BOOK NOW! Literally best caterers ever. My husband and I tried 6 different caterers, and from the moment we did the tasting with Nadia and her family, we were sold. When I tell you that people still comment on our wedding food, I am not exaggerating. We did the stations and it was so worth it. The flow was perfect, people got seconds. Everyone raved about the food. We also did passed apps during cocktail hour, which were also delicious. Literally obsessed with Nadi Plates!

Nadia, Zachary and their AMAZING team catered our wedding on June 20th and it exceeded all expectations!!! I actually own a wedding venue called St James 1868 and have been so impressed with the catering Nadi Plates has done for our couples that my husband and I didn't hesitate to book with this talented crew. It has been about a week and we are still getting accolades from our guests about how delicious the food was. If you are at all considering them for your wedding make sure to schedule a tasting and you will be blown away. The part of the wedding we were most excited for was the food; and the DIDI NOT disappoint (they even made us lunch). Zach and Nadia were so accommodating and easy to work with, the truly made it a wonderful event. Aside from their superb service, the food was more than we could have hoped. We wish they had a restaurant so we could order the meals again!!

From the very first moment that we started talking about our wedding we knew what we wanted from our caterer, what we didn't know was where in the world we would find them. Finding Nadi Plates, was literally the perfect fit. From the first moment we met at Nadia's home for our tasting we really felt like an extension of the family that fed us that evening. It is a family run business, and the recipes are in some cases old family recipes. We wanted a traditional Italian Family Style meal for our wedding and the offerings that we had to choose from on each course were excellent. Zach sat with us through the tasting making notes for us, and letting us know some of the other options or combinations that are available. We booked them the following day. We would have done it on the merit of the food alone, but the experience of meeting Zach and Nadia, hearing their story sealed the deal without the need to search further. The communication continued to be excellent in the months approaching our date. Never did we feel as if something was being missed, and they didn't balk for a moment when we told them that the wedding venue was 2 hours away. They were prompt, efficient, fully staffed, and left us wanting for nothing on our wedding day. The compliments that we received on the food from my wife' s VERY Italian family were more than we could have hoped for. We stay in touch with them to this day and try when we can to see them at the public events that they bring their talents to. Please say Hi to them from Ariel and Brian and if you get the chance and tell them we miss them.

Excellent food, excellent people! We wanted family style Italian meal and they were perfect! Their food is AMAZING! All our guests commented on it! Nadia and her son Zach are excellent professionals, very responsive and generous. And their service staff for the day of was excellent! We had arrincini and focaccia for starters. Followed by the pasta alla cruda - which was so delicious yet light! Then the roasted potatoes and brocollini. Ending with the pollo imbutido. DELICIOUS DELICIOUS DELICIOUS! Excellent all around - highly recommend if you’re valuing delicious food and great service for your wedding or special occasion!

Zach was great to work with! He made everything less stressful for me! We had two tastings and both times they were very welcoming and the food was delicious. The service on our wedding day was great everyone was very professional. My only complaint was that we were served a different pasta than the one we ordered at our tasting. The pasta was still delicious but it just wasn’t what we requested, other than that everything else was great!

We went through Nadi Plates for our wedding and everything was AMAZING! Everyone who works at Nadi Plates are so helpful and very kind. People were coming up to me at the wedding, and even reaching out after to tell me how good the food was. It was DELICIOUS. They were also overly accommodating when i learned later on that i had a gluten sensitivity. I HIGHLY recommend Nadi Plates for ANY event!

The food for our wedding was exceptional! Zach and his team did a wonderful job, what a delight to work with! Best of all, the food was cooked on-site and was super fresh and delicious! Zach worked with us to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions and made it all seem very easy. We will gladly use them again!!

Nadi Plates is awesome! We hired them for our wedding, which was in a unique venue and required some custom setup food stations. They went the extra mile(s) to help coordinate a plan by coming out to the venue ahead of time to talk about our setup, without charging us more. They understood what we wanted from our event and helped us get the vibe right from the moment we started communicating with them. They also helped make sure we had an inclusive wedding and reception by creating a vegan and gluten-free station with food that was no less delicious for our guests with restricted diets, and they did so without breaking the bank. Overall, they were a big part of our wedding and we couldn't be happier about it.

Nadi Plates was recommended by our event coordinator, Jess, from Mercantile Hall, for their unique menu and hospitality. The overall casual, fun vibe of their website (re: tagline, "we make food that doesn't suck" & not charging extra for gluten free) meshed with our desires and personalities from the get go, and we had a great conversation over the phone when discussing our ideal menu. Out of the gate, Nadia, Zach, and Dave were happily accommodating and when we mentioned we originally wanted BBQ, specifically brisket, at our wedding; they basically said "hold my beer." While they traditionally serve authentic Italian food, they were open to anything. I brought my best friend and bridesmaid to the menu tasting, which was held at their GORGEOUS home, and we were blown away. Not only did they BUY A SMOKER but then learn how to prep and smoke a brisket (???!!!!), it was probably the best brisket we had ever had (major shoutout to Dave for this one!!) They had an enormous variety of food for us to try, all of which was fabulous. The tasting lasted about 30 minutes, but we found ourselves for nearly two hours just shooting the shit. We walked in as strangers and left feeling like a part of the family. (Fun fact and double score - Zach also ended up being our videographer through his company fourfourpictures, though he is no longer accepting new clients). Zach and Nadia went far above and beyond being accommodating with our payment plan for both services, as we had run into unforeseen circumstances during wedding planning. They were all communicative, responsive, honest, caring, and professional during the process start to finish. Everything worked out, but we were extremely grateful for their understanding. Fast forward to the wedding - everything was absolutely perfect. The passed apps were beyond anything we could have imagined and we're STILL getting comments and compliments over a month later about the arrancini! We of course went with the brisket, along with a prosciutto stuffed chicken recipe that Nadia whipped up in the kitchen the day of our tasting (which she later added to the menu) and of course pasta, broccoli, and potatoes. Zach checked in on my husband and I several times during the day, aside from his videography duties. The late-night pizza was *chefs kiss* perfection. They also made sure we had vegan vegetarian, gluten free meals at our wedding, and were willing to get a kosher meal if we needed it!! Bottom line... do yourself a favor and BOOK NADI PLATES FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!!! We love you guys!! <3 The Fallons

When they say they treat you like family, they aren’t kidding! The entire team at Nadi Plates is beyond amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to deal with. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is fed and comfortable, they even hand delivered dinners to my guests with dietary restrictions! I cannot wait to have another event just so I can work with them again. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and you will not be disappointed hiring them for your wedding!!

They went beyond just the food for me. They personally interacted with the venue to make sure the table set-up was perfectly in tuned with our high-end party feeling. Then there is the attention during the event that they all personally provide- The service was phenomenal, the execution stellar, and the family feeling … you cannot write words that describe how much they added to the success of our event. Nadi and Zach were amazing from day one. They were so accommodating of what we imagined and our budget and they were available every step of the way. On the day of, they remained professional and provided some of the best food I’ve ever had, and Zach even noticed us not eating while waiting for our guests to eat and brought us plates of food remembering that I am a vegetarian. Overall they were everything we hoped for and we HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for tasty food and fantastic service for a reasonable price!

Not only was Nadi’s food delicious and plated beautifully, they went above and beyond in supporting us. They helped put together a great menu, worked great with our other vendors, assigned food orders to each placecard, and made the dinner hour appear flawless!

Nadia, Zach, and their team were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they super cognizant of my dietary restrictions, but they adjusted on the spot to a new plan when 50mph winds hit our wedding! Everyone raved about the food. They work with you to really make sure everything is perfectly you.

Nadi and the team MADE our wedding. Every single person kept raving about the food, and that is not an exaggeration. We had multiple people want to speak to her personally because of how delicious and fresh everything was. We are already talking about how we can get them to cater another meal because of how great they were. Aside from the food Zach was fantastic to work with. He made the process seamless and you could tell their customer were their number one priority. We did not take their hospitality for granted. You will not regret hiring them!

Dan H. Exceptional ! The level of personalized service and follow thru from the our first initial contact was superb. We contracted with Nadi Plates and the Bucholtz family for our a rehearsal dinner at our home. Thru the entire process of menu sampling, ( which was incredible), on site meeting to the execution of the dinner the team was creative, polite and made my wife at ease the entire time. The food and presentation are truly made in the family tradition and you will find it hard to ever duplicate. Your guests will have memories of your event for years to come. As a disclaimer, I did not hire Nadia/Nadi Plates for a wedding or event. my ex-girlfriend recommended I reach out to her about personalized meals after Nadia catered an event. I've been working with her for a few months on personal prepared meals. But much of the food I get is the same she offers for events. Nadi's meals have been a convenient, delicious option these past few months. I met with Nadia at her home in July to discuss what I was looking for, what foods I like/don't like, and my general goals. She was very responsive and excited to get started. Nadi has prepared me a variety of foods: salads with protein, Italian dishes (lasagna, shells and shrimp, eggplant parm, etc.), easy dinners (sausage and roasted vegetables, stir-fry), and appetizers (arancini, soup, half-paninis). If I don't love a dish, she adjusts for the next time. If I love one, she makes more of it. I pick up the meals once or twice a week, pay by the week, and enjoy. I rarely get only the meals I pay for; that is, she often includes much more food than I can eat in a week. So I have shared with others and frozen for weeks ahead. Nearly every meal Nadia has made for me has been delicious. She definitely cooks comfort food that pleases the palate. Some stuff may have been heavier than I wanted (for those seeking a super-lean, health-conscious option), but she's also flexible enough and creative enough to adjust based on my feedback. Nadia is a joy to work with. She's pleasant and chatty and eager to please her customers. I have no doubt that she would satisfy your desires for your wedding or event.

If you are looking for the most caring, go out of their way caterers you have found them! My husband and I had the worst experience with caterers until we met Nadi Plates. From the moment we met them, it was the best experience we could ask for. They went out of their ways to make our day truly special and it was! They communicated with us through the entire process, never leading us on without knowing the answer. They were amazing and so helpful during the process, they truly made us feel like family. This caterer team will be your family if you choose them, they will not let you down. Now for the food… IT WAS AMAZING! If you are looking for a fun unique meal for your wedding, this is it. We did pizza and pasta and our guest loved it and still talk about it today! I promise you, you can taste the love in the food. My husband and I can’t thank Nadi Plates for making our day so special. We are so grateful we found them and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our wedding was over 200 guest and Nadi Plates served 3 appetizers during cocktail hour, plated salad, family style pasta and pizza buffet!

Overall our experience was great! Nadi, Zach and Dave were extremely timely, professional and the food was excellent! If you’re looking for amazing Italian food or just a down right great meal that everyone will love Nadi plates is the way to go. PS. The meatball appetizers were absolute phenomenal (and so many guests commented on how amazing all the food was) Nadi was also able to accommodate our two vegan guest and two gluten free guests!

Nadia's food was outstanding. Every dish she created was pleasing to the eye and exploded with flavor in your mouth. Nadia puts so much love and hard work into her dishes and it shows. My family can't wait to have one of her fabulous meals again.
