Joe and Jim are fantastic! They brought a very unique and beautiful artistic vision to every shot. They did an amazing job of capturing the beauty of the day while making it look so effortless. They were also very accommodating when we decided to postpone our original 2020 reception to 2021 and still have a backyard ceremony in 2020, luckily now we have two sets of wedding photos from Moonloop! (In addition to beautiful engagement photos too!) I cannot recommend them enough.

Moonloop Photography was amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations. Joe and Andre were our photographers and despite the fact we had never met them in person in light of Covid you would have never even thought it! We worked so well together. Joe is so talented at photography and is such a visionary. For us photography was the most important aspect of wedding planning since pictures are what you have at the end. We took our time picking the photographer and Moonloop was the easiest choice! People are commenting on how artistic and amazing our pictures are. I cannot recommend them enough! When choosing our photographer, my husband and I had a very specific vision. When we found Moonloop Photography, we were blown away by the work and the price. Our package was such a great value. Jim went above and beyond for us. He drove all the way to Long Island, NY for our engagement shoot. He is the only person I've ever met who did not complain about sitting in traffic on the Belt Parkway. Instead he told us about the amazing sunset pictures he was able to take. He definitely has a passion for photography and you feel that passion when you work with him. He always trying new things and trying to get the best shot. We were lucky enough to have both Jim and Justin for our wedding day. They were AMAZING!! From helping us pin boutonnieres to helping get my veil to sit perfectly. The two of them were so great to work with. We are obsessed with all of our pictures. We quickly shared with all our family and friends and we receive so many compliments. Most importantly, they make you feel comfortable having your picture taken. There's a lot of pictures on a wedding day and these two definitely did not make picture taking feel like a chore. I can not say enough good things about Moonloop Photography and would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Choosing a wedding photographer is a major decision for most couples getting married - it certainly was for us. We were so glad we learned of Moonloop Photography through a friend. After meeting with Justin, we were excited to have finally crossed “find photographer” off our list! His kindness and flexibility to meet with me were deeply appreciated, and his past work spoke for itself. Not only did Justin and Sam take great photos, they were genuinely very helpful throughout the day! Justin came in clutch with a tool to help my mother button up my dress, and was wonderfully sweet when our timeline went out the window. We love our photographs, and will cherish them throughout the years.

We hired Jim and Joe from Moonloop to photograph our Vermont wedding last August (2018) and could not have been happier! We chose Moonloop for their artistry and ability to capture the most important moments and transform them into amazing memories. They traveled all the way from Delaware and showed their passion throughout the entire process. These guys LOVE what they do, and it shows. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera with plenty of creative ideas that complimented both the wedding party and the beautiful scenery. We were told by countless couples to spend the money on a fantastic photographer, and we are so glad we chose Moonloop to fill that spot. We will have these beautiful memories for the rest of our lives.

Best photographer out there!!! We met Jim at a venue opening and he was as nice as could be. Then when we went to talk about contracts and pricing we talked for hours it was like catching up with an old friend. On our wedding day Jim and Justin were amazing!! They went our of their way to get the most amazing shots. They also got shots of special moments and items that they didn't know how much would mean to me. Justin even stood on a table to get an incredible shot of our first dance. I HIGHLY recommend Moonloop for weddings and all other photography needs. They go above and beyond and become family at the end of the day. Truly blessed to have gotten them to capture our wedding.

They were great to work with, quick to reply and easy to communicate with. Joe went above and beyond. He went out of his way to check out our first look spot on the day of our wedding. It had rained all morning and he checked to make sure it wasn’t too muddy for us. I can’t thank him enough. Everything went smoothly and on time. Everyone raves about our pictures and how great our photographers were. Also got our pictures back amazingly fast! Highly recommend.

We were so lucky to have had Moonloop Photography at our wedding. We had Joe and Rebecca as our photographers. Joe had also done our engagement photoshoot the year before, which we used for our save-the-date. Moonloop knows exactly how to run a wedding, and exactly how to help the whole event run smoothly. They helped us corral families together and get through the formals quickly. Most importantly, they captured everything we would have wanted. We had a Quaker-style ceremony, where people stand up and share a message. They captured everyone who stood up, and we can clearly recall what people had to say because of their attention to detail. We will get to keep these memories with us for the rest of our life, and Moonloop is a big part of that. The pictures themselves are better than we could have ever imagined. We're so glad we got Moonloop to do our wedding! We cannot emphasize it enough, our photos are amazing, and we loved our experience with Moonloop!

The artistry and sensitivity of this group made them more than worth the price! They posed some of the most creative, beautiful pictures and the entire extended family (and that was a lot of them!) has been very happy with the results. I can't recommend Moonloop Photography enough.

I can't say enough about Moonloop Photography!!! They are the absolute BEST and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Jim and Joe shot our wedding day in July and the pictures are out of this world beautiful. Not to mention, they are so much fun to shoot with while also being extremely professional! We had a wonderful experience with Moonloop photography from the first encounter through after the wedding. Joe shot our wedding with another photographer and did an amazing and creative job. We love our photos and album we received through Moonloop and would highly recommend them. Extremely creative, patient and professional!

We worked with Joe and Michelle for our big day, and they were great to work with! Our pictures turned out beautiful and they were very prompt in helping us move things along, but make sure we got everything we wanted. We were so happy with how quick they were with getting us our photos so we could relive the moments over and over again soon after our wedding day. Would highly recommend!

First of all, being an experienced published photographer myself, imagery is extremely important. Secondly, our wedding day was the best day ever, so I might be a little biased, haha. During I had the pleasure of working with Jim for our engagement shoot and on our wedding day he had two assistants. During the wedding the placement of each of them was perfect. They were able to achieve amazing angles and great candid shots. The only “photographer” that was noticed was my grandmother using her cell phone popped into the isle as my soon to be wife was walking down. During the reception they took some epic photos of all our guests having a great time and even made it look like I knew how to dance! We did step out of the reception to shoot a couple of night shots and they made sure they were able to get us back in there very quickly since they already had everything set up! Overall, the images are magnificent. I am so thrilled with the moments that we’re captured. We received our images way faster than we expected too. The worst part is we only have limited wall space and there are too many beautiful images. I know there are a lot of choices out there for wedding photographers, but when it comes down to executing the small details that make the overall image perfect, Moonloop nails it.

If you are looking for a photographer in the DE/Philly area (or farther), don't look any further! Joe and Jim are magicians. We had them shoot both our engagement photos and our wedding, and would do the same over and over. They very obviously have a passion and love for their art and what they do-- it's so interesting to have their two different perspectives at work as well. They were fun, friendly, worked with our quirks and nerdiness, and always results in AMAZING, breathtaking photos. Our friends and family all raved about them as well. BOOK THESE GUYS-- you won't at all regret it!

Wow - Joe and Jim knocked the ball out of the park for my brother's wedding this weekend. I've been in many weddings and have never seen this level of professionalism and class. Usually photos of the wedding party are painful, but not with Joe and Jim. They worked quickly and created amazing poses that kept the whole party laughing and kept our four tiny flower girls engaged. They whisked the grooms away for a sunset photo session and every photo was worthy of a magazine shoot. They even thought to ask about challenging "family issues" and gracefully handled a situation for us before it became an issue. I would fly this team anywhere for ANY photo shoot after this experience!

About 3 years ago I went to a friends wedding and later on fell in love with her wedding photos. I liked their Facebook page “incase I needed it some day”! Well I am so glad I did because i am 100% confident I chose the best of the best to photograph our special day! My husband who doesn’t like getting his picture taken felt completely comfortable and casual around Jim. We love Moonloop photography and their hard work is well worth the penny. We will look at these photos forever! And remember having such a wonderful experience!

We were introduced to Jim by a good friend of ours and we are so grateful for it! He was honest about what you did and didn’t need in order to help you stay in your budget! Jim always answered our questions quickly and in a timely manner, the day of he and Meghan came and got every photo I was nervous about getting!they even did photos ops of things I didn’t even know I wanted until he showed us. They were so fun and it seemed like we knew them forever! They could tell when you were done with pictures and were super fast at getting the photos taken since we wanted to go to our cocktail hour and they made sure we did! While taking pictures he would always show us a sneak peak! We were able to wake up the morning of our wedding and he already had some photos posted as a sneak peak! It was so exciting! Joe and Jim are paragons of professionalism and class. I have never dealt with photographers of this skill level and dedication. From start to finish, photography sessions were seamlessly integrated into the day’s activities. Joe and Jim were early to everything and were more than prepared to execute what they needed to, then get us on to the next thing. Our pictures were absolutely incredible and we have gotten countless compliments from friends and family. I will go back to Joe and Jim for ANY professional pictures we need taken in the future. We used moonloop for our engagement photos and for our wedding this last year and the whole experience was amazing start to finish. They were easy to communicate with responded quickly and put up with my lack of direction and knew how to do exactly what I didn’t know I wanted. The pictures are amazing - everyone that sees them immediately comments on how great the photos are. I am not even sure where to begin... For starters, Moonloop Photography is hands down the absolute best! When our search for a photographer first began over two years ago, we were immediately drawn to Moonloop. Their shooting style was exactly what we were looking for. Prior to booking, we met up with Jim Coarse to talk about what we wanted and were looking for and my now husband and I knew from that moment that we absolutely wanted to book him. We were able to get everything we wanted and more. We were able to work with Jim prior to our wedding by having an Engagement shoot at Longwood Gardens about a year before our wedding and he did not disappoint. Every picture was breathtaking, and he even gave us a little tour of the gardens as we had never been there before! Then comes the wedding day and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing. We had Jim Coarse and Justin Heyes and they immediately took charge and began shooting from the moment we arrived to the venue. They even were prepared for basically every little emergency that arose! They stuck with us up until the reception end and we had so much fun! We even had some amazing shots in the rain! Even more insane, we received all of our photos back at just about 2 weeks! Every single one has either made us laugh or cry with happiness and I am just in awe with the moments they were able to capture. Our family and friends who have seen a few have all said they are breathtaking photos! I would not hesitate to book Moonloop Photography again for any future needs and I strongly recommend them to anyone else looking for photographers! Not only did we get amazing photos of our wedding, but we have also gained a friend and will absolutely keep in touch with them. Jim Coarse and Moonloop are the most amazing photographers you could hire. Not only are they extremely friendly and kind, their work is absolutely gorgeous. He worked his magic to make all the special photos I wanted done happen and look outstanding!! Jim is the best!!

We booked the one photographer package with Jim. He was wonderful to work with throughout the process. He was very responsive and offered help when he could, with all things wedding - he definitely went above and beyond the standard photographers duties. The day of the wedding he was prompt and energetic. He even came prepared with safety pins ;) His enthusiasm for the art of photography was evident, the photos turned out amazing...what more could you ask for?

There aren't enough words to express my absolute appreciation for Joe & Jim of MoonLoop Photograpgy. They were fun, organized, creative, and flexible. I didn't know exactly what vibe I was going for and they paid attention to everything from my Pinterest account to personal style to capture the right pictures. The best part was that they didn't stick out as "just photographers" during the wedding/reception, they were friends. They kept me laughing, they kept me moving, and they kept everyone comfortable. I know my wedding wouldn't have been the same without them. Oh, and the pictures? Absolutely wonderful- I didn't know I looked that good! Moonloop Photography is beyond amazing! Jim and his assistant Justin went way beyond our expectations and we even had a few shots the next morning! We were lucky to have good weather in the morning and they convinced us to go outside in the rain/snow and captured the most amazing shot. The photographers managed to capture almost everyone at the wedding but remained almost unseen the entire time. All of the bridesmaids and groomsmen agreed that they were awesome! We received our photos much sooner than I anticipated and every photo was better than expected! I highly recommend them and plan on using them for other life events!

My husband and I worked with Jim Coarse for our engagement and wedding photos (8/27/16). We are so pleased with how they turned out. Jim is very knowledgeable about different types of lenses and lighting options and that really made our photos special and beautiful. He really helped us capture the best moments of our wedding day and we will cherish the photos forever. Jim had our photos ready just a few weeks after our wedding day! This review is much overdue as we used Jim Coarse Photography (who has now joined with another photographer to create Moonloop Photography) to photograph our wedding on August 1, 2015. I felt compelled to write a review because my husband and I couldn’t have been happier with Jim Coarse Photography. When planning for our wedding, we searched for a photographer who offered quality photographs for a reasonable price, and Jim gave us just that. He was so easy to work with and very professional right from the start. He met with us in person months before the wedding to show us his work and the packages he offered. After booking with Jim Coarse Photography, Jim responded quickly to all of my questions and was often the one to contact us to give us reminders about engagement photos, wedding timelines, etc. He even asked me to add him to my wedding “Pinterest” page so he could get a good idea of the kind of wedding pictures I preferred. I was even able to text message Jim some pictures that I especially wanted on the day of my wedding. He certainly did his research because on the day of the wedding, he ensured that he took the pictures I wanted. Additionally, Jim was prepared and on time to all of our photo shoots, including the wedding day. He came with an assistant on this day who was equally professional and seemed to truly want to capture the best pictures for our wedding. They were unobtrusive throughout the day, yet they were readily available to make any suggestions and take any requests that we had. Within hours/days of all of our shoots, Jim started sending us some of the edited pictures; it was really great seeing a sample of the photos so quickly! After the wedding, we received a beautiful photography package that included both CDs and a flash drive with all of our pictures in addition to a few prints that we just love. In the end, my husband and I are so glad we decided to go with Jim Coarse Photography to capture the most special day of our lives.
