking to delivery— was seamless, thanks to their professional and friendly staff. They even went out of their way to order Chinese lanterns in custom colors (though we ended up not using them in the end). Highly recommend Mimi’s for anyone in need of party rentals! They are awesome.
We learned about Mimi's from the wedding of our nephew where they did a beautiful job. We were in need of help with decorating for our daughter's wedding that took place in Georgetown at The Milestone. Mimi's staff was very professional and courteous as well as creative. All of the decor for the wedding sparkled and was fabulous! Highly recommend them for weddings, parties and galas!
As a couple who had a very limited budget for wedding/wedding decor, we are immensely grateful to have worked with Mimi's Party Palace for our arch and centerpieces. Mimi's portrayed our vision exactly the way we had requested beautifully and all within our budget. We truly could not have picked a better team to work with. The team were easy to communicate with and sincerely made our special day so beautiful.
From the first phone call till when we left the venue on our renewal day everything was awesome! Nataly and the whole team from the assistants to the catering to the photographer was spectacular! Weddings are a blessing, but also stressful, especially for the Mother of the Bride!! MiMi’s Party Palace was listed on our venue’s “preferred vendor list” for their Bartending services. Their pricing and services provided were the most reasonable and complete I had found. I was having trouble finding a caterer that met the criteria for a very difficult-to-work-with venue. Although MiMi’s wasn’t available to cater, Nataly provided me with solutions! She referred me to a caterer who would just deliver the food, and then MiMi’s HOSPITALITY CREW would take care of the rest. The venue also required a “day of coordinator” and Nataly offered her services (most reasonable pricing of anyone I had spoken with). This was the BEST DECISION we ever made. Our wedding was at the Church and while at the ceremony, I was able to rely on Nataly, the bartender and her Hospitality Crew to completely take care of the reception venue!!
What seemed laborious work at first—completing MiMi’s form for how we wanted the reception to look, who would provide what services, and every little detail---this was a Godsend. I was organized and had all my supplies a couple of weeks before the reception, because the “FORM” forced me to prepare early!! This allowed me to have a more enjoyable “wedding week” with a lot less stress.
I dropped off my supplies at the venue and then had to place ALL MY TRUST in MiMi’s to have the reception ready to go while we were at the Church Ceremony. READY doesn’t even describe how the reception looked when the wedding party arrived. We already had guests at the reception before we arrived. IT LOOKED AMAZING!! MiMi’s had all the tables decorated, had worked with the caterer and DJ, and then her CREW took over. They served, they cleaned, they anticipated needs throughout the night. The bride and groom were personally taken care of by Nataly, making sure they were personally served throughout the evening. They knew the immediate families of the bride and groom and likewise, served us personally (we had a buffet for the guests).
As the MOM, I never had to worry about anything the entire evening. The Venue requires the caterer, or in our case, the Hospitality Crew, to do all the cleaning and removal of personal items. We received our full venue deposit back because everything was left PERFECT. (The venue would fine us if we left ANYTHING behind).
Throughout the process, Nataly felt like a family friend that cared as much about the wedding as the families. I would highly recommend MiMi’s (bartending, hospitality crew, wedding coordinator) for any event. TRUST is earned, and they earn it they did!!
Here’s the feedback from our guests,” the bartender knew what drink I was going for and every-time I walked in she had my drink ready”, “ your bartender was also life of the party, she was super nice and fun”, I personally watched her serve drinks with a smile and make it a very friendly experience for our guests! I enjoyed my wedding and Mimi’s party palace was like cherry on the cake.
So happy with the service we received from Mimi's Party Palace! We hired Nataly as our day of coordinator and she and her team made our wedding run seamlessly! We also did all our rentals from Mimi's and that made life so much easier. We had food from several different vendors and were able to rent linens, catering supplies and serveware as well! But the services didn't stop there. We rented a fancy drink station from Mimi's and Nataly even decorated it so that it would match my floral theme. It really felt like a one stop shop! We definitely had a lot of moving pieces in our wedding, including a flash mob, but Nataly and her team, from the moment they arrived, made sure everything ran smoothly! I didn't have to do anything and could just enjoy my wedding! I could tell throughout the wedding that Nataly and her team kept tweaking things in the background to maximize interaction. Including, moving desserts outside so that people could readily grab them while partying and moving one of our picture tables to an area where more people could see it since where I had placed it originally wasn't getting foot traffic. We also rented a margarita machine from Mimi's and ordered their homemade margarita mix, which was amazing! Everyone really enjoyed it, especially in hot TX weather! Don't sleep on the margarita machine! Anything we needed Mimi's had. My only regret is that we didn't hire Mimi's to do more and rent more stuff to make the day even more beautiful! Staff, service, coordination and rentals were amazing, I couldn't recommend this company more!
Nataly and her team are awesome! She was patient with us, listened to what our ideas were and then executed it to perfection. She met with us in person and went over every detail. Details that we didn't even think of.
We also rented plenty of tableware, cutlery and a bunch of other stuff. They were in great condition.
At the end of the day, she helped pack up all our stuff and clean up the place.

Nataly is a day-of-coordinator who is ON TOP of everything! She's very organized and has years of experience. Working in the wedding industry myself, Mimi's Party Palace has always stood out to me as a dependable vendor who will execute your wedding day instructions and take any stress away from the couple that they possibly can. Their bartenders and staff were always pre-bussing and keeping areas clear which is IMPORTANT! I can't stand dirty dishes and trash piling up at an event. And they were always making sure my husband and I always had our signature drinks in hand! :) I'd hire them again in a heart beat!
We used Mimi's bartending service for the rehearsal dinner of our son's wedding. The bartender showed up on time, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the party. We couldn't have been more pleased.
Nataly was so great to work with. She was very sweet, thorough and prompt in responding to my emails. I rented charger plates, water goblets, and tablecloths from Mimi’s Party Palace and used their bartending service at our reception. Would 10/10 recommend Mimi’s Party Palace. My only regret is not using them as my day of coordinator!
I first met Nataly at her display table while taking a second tour at House on the Hill. From the moment we began talking with her, we felt welcomed. We took information home and then later reviewed all of her services. We ended up deciding to use her for three services, Wedding Day Coordinator, Catering, and Bartending. What a deal we got! For those three services alone was about the same cost as catering with other vendors I had looked into prior to signing up with Nataly. It was a great deal and totally worth it. From the moment we decided to use three of her services, I instantly felt relieved and that a huge burden was taken off my shoulders. I knew that I wouldn't need to worry about anything. The day of the wedding went so well, not once did I ever freak out about anything, our wedding day was completely stress free. I actually got to savor my wedding day. Nataly deserves the highest of praises when it comes to wedding day services and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work.

Nataly and her team from Mimi’s made our whole day possible. We hired our chefs from Lupitas through them, our bartender, DJ, and event assistants. They were so kind and helpful, all of our guests were raving about how kind everyone was - we couldn’t have gotten luckier. I had total bride jitters, but as soon as Nataly our coordinator showed up the day off I could finally take a deep breath and relax because I knew she’d handle everything. She is so on it and such a wonderful human. We truly cannot recommend Mimi’s enough!

I hired a bartender for my wedding in June through Mimi’s and the coordinator Nataly was really nice and gave me tons of advice and made it so easy and I forgot to ask for lemons and the day of the wedding she made it happen and gave some to the bartender to bring for me. Very affordable and great service and great people.

Wow! Where do I even start to express my gratitude and love for Mimi's Party Palace. During initial conversations with Nataly (wedding coordinator) at MPP I learned their prices were fair and all costs were upfront. Seriously.. no hidden costs. Which if you've done any wedding planning so far you'd know that's hard to find. Fast forward to the proposal- we hired MPP for: catering, day of coordinator, staff for the entire event, bartender, photo-booth, DJ, transportation and all of our linen and other rentals.
We relied HEAVILY on MPP and Nataly to make our event a success and boy did they come through. I did not worry about a single thing the day of our wedding and there was not a single issue that required my attention all day. Nataly stuck to our timeline and ensured everything that was important to us happened the day of our wedding.
Leo (the executive chef) and his staff did an amazing job on the food and our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and the service and attentiveness given to each person.
The DJ (DJ Joe) did a great job getting everyone dancing and playing music of all genres. His set up and lights were exactly what we wanted. Our guests also really loved the photobooth which added one more layer of fun to the event.

Outstanding services from beginning to end. Communicated and coordinated accurately prior to our wedding. Arrived on time to set-up and prepared our special requests with no troubles. Guests loved the photo booth and the photographer! Bartender was superb and went out of her way to ensure we always had a drink in our hands! Due to a storm, we loved them so much we asked them to stay and party with us. We had a blast and were even serenaded by the bartender! Como La Flor! Book em! Y'all won't regret it!
Cajun Skillet Catering hired four servers/waitstaff. They arrived punctually in all-black attire. We discuss the flow of events and everyone was given their assignments. They were very attentive, proactive and entertaining which made them a great part of our team. The team from Mimi's Party Palace helped in a successful catering event on the most important day for Mr. and Mrs. Williamson. We are a repeat client and will continue to use, and refer their services.
I am so thankful that I found Mimi's Party Palace. I had so many questions and concerns to make the wedding perfect...and it was! From renting everything I needed to Nataly and her assistants being there the day of the wedding, it went as smooth as I could have ever hoped for. Nataly took care of making sure the wedding party had their food and drinks and the bride's grandmother was doted on by all the staff. Thanks for such a wonderful experience the day of the wedding. Everyone was very friendly.

Bartender was very sweet and on point. Went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink all night, especially the bride and groom! She even provide us with personalize cups which was thoughtful.
DJ Jerry killed it, was open to requests all night and played everything we asked for. Set up looked very professional.
Photo booth was beautiful! So many fun props and we were provided with a DVD that has all the photos on it that were taken. Guests loved being able to take home photos!

We used Mimi's Party Palace for just a bartender for our wedding. They were very responsive to emails and affordable. They also had so much more to offer besides just bartenders. They were even flexible with coming 30 minutes earlier then originally discussed. The only reason i'm giving them a 3 star review is because the bartender had no clue what our cocktails or drink choices were. Even though this was sent to them several days before with the recipes. They were also supposed to bring chalk boards with our signature cocktails listed on them and those were not brought either. The bar tender did not take the time to see what drinks we did have available and were telling our guest we didnt have certain drinks when we did and some of my guest had to point them out to him. I was very disappointed that there wasnt better communicate with the bartender and who ever was in charge. otherwise our experience was good.
We hired event assistants, furniture rentals and a day of coordinator from Mimi’s Party Palace for our wedding on 2-16-2019. Nataly and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I knew nothing about weddings going in so I had tons of questions. From the beginning, Nataly did a great job communicating with me and answering all my questions. When I needed to hire 2 additional event assistants less than a week before my wedding, Nataly made it happen within a couple hours.
Nataly and her team of event assistants did an amazing job setting up the venue and addressing any concerns the wedding guests had. When our caterer had issues or when additional guests we didn’t account for showed up, they handled it with ease. They made sure our family was a priority and had everything we needed taken care of before we could even ask. The event assistants did a wonderful job cleaning things up as the wedding went on and were quick and efficient to break everything down after.
I initially didn’t think I needed a day of coordinator but I’m BEYOND thrilled that we decided to hire Nataly. I cannot recommend Mimi’s Party Palace enough for all your wedding needs!

Nataly and her staff will make the day if your wedding go off without any stress in you. Even with the pouring rain, I had a stress free day. The photo booth, event assistants, and day of coordinating were more that I could have hoped for. My special guests ( moms and grandmas) were so thrilled at the attention paid to their needs too. My husband and I did not want to deal with too many vendors which is why a stumbled across Mimi’s Party Palace, they offered so much. They have everything you could think of to rent. I was able to rent 150 chairs, 150 water goblets, 150 gold charger plates just to add that extra nice touch, hired 3 of their staff members to help with serving our immediate family members dinner, drinks, etc, rented photo booth, bar stand, few lawn games, 2 beverage dispensers and of course my lovely day of coordinator Nataly Garza, she was so easy to work with and so amazing. We booked her in the beginning of the year. If we had any questions I could email/text and she would answer any question I had. She was so helpful the day of the wedding by executing our vision. Basically all we had to do was send her pics of how we wanted everything, fill out a few spreadsheets and drop everything off at the venue the day before and they put our and everything together. The day after everything was packed up and ready for us to pick up. I really don't think our day would of gone so smoothly if she wasn't there to help us! Plus we did not want our family to worry about helping with anything even though they would have loved to help. We wanted everyone to relax and have fun. If this is something your on the fence about do it! I was so stress free the day of the wedding I loved it! I highly recommend Mimi’s Party palace for all your rental needs and Nataly as you day of coordinator and tell them Cindy and Eric Hernandez sent you :)

We hired Mimi’s party palace for event assistants, bartender, DJ for our wedding and we also rent their chafers, dinner plates, champagne flutes, Water goblets, lawn games, cocktail tables. They were amazing and went above expectation. I don’t even have to worry or do anything on my wedding day because of them. Nataly is a great bartender. DJ Terry is great and fun. My family loves all the songs that he played. I would hire them next time I held an event. 5 star for Mimi’s party palace 😘
Mimi's Party Palace was everything I needed it to be. Nataly responded fast to my inquiry when I was first looking for helpers. She called and we talked it all through added some things I didn't even realize I needed. Having the DJ and all the things we needed in one place was very convenient. The day of the wedding they were great. I would have given 5 stars but there was a small snafu with how decorations were to be set up. But Nataly showed up and got things moving in the right direction. There was also a small issue with the cake cutting but they quickly remedied it and the helpers were apologetic for the confusion. At the end of the day the helpers cleaned everything and it was amazingly fast. I didn't have to do a thing. After all the planning it was a relief to have them there the day of to make it all happen and clean up.
I rented chairs and tables from Mimi's for my daughter's wedding and also hired two of their bartenders. I couldn't have been happier. Very friendly and professional.
We have used Mimi's Party Palace for many events, and just recently used their photo booth for our wedding. They did an amazing job and dedicated so much time to creating a customized template for the prints. They were punctual, professional, and fun! Good props, too!

I didn't get to see much of the 'behind the scenes' on the day of, but from what I heard from my coordinator & mom, they were amazing and did such a good job helping where needed. Would highly recommend.
First of all, I would highly highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding to hire Nataly and her team. I was at first very sceptical about hiring a day of coordinator. When I had gone to other weddings, I saw coordinators que people on where to stand and maybe deliver food and cake. Thinking I can just get a friend to do that job instead. This team ran the whole ship better than we had originally planned. The whole team organized setup, directed other vendors where to be, and adjusted any and every problem that came up to where it was stress free. They catered to the bridal party and the guest's needs, bringing drinks and retrieving anything that was requested. The bartender and the waiting service was amazing. Nataly was the captain and her team was the crew that sailed our ship. Our wedding wouldn't have been a success without this service. HIRE THEM. As the groom, I am eating my words when I told my now wife that we probably didn't need a coordinator helping us. I was wrong, please hire them. Future husbands, pick a venue for your wedding and then hire this team.
Let me start by saying, if you’re planning a wedding, the day of coordinator and event staff should be the FIRST vendor that you hire! I didn’t realize how important they would be, so we waited until just a few months before our wedding to search for someone. I can now say that I am so incredibly thankful that we found Nataly and Mimi’s Party Palace!!! My now-husband and my mom were both skeptical about hiring someone, but from the moment that I first spoke with Nataly on the phone I knew she would be worth every single penny!! Nataly is so organized, responsive, and kind. You can truly tell that she loves weddings and that she treats every event as though she were helping execute it for a family member or friend. When I arrived at my venue the day of the wedding, Nataly was already running around following up with our florist, the photographer, and the DJ. She kept everyone in communication which is what made our day run so smoothly!! I had absolutely no expectation to have a stress-free wedding day, but with Nataly that was exactly what I had. If anything went awry, I didn’t even know about it because Nataly had it handled. The event staff made sure that myself and my husband had water or anything else to drink all throughout the evening. And believe it or not, we also actually got to eat at our wedding because they made sure that we sat for a few moments!! I could go on and on about how important Nataly was in making my day special. I will seriously always thank her because I know that without her skills and expertise, my special day wouldn’t have been as magical as it was. THANK YOU NATALY AND MIMI’S PARTY PALACE!!!!
We absolutely loved working with Nataly. We rented tables, chairs, and chafing dishes for our celebration and also hired two party helpers to help with setup, party assistance, and clean up. We highly recommend Mimi's for their services and received several compliments on how pleasant they were to work with and how impressed our guests were.
Nataly and her crew made our wedding day so perfect! They are very thorough because they want to make sure they capture your vision and give you and your guests the event of your dreams. Amazing price for such a professional group of wonderful people. Couldn't be happier with their services!!
We contacted Mimi's Party Palace through their website to get a quote for bartending services for our wedding. After letting them know our venue requires TABC licensed and insured servers, we received an email saying their bartenders do not carry liability insurance. We asked if the company (not the individual bartenders) carries it and again asked for a quote. They responded that they tried to figure out how to get liability insurance for bartenders but there is no such thing, so they would not be able to assist us. We could have asked for a quote a third time - knowing that if necessary we would purchase 1-day liquor liability insurance separately via wedsure or theeventhelper websites - but decided against going with an event company that (1) doesn't answer questions from or give quotes to interested clients, and (2) has no idea what liability insurance is or how to acquire it.
We let them know we plan to take our business elsewhere since we could not get a quote after multiple attempts. Their last email shared that quotes can only be given over the phone. Maybe they could not find my phone number on the original contact form I filled out? Even if that was the case, they could have shared that I needed to call them for a quote each time I asked for one instead of responding with a we-can't-help-you attitude. Their final email to us said "I didn't want to waste your time by calling you to ask multiple questions" about your event.
Would not recommend wasting your time or energy.
We hired Nataly and her staff as our wedding day staff and day of coordinator. Nataly kept in touch the months leading up to the wedding and met with me in person the week before to go over wedding details. At first I was stressed thinking through all the small details but it was totally worth it because on the day of our wedding, Nataly and her staff knew exactly what had to be done and I didn't have to worry at all! Nataly was very sweet during the day of and handled the day tasks. My family all told me they loved that she offered to bring them their dinner and kept their drinks full throughout the night. It was these small touches that really made us appreciate Nataly on our special day. Hiring her staff allowed us to have our guests relax and be served without worrying about setup and clean up on the day of. We highly recommend Nataly and her staff for your wedding!
I used Mimi's Party Palace for my bartending service and for the photo booth services. They did such an awesome job at my wedding and were such great people to work with. I just had my wedding and hired 2 bartenders and 3 Party Helpers from Mimi's. First of all, I searched and searched and searched for a good and affordable company to hire service from, and I wished that I had found Mimi's sooner! Look no longer people!! Mimi's staff is incredible!!! You will probably work with Nataly for the logistics and she is a joy to work with. I was pretty convinced that I could trust her and her staff. I was also pleased with how affordable they were... it's not like they stick another price tag on their services because you say "wedding" (which all of us brides know vendors do haha!). So the day of the wedding comes and the staff shows up early and with big smiles on. They were CONSTANTLY moving! They even finished setting up the bar early, which pleased my family, because they got to pre-game before the wedding LOL! The bartenders and party helpers were so nice to everyone and all my guests said they enjoyed the service. My wedding shut down a little before 11P and we had to be out by 12:00A... but with this amazing staff, I think we were out by 11:15 haha! They helped my friends load our vehicles and they cleaned all our wedding dishes... so the day after the wedding I was super pleased with the lack of work I had to do. You won't be sorry if you hire from Mimi's!
Nataly was very easy to work with, she was flexible, caring and thoughtful. I would recommend her as your coordinator sooner than later as she will make it much easier!
I cannot express enough how helpful Nataly and her staff were at our wedding!! Nataly took charge and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She was very professional and experienced and knew exactly how to run an event. We had a strict timeline and needed a DOC to direct the flow of the wedding and help with the details and she more than exceeded our expectations. Her staff was very friendly and took the initiative anytime the guests or the wedding party needed anything, whether it was to serve food, give refills, clean, or even run out to the car if a bridesmaid forgot something just to name of a few. In retrospect, there was no way we could have pulled it off without them. We had the confidence to just sit back, enjoy our special day and have fun without worrying about the details. They took care of EVERYTHING! Our parents also couldn't believe how helpful they were and were grateful for them. We can't thank them enough!! Thanks Mimi's for helping us make our special day a success!!
