s. I was so disappointed. My husband passed away in 2018, 7 years after our wedding, and I am so heartbroken that I don’t have those pictures to look back on. DO NOT HIRE!!

The day after my wedding, he was my favorite vendor we used. Five years later, I would caution any bride to stay as far away as you can.

uring the wedding. Nick was so good that I actually panicked after the wedding when I thought through the day about how I could only recall seeing him, maybe 3 times over a 9 hour period. But he captured every picture we wanted! He's also very laid back and open to any ideas you have, which was awesome. The Not so Good: I unfortunately have to confirm what other reviewers have mentioned about Nicks untimeliness and unresponsiveness after the wedding. I would also suggest you discuss a contract stipulation that has more security built in for you the consumer, where you do not pay the full amount until your product is received...which is typical for many other wedding vendor you'll use, why not photography. Overall, Nick really is a great artist and delivers exceptional work in the end. I would caution you, however, that if you are prone to worry, like I am, and think you might freak out when you don't get your pictures back for half a year or more, after your wedding, you may want to clarify this upfront with Nick, or choose another photographer.

otos, wedding day photos, and an album. Everything was going smoothly, because Nick is a likable guy, but we have still not received the album we have paid for. We got married on 9/10/11, so this has been going on for quite some time. He will not return phone calls, or emails, or Facebook messages. It has been almost 5 years since we paid Nick, and his unprofessional business practice has left quite a blemish on our otherwise perfect day. We can't even talk about the wedding without being reminded of how we were duped by Nick. Please, don't use Nick Kessler. He is very talented, but seems to have a history of not fulfilling contractural obligations.

ll amount prior to the wedding and Nick has not provided us with our album. In fact, he has repeated ignored email communication requesting updates to the whereabouts of our album. This debacle has taken a very special day and really ruined it. I will never be able to lovingly look over the album (if I ever get it) knowing all the trouble I went to in order to get it. Nick has taken our money and run so please do not make the same mistake! We are having to spend more money pursuing legal action against him in hopes to get our album of our "special" day.

is always looking for that great shot and might make you adjust positions several times in order to get there but the end results speak for themselves. My only concern is his responsiveness on finalizing our photos from the bridal portraits to the rehearsal and wedding day. It took a bit of time and we have not yet received the albums we requested from our wedding 2 months ago.

Nick because of her own (very recent) negative experience, I thought other brides deserved fair warning. I got married 3 years ago and we were extremely happy with the engagement photos and wedding photos that were posted online. The problems started after the wedding. Despite the fact that we had paid the contract in full prior to the wedding, it took 2 YEARS for use to receive our digital, high res photos and photo albums that were purchased as a part of our wedding package. When we did receive the photos and albums, there were absolutely beautiful, but there was no excuse for the 2-year wait, the stress, and the hassle it took to get them. On a sidenote: The person who contacted me yesterday said they got married 2 months ago. They have yet to receive any of their photos and Nick is ignoring their calls and e-mails. If you choose to go with Nick, he definitely has an eye for this art, but beware that you may be waiting a long time for your pictures. In my opinion, no part of your wedding should be this needlessly stressful.

ng a photographer who could take amazing photos in low light, and he mastered it. If you don’t believe me look at his portfolio! Nick managed to get a shot of ever memorable event that night. From the bride and groom’s father to father dance off, to the cake on face fight as well as the traditional shots like our first dance, somehow Nick managed to be in all places at once. He also stayed the entire night, managing to capture the last moments before the lights went back on and our big day was over. I also felt like I knew him forever, although I only met him because I asked him to photograph my wedding. He is a great guy with a perfect mix of technical skill and creativity. If anyone decides NOT to use Nick Kessler, they seriously do not know what they are missing.

y wedding loved him. I even had one of my guests telling me "You're photographer is everywhere!" during the reception. He really makes sure he captures everything and must get an amazing workout at the same time! I don't know how he jumps around from place to place so fast but he did it. Nick is also extremely responsive. Almost every time I would email him I'd receive a response within the hour. Nick was recommended to us by another friend and we couldn't be happier we chose him as our wedding photographer. He truley loves photography and takes pride in his work. We would highly recommend Nick!

Of course we were comfortable with him-but we received numerous compliments from our guests about how comfortable they felt as well as how professional he was. Our reception venue was so pleased with him that they even used HIS pictures on their website and other ads. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Nick-he captured every moment and we have an album that we can relive the day every time we look at it. Nick has a way of photographing without taking posed pictures, and truly capturing the moment.

m the time the guys and the bridesmaids and I were getting ready until the very end of the reception (if you go with someone else, make sure you ask, some photographers will say that they will leave early because the reception gets "boring near the end") . He also attends the rehersal so he knows where you will be and when he can get the best shots during the actual ceremony. Im was a very high stress bride and he helped make my day so much better. Even now going through the pictures I keep finding all the funny surprises of peoples faces and memories I want to keep from my wedding day forever.
