Misty's Florist & Greenhouse, Inc.

This florist literally ruined my wedding! STAY AWAY!!! I was married in the fall and i wanted dark fall colors (deep burgundy/merlot, dark purple, and burnt orange) The flowers were going to be the only color carrying out my theme besides my bridesmaids who wore merlot because everything else was a neutral champagne color. I also despise greenery and told the florist at least 20 times (no, really) that I didn't want to see it. I met with them twice and probably spent over 3 hours explaining, showing detailed photos, and explaining some more of what I wanted. I received bright (nearly neon) red, purple and coral flowers stuck in massive amounts of 1980's greenery. It was like she hadn't listened to me AT ALL!!! the flower girls were suppose to have halos and balls of flowers. They sent me headbands (that didn't fit) and balls covered in brown daisies (incase you wondered they look like dead white daisies) that were NOWHERE else in the floral arrangements?! And the groomsmen didn't have flowers they had BERRIES!! Here's the worst part: When my mother called them a couple hours before the ceremony started they told her that the women in charge of my wedding had gone to visit family and was gone for the weekend and there was NOTHING they could do. NOTHING. After almost 2 years of planning and probably 20 years of dreaming of these flowers bringing my fall wedding to life I was told by this florist that it was too bad!!! We even offered to pay them more to come fix it, whatever it took. It was beyond devastating, as every other vendor delivered amazing results. Needless to say, I wouldn't use this florist again if my life depended on it, and i HIGHLY recommend you don't either!!!!! OH, and the ONLY reason I gave them 1 star is because you can't give them 0 on here.
