My Event Angels was such a blessing to have at my August 17th wedding! The team went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I enjoyed our day, while also being an incredible liaison for other vendors and family members. They made sure we felt like the stars of our day. My husband appreciated their communication and coordination on our wedding day. They were also such a dream to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process, going above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, and I felt ready for the big day. They exceeded all of my expectations and wore many hats on our wedding day to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
If you want PERFECTION, go with My Event Angels!! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected!! I'll first start by saying how incredible this team is! I even forgot things on my wedding day and they went to the store immediately that morning (at 8:00AM) and got it!!! Her attention to detail, amazing problem-solving skills, friendliness, and professionalism made our day perfect.
I did research and spoke to few wedding planners but it never felt right. My Event Angels was different, she was the only one who understood us from the first conversation. It took her only one phone call to understand our style, what we were looking for and how busy we were with our jobs to accommodate us. She understood our vision and executed it efficiently, allowing us to enjoy every moment stress-free. We could not have made our wedding happen without them. Not only did they keep us on track, but they also were VERY collaborative and honored our special wishes for the day! It's clear to see that you love what you do and it just comes so naturally to you. Thank you again!!
Miabella was amazing ! It started to rain right before the ceremony and she reassured me we would still have a great wedding, just to bring it inside. I would HIGHLY recommend My Event Angels.

Very professional and helpful. Nikki was really great and helped make the wedding run really smoothly. I would definitely recommend her for any wedding! We are so happy we used My Event Angels and had Nikki's services. They also provide rentals for decor items and plates, cloth napkins, etc. at good prices. Be careful not to pay bill for rentals until it is due because your headcount for the wedding may change if anyone cancels. They will send the bill before it is due and if your headcount changes you cannot get a refund even though you don't need as many plates/napkins because they do not do refunds.
When my now wife first asked about getting a wedding day coordinator, I was very hesitant. I foolishly thought we wouldn’t need the help. After seeing all the work Lisa did, I realized we would have been up a creek so many times over. The timeline Lisa created kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding. Lisa has an unbelievable amount of experience and her recommendations all proved to be 100% the right call. She also provided our place settings which looked beautiful. If anyone asked me for a recommendation, Lisa and her company would be my first choice. She’s the best money we spent on our wedding day.
MEA are truly the best! From Day 1 they were there every step of the way for our wedding. Nikki was our lead coordinator and I don’t know how I would have gotten through the final 60 days of planning and the day of without her! You won’t regret working with the angels!!
WOW. just WOW. When you are booking a vendor for your wedding day, you hope everything you see on paper and hear over the phone is exactly what you will be getting. Let me tell you, with My Event Angels, Lisa, Miabella, and their whole team you get SO MUCH more then you could ever imagine from the best team around. They truly were always a phone call or email away throughout the whole process and helped me with every step along the way. From the moment I arrived at the venue to the second I left, these girls made sure I had absolutely anything and everything I needed throughout the day. The decor was set up beautifully and exactly like we had planned during my playdate. My lead coordinator, Miabella, was the most amazing and genuine person to be around! She truly made all of my dreams come true and ensured the groom and I had the best nights of our lives. They put so much time and effort in to ensuring your day is exactly what you want it to be and I could not be more thankful for this AMAZING team!!
I got married on March 9, 2024 and Nikki F. was my day of coordinator. She was so thorough and calm the whole day. She kept me in the loop enough so I knew what I should be doing to get ready, but basically handled everything else. She was so nice to our guests and even got little videos and pictures for us throughout the day. I felt very comfortable with her and her assistant and I think the day was perfect and ran so smoothly. I would definitely recommend her or anyone with My Event Angels for a smooth wedding!
I can't tell you how pleased we all were with My Event Angels’ services!! Talk about selfless and serving!!! Oh, my gosh!! Thank you so much for everything! We could not have had such a smooth day and beautiful wedding without their help! Lisa did a wonderful job helping us through the beginning process and then Nikki came into the middle and end to help us finish off our journey. My Event Angels is worth every dime! Lisa Hearron has created a company to meet every level of help you could need. We used the full service wedding planning so as a mom I could enjoy my daughter’s wedding and not have to worry about the many details you don’t even realize need attention to have a flawless event. To add to the challenges for Lisa to work with, our daughter lived out of state for most of the planning time. Lisa worked with her and her schedule helping her to find vendors to research and choose. With full service, she helped with the vendor contracts and handling questions, needs and day of event services. She has differing levels of the services if you don’t need that much help, but with the full service for me was about someone else making sure everything was tended to and I could just enjoy the evening. One of our favorite parts, of many, was the “playdate” designing the table setting for the reception. The day of the event she orchestrated each step so the day flowed smoothly. She and her staff worked tirelessly from the decorating, to directing and verifying the vendors did what was expected and had all they needed until the end of the event.
My Event Angels are exactly that ! Their professionalism, customer service and most of all care and commitment to my daughter and her wedding are the standard for all companies to try and meet. My Event Angels was exactly what our wedding needed!! They were incredibly helpful from the very start. We already knew so much about what we wanted for our wedding, but they filled in all the gaps with great advice and vendor recommendations. Lisa helped us at the beginning to get our bearings and get set up with MEA. Danycka became the lead coordinator for our wedding and she was amazing! Danycka was so patient on all of our calls with our questions and planning. And she absolutely killed it on the wedding day!! She understood our vision and everything looked amazing. She kept everything on track and relaxed for us and our families. All of the other event staff there with MEA was also so helpful in executing everything and with any questions we had. I (bride) just remember the feeling when my girls and I got to the venue in the morning and I realized that I really had no responsibilities as I saw Danycka and all the MEA staff already handling everything so well - I got to close the door to the bridal suite and not worry or help with anything that day. Early on before we found MEA, I remember my parents being so worried about all the things they thought they'd have to juggle that day, and that they'd just be stressed and busy. But as we started planning and having calls with Danycka and MEA, those fears went away and they also were so relaxed and stress-free that day! We can't say enough good things about how everything with MEA went! They are so worth it to work with, we couldn't have gotten through the day without Danycka's amazing coordination! We cannot rave enough about My Event Angels! They did an amazing job all around. Their pricing is good, the entire staff communicated well, they went above and beyond on the actual day, and they even provide linens and decor for an extra cost to make life easy!

I cannot recommend My Event Angels more. I worked with Lisa in the beginning of the planning stages and she was so helpful with advice and just generally calming me down from wedding stress. Later on, we ended up having Nikki as our lead coordinator and I think Nikki may be a magician. Our reception was at a coffee shop so it required a lot of changes on the day of the wedding and Nikki handled it all so amazingly. On top of that, she really is the sweetest human and was so kind, supportive and joyful to work with through the planning process. I could not imagine my day without her help and I would recommend My Event Angels to anyone who would ask!!
Claire was a silver lining for us! Our previous planner had to withdraw for health reasons and Claire stepped in with authority and positivity. As Mother of the Bride, I never had to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Claire was composed, organized and our best advocate. I would trust Claire with any situation! She was thoughtful and caring throughout the day. On the day of the wedding, we woke up to a text from Claire saying how she prayed over our wedding day. That set the tone for the day and even managed to keep bad weather away!
My Event Angels truly lived up to their name! Their linens and decor added an exquisite touch to our special day. The quality and attention to detail were exceptional. As my groom and I reflect on the most epic night of our lives, we both 100% agree, the best money we spent was towards My Event Angels.
In the year I was planning my wedding, I was constantly judged and even turned away by vendors, in regards to my non-traditional ideas. However, that was my life before my wedding angels - Lisa & Danycka.
Everything I envisioned, they made sure I had.
No matter how long you plan, things WILL go wrong on your wedding day.....through absolutely no fault of your coordinator.
That's life.
So those brides who expect perfection, will always be disappointed. What matters most is how the people around you react to it.....& we thank God every second of that day, that Lisa & Danycka were the ones around us.
Unfortunately, my nightly migraine hit right in the middle of my reception. While I was laying alone in a dark room, wishing I could enjoy the night with my guests, Lisa realized what was going on, located me & quietly prayed over me for my recovery. I have yet to and probably will never find another "vendor" who cares that much about their clients. And I'll always be honored to be a recipient of this gracious & special act.
Thank you Lisa & Danycka for not only ensuring we had a beautiful evening we'll never forget, but for treating us like friends....even family.

If you need a wedding coordinator these are the lady’s for you!!! I had the “Angel package” since I had already had an idea of all the vendors I wanted to use on my big day! The lady’s at my event angels not only do day of coordination but also do decor(Which is a huge bonus), They made my table setting vision come to life! And if your lucky enough to get a Lead coordinator of Claire you are in excellent hands! She was super responsive and organized and just overall AMAZING! She checked in multiple times prior to wedding day making sure I had everything I needed for my wedding to be everything I had dreamed of! My husband and I hired My Event Angels for day of wedding planning. I was hesitant to only do day of coordination as I had never planned a wedding before but looking back… we made the best decision! I am so very thankful for the extended help the My Event Angels team afforded us. I reached out with questions many times in the 7 months preceding our wedding, and they helped me every time, without hesitation. We were assigned Lilly to be the head coordinator for our wedding and she was amazing. We met about 45 days prior to our wedding and instantly clicked . She was instrumental in finalizing all our final count numbers with the vendors. The numbers are due 30 days in advance of wedding day and we were both (husband and I) on our bach trips at the time and unable to manage this. I turned everything over to Lilly in advance and she communicated everything to my vendors. Lilly was so calm, cool, and collected. This made me feel so at ease during the final days of wedding planning and the actual wedding day. She was professional in all dealings with vendors on the day off, and stayed late to help my family pack up the items. She made sure our bags were packed and in our getaway car which was so helpful because we were somewhere on cloud 9 ☁️ and didn’t have the time to do this. She kept the wedding day moving along well and I truly felt like everything was taken care of because I had Lilly, Danycka, and Emily (plus a team of 5 design staff) to make the day go off without a hitch. The day was absolutely perfect in every way and I am writing this almost 2 months later and my heart is still a blazing fire of joy at the thought of my wedding. I would hire My Event Angels again if I had to relive my wedding day.
They also made us the cutest instagram reel of our wedding and posted it the night of. We woke up to this beautiful reel and i’ve never had so many tears in my eyes. My family and friends could not stop talking about how amazing MEA was, which is totally amazing and speaks for itself. Lastly, I believe everyone at My Event Angels makes serving their clients with kindness and joy a cornerstone of their business, as this is evident in everything they do. One of my friends referred me to My Event Angels, and thank God! They are the absolute best! I used them for decor and day of coordination. The venue turned out absolutely stunning and they made my vision come to life. Every detail was perfect and having them relieved so much stress from my mom and I! My husband and I are so grateful for Alex and Lilly and the whole team at Event Angels for making our day so so special! When our timeline got delayed for reasons out of anyone's control on the day of, they helped us adjust our timeline so that we could make sure to fit in the parts of the reception that were the most important to us! They were so great at being able to work on the fly and keep me at ease the whole time. I felt so at ease knowing they were there to help support us and they made the whole day go by so smoothly. I am so grateful for Event Angels and would recommend them again and again to any brides! They not only have an eye for detail but also really cared and brought me so much joy while working together!
I will try to be as brief as possible. I’ve learned leaving this 1-star review that the vendor can dispute it and it has taken months of persistence to get this posted. I was required to provide proof for all my claims. Lisa at My event Angels placed a junior staff on our event. Lilly did not manage the events of the day or the people resulting in 3+ pages of complaints. No one ever knew where to be or when anything was happening. The biggest complaint being that, while the best man was in the bathroom rehearsing his speech, Lilly started the procession & wedding ceremony without him. The groom turned gray when he did not see his brother coming down the aisle, the groom’s family was panicked about where their son was. I could see that my daughter, the bride, was visibly distraught about the procession before she even walked down the aisle, and the father of the bride was also completely visibly distressed about the whole mishandling of the most important part of the wedding. After the wedding ceremony, which should have been the most tender time for the bride and groom, Lilly barged into the suite where the bride and groom were, exclaiming that "it was not her fault!" After that, no one knew when and where to do speeches, and there was just a constant air of anxiety since the coordinator did not do her job. Even other professional vendors made comments in writing, listing out how the event was mishandled. I did tell Lisa that I would be writing reviews, but I wanted to give her the courtesy, as the owner, of responding to the complete mismanagement of the day. We paid $6500 for services, and no amount of planning mattered when that planning is not followed through on the wedding day. We made the time to have a meeting, in person, with Lisa and her coordinator. They asked for specific examples of mismanagement and neglect. I shared my 3 typed pages. They agreed to write apology letters to the bride and groom, the best man, and their families. We asked for a reimbursement for services not rendered on the day of, which Lisa said was $1500. We asked for an additional $1500 for the written plans that were not followed: $1500 floral arch not moved from ceremony to reception, dessert table with a sign stating that it would be “open after the cutting of the cake” - we had no cake, (we ended up with boxes of leftover desserts, and people telling us they never did get any) and the father of the bride’s boutonniere was given to the grandfather (FOB is the only one with no flowers in pictures). Lisa agreed to the $1500 and said she would have to pray about the rest. After three weeks of waiting, we received the apology letters that were not apologies at all, but they were defensive justification of actions blaming others. Lisa rescinded her offer to reimburse us for the day of. Instead, she offered to send the bride and groom, on a cheap cruise or a two-night stay in a local hotel. Insult to injury! After our complaints, Lisa did mention that Lilly is no longer a lead coordinator. We are so regretful for what happened the day of the wedding, which cannot be redone. At the very least we hoped that Lisa would reimburse us in reparations, which she did not. Save yourself the pain and look elsewhere for a dependable, trustworthy wedding planner.

It has completely broken her spirit and she has decided to walk away from wedding planning completely. Reviews of her excellent services can be found on this very same platform. We understand everyone is entitled to writing their review, which both you and your daughter have now left us several 1-star reviews on our platforms. Reviews you promised you would leave if we did not reimburse you for half the price of our services. Which we did not agree would be fair given we had already spent over a year as your planning team helping with vendor selections, design, coordination and planning. As for the best man leaving the ceremony line up, it was an extremely disappointing event and Lilly did her best to accommodate the situation and still managed to get him up to the ceremony site quietly without interruption of the ceremony. I am honestly not sure if there was anything different that could have been done given he had stepped away to the bathroom right as she was releasing members down the aisle. We understand how disappointing this was for everyone involved and we wish it would not have happened this way. Our relationship with your family started out beautifully and we are all so saddened for the outcome that took place. We truly wish Mia and Braden a beautiful marriage, covered by God's grace. My Event Angels was our saving grace in wedding planning. Claire with My Event Angels is an absolute rockstar. Claire was our lead coordinator and she was the reason our special day went so perfectly! We also rented decor from My Event Angels, which was absolutely stunning and so beautifully executed. We cannot say enough great things about My Event Angels! Claire got us through anything unexpected that was thrown our way in wedding planning. Claire was the calming voice in all of the madness, keeping us sane, with such kindness and professionalism. We cannot recommend this company enough! As I write this review, I want to let everyone know that I am the mother of the bride. Who else can give an honest review? Perhaps the bride but with all the day’s activities, it is virtually impossible for her to have witnessed all that her Wedding Planner Lilly did on her glorious day. Upon meeting Lilly, it was clear that she was in control and that we could relax and enjoy our time getting our hair and makeup done. My questions were quickly addressed; and all the tasks were completed with attention to detail as the bride desired. She and her team of assistants were so cordial and assisted all of the wedding party with every detail. I want to thank her once again for her genuine desire to help the bride, her party and all of her guests to feel comfortable and welcomed to Olde Dobbin Station. She did not stray far from the bride. I know that all of her attention was the reason for the magical night. I am still replaying that beautiful night. Wishing it had not passed so quickly. Thank you to her and all. My Event Angels made our wedding yesterday go so smoothly! We hired them as a day of coordinator and they made the day go so smoothly! Danycka is the sweetest and made my day feel so special. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the day and our parents and families felt the same way. We rented some decor with them as well and everything went perfectly! I have no idea what we would have done without them!! Thank you so much to My Event Angels for everything!
I booked My Event Angels mid March 2023 just for day-of-coordination services since I already had all my vendors booked. I scheduled my "Welcome Phone Call" to go over the welcome packet that includes all the due dates and what not about 2 weeks out after signing the contract. During this 2 weeks, I got a handful of automatic calendar reminders from My Event Angels. The day of our welcome call, I stepped away from work to take the call at our scheduled time, only for nobody to call me, and all of my emails, phone calls, and voicemails, to My Event Angels went unanswered. About 30 min after our call was supposed to have ended, Lisa emailed me apologizing that she had the wrong time written down. I was understanding because mistakes happen...but first impressions are huge for me and me not being able to get ahold of anyone at this company for over an hour when they are coordinating my wedding day made me feel very uneasy. Regardless, I accepted the apology and we moved forward. Fast forward to our "play date" Tuesday May 2. The day of our meeting, my fiancé and I showed up to the location on the email reminder from My Event Angels, as well as Lisa's personal email signature, only to find out we were provided the incorrect address. My fiancé and I both took time off work for this 2 hour meeting, drove an hour to get there, and after arriving at the wrong location provided by Lisa, she texted me the correct address which was an additional 40 minutes away from the location we were initially sent to. Instead of taking accountability, she asked me how I "found" that old address and when I sent her screenshots of the address listed on her email signature and the calendar invite, she quickly blamed it on her scheduling software. Lastly, a few weeks ago when I was booking my hair and makeup, I emailed Lisa just asking if she felt 3 pm was too late to finish hair and makeup for a 4:30 pm ceremony and she said she can't provide me with an answer without me paying $150 to build my entire wedding schedule "early"...? I figured seeking guidance from our coordinator was provided in the services we paid for, but I was very taken back when I found out it came at an additional fee. Luckily, this was a question my photographer happily answered right away and I didn't have to wait till a couple months before the wedding when the entire wedding day schedule was finalized to book hair and makeup. After all of these mishaps, my fiancé and I decided that it was in our best interest to cancel our contract with My Event Angels due to all the stress and anxiety we felt about our wedding day running smoothly based on the scheduling and communication issues we've had thus far with this company at no fault of our own. I asked Lisa if, since no services had yet been provided and none of these issues were at any fault of our own, if we could receive even a portion of our 50% deposit back and she refused because, even after everything that happened up to this point, she said My Event Angels hadn't "neglected me as a client".

While we mentioned we would address our calendar system to correct any hiccups, we still apologized and shared that we were the embarrassed ones. Regarding the Play Date, we offer this Design meeting service to every client to give a full top-to-bottom visual of the entire tablescape. It states in our Welcome Packet that there are benefits to meeting with us prior to meeting with a florist to help prepare you better for your experience with them - so you can go in with a plan. We briefly mentioned this, but positively told you all was ok and that we would help as much as we could. When we asked to see the quote they provided, we were merely trying to understand what you had already chosen so we could replicate it and give you the full experience of seeing your decor come to life. We are sorry if you took this a different way~ I wish someone would have let us know this was offensive before a 1-star review was given for it (it looks like you edited your review and took this complaint out.. but I still wanted to address the issue you had about us asking to see your floral quote). We could have offered our apologies sooner if you felt this was crossing a boundary. But as your planning and design team, it is helpful for us to understand what your vendors are providing so we can help as much as possible. It was never to embarrass or offend you. Lastly, I did my absolute best to explain in great detail that we cannot arrive to a finalized hair/make up time without building your entire timeline. I am glad your photographer could give it their best guess~ But had I given my "best guess", I could have been held liable if it changed later once your entire timeline was built. The artist could include additional charges for these changes and I would have been at fault. In my 13 years of planning, I have seen artists charge additional fees time and time again if the finalized time is adjusted at a later date. Knowing this, it made me feel very uneasy about providing a "guesstimated" time. I hope you can understand my position: To arrive to an appropriate finalized hair/make up time, we would have had to build your timeline early (as there are between 30-50 personalized questions to shape your customized timeline of events). When you emailed me asking for a refund, we had already turned away 3 inquiries for your date. We intentionally reserved your wedding day on our calendar just for you. Our contract does not offer refunds for cancellations. As a business owner, I have to make my best judgements when it comes to situations like this. I felt we had done everything on our end we had promised to do and even turned away other potential customers as we looked forward to serving you. When you reached out and asked to cancel, we offered several positive solutions to help get us all back on the same page, which you denied. We are sorry you felt so strongly about these issues and we truly wish you a beautiful wedding day with a planning team you will connect with.

I am not leaving this review lightly, as I worked with Lisa and her team for a year planning my wedding. The process started out well and easy but two weeks before my wedding, my coordinator quit the company and I was assigned a new lead coordinator who was not prepared for many event details by wedding day. I was very nervous but Lisa assured us of a “perfect wedding day because they never plan for mistakes.” The day of the wedding was so chaotic and unprofessionally handled, my other professional vendors had to step in to coordinate and made comments about how ill-managed the event was from start to finish. We could not find our coordination team majority of the event. After all the small things went wrong, the biggest screw up was that the lead coordinator sent the wedding party down the aisle when all were not present - the best man did not go down the aisle after the wedding party told her many times that he was not in line. Instead of owning all the screw ups, we were met with excuses and told over and over “it’s not my fault” on the wedding day. We met with Lisa and the head coordinator to speak about everything after the honeymoon and Lisa sympathized with us since she was not present and hadn’t heard about the day honestly from her staff. There was an agreement for repayment reached due to the lack of service provided on wedding day. Lisa went back on her word after this meeting, did not give my parents anything they agreed on, and then proceeded to tell my mom not to contact her again for her well-being, as my mom was not the “customer”, even though she was the one paying for services from My Event Angels. I am aware mistakes happen in event planning but My Event Angels was not equipped to react in a professional manner or, later, willing to remediate their mistakes. Ownership was never taken for the horrible management of our wedding day and the formal apology received was more excuses instead of accepting full ownership for their part in our day. The interactions we’ve had with the coordinators on the wedding day followed by the interactions with My Event Angels since the wedding have left an awful taste in my mouth. I would look elsewhere for a stress free, enjoyable wedding experience.

THIS IS THE DREAM TEAM!!! If you’re looking for planning/coordination look no further. From day one they were absolute rock stars. We used the coordination package since we had most of our vendors booked prior to booking MEA and they made the month leading up to the wedding so easy with the details meeting and the final checklist. They were extremely responsive to my many questions and were so accommodating with scheduling calls since we were planning our wedding from across the state. Lisa and Danyka were our day of coordinators. They arrived to the venue before we did and everything was in motion by the time I arrived. They took care of absolutely everything from directing vendors, making sure we stuck to the timeline, lining out the groomsmen, and even bringing me snacks and water when the hanger started to set in. Lilly and Emily helped us out on the decor and design team set up and everything was absolutely gorgeous!!! Booking with My Event Angels was the best decision we made for our wedding day (other than saying “I do,” of course!) We are so eternally grateful for this team. They made our wedding day stress free so we could enjoy the day!
I wouldn't recommend My Event Angels if you're looking for someone to partner with you during your wedding planning portion. Especially if you want someone to take the stress off your shoulders the day of. They have a great decor team but far as communication throughout the process and especially the day of I wouldn't recommend their wedding planning services. It's a lot of money that you can use elsewhere in the wedding and it's my only regret when choosing my vendors.

If I could rate 100 stars I would. I only hired Lisa for a day of coordinator but she helped me well beyond that. Her and Tara were with me at my wedding and I seriously could not have done it without them. They take initiative and do all the little and big things you need them to do to make your day amazing even without asking. Lisa will guide you when needed but follows your direction and makes it even better. I cannot recommend Lisa enough. Even if your venue comes with a coordinator like mine did it’s 1000% worth it to invest in Lisa.

Epic. We had a bunch of vendors who, frankly were a hot mess, and I can only imaging it was like herding cats. Claire wrangled everyone, followed up with the ones who were non responsive or just didn't have correct information. The day of, when none of the vendors seemed to be on top of anything, she still pulled everything together seemlessly. On top of all of that, she patiently answered all my (silly and random) questions throughout the process with patience and understanding.
Claire also never batted an eye when we fell behind schedule. She would calmly just tell use it was ok and we would catchup on the other end. Claire and her assistant single handedly made our wedding the best day in the world and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with my event angels.

HANNAH IS THE BEST!! So good that my husband felt compelled to write a review himself lol let me start by saying that My Event Angels were literal angels for me. My Event Angels took over planning the last 4 months leading to the wedding as my original wedding planner did NOTHING. I sent in an inquiry and heard back within MINUTES. They are dependable, have great attention to detail and very organized. READ THE WEDDING PLANNER THEY PROVIDE. It has so much helpful information, I found myself reading it every time I was nervous and it helped so much!!! I am very OCD and I was able to let Hannah take full control, when I tell you my wedding (and pretty much every minute since I booked them) was stress free, IT WAS STRESS FREE. Not to mention they make you feel like family. Hannah literally sat on the floor of our venue and turned the "bouquet" our florist left for me into a BOUQUET I COULD WALK DOWN THE AISLE WITH. It was a week after our wedding and my mom and husband could not stop raving about how good Hannah was. Claire relieved Hannah on wedding night and she was AWESOME in dealing with uninvited guests and making me feel at ease. Best vendor - you need Lisa and her team! Every time I met with Lisa, I felt so much calmer about my wedding. She is knowledgable and so insightful. They have beautiful pieces that elevate your wedding and it seems as though they’re only growing! In addition, they have a group of individuals that help set up, serve water/tea, and take down. I only hired them for decor and they went above and beyond serving my guests. They have coordination services which I would have used had I not already had one. I have a feeling this company would be a literal DREAM TEAM if you use all of their services. I truly recommend them for their decor, and ideally more if you don’t already have a coordinator! So worth it!
Where should I even start? My event angels were one of my fav vendors. Lisa and Hannah were our saviors. They are the most profesional, caring, kind people we have ever met. They were always available for our random questions, my husband and I had no clue how to plan a wedding and these angels know it all, they think about details that we would’ve never thought about, broke down our remaining tasks in a way we knew which ones were high priority and needed to get done first, they created a seamless timeline for us, communicated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. Lisa was my lead coordinator, the day of she was the first one at the venue waiting for me and my girls, she helped me to unload all my dyi items, set up all of my girls robes and presents, and kept me so calmed during that morning. I was stressing because we were running behind with MUA schedule due to some of my family members being late but Lisa handled it perfect and got everybody back in track. She was so helpful setting up my decor her vision was just on point with mine. Hannah was my second coordinator and let me just say they were the perfect duo. They handled the little hiccups that occurred and coordinated with the rest of our vendors and our wedding party so well, we had over 20 people in our bridal party and these ladies were pros handling all of them! IMPRESSIVE!
Our day was flawless if something didn’t go as planned I didn’t even notice that’s how amazing they are! On top of coordinating everything they were constantly checking on us, making sure we had water during our pictures, that we had time alone just to take a break, that we ate our food, I just cant imagine our wedding day without Lisa and Hannah! They went above and beyond but overall they were thoughtful, supportive and joyful they really love what they do! My entire family and friends talked about how amazing they were! THANK YOU SO MUCH My Event Angels for EVERYTHING you did to make our day perfect!
Just wow! I am completely in love with how My Event Angels turned my dream ever since I was a little girl into reality. They are the most kind and sweetest people you will ever meet. They are very professional, will always be honest with you, and are very supportive. Hannah was my lead coordinator and she was the absolute BEST! She went above and beyond to make my day so perfect. My driver canceled on me the day of to transport me to the ceremony. Hannah took the initiate and decided to transport me instead. She drove 40 minutes just to bring me to the church! It was not in her plans to do so, but she was literally so kind and sweet about it that she was just a DREAM! My Event Angels are literal Angels! I could not have had such a better wedding and it could not have been done without them. THANK YOU!!!

I don’t even know where to start…if you haven’t hired a personal wedding coordinator, run to your phone and call Mh Event Angels NOW. I am extremely type A personality so I knew going into a wedding I would need help or I would drive myself crazy. I picked one of the lower packages as I already had my vendors set and contracted. I also used them for some of my rentals and they literally brought my ideas and dreams to life. Claire was assigned to me as my lead coordinator and she was a GOD SEND. From our final meeting perfecting the timeline, to being extremely prompt in answering any and all of my emails…I could not be more thankfully for her. All of my guests commended me on how hard the team worked on our wedding day. Anything concerns that day we’re promptly addressed…and our day went absolutely flawless. I could write paragraphs of examples that would probably take up multiple pages on why to hire them. They are quite literally the best and we could not recommend a better choice!

My Event Angels are incredible planners! They made our wedding day perfect! Hannah and Claire were the ones we worked with leading up to our day and on the day of. They ensured that everything was seamless and flowed according to our hopes. They were absolutely amazing and so kind. They handled the little hiccups that occurred and coordinated with the rest of our vendors and our wedding party so well. On top of that, they were super thoughtful and supportive. They thought of everything. I'm the kind of person who did not have her wedding day vision together, and I had no idea how to begin planning for the day of. My Event Angels made me a monthly to-do list to help me break the overwhelming planning task into small, doable tasks that I could tackle. They also have lovely rental items to help decorate, set tables, and spice up the design for the rehearsal and ceremony. Our day was delightful and flew by without stress, and it's thanks in large part to Hannah, Claire, Lisa, and the rest of the My Event Angels team. Thank you y'all! I can't express enough how wonderful it was working with Event Angels. I chose the day of coordinator because I just wanted someone to be there to cover the bases on the wedding day so I didn't have to worry about it, and Hannah and Claire went above and beyond! They are experts at what they do and were able to cover all the disasters that occured on the wedding day very smoothly. Hannah and Clare are also just wonderful people to work with because they are caring, joyful, and radiate confidence! They are able to move crowds and mountains! I can't recommend them enough! Everyone who met them on the wedding day told me that they loved these two women and all the work that they did.

I am SO glad we went with MEA! Lisa & Hannah were so kind and patient during the entire journey. My husband & I were stress-free and thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day. They created a full timeline with us ahead of time so there were no big surprises, and managed to get everything back on track when HAMU took a bit longer than expected. On top of coordinating everything behind the scenes, they somehow also kept an eye on my husband & I to make sure we were always okay. During the reception, one of my bridesmaids had a bit too much to drink and accidentally almost spilled a drink on the both of us; Lisa immediately came out of nowhere to the rescue with a ton of napkins lol. Hannah gave us tips when she saw us struggling with steaming dresses, made sure my husband and I had time to sit down and eat in a private room, and popped my veil back in place during photos when the wind kept pulling it out.
