It was such a pleasure to work with Diana from Napa Valley linens. I had a previous vendor booked for linens but it was not working out. Luckily for me, I had an amazing venue who worked with Napa Valley and had the selections available for me to view at one of our meetings. It was suggested that I meet with Diana to see the full linens on tables to get an idea of a complete look and I'm so happy I did! I called ahead of time to hold the linens and Diana was so kind! She was very patient and did not rush me as I took my time to make final decisions for our table linen choices. She was very friendly and easy to talk to about the vision I had for our wedding. She also suggested options when it was hard for us to decide on which tablecloth we wanted. They have alot to choose from in their showroom and can show you exactly how it would look on a table versus just looking at swatches. I would definitely use Napa Valley again for a big event! All of our linens were exactly what we ordered and all looked beautiful in our reception space. I am so happy we found them! Thank you so much for everything Diana! You were wonderful! Myesha

NVL provided linens for a close friend's wedding at the Asian Art Museum in SF. Incredible! The service and attention to detail cannot be beat. The team knows weddings inside and out. They are creative and practical. Definitely recommend!

Napa Valley Linens has a beautiful selection of truly unique specialty linens. Keep in mind this is really all they have, they are not a full event rental company. The prices are pretty high, but this is expected for the quality and they are competitive with other companies who provide the same quality product. I looked at about 6 different companies and landed on Napa Valley Linens, and they sent me free samples in the mail. I decided I liked them and went to the show room, where my mom and I were able to lay out the linens on a table so we could get a better feel of what it looked like and see how everything looked together. I was so pleased on my wedding day and highly recommend them!

NVL has beautiful linens. I didn't work directly with the company as my coordinator did most of the footwork. Unlike the other two rental companies we used, everything was delivered to spec and perfect. They are very flexible for add-on and removes on your order. Fantastic products for an elegant wedding.

I am the bride and got married back in March. My now husband and I were on a very tight budget and was paying for most of the wedding ourselves. We are not too picky and have a very laid back esthetic so we weren't planning on needing any rentals, especially linens. But as soon as we saw the space, we opted for a linen for the sweetheart table and the cake table. We were referred to Napa Valley Linens and it was one of the best decisions. Whether you're on a budget or not,they were very able to accommodate anything. Their material and supplies are extremely high quality. There are tons if options for any decor style. The staff is so amazing, I can't thank them enough. They are so welcoming and accommodating. They were able to deal with me being a high maintenance bride! Pick up and drop off of the linen rentals were extremely easy and made it very easy for me with everything going on during the wedding, it's such a relief to have a smooth and easy process with Napa Valley Linens. Will be going back here in the future!

The only "difficult" part of working with Napa Valley Linens is deciding which linens to pick! They have a huge selection of gorgeous linens in a wide variety of colors, textures and patterns. I worked with Diana, who was awesome! I came into the studio and was super indecisive about what I wanted and she was extremely helpful. At the complete last minute, I decided that I wanted to see the linens alongside my floral mockup and Diana offered to overnight me a couple of the linens that I had liked so I could make a final decision. Excellent customer service! Thanks to Diana and team for a great experience!

We rented linens from this company, and could not be more pleased. They had a great selection, and the quality was amazing. Everything looked brand new, and we got so many compliments from guests!

My wife & I organized my daughter's wedding which was held on 6/25/15. We selected Napa Valley Linens for our table linen needs. They were on the Preferred Vendor List from Casa Real. I also researched reviews on Yelp and the The Knot. They were all extremely positive and many of the reviews prominently noted Diana Cardenas. Whom we requested when we called Napa Valley Linens. We specifically worked with Diana Cardenas. She was fantastic, very helpful, professional and responsive. We met with her on a couple of occasions and also spoke on the phone regarding what we wanted to fine tune our order. Diana was extremely helpful in ultimately selecting the type of linens and the napkins that would complement the linens. We selected different linens for the Sweetheart and cake tables. Diana very nicely coordinated the guest table linens to match and complement the table flower arrangements. We can't say enough regarding Diana's level of quality service, professionalism, and overall she was great to work with. Everyone whom attended the wedding were in "awe' especially of the beautiful table linens and napkins along with the flower table centerpiece arrangements. Additionally, the piece of mind that we didn’t have to worry that the order would be fulfilled without any issues, was great. The linens and napkins were promptly delivered and picked up with any issues At the end of the day, Napa Valley Linens was exceptional. I had a very good experience working with Napa Valley Linens for my wedding. My wedding planner put me in contact with Napa Valley Linens and I had absoultely no issues with working with them. The linens were dropped of the night before the wedding and picked up the day after. I did not have to do any work to get them to the venue or return them which is exactly what I wanted. Everything looked amazing and I could not be happier.

Although it has been one (1) year since our wedding day--I did not want another day to go by without acknowledging how great it was to work with NVLs. Before we had our first visit with NVLs to meet with our linen consultant Diana Cardenas--I had previously requested many swatches to be sent to my home so that I could make the decision for our reception linens. On the day of our appointment with NVLs, I had my mind made up on the linens we were choosing for the wedding reception. When we met Diana, we provided a list of linens that we wanted to see and she so patiently brought each linen out and placed them on a table. I then asked Diana for her opinion and she began to work miracles. I did not end up with any of the linens I had initially chosen because Diana chose a combination of linens that were far more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We used Napa Valley Linens for our wedding on June 8, 2014 at Murrieta's Well in Livermore. I was referred to them by one of my best friends who is a wedding planner. Their service was nothing short of amazing. We were able to borrow some of the linens to do a mock up with our florist prior to our final selections. They were never more than a phone call away and they have wonderful customer service. When I got engaged this past June I thought planning our wedding at the Westin St. Francis on Union Square would be a cinch. That’s because I’m the wedding catering manager there, and I personally oversee 50+ weddings a year. Although NVL is a preferred vendor of my wedding venue (Casa Real), several other vendors continually recommended NVL. After my first meeting with them, I realized why! They also have the largest selection of linens in the area. We were lucky enough to have Diana Cardenas as our rep. She spent hours with me to find the right linens, made great suggestions (even telling me when my choice was a bad one!), and was extremely personable, patient, and friendly. NVL was always very responsive to any emails or phone calls with questions, and they were reasonably priced. The whole process was very easy, which is helpful to a crazed bride! The linens on my June 20, 2014 wedding day were beautiful, and really transformed the room. I will definitely recommend NVL/Diana to any friends getting married!

The team at NVL was very easy to work with - the process was straightforward and any changes I had - as we approached the wedding day- were handled seamlessly. I explained my vision and they showed me plenty of options to choose from and price was relatively reasonable. We rented the Paris Gold sequin linen for our rectangle dessert table as well as two Paris Gold sequin table runners for the escort card table/popcorn bar table and guest book table. The linens are stunning and went perfectly with our Coral/Gold color theme. I wish we could have rented more but their rentals are pretty expensive.

I used Napa Valley Linens for a bridal shower I threw in April of this year. They made it so easy to choose colors and textures and offered advice based on the theme I had chosen. I had a last minute change to the number of napkins I needed and the colors that I wanted for them, and they were extremely accommodating and made the changes without any problem. We worked with Napa Valley Linens for our wedding and we were so impressed - not only did they have a huge selection, but Diana's input and her eye for what would fit with our flower, colors, etc was invaluable! We came in with some ideas of what we wanted, but after looking at a half dozen different options, we actually ended up going with one of her suggestions. It's difficult to imagine what an entire room with flowers, plates, glassware, etc will look like based on a single test table, so fortunately Diana has lots of practice! I recently got married at the Palm Event Center. While I was visiting different vendors my florist and lighting company both had plenty of Napa Valley Linen swatches. This helped when I was designing my reception. As my florist and I were designing our flowers for the reception, she asked if I had decided on my table cloth and napkins. Luckily she had several NVL swatches. We were able to design both the flowers arrangement and decide on colors for both the flowers and the table linen-so very helpful. This made the process with NVL so simple. I knew exactly what type and color linen I wanted and practically did my order via email or over the phone. Everyone at NVL was very helpful and organized. I was very happy with the way my wedding reception turned out-it was beautiful. The linen added to the beauty of the room. They meet with our brides & us to consult on color texture and all the logistics of supplying whatever is needed to serve an event successfully. we used napa valley linens at my stepdaughter's wedding last march 23, 2013. they were an absolute pleasure to work with, my stepdaughter and her fiance live in new york but had their wedding here in california and every time something had to be changed or when we had a concern about something, nvl always had a solution and were always helpful offering many different options, and their linens are top shelf! everything looked as if we were the first ones to use them. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for linens at their events.

My experience working with Napa Valley Linens was wonderful. I went to a wedding fair at the Four Seasons hotel in San Francisco and eyed a beautiful piece of linen from their display. I gave NVL my info and I very quickly received several swatches in the mail (a large one to bring to vendors and several small ones to pass out), and they kept me updated on all the details like ordering schedules. The only thing more fabulous than the linen I picked through NVL was their customer service. Everyone was very sweet and excited, and above all extremely professional.
