Mixing Memories Bartended our wedding last friday and let me just tell you, THEY MADE IT SO EASY! We booked their delivery services and they picked up all of the alcohol & Ice needed for our venue. They also wrote up an estimate for what we would need exactly for our specific drink preferences and we never ran out the entire night! Maggie and Cam were so sweet and personable, I heard great things about them all night and had an overall great experience talking with them myself. thank you guys again!

Zach and Joanna are amazing! Joanna was our day of coordinator, she is so organized and detail oriented, our wedding was amazing because of her. Zach was super good with communication about payments and the venue. This team is amazing and I would highly recommend using them for your wedding.

Zach was so helpful in getting things finalized with our venue, including an extra step of getting additional insurance specifically required by our venue. Our bartender, Cam, was so charismatic and such a joy to have at our wedding celebration. Highly recommended to have Mixing Memories bartend for any event.

Zach and Brittany were very easy to communicate with and they responded promptly. They were very helpful and accurate when it came to planning the right amount of supplies to buy. Cam and Brittany were our servers the night of and they were awesome! They were personable and seemed to be genuinely having a great time!

Zach bartended our wedding and we have nothing but positive things to say. Extremely easy to coordinate with, reasonably priced and gives you the cheat code to buying the right amount and types of alcohol. Zach was warm and charismatic and all our guests had a blast chatting with him

From creating THE best signature drinks with me, to ensuring my supply list was accurate based on my guest count. I appreciated their quick email responses back throughout my planning process. Mixing memories was by far one of our favorite vendors we worked with in our wedding experience. All of our emails were answered within hours and the price is best we had found. The bartenders Taylor and Johana were such a hit. I never saw them without a smile on their face and there was never once a long line at the bar. They were so fast and all my guest kept talking about how nice they were. I couldn’t not recommend them more. I would use them over and over again.

As a control freak, I was nervous to trust and hand the reigns over to a coordinator. However, it was the best decision I made. For our wedding we purchased the keep it simple package and had Johanna. She handled all details with reaching out to all vendors and created a very detailed timeline. When the wedding came she came earlier than the time I paid for and set up our entire venue perfectly. I had a ton of different vase sizes and every table had different decor. Somehow she understood everything I meant and it came out exactly how I wanted it. At first we even had a mixup with our table cloths and she calmed me down and figured it out with our catering company. Throughout the day she was also checking on me and even left a note of all the other items we had to do for the night when she left. I could not recommend this company more. They are a business but are driven by helping the customer and not just what they were paid to do.

We had a small wedding where we could supply our own drinks on private property and this was an excellent bar service where we had no worries on the big day. Zach was very good with communication and quick to respond to all my questions. He even helped me figure the amount of alcohol to purchase. The day of the wedding he was on top of serving everyone their drinks quickly!

Mixing Memories was fantastic in their emails with us as we navigated planning our wedding & keeping our guests hydrated. They were very responsive and friendly in their emails which I was so appreciative of as an anxious planner. Maggie was our bartender and was so very kind and personable to us and our guests. She was also helpful in organizing everything for us at the end of the night to make clean up easy on us and as an introverted and exhausted bride at the end of the night it was one of my favorite acts of kindness on such a great day! ❤️

As a wedding planner, I have to meet deadlines and keep my clients on track to ensure a successful wedding day. Mixing Memories comes highly recommended by me when searching for a bartending service because they as SO responsive! I will barely get my email over to them, before I am getting my answer back. Now that is service!! Communication is key when planning a wedding and wanting a reliable vendor! As a Bride/Groom, it is natural to have a lot of questions leading up to wedding day and you should have a trusted vendor like Mixing Memories who can ease your mind and provide you that guidance!

Mixing Memories was an excellent bartending service for our wedding. Zach was responsive and transparent throughout the entire planning process. Johanna and Taylor were friendly and professional as our day-of bartenders. Everything was straightforward from the start. Outside of buying the alcohol itself (they will help recommend amounts), we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly Recommend!

Mixing Memories were extremely helpful in the planning process, with recommendations on drinks and what to buy and from where for our son’s wedding. They were easy to work with start to finish. Zach was an awesome bartender, serving our guests well while taking care of the little things that often get overlooked. With all the details to worry about at a wedding, this was not one of them. We received many compliments from our guests about Zach too!
