Fueled by a love for great drinks, good company, and big dreams, Moon ’n Mixer was born out of both passion and friendship. Orlando native and Florida State University graduate Aayla discovered her love for bartending a few years ago, drawn to the fast-paced energy and the creative artistry behind every pour. With a longtime knack for experimenting in the kitchen, she quickly found joy in crafting unique cocktails, developing house-made syrups, and elevating flavor profiles behind the bar. Aayla now brings that same creativity and care to every event she serves, alongside her best friend and co-founder, Emely. Together, they’re excited to share their passion for the craft, connect with people, and bring a little magic to each celebration they’re a part of.

Hi, I’m Emely! With over 5 years of bartending experience and a strong passion for creating memorable moments, I bring energy, professionalism, and creativity to every event I’m part of. Before launching Moon 'n Mixer, I worked in the wedding world with Southern Elegance Limousines, which gave me a front-row seat to just how magical (and meaningful) these celebrations can be. Moon 'n Mixer was born out of a dream I shared with my best friend — to create a mobile bar experience that’s fun, intentional, and full of good vibes. We wanted something that felt personal and warm, like a good toast with people you love. I’m also a proud UCF grad (Go Knights!) and a big believer that the little details make the biggest difference. Whether I’m helping design your signature cocktails or setting the scene with our celestial touches, I’m here to help bring your vision to life — one pour at a time.
