Misselwood Events at Endicott College

It was an absolute dream having our reception at Misslewood. From the minute we pulled up to the venue, through the end of the night was truly astonishing. The Misslewood events team provided a top notch white glove service the entire night. Using the beautiful lawn/ patio with the properties insane ocean view for cocktail hour, truly brought out the spark that started what we feel was the best wedding ever! The tent and entire set up was absolutely perfect and they accommodated to not only our needs but all of our guests to make sure everyone was having the best time! My wife and I wish we could relive our wedding day every day for the rest of our lives. There isn’t enough words to describe how perfect everything was. When all 200 of our guests repeatedly say this was the best wedding they have ever attended, I think speaks on such high volumes for what you get if you choose Misslewood!

The BEST venue in the area hands down! Absolutely gorgeous from start to finish. We were able to get ready in the hospitality suite in the house, which was very spacious and a great backdrop with the old manor house! Lily, our coordinator, was so helpful in taking my (at some time disorganized) vision and making it better than I ever imagined. You cannot beat the setting with the water in the background and the different locations for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Every single guest said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! Pictures were amazing! I could go on and on but we were beyond happy with our choice at Misselwood!!

Misselwood was a beautiful venue for my wedding. The grounds are spectacular and designed for a super smooth wedding flow. It ended up raining on our wedding day so we used the indoor spaces more than anticipated, and those were beautiful too. The tent held up to the weather and kept everyone nice and dry. Our day-of coordinator, Kelsey, was incredibly helpful and responsive through the whole process (I didn't work with a planner). I'm so happy I chose Misselwood for my big day and would recommend it to anyone.

Our wedding was amazing! Everything was taken care of. Our coordinator, Katelyn, made the entire day run so smooth. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful of a venue it was and they were right!

Misselwood was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. If you want an outdoor summer wedding in Boston, without the stress of weather (the tent is climate controlled!) you cannot go wrong with Misselwood. The staff is kind, attentive, and have thought of everything you could need to make your day go smoothly. Getting ready in the house was perfect for me and my friends - tons of space and rooms for everyone to spread out in. The water views for the ceremony are stunning. Our guests loved being able to walk around the property for some cool air or to get a break from the music. We actually couldn't get everyone seated for dinner because everyone was taking in the views! The only downside is that we had to clear everything out the night of the wedding, so you do need to plan for enough cars for that. But the staff helped with boxing everything up, so it's not too big of a deal. Overall, we had a great experience with Misselwood and would choose it again.

We had a small wedding at Misselwood in August 2022. The venue is beautiful! However the day-of staff were inexperienced and disappointing, and added avoidable stress to our wedding day. First, they did a poor job managing guests who arrived early, ignoring the day-of timeline, and repeatedly asking the bride what they should do while she was still getting dressed. They should have been able to refer to the timeline and manage the situation themselves. Instead, the Maid of Honor had to go out and ask the early guests to please wait in the courtyard. The first look, which was planned to be outside, had to be inside as a result of Misselwood staff's inability to manage the situation. Second, about 30 minutes before the ceremony, there was a small boat anchored just off the back lawn, maybe 20 feet from where the ceremony was to occur. The people on said boat were having fun and blasting music. When a member of our group flagged this issue to the Misselwood team, they advised us that they could not do anything about it. Granted, I understand that Misselwood does not own the Atlantic Ocean, and that the boat was not doing anything wrong -- but to think that the team would not make ANY efforts whatsoever to kindly ask the boat to move, given that we were moments away from a wedding ceremony, is outrageous. Instead, the groom, his sister, and the bride's brother had to wave to the boat and call out to them to ask them to move. Another situation that we were forced to manage, because Misselwood staff were either unwilling or unable to do so. Lastly, we understood in advance that the team needed to package up all of our decor for us to take it home at the end of the evening. That said, the way they went about doing this was, quite simply, gruff and unprofessional. There were people throwing things into boxes, packing things up right next to guests, and taking things down as they were still in use, etc. -- and we were still quite a ways from the event end time. While I concede that it would be somewhat tricky to pull this off seamlessly, I am certain that there was a more tasteful way of going about it. This cheapened the experience of our guests. We did share this feedback directly with Misselwood's Events Director, who said that she would take it under advisement -- but we wanted to warn others about our experience.

Misselwood is truly a magical wedding venue. It was everything we dreamed of and felt like a real life fairytale. The event staff is top notch and everything ran so smoothly because of them. I highly recommend this venue to any couple considering it. We love Misselwood and will cherish our wedding day forever!

Our daughter recently got married at this venue. From the event coordinators to all of the staff, everyone was great and supportive. Their advice on outside vendors for items they couldn't supply were well informed and all of the people we were in touch with were extremely professional and performed well. Their recommendations on process were spot on and made the event seamless. The venue itself is spectacular, being on the ocean, the beautiful historic house, and great grounds. My husband, an Endicott College alum, mentioned MW as a possible venue when we first got engaged -- and let's just say our venue search stopped immediately once we arrived onsite for a preliminary visit. The rockstar Misselwood team who we worked with over the course of our 2 year engagement, guided us through the ups and downs of the pandemic in a professional, optimistic and genuine way. They, the other support staff and the grounds themselves, made our wedding day this past October absolutely unforgettable. We and our guests were in awe of the natural beauty of the estate and the responsiveness of the staff. Can't say enough positive things about Misselwood!

Our wedding day at Misselwood was genuinely everything we ever imagined it could be and more. We are so incredibly grateful to everyone there that helped out our big day together! Claudine and Jamie did a stellar job, we’re always so patient, kind and clear answering all of my questions, and understanding, organized, and thoughtful when it came to rescheduling our big day a year out due to the pandemic. Our wedding honestly shattered my expectations. It was truly the most incredible day or our lives.

We had our wedding at Misselwood in June of 2020. It was the most magical day we could have imagined. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The views alone make it worth having your wedding here. I promise you'll get the most beautiful wedding photos of all time. All of our guests we awed! But not only is it beautiful but the staff is incredibly supportive, organized and helpful. Special shoutout to Claudine, Jamie & Katelyn who helped us so much in the lead up to the big day. Even through COVID, they were sure to keep us updated on the latest requirements, shared options and helped us organize our arrangements to keep our guests safe. I ended up renting the house for extra time to get ready day of which I also cannot recommend enough! It was great to spend the day with my bridesmaids and have extra time to enjoy the view of the harbor and the house.

I attended a wedding at Misselwood in 2006 that always stuck with me. When it came time to choose our own wedding venue, I knew I had to look at Misselwood. From the moment we arrived for our tour, I knew that no other venue would compare. Misselwood's ocean views are absolutely stunning. My guests could not stop telling us how beautiful everything was and taking photos by the ocean all night. The staff was attentive and patient and made sure the wedding day was seamless and that we didn't have to worry about anything. We also booked the Misselwood house for the bridal party that morning. They gave us a great breakfast and lunch, complete with champagne, and we were able to do hair and makeup right on site without any stress. It was definitely worth the added cost. I honestly could not imagine our wedding day taking place anywhere else, and I hope someone I know decides to get married at Misselwood someday so that I can go back and experience it all again.

Best venue ever! I booked Misselwood in early 2019 and we ended up getting married August 12th, 2021. They took very good care of us the entire time and our wedding was perfect!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Claudine booked us back in 2018 for what was supposed to be a 2020 wedding and she made the transition to 2021 absolutely seamless. Jamie was such a calming presence to have in the months leading up to and day of the wedding and we LOVES working with her. Molly and Hallie were absolutely amazing the day of. The food and beverage was delicious and the catering team worked with us on some custom appetizers which were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Misselwood!

My husband and I, along with our families, could not have been more impressed with Misselwood. The venue itself is breath-taking (a number of our guests told us that it was the most beautiful/best wedding they had ever been to) and the staff is incredibly nice, accommodating, relaxed, and professional. Omg we love Misselwood! It was a dream to have our wedding there. Katy was our day of event coordinator and she was so amazing to work with. She checked in with us at the perfect times and made sure we had everything we needed. Claudine was also so responsive and made us feel at ease when planning the wedding during a pandemic. We were so fortunate to have a beautiful evening weather wise so the tent could stay open to make our guests feel comfortable. The tent is gorgeous as are the grounds and we had so many guests compliment us on the venue choice. It was truly the wedding of my dreams thanks to Misselwood.

We could not have been happier with our experience at Misselwood! Katy was our event manager and was simply outstanding. She really nailed all of the little details and took really good care of the bride, groom, parents, and bridal party on the wedding day. She really helped our night run smoothly and made us feel special. We decided to have our cocktail hour on the lawn by the ocean because we were married in a church. Our cocktail hour was spectacular and Misselwood set up a bar on the back patio. Seeing our friends and family fill the patio and lawn while taking pictures by the ocean is unforgetable for us. Our reception was stunning, we had bistro lights and drapery by DesignLight and used Vinwood Caterers. Both were absolutely fabulous! Everything went super smooth (thanks to Katy) with not a single issue. We received SO many compliments on the venue and how gorgeous it was. The grounds were perfectly maintained and there were some flowers added around the property that I hadn’t seen before. We had a truly magical night thanks to Misselwood, they made it feel like a dream! We cannot recommend this venue enough, we absolutely LOVED it!

Misselwood is an absolutely stunning wedding venue. All of our guests said to us how our wedding at Misselwood was one of the most beautiful weddings that they had ever been to. Claudine and Jamie did a great job helping keep us organized in the planning process. We also appreciated Claudine’s updates as Covid restrictions and guidelines continued to change in Massachusetts. Misselwood went above and beyond! First of all, when you walk on the grounds at Misselwood, the beauty takes your breath away. The ceremony space overlooking the Atlantic is spectacular. The reception tent is gorgeous too with the chandelier lighting and the sea glass floor giving the tent its own unique character...the grounds themselves were just immaculate with flowers blooming all over. Claudine and Katy were so amazing to work with. They were professional, organized, kind, and helpful with us dealing with postponing our wedding twice and all the questions we had. I can't emphasize enough how great they were and their staff. They kept us informed on Covid-19 updates as they were ever-changing. Katy, kept us on our timeline when we started to veer off course. Most of our guests keep saying how Misselwood was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they ever attended and understand now why we waited to have our big day. Truly a dream come true! We can't thank Claudine, Katy, and the staff enough!

I've been to Misselwood for their summer concert series which are held on the lawn with the water view. It is breath taking. So when my husband and I were planning on renewing our vows for our 20th anniversary, Misselwood was the venue that we immediately thought of. Claudine Mitchell who's the Assistant Director assisted us in putting together our small intimate day. Ms. Mitchell is very meticulous and very detail oriented. She kept us informed through out the whole process and made suggestions when we needed input. We were supposed to have the ceremony on the lawn with the view of the water as our back drop. When the day arrived it rained that morning but Ms. Mitchell and her staff quickly switched gear. They moved our ceremony inside and set up one of the rooms in the house. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers on the mantles and candles illuminated the room throughout with soft lighting. It was very romantic, enchanting and intimate. We were still able to have our vow renewal as planned with a beautiful view of the water being seen through the tall windows. We would definitely use Misselwood in the future. Misselwood’s staff is great and the location is beautiful. We had a small vow ceremony recently. The staff are very friendly and they make sure that everything is ready for the day of the event. Any questions or requests are addressed well in advance of the event. I’ve always thought Misselwood was a beautiful venue and I’m glad we were able to have our vow ceremony there.

Misselwood made our micro-wedding dreams come true! We were so sad that we had to postpone our initial large wedding, but we could not have been more thrilled with how our "Vows with a View" turned out. We loved our intimate wedding ceremony overlooking the ocean, with a lovely sea breeze and boats crossing in the background. We brought our own chairs and it was very quick and easy set-up. We were blown away by how gorgeous all the family and couple portraits turned out on the Misselwood property- it is a venue truly unlike any other. We cannot wait to return to Misselwood for our postponed large wedding celebration in the future!

My husband and I said "I do" in an intimate ceremony with a small gathering of close family and friends at Misselwood in June 2020 (yes, I was a COVID Bride). The planning began almost two years before the date. When COVID required adjustments to be made, Misselwood staff helped us navigate the changes. They were so flexible and reworked our contracts to achieve what turned out to be the PERFECT day. They worked with us to preserve the details that were most important to us. They communicated regularly, answered our questions (often repeated) patiently, and approached every decision point positively. I cannot say enough how grateful my family and I are to Misselwood for the work they did to enable us to gather at Misselwood. The mansion and the grounds were breathtaking as always. I would tell every couple looking for a wedding venue that Misselwood is hands down the BEST venue out there.

Misselwood made my wedding dream come true! Not only was the venue immaculate but the staff were so helpful and always put my mind at ease! We had Katie, Kat and Claudine that helped us every step of the way. The wedding day was honestly peaceful for me and the wedding was perfect. Nothing was out of place and everything was picture perfect. The pricing is affordable but looks like you spent thousands more than you did! I would highly suggest this venue! From the second we walked into their office, all up until and through the big day - Claudine Mitchell and the entire crew at Misselwood were dedicated to making this the best day of our lives, and they succeeded. Misselwood exceeded our expectations in every possible way for our wedding. Claudine was amazing at helping us plan every little detail and answering all of our questions we emailed her what felt like everyday! The day of, Darren and Katelyn made sure all of our stuff was set up exactly as we wanted for the ceremony and reception including centerpieces, table cards, etc. It unexpectedly rained for a few minutes during the first look/before the ceremony, and they went above and beyond to wipe down every single ceremony chair so our guests would be comfortable. They coordinated our ceremony so that everything was timed perfectly. We booked the hospitality room (extra $) for one of the bridal parties to get hair and make up done, and the provided food and champagne was a phenomenal touch. The reception also went very smoothly. All of our vendors worked together and I couldn't have asked for things to go better. Food came out at the same time for everyone, and bar service was moving quickly for everyone. The different scenery and views on the property made for the best photo ops ever!!! I seriously could not have imagined the planning or the day of going any better- can't recommend this venue enough!

We got married in August at Misselwood at Endicott College. When I first came across the venue shortly after getting engaged, I immediately knew this was the only place I wanted to get married. It is an absolutely GORGEOUS setting! Everything from the ocean views, to the manicured grounds, patio, and the tent are magical. There is no other venue like it, our guests are still raving about how beautiful the wedding and location was. The team at Misselwood was a pleasure to work with, they are true professionals and were extremely helpful in making sure our wedding day was perfect. Our wedding coordinator Jamie was amazing, she was so helpful and set us at ease every step of the way. The perfect wedding venue!!!

We had the BEST experience with Misswelwood. They truly made it so we had the best day ever!!! From the very first conversation we had continuing throughout the entire process.(Jamie and Claudine were AWESOME!) They were so attentive and quick to respond to every question that we had! All of our vendors came from the bridal show Misselwood puts on, and we couldn’t have been happier. I truly never felt stressed because they have all worked with Misselwood before so they knew exactly what they needed to do! Spencer and I had the most perfect day and every detail was exactly how we pictured. We wish we could do it over again!!!!!

I can not imagine a more beautiful setting for my daughter’s wedding., however Misslewood is not only a gorgeous setting... the staff is incredible. Our wedding hosts were incredible and o felt like they would have moved mountains to make my daughter’s wedding perfect! Thank you Misslewood for far exceeding our expectations in every way!

I am so happy we chose Misselwood as our wedding venue! Everything about it was perfection! The location is just so beautiful. Working with Claudine and Katelyn was an absolute pleasure! They are very professional, but also just great, nice people that genuinely care about your big day and make sure all the little details are taken care of! The grounds at Misselwood are breathtaking-the views, the pretty tent, the patio for cocktail hour...the amount of space you have is incredible, and we loved having our wedding at a place where no other events were going on, so it feels very intimate and private. And then there is the food! Our friends and family were raving about it a week later. My husband and I both come from the restaurant industry so food at our wedding was important. We went with Fireside Catering and it was amazing! Not your typical wedding food. They were also so great to work with. I would honestly recommend Misselwood to anyone planning a wedding. We had so much fun dancing the night away with our loved ones in that magical tent (that can really be transformed in so many ways). Truly an amazing wedding venue!

Amazing venue. We had both our ceremony and reception here and it was perfect. The property is gorgeous and the view of the ocean can't be beat. It's a true hidden gem on the North Shore. The wedding coordinators did an excellent job from the very first time we met for planning all the way through to the big day. I highly recommend MIsselwood for your wedding. You won't be disaapointed. 10/10

We recently got married and we're so happy we chose to have it at Misselwood! Claudine and her staff were extremely organized and had great attention to detail. During the planning stage, we were given clear expectation and instructions, and were prompted and led through each necessary step on the timeline so I never had to worry about whether or not I was missing a form or a payment. On the day of, Jaime was assigned to be my coordinator and she made sure all of my decorations were put up and taken down properly and carried out the timeline perfectly. I was worried that not having a wedding coordinator would make the wedding day stressful for me but Misselwood made sure everything ran smoothly for me. Thank you again Jaime and Claudine!! Aside from the great staff, the scenery was absolutely beautiful at Misselwood. Our guests continuously came up to us to gush about the beautiful ocean view, the cute cocktail area, and the elegant white tent hosting the reception. It truly was the perfect place to hold a summer, New England wedding!

Misselwood has everything you would want in a wedding venue: gorgeous scenery, spacious dining, huge dance floor, and the most helpful staff. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and it's all thanks to Claudine, Darren, and the rest of the team at Misselwood. They were organized, attentive, and upbeat every step of the way. Our event coordinator, Darren, was so supportive - he kept the night moving in a timely manner, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Our catering company, Fireside Catering, knew the kitchen and tent, so our dinner was flawless. All of our guests were so impressed by the beautiful ocean view, the big cocktail patio, the classy tent - everything! Hands down the most spectacular wedding venue.
