lly listen to all of our ideas and thoughts about the wedding. Throughout the year, we had regular check in calls and everything was kept organized in Aisle Planner for me to access. She provided helpful resources to reference during the planning process and was highly organized. She was always available 24/7 to answer questions over text which was very helpful! For wedding day, I cannot say enough great things about Emily and her assistant Sam. All day they made me feel so at ease and kept the wedding flowing. We had so many people tell us that the whole wedding flowed so smoothly which is a huge win in my book! I was never made aware of anything that may have happened behind the scenes and all the vendors were coordinated so well. Mosaic also did an amazing job at packing up our things at the end of the night which made the clean up process much easier on my family. I cannot say enough great things about working with Mosaic through our wedding planning process. There is no way the wedding could have gone as great as it did without them! <3

ng March 29, 2025. We selected the Month of package for planning and I have not and will never regret this! I wish we would have met earlier and I would have done full or partial planning! Mikey, Emily, and Channing were amazing to work with! If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I still don't know because they fixed it. My concern with hiring a planner was my specific vision and style that I wanted to execute and I could not find one that understood my vision until I met with Emily! I would recommend them a million times!!! I don't have any pictures yet since I got married a few days ago!

Having a seasoned planner provides resources and experience for all the things you don’t even think or know about. They coordinated everything so well that no one had to interrupt or bother me or the bride the day of the wedding. Everyone knew to go to Emily and Mikey so we could literally enjoy every single second of the day. It is money very well spent. I highly encourage you to budget for Mosaic in your wedding budget. I believe it will save you money in the long run because of their knowledge and guidance but also truly take all the “other stuff that you aren’t even thinking about” off of you. My daughter’s wedding was flawless, it was perfect, and I give a great deal of credit to this team to make the day everything we imagined it could be!

Emily did so much for us, from reviewing contracts, to coordinating vendors month of, to creating signage, to fetching sneakers for my daughter, the bride, when her feet wore out from dancing. call, we clicked. Despite many planners turning us down due to our budget, they assured me they could make it work. And they have such great personalities! Throughout the planning process, I changed my mind endlessly, had a lot of budget constraints, and texted Emily constantly. But she stayed so patient and organized, rarely letting anything slip through the cracks. They both came with us to all of our venue tours, Emily came with me to one of my dress shopping appointments. It's thanks to them we were able to find our dream venue and dress! She took care of all communication with the vendors, saving me tons of time and advocating on our behalf, and with our guests, sending out RSVP reminders, etc. She designed everything from save the dates to signage, offered tons of money-saving tips, and recommended vendors with great value. She gave her honest opinions when helping me decide bridesmaid dresses, color scheme, decor items (she even sent me second hand items people were selling on Facebook while I was looking for cheaper stuff...she really looks out!), floor plan, order of events. Every recommendation she gave panned out so well, even if I was unsure about them at first. She knows what she's doing! When things inevitably started going wrong the week of, Emily helped me put out all the fires. The only thing she doesn't handle is buying and bringing items unless rented from them, so keep that in mind if DIYing decor/stations. For the wedding day itself, everyone told me that it went so smoothly. I was lowkey a crazy bride and had a million things for Emily and Mikey to do all day. They not only executed all of my requests FLAWLESSLY but they went above and beyond. For example, I brought flowers from TJ's and she used those to decorate the venue. She broke down my bridesmaids' bouquets for the reception tables to make the perfect minimalist look I was going for. I didn't love how my bouquet turned out because the florist put greenery when I requested there to be none (I don't recommend using Zanna Bell), but Emily took time before the ceremony to take out all of the greenery from all the bouquets, making them beautiful for our photos. She broke down my bouquet in half during the reception so we could give them to our moms. They even found lodging near the venue for the night before so Emily could come early and steam my dress since my bridesmaids had not seen it yet. Mikey saved the helpless groomsmen by doing their bowties. Emily was there at all our first looks to take photos and videos for me. She made a well-thought-out timeline that accommodated for delays without rushing pre-ceremony photos or first looks. More proof that she thinks of so many things you wouldn't think of! She and Mikey thought on their feet, making tough, but smart decisions without stressing me. For example, they chose to reduce to one bar because the second bar provided by the venue was not sturdy enough. And at the end of the night, they packed and organized everything that we needed to take home. Post-wedding, Emily supported me in resolving vendor issues. From start to finish, an amazing experience. And they did all of this with the most positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. I will be forever grateful to Mosaic!

o understanding as to how to do it. As a couple, we had a lot of big and untraditional ideas + wishlist items- we mapped everything out and hoped for the best. After a few months panic set in that we had no idea how to actually execute on these big ideas. We reached out to a few day of coordinators and (I think we scared some lol), but Emily and Mikey were the first to hype us up and celebrate our ideas, immediately we knew we had to book them. In this process I've often seen the saying of "Remember that no one knows the wedding you planned in your head", and given that I myself had no idea how a Margaritaville-Formal wedding would turn out, I found great solace in this quote leading up to the day. I am now here to confidently say, Emily pulled exactly what was in my head (and my husbands!) and made it happen in real life. I cannot express how beautifully smooth and fun our wedding day was. Without a doubt, Mikey and Emily will be your brain and heart, your body guards and confidants, and your biggest cheerleaders for you throughout your wedding journey. edding planner because I knew I wanted an incredible wedding but didn’t have any clue where to start. I didn’t want this season to be stressful on me, my mom, or anyone else so I knew a wedding planner was a must. When I met Emily, everything just clicked. She understood what I was going for and executed it perfectly. I was there to approve what she suggested, and it made the process so fun because I was involved without being overwhelmed! I wanted a dinner party vibe for our reception and that is exactly what I got. Emily knew the right people when it came to catering, rentals, entertainment, and every vendor was incredible. Leading up to the wedding people kept asking how I was feeling, and I always said that I was just excited! I didn’t have any stress because I knew the Mosaic team had my back and everything was going to be great! My mom’s friends were shocked at her lack of stress during my engagement, and it was all because Emily does her job so well. Emily was there whenever I needed a question answered or had a new idea and I never felt like she didn’t have time for me. By time we got to the wedding it just felt like having my friend there running the show. Day of was so much fun. Emily handled everything and we got to just enjoy every moment. She kept things moving and we didn’t have to worry about what happened when because Emily was there to make sure we were where we needed to be. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and it’s all because we got to enjoy every second and didn’t worry about a thing thanks to Emily. I can’t wait to follow along Emily and Mikey’s journey because I know they have such a bright future in the wedding industry!

here in Atlanta. I conducted approximately 25 zoom interviews for wedding planners in both LA and Atlanta, and I knew almost instantaneously that Emily and Mikey were the ones - I just got a really great vibe from them. I hired them a few days later, and Emily really got to work! It was after hiring her that our wedding planning really kicked into gear. I was pregnant during a lot of the wedding planning, and gave birth two months before our wedding. Because of this, Emily had to handle a lot of things up front, so that when our son arrived, everything was already taken care of. Both Emily and Mikey went above and beyond in planning and executing our wedding. Even though everyone thought we were crazy to have a wedding so soon after giving birth (we may have been), Emily and Mikey made it possible. I almost wish I could have another wedding just to work with Emily and Mikey again. I’m actually sad that it’s over, but I will always cherish the time that they both made so special. Their expertise of effective communication of all vendors (and guests) took stress off of me as a bride. Advice is to have as MUCH planned as you can, have all vendors booked and they will do the heavy lifting such as creating timelines for vendors, ensure all vendors and wedding party knows when and where to be. Because of mosaic events I was able to ENJOY my wedding week without worrying about the “little things”. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to have the best day of their life. Emily (and Mikey) and I had virtual meetings 45 days, 30 days, 15, and week of meetings to ensure the wedding day would run smooth. They created a day of timeline that I gave to wedding party and special friends and family which was extremely helpful for guests. If you want to have a wedding coordinator team that you’ll trust and enjoy to work with I cannot recommend them enough.

During discussions with our vendors, MANY of them advised that a planner or coordinator would be in our best interest, so we opted to find a wedding coordinator about halfway through the process to help make sure the day of went smoothly. I decided to hire Emily and Mikey after receiving consistent correspondence from them via email offering their services. We interviewed several people, and immediately fell in love with their personalities, work ethic and attention to detail and organization. After several meetings, talks on the phone, emails back and forth—I knew we were more than prepared for our wedding day. They were always prompt to address our issues, kept us on task and again—we’re very detail oriented. Emily always took copious notes and she was well versed on my expectations. To say they were helpful the day of the wedding is an understatement. Turns outs . . . We NEEDED them. No matter how well you prepare, things will always go just a little different than you plan for. What was wonderful was that, I wasn’t even aware of the issues that come up, the decisions that had to be made or the slight change in plans to make the day go smoothly. They just dealt with it and I had a beautiful and memorable stress free day! I can’t thank them enough for their role in making our wedding flawless. I highly recommend them for any event and will miss working alongside them for the past several months. Don’t hesitate—just book them and know that you are in great hands!
