From your first consultation to your day-after brunch, they will go above and beyond to give you a stress-free, joyful journey into marriage. Founder Lisa Hearron first began her career in 2009, after attending her first bridal show as an event planner. After six years, she took the leap and opened her own company, My Event Angels. She and her team treat each soon-to-be-wed with the utmost care and work to make them feel pampered throughout their planning process. My Event Angels offers packages for full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Lisa and her team can assist you with budget analysis, floor chart creation, invitation management. On the big day, they will be present during your ceremony and reception. The team will make sure everything goes according to plan, while you enjoy your big day to the fullest.

original wedding planner did NOTHING. I sent in an inquiry and heard back within MINUTES. They are dependable, have great attention to detail and very organized. READ THE WEDDING PLANNER THEY PROVIDE. It has so much helpful information, I found myself reading it every time I was nervous and it helped so much!!! I am very OCD and I was able to let Hannah take full control, when I tell you my wedding (and pretty much every minute since I booked them) was stress free, IT WAS STRESS FREE. Not to mention they make you feel like family. Hannah literally sat on the floor of our venue and turned the "bouquet" our florist left for me into a BOUQUET I COULD WALK DOWN THE AISLE WITH. It was a week after our wedding and my mom and husband could not stop raving about how good Hannah was. Claire relieved Hannah on wedding night and she was AWESOME in dealing with uninvited guests and making me feel at ease. I could go on and on about how My Event Angels is heaven sent because they are. BOOK THEM!! I HAD THE ANGEL PLUS PACKET.

They were extremely responsive to my many questions and were so accommodating with scheduling calls since we were planning our wedding from across the state. Lisa and Danyka were our day of coordinators. They arrived to the venue before we did and everything was in motion by the time I arrived. They took care of absolutely everything from directing vendors, making sure we stuck to the timeline, lining out the groomsmen, and even bringing me snacks and water when the hanger started to set in. Lilly and Emily helped us out on the decor and design team set up and everything was absolutely gorgeous!!! Booking with My Event Angels was the best decision we made for our wedding day (other than saying “I do,” of course!) We are so eternally grateful for this team. She was patient with me and talked through everything that I had questions on or was questioning myself on. when none of the vendors seemed to be on top of anything, she still pulled everything together seemlessly. On top of all of that, she patiently answered all my (silly and random) questions throughout the process with patience and understanding.
Claire also never batted an eye when we fell behind schedule. She would calmly just tell use it was ok and we would catchup on the other end. Claire and her assistant single handedly made our wedding the best day in the world and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with my event angels.

had no clue how to plan a wedding and these angels know it all, they think about details that we would’ve never thought about, broke down our remaining tasks in a way we knew which ones were high priority and needed to get done first, they created a seamless timeline for us, communicated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. Lisa was my lead coordinator, the day of she was the first one at the venue waiting for me and my girls, she helped me to unload all my dyi items, set up all of my girls robes and presents, and kept me so calmed during that morning. I was stressing because we were running behind with MUA schedule due to some of my family members being late but Lisa handled it perfect and got everybody back in track. She was so helpful setting up my decor her vision was just on point with mine. Hannah was my second coordinator and let me just say they were the perfect duo. They handled the little hiccups that occurred and coordinated with the rest of our vendors and our wedding party so well, we had over 20 people in our bridal party and these ladies were pros handling all of them! IMPRESSIVE!
Our day was flawless if something didn’t go as planned I didn’t even notice that’s how amazing they are! On top of coordinating everything they were constantly checking on us, making sure we had water during our pictures, that we had time alone just to take a break, that we ate our food, I just cant imagine our wedding day without Lisa and Hannah! razy. I picked one of the lower packages as I already had my vendors set and contracted. I also used them for some of my rentals and they literally brought my ideas and dreams to life. Claire was assigned to me as my lead coordinator and she was a GOD SEND. From our final meeting perfecting the timeline, to being extremely prompt in answering any and all of my emails…I could not be more thankfully for her. All of my guests commended me on how hard the team worked on our wedding day. Anything concerns that day we’re promptly addressed…and our day went absolutely flawless. I could write paragraphs of examples that would probably take up multiple pages on why to hire them. They are quite literally the best and we could not recommend a better choice!

prises, and managed to get everything back on track when HAMU took a bit longer than expected. On top of coordinating everything behind the scenes, they somehow also kept an eye on my husband & I to make sure we were always okay. During the reception, one of my bridesmaids had a bit too much to drink and accidentally almost spilled a drink on the both of us; Lisa immediately came out of nowhere to the rescue with a ton of napkins lol. Hannah gave us tips when she saw us struggling with steaming dresses, made sure my husband and I had time to sit down and eat in a private room, and popped my veil back in place during photos when the wind kept pulling it out. I also opted for a banquet team from them to help buss tables. Décor-wise, they have a ton of options to choose from as well and their packages include a complimentary “play-date” where you can go do a mock table decor setup with their rentals! Overall, they are so great at what they do and just great people in general. Definitely recommend!

e able to provide anything you may need, and will direct you if you wish to find those items yourself. The detailed timeline was definitely a highlight. She included everything from arrival times for everyone (including our vendors) to cake cutting and exit. She also kept a detailed checklist of our to-do’s and our need to purchase items and updated it for us. This was great as she had items on there we would have never thought of on our own, but definitely needed. Closer to the wedding she took over all communication between our vendors, venue included, and oversaw everything leading up to and on our special day. From the moment we arrived at the venue she was at the top of her game and ran the event beautifully. She accommodated to every need my husband or I had from start to finish. She made sure we got to eat and drink and also kept us on track for each event. Her team was just as dependable the whole event. At each meeting before the wedding they made me feel at ease and on track. I thought they were amazing then… but my wedding day was the highlight of their service. erything and even though people always say things will go wrong, nothing did because Lisa took care of it all. The timeline was perfect and went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything. Even after the fact when I couldn't find a few things, they had them ready for me to pick up. I am so grateful that I can look back on the day of the wedding and not associate any stress with it. Wow!! The name "Angels" truly speaks for itself. Lisa and her team are TRULY Wedding Angels. We hired them as our day of coordinator as well as for linens and decor and it was the best decision ever.

ran so smoothly. Any last minute things the week of with all of my other vendors were taken care of for us, this took a huge amount of stress off of us. I did a "playdate" for our linens and decor and Lisa was so honest and patient with me while helping me and guiding me to make up my final vision of what i wanted and created. This truly allowed things to really come to life- in which they did and everything looked so breathtaking! Lisa has years and years of wedding coordinating experience and will undoubtedly give you the best advice while still considering your thoughts. I know for a fact my day wouldn't have ran as smoothly as it did without them. My wedding day was nothing short of perfect and all the work behind the scenes was taken care of for me all while giving me updates on everything and checking in with me. In addition to this she respected all of my wishes and assured me to follow my heart no matter what when it came to last minute changes with the weather. I was put at ease throughout the entire day with reassurance and calmness from Lisa. She is so patient, kind, soft spoken, and her and her team truly, truly do want nothing but the best for you and to make you nothing less than happy and fulfilled on the most important day of your life!

I highly recommend setting up a decor play date. It was so much fun working with Lisa while playing with different linens, napkins, chargers & decor fo help bring my vision to life! The quality of their linens is the best, their decor items are on trend and they have a very nice selection of decor items to choose from.
The communication and the process leading up to my wedding was great! Very quick to respond when any questions came up. You will feel a sense of stress lifted from your shoulders because they will take care of you! They worked great with my day of coordinator, dream team! The staff was amazing to work with and very professional. I walked into my venue feeling wowed by how everything was decorated, it was everything I dreamed of and more. I am so glad I found My Event Angels but wish I would of found her sooner! To any future brides you will be lucky to have her as a coordinator and decor vendor!

vent planners and decided that My Event Angels was the one for the job! We loved how organized and knowledgeable Lisa and Nikki both were! I’m telling you, the process was SEAMLESS! They make each of their brides their own binder so that everything is organized in one place. You get to set up a play date with the planners to play around with colors and table décor. My mom and I had the best time with this meeting! We pulled different table cloths, napkins, chargers, votives, etc. We even got to look at different napkin placements, which is something I never thought would need to be done. They literally think of EVERYTHING down to the last detail. The most beneficial meeting was what’s called the Final Meeting (I believe it was 30-60 days out). At this meeting, we created a timeline of the night, discussed vendors, and left with a to-do list of things that my mom and I had forgotten or didn’t realize we needed. We loved the open line of communication, and their willingness to answer any emails with questions we had (which was a lot a times)! They guided us to the most amazing vendors who helped to make our special day the best it could be! On the day of the wedding, we didn’t stress about ONE single thing. Nikki and her team made sure EVERY detail was taken care of and it was more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined. We adored both Lisa and Nikki. They are a fabulous team who became like friends to us during the process. They kept the night flowing without skipping a beat. You will NOT regret hiring My Event Angels, we promise!

s a noble notion, but in reality is not very realistic as they will be wanting to enjoy the splendor of your big day too. Nikki was my personal planner, and she was absolutely amazing. She would answer all my calls and emails in a timely fashion, and would calm me down as the stress of wedding planning would get to me. I chose the "day of" package, but that was more than enough. Nikki took over about 2 months out and started getting all my vendors in order and making sure that the day of my wedding was all planned out. She made sure that we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there. I got the banquet package through them as well to help with the set of the DIY decorations I made, and they helped make my wedding vision come to life. My Event Angels was absolute perfection and I could not have done it without them. My now husband was very impressed with Nikki has been recommending her to all our non-married friends who are planning their weddings right now. Just have a conversation with them and you will be convinced.

Dates" we had with Lisa to set up tables and pick out decor for our beautiful venue, made us giddy with excitement as we began to see each piece of our day coming together. Then just 3 months before our big day, the world shut down due to COVID-19. We were filled with anxiety and the ever looming fear of having to reschedule or cancel our wedding. However, Lisa and Nikki, gave us such incredible peace of mind and reassured us that they were there to support us through (literally) everything. When we decided to hang on to our date, the My Event Angels team was there with open arms and hearts ready to tackle whatever road bumps were to come our way. Even with several of our final meetings being over the phone, we felt confident that our wedding was going to be everything that we had ever dreamed it would be.
Our wedding was the first wedding the My Event Angels team had post quarantine and with all of the new guidelines for health safety, but you would have never known it. Every little detail of our wedding day was well thought out, captured and completed and truly made it feel like a fairytale coming to life!

With that being said, we also knew that planning a wedding for 300 would be a big, overwhelming task, and understood that having someone there to guide us along the way would be helpful. Let me tell you...we hit the jackpot when hiring Lisa and My Event Angels. It was the best decision!
Our initial meeting with Lisa went great. She was professional, organized and fun. We did the Angel Plus package with 6 meetings and Day of Coordination. Every meeting we had with Lisa was helpful as she broke down tasks to do each month so it was not overwhelming. She was also great with Josh and my husband when they could attend a meeting. Kendall and I loved how we were able to do a lot of the legwork on our own and spend quality time as mother and daughter while Lisa was there to keep us on task, on budget and encouraged. We worked with Lisa and her staff for a year, and by the end we truly were like family. Kendall and I will never forget one of our final meetings with Lisa. We were going over wedding day details and discussing who would walk members of the family down the aisle. Kendall's grandfather had just been put on hospice. Kendall was fighting back tears as she told Lisa this development and Lisa immediately picked up on Kendall's sadness that her grandfather probably wouldn't be there on her wedding day. Lisa stopped our meeting and asked if she could pray for us. She took our hands, and right there in her office, prayed over us. By the end, we were both crying, but felt so much peace. That's what Lisa is BEST at. She gives you the confidence that things are taken care of so you can be calm and at peace. What bride and groom (and Mother of the Bride haha) wouldn't want that on their wedding day??!!
The day of the wedding went like clockwork because of Lisa and her team. They arrived at 10 am and went to work. I have literally never seen any group work so hard. They took care of every detail and the entire day was such a blast! They were helpful and kind to all of our family, and everyone commented on how wonderful Lisa and her staff were. On the day of the wedding, Lisa was all about Kendall and Josh. As I write this, I tear up thinking about how much she cared for them on their big day. It was evident that it was her mission to serve Kendall and Josh. She was so sweet, loving and calm. Lisa went above and beyond in every way! I have NO idea what I would have done if I, as the Mother of the Bride, did not have Lisa that day. I would have been a crazy woman, and no fun at all. Instead, I was able to truly take it all in and enjoy the best day of my daughter's life with her. Kendall's wedding was perfect in every way, and Lisa had a big part in making it that way. I would recommend her 100%. We have a younger daughter and when her time comes to plan a wedding, we will not hesitate to hire Lisa and My event Angels again. Thank you for everything!

My Dad has commented multiple times about how attentive and proactive Nancy was. In the weeks up to the wedding she checked in with me and we went through the timeline until everything was just perfect.
The day of she was so busy working on every aspect of the reception that I did not have to think about a single thing. g she was pregnant, which I had sympathy for her she wasn’t feeling great but I paid a lot of money for her services and in my opinion she should have put a backup plan in place or have the assistant pick up the slack. These are just a few of our problems we had at my wedding, the list is a lot longer. • My first bad experience with her was my “play date” where I waited at her house for 2 hours with my florist for her to finish a meeting in the next room she double booked over mine. Then proceeded to come in and didn’t know my name (after we had met twice before this and I was her client!) or when my wedding date was. I had a bad feeling after that but I figured it was a one-time thing and we had already paid the deposit. • Linens I rented through her didn’t get placed. • She fell asleep at one point in the bridal suite and when my mother in-law woke her up and said Amanda needs you, she said “who?” • She disappeared all throughout the night and everyone was trying to track her down • She complained the entire time to my co-worker who was helping us put the décor up • She locked all the girls out of the bridal suite without giving anyone the code and my mom was having an allergic reaction to her make-up so she was running around the venue looking for Lisa to get the code, which nobody could find her then either. I don’t want anyone else to have that experience on their wedding day. I was so lucky to have family and friends helping every step of the way so that everything would still go off without a hitch and no one else would notice.

self and our team for the wonderful job we were doing. We also had received several compliments from guests, vendors & family of how smooth everything was running and how wonderful it all looked. I did think it was rather odd that after the wedding when I sent you a follow up email thanking you for the opportunity to serve you and Eliot during your special day, I received no response from you, given the complaints you stated above.
As any client is welcome to write a review of their experience, I am unsure as to the reason for the false information stated throughout your review and curious to know your intent. We are always more than willing to ensure 100% happiness to our clients and I would like to address each statement:
* Yes, I completely agree that it was unacceptable I was tardy on the day of our "Play Date" to discuss décor, but I was only 12 minutes late, not 2 hours. (I did call and let my staff know I was stuck in traffic and was doing my best to make it back for our appointment; which they will be happy to attest).
* You stated I was rude to your bridal party & family~ Of course, this is an opinion, but your bridesmaid (Allie) who came to pray with me later in the evening when I was not feeling well shared that I had done a fantastic job and everyone in the bridal party was thoroughly impressed. So again, I am at a loss for words and would be open to hearing any examples of rudeness coming from myself or my team.
* All linens and décor were placed according to what you had rented from us in our contract. The only three linens that did not get placed according to plan were the three cocktail table linens as the caterer showed up without linens and I made the executive decision not to cover the beautiful wooden cocktail tables , but instead, ensure the catering tables would be covered as I did not feel it would be appropriate to have plastic folding tables displayed during your dinner. I shared this with your mother and she said it was fine (We also have photos & video to attest all linens were placed properly)
* I did in fact let your mother know I was expecting and was extremely ill, but I brought my best team with me including 2 other lead coordinators who were fully equipped with all information should I need to go to the restroom/rest - this was my back up plan and I let your mother know as soon as we arrived. I stayed 100% active, not even sitting down the entire evening until about 30 minutes prior to your grand exit when I got extremely pale and your mother told me I needed to go rest. I assured her I was ok and could handle it until the end, but she persisted I go up to the bridal suite to rest. I then brought my staff over and let her know that if she needed anything to let them know. I proceeded to go rest in the bridal suite (which I had NEVER done before in my entire 9 year career) and just minutes later, I was followed by your sweet bridesmaid, Allie, who prayed over me and shared how much of a great job we were all doing and included that she could not believe I had lasted this long feeling this way. When she left, I ensured the bridal suite door was cracked so someone could enter if need be. We also had 4 of our team members downstairs who had the code along with the entire venue staff (A total of 11 people) who had the code should the door close and someone needed to get in.
* I then decided to come back downstairs on my own to find your mother in good spirits and no one mentioned anything to me of an allergic reaction and my team said everything was going perfectly.

On the day of the wedding, Lisa was a rockstar at making sure everything was taken care of and that my husband and I felt no pressure. We also got a discount for having our wedding on a Sunday, which was nice!

e first contact I saw near me and after reading reviews I didn't think there was any reason to look further. These reviews were so TRUE. After meeting Lisa for the first time I knew in the first 10 minutes that she was my girl...she instantly started taking all things off my plate and organizing everything. She was like this throughout the entire event and weeks leading too. My wedding was truly the best night of my life and I know that I owe it to her and her wonderful staff. Above all she is like family now.

I cannot rave enough about My Event Angels. Lisa was outstanding, calm and professional throughout the process. We decided to hire just for "Day Of" and she went above and BEYOND (probably halfway around the world beyond). From all the tiny det...
ails of the timeline, to taking the bobby pins out of her hair to fix mine at the end of the night, I could not have asked for a more relaxing experience. I was confident that she would be able to take on anything that may come up. She was able to read what kind of couple we were (let's just say we still didn't have all our i's dotted and t's crossed) and didn't make me feel stressed out about it. She was there from setup through the Hindu ceremony through clean up...even helping rush the flower arrangements into the florist van so we wouldn't get charged. My now husband was a little skeptical about hiring a coordinator for day of, but he confirmed that this was the best service that we spent money on. My older brother, who is a man of few words, even had something to say: "Worth every penny." THANK YOU for making my day so smooth and perfect.
