Great work amazing food.

Fabian and his team were excellent! I still get food compliments to this day. People keep saying the food was absolutely delicious. We also used them for bartending services and they did a great job. The presentation of the buffet was gorgeous and the guests were offered seconds once everyone had gotten their plate. Fabian also made sure to pack up all the extra food that was left over. I would def recommend them to everyone!

Fabian and his team catered our wedding and we were very happy with both the food and the service. We highly recommend them as they are wonderful to work with and provide very affordable event catering.

We hired them last minute due to our other food plans not working out. They made sure to get everything sorted and had good food for us! They’re a nice company and we’re happy with their service

If you are looking for a wedding caterer, look no further! All of the catering team were incredible! From the day I did a taste test of the food, Fabian was there to help with decisions and offer ideas, to the wedding day, where the team was friendly and willing to do whatever needed to be done to make the day special. They were so easy to work with and I would use this company again and again!

Absolutely amazing service and food!! Went with this vendor for my wedding this year and I cannot tell you enough how many compliments we got on the food!! We went with Chicken Parmesan, Alfredo pasta, and spaghetti as the entree and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was extremely nice, attentive, and made everything run smoothly which was such a great weight lifted off my shoulders as a bride. 10/10 recommend and would hire them again for another event!

Gosh, if I could give them zero stars I would. I wish I could go back and see that red flag of paying for a wedding tasting and not. I wish I could go back and not contact them at all. Then I wouldn’t have wasted money on a wedding tasting I had to schedule over a month in advance and then couldn’t reschedule without personal lost. I never hired them to cater my wedding, this review is solely on my opinion of the abysmal customer service I received. This company usually requires the $500 deposit to secure the wedding date before they schedule a tasting, but if you prefer to try before you buy, they will only charge you $45. What they also don’t advertise or tell you beforehand is that their tasting is none refundable as well, no matter how much notice you give them. I told them a week from my tasting date that I wouldn’t be able to make it, and all they offered was to reschedule it at the time. After 2 and a half days they got back to me with an alternative date that was another 2 weeks out. As that date didn’t work for me I immediately respond to them I would have to cancel. Never in any of our communications did they specify that this charge was nonrefundable. They never brought up that they would be keeping this money. In my ignorance of expecting a refund for a service not provided when cancelled well in advance I waited a couple of days before reaching out to them to find out why I hadn’t received a refund. Again, there was nothing in our communications that stated this tasting fee would be non-refundable. Their reason why they didn’t want to give a refund was that they had already bought the food and couldn’t fill in the spot. I requested my cancelation a week in advance, they took their time finding to try and find a way to reschedule leaving only 3 days before the event. (or 4 days if you include the event day) When I stated this back to them, they were kind enough to offer a refund. It’s been 4 months since my last communication with them and I haven’t heard a peep from them, no emails, no refund. They lied to me and I am upset I ever spent time communicating with them. But this is only my opinion of my experience of their customer service as a paying customer.

Monclovis catering catered my daughter's wedding this past Sunday at Firefly Gardens and I can't say enough good things about them. Fabian and his family are amazing. We went for a tasting several months ago and just fell in love with them. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, (even my five years old loved it and they are super picky). The staff was was professional and friendly, and the price was incredibly reasonable. We had to tweak some timing last minute and they were so gracious and worked with us. Book them early, you won't be disappointed!

where do I even start.. this has been the hardest review to write only because I'm speechless. our wedding was Oct 16th it was all a beautiful dream, and when I say that Fabian and his wife are the sweetest couple I've ever met in the industry they really are. I waited long enough to put my thoughts together and explain why I love this vendors work and passion. first off thank you to your amazing team monclovas catering for making wedding dreams true. they are attentive, detail oriented, and willing to go above and beyond for their couples. Fabian in specifically made my planning so easy and almost stress free!! ( I over stress over everything personally) he took took care of everything from florals with a special team to the amazing food that till this day is still talking about. he really does it all. His team day of made everything worth it all and I will forever be grateful. Everything turned out beautiful and it's all thanks to what monclovas can create. not just for the moment but for the memories we'll have for the rest of our lives. Without a doubt the best in the industry and will recommend everyone to them.

Fabian and his staff were great!! The food was amazing! Fabian made sure to pay attention to every detail and made sure we got what we wanted. His staff made sure we got hot food and were taken care of. Highly recommend!

Culinary Masterpiece!! Wow!! Monclovas Catering truly was the shining star of my sister's wedding!!! The pasta station - Incredible! The carving station- Incredible! The blackened chicken- Incredible! So what I'm trying to say was that the food was phenomenal!! Everything was so flavorful, tender, and juicy. Fabian truly outdid himself. Everyone at the wedding was raving about the food. Thank you Fabian for going above and beyond to make Daisy and Nathan's wedding what they dreamed. You told me I didn't have to worry and you truly delivered. Your staff, your service, EVERYTHING was on point!!

I will say with every word that I Loved Monclovas catering , they did everything and more to go beyond the service they do. I had a February 6th wedding and they were on time and set up quickly and the Food was amazing, the friendly team was wonderful and my quests loved the food, Best decision we made, you won’t be disappointed

Spent time communicating through this website. We both took time off of work to come to a tasting. We show up and the building looks abandoned and is closed. I call them and they said that I was communicating with a staff member and their kitchen was closed. Pretty upsetting and totally unreliable. If they can not set up a simple tasting correctly, it is hard to trust that they will communicate for a wedding.

A month late but I've been meaning to write a review for Monclovas Catering. I am beyond grateful I found Fabian and his team to cater dinner for my wedding. They are amazing in every way. The food was delicious and served hot, fresh! So many of my guest continue to compliment the catering. Their service was beyond what I expected and asked for. They set up and cleaned up perfectly. Fabian is amazing at communicating and was always easy to get in contact with if I need him in any way. He made sure we stayed within our budget and did everything he could to provide quality service!! Thank you Fabian and your family. You are all so amazing and so appreciated.

I cannot write a good enough review for Monclovas! If you are looking for delicious food, good communication, someone who can make just about everything and all in a good budget, look no further! We came to Fabian with a little more difficult of a menu and he nailed it! He made new dishes that he hadn't made before just to satisfy us and our soon to be blended family. You would have thought he made this food everyday! He made delicious carribean inspired food that was easy for children and more mild palates to enjoy. Literally everyone I spoke to on my wedding day was raving about how much they loved the food! Everyone wants recipes! Honestly, we had a disaster of a venue, so the whole morning of the wedding I was extremely stressed, but when I saw the Monclovas Catering truck I felt such relief! My fiance had just sent someone to tell me that they were here because he was also excited and relieved. We knew we could count on Fabian and his team to help keep things together and end the night with an amazing assortment of foods. If I would email Fabian with a complicated question, I knew I would receive a call within the hour to be able to discuss all of the details. He even helped us with our difficult wedding cake request. We wanted our dogs as a cake topper and we couldn't be happier with the results. We love the Monclovas team!

So happy we went with Monclovas! We had a small, backyard wedding with 19 people. Monclovas was so wonderful to work with the entire process! They provided linens, tables, China, bar service, food, everything! They were extremely professional and the food was delicious.

Chef was great! Exceptional from when we met him and his family for our tasting (which was in itself fantastic) to the shear magnitude of what they can make to the flawless execution. He has a lot of advice and is more than happy to help in any capacity for no extra fee. His team was on time for the reception and quickly setup the tables. The food was phenomenal! Every one had nothing but praise for the food.

We had Monclovas catering at our wedding and the food was amazing! We loved the menu they offered, we had our testing and the flavors are so good - super homemade and great plates presentation. The service was great and very flexible, with the pandemic, we had many changes and were trying to accommodate our budget best, Fabian was very helpful at providing the best options for us. Overall, we love it and recommend it 100%.

As Parents of the Bride, we wanted to be assured of the quality and quantity of food for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. Being a family owned and operated business, Monclovas Catering, brought a personal touch from their family to ours, and was well understanding of our needs and requests. The food was amazing and plentiful! As we went around and spoke to our guests, many were commenting on how delicious the food was. Their professionalism and attentiveness throughout the evening right was right on point. In fact, our venue had nothing but praise reports on how Monclovas Catering respected their kitchen and safety measures. I recently had Monoclovas cater my wedding on July 05th and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company!!! He delivered in every possibly way! Fabian was excellent. He made sure he had all the important details covered and he followed through on all the special touches he promised during the wedding reception. The food was very good and we had many guests comment on how good the dinner and appetizers were. The buffet setup itself looked amazing and the place settings were exactly as promised. The staff was professional and efficient; they even served food directly to some of our elderly guests! Monclovas went above and beyond our expectations!! Thank you Fabian and staff for making the wedding fabulous! So glad you are doing our next daughters wedding in 2021!!!

Monclovas was AMAZING!! Fabian & his entire staff were very professional & helped keep our day on track & under control! The food was out of this world! Our wedding was in October & we STILL have people raving about how amazing their food was! They really catered towards my husband & I. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and I never give a perfect score but this company is amazing. Fabian was extremely helpful and really cared about making sure our day was special as it could be. He loves what he does and his number one priority is to make sure you are enjoying your day. We never had to worry about what was going on for the food setup during the reception, we knew he had it all taken care of which gave us one less thing to worry about during our day. When we went for our food tasting we knew immediately this who we were going to have cater our wedding. Just from the customer service and tasty food alone Fabian had us sold and we knew we didn't need to look at any more caterers. The crew was absolutely amazing making sure everyone was fed, checked on if drinks were needing refilled, and made sure the kitchen at our venue was all cleaned up. We selected to go with the chicken and beef fajitas for dinner along with chips and queso for cocktail hour and it was so good. If you are looking for a caterer this is one to definitely try. I was really impressed with everything and if we ever need an event catered again we will definitely be contacting Monclovas Catering.
