We hired mixing memories to bartend for our wedding day. Zach was very prompt in responding and helped us through every step of the process. He helped us build a good and efficient drink menu and provided us with a purchase list for items we needed. Our bartenders the night of were Johanna and Cam, they were both awesome! The drinks they made were delicious and they were very friendly and energetic with us and our guests. I truly can’t recommend mixing memories enough!

We used Mixing Memories for their bartending and day of coordination services, and they were INCREDIBLE! Johanna was our day of coordinator, but she did so much for us that we'd almost call her a wedding planner instead. We were blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable she is. So many of our guests and family members were raving about Johanna and how smoothly she helped everything run. She goes above and beyond and doesn't leave a single detail behind. We'll genuinely miss her and are so grateful for all that she did to support us before, during, and after our wedding. Our bartenders were also friendly and great. Nothing but 5 stars for Mixing Memories!!!

Mixing Memories was recommended by our venue, and we really appreciated the flexible options they offered for booking. We hired a bartender (Maggie!) for an open bar for ~75 people, and we provided the alcohol. We had two mixed drinks, wine, beer, and soda. Zach was really helpful in providing estimates for how much we should buy. Maggie was well-organized, kept our coordinator in the loop, and was awesome with the rest of our vendor team! She was thoughtful and kind to me when I went up to the bar, checking in on how I was doing and making sure I drank some water to keep hydrated! We were really pleased with Mixing Memories and would highly recommend them.

Johanna was our day of coordinator at our wedding this past weekend and she did absolutely amazing! Im a very type A person and I was relaxed all day. I was told somethings went wrong but it didn't matter because Johanna was on it! My husband and I highly recommend Mixing Memories! On the day of the wedding all of our guests had nothing but positive things to say about them, they were super fun, kind, and on top of everything! They were quick to respond via email and so helpful with any questions we had during the planning process for our wedding. We received so many compliments about the bartenders and the drinks!! Our old fashioned was a crowd favorite. They were truly incredible to work with and so kind.

Mixing Memories were great! Maggie and Taylor were our bartenders and they did amazing even working through torrential rain during our cocktail hour. They were troopers and made sure everyone was served quickly and made great drinks. Highly recommend booking Mixing Memories especially if you are looking to supply your own alcohol- it was cost effective and truly so great being able to choose our entire drink menu and the owner, Zach, helped us with quantities for everything.

We hired Mixing Memories for our wedding and had the absolute pleasure of working with Cam as our bartender. From the moment the night began, Cam was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive. I had the most incredible experience having this team service my wedding. As anyone else getting married, it was important to me to have nothing but the best vendors and Mixing Memories nailed it. It’s not just about serving alcohol, it’s about taking care of the people who came to celebrate with us, and that’s exactly what they did. All of our wedding guests are important to us, so having this team do such a great and passionate job made my heart happy. I should also mention how helpful they were when trying to put together a list of supplies and drinks, I had no idea how much goes into planning this part of my wedding, and they made it easy for me. Mixing Memories Bartended our wedding last friday and let me just tell you, THEY MADE IT SO EASY! We booked their delivery services and they picked up all of the alcohol & Ice needed for our venue. They also wrote up an estimate for what we would need exactly for our specific drink preferences and we never ran out the entire night! Zach was so helpful in getting things finalized with our venue, including an extra step of getting additional insurance specifically required by our venue. Mixing memories was by far one of our favorite vendors we worked with in our wedding experience. All of our emails were answered within hours and the price is best we had found. The bartenders Taylor and Johana were such a hit. I never saw them without a smile on their face and there was never once a long line at the bar. They were so fast and all my guest kept talking about how nice they were. I couldn’t not recommend them more. I would use them over and over again.

As a control freak, I was nervous to trust and hand the reigns over to a coordinator. However, it was the best decision I made. For our wedding we purchased the keep it simple package and had Johanna. She handled all details with reaching out to all vendors and created a very detailed timeline. When the wedding came she came earlier than the time I paid for and set up our entire venue perfectly. I had a ton of different vase sizes and every table had different decor. Somehow she understood everything I meant and it came out exactly how I wanted it. At first we even had a mixup with our table cloths and she calmed me down and figured it out with our catering company. Throughout the day she was also checking on me and even left a note of all the other items we had to do for the night when she left. I could not recommend this company more. They are a business but are driven by helping the customer and not just what they were paid to do.

We had a small wedding where we could supply our own drinks on private property and this was an excellent bar service where we had no worries on the big day. Zach was very good with communication and quick to respond to all my questions. He even helped me figure the amount of alcohol to purchase. Mixing Memories were extremely helpful in the planning process, with recommendations on drinks and what to buy and from where for our son’s wedding. They were easy to work with start to finish. Zach was an awesome bartender, serving our guests well while taking care of the little things that often get overlooked. With all the details to worry about at a wedding, this was not one of them.
