- AaylaCo-OwnerFueled by a love for great drinks, good company, and big dreams, Moon ’n Mixer was born out of both passion and friendship. Orlando native and Florida State University graduate Aayla discovered her love for bartending a few years ago, drawn to the fast-paced energy and the creative artistry behind every pour. With a longtime knack for experimenting in the kitchen, she quickly found joy in crafting unique cocktails, developing house-made syrups, and elevating flavor profiles behind the bar. Aayla now brings that same creativity and care to every event she serves, alongside her best friend and co-founder, Emely. Together, they’re excited to share their passion for the craft, connect with people, and bring a little magic to each celebration they’re a part of.
