even worry about how the venue would come out. When I got to the venue I was overwhelmed with how beautiful she orchestrated everything. She was on top of our timeline the entire time and made sure that my husband and I were enjoying our special day. I have zero complaints!!!!

d, and then contacted all of them a few weeks before to make sure that all our ducks were in a row. Turns out that final payments were due on two of them (be aware…not all vendors accept the final payment at the event, some are ahead of time!), so I was thrilled she caught that. Vanessa came to the final meeting at our venue (the Oviatt Penthouse) to go over where everything was going to go, how the timeline would run, etc. We were on a tight budget and doing a lot of stuff ourselves, including providing our own liquor, and renting glassware and bringing it up ourselves, along with our own Paper Moon “photo booth” and other decorations. It was a lot of stuff to bring up and down the elevator. We had a lot of friends helping with all this stuff, but even so, it was a lot of coordination. She even offered to transport a bunch of the stuff in her SUV, but it turned out we were able to get it there ourselves. On the day of, everything went surprisingly smoothly! I was expecting a whole bunch of phone calls in the hotel while we were getting ready, but nope! None. Anything I hadn’t spelled out, Vanessa figured it out on her own, and everything looked fabulous. It was such a relief! I’m a worrier, so it was nice to just let it all go and enjoy the day. Vanessa even got into the spirit of the theme, and dressed in a flapper outfit like all the guests - so fun! She’s a sweetheart and will put your mind at ease - I can’t recommend her more. I plan large parties all the time and wasn’t going to get a coordinator, but I’m SO glad I did, and I’m SO glad we picked Vanessa.

suring. I took on a bit too much and sort of handed Vanessa a hot mess and she totally came through. Vanessa personally picked up the van containing the flowers and decor from our house and dropped it off again after the wedding. She discovered that the aisle runner I spent weeks stenciling myself was missing and drove back to the house with my husband to get it just in time! We needed to reserve the metered spots in front of the venue for the food trucks to park in, and I still don't know how she managed that. We hired Vanessa as a day-of coordinator and I think we far and away got our money's worth. If you are planning to do a lot yourself to save money like I did, please realize that leaves only you to manage everything on the wedding day! I can't tell you how happy I was to pass everything to Vanessa and not worry about a thing after that point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Vanessa was not only did she have a great personality, she was also very knowledgeable and professional. There was something about her that just put me at ease. At our first meeting Vanessa was ready with a plan of action... I knew then that I had made the right choice going with her. Vanessa was always on top of her game! She kept me up to date on all my vendors and was always there for me anytime I called with a question. Vanessa became more than my coordinator...she truly became a friend! I got tons of compliments from guests and family members about how professional and personable Vanessa was. I honestly can't thank Vanessa enough for making my special day run as amazing as it did and helping me plan the wedding of dreams! Your the best!!

date, I realized I needed someone to help herd 160 guests, coordinate with vendors, and keep us to schedule on the actual wedding day. It was really important to me that I wasn't asking friends and family to do this job. I did a lot of research and called up Vanessa about a month before our wedding. I was really lucky that she was still available for our (off-season) wedding and was willing to work within our budget. The week before the wedding she conducted a site visit. She asked great questions and helped us think through the final logistics. She's exceptionally professional and did a fantastic job on the wedding day. Everything about our wedding was seamless.
